Sung Jinwoo is Jinah's maternal grandfather. Unfortunately, they are in a very very tight spot financially, so Sung Jinwoo decides to become a Hunter. He's a pretty athletic old guy! He's also Awakened! But he's still an old guy.

But one mana crystal is worth so much money that it's worth the risk. And hey, if he dies, Jinah gets a good hefty life insurance payout?

You know the drill afterwards, Jinwoo reawakens as an S rank, KHA discovers that Korea's 10th S ranked hunter is an old man (RIP), but the good news is that Jinwoo doesn't need to personally fight! He just sends his shadow soldiers to clear gates.

Still doesn't stop his system from forcing him to run laps and do daily exercise. He's a very FIT grandpa now.

The internets calls him a GILF (grandpa i would like to fuck) because he's basically a bodybuilder buff grandpa. Jinah is very grossed out by all of this, but she still call dibs on managing her grandfather's social media accounts.

Jinwoo doesn't know what the fuck is social media and he spoils his only grandkid, so sure, go ahead Jinah. (Jinah sends more thirst pics of gramps on instastory.)

Anyways, the purpose of me telling you all of this is that there's an old grandpa walking with a cane, dressed in a soft cozy sweater, and spoiling his high school granddaughter, but he's the most powerful person in Korea. Oh, and he's immortal. Oh, and did you know his "cane" is really a S-ranked weapon? His "caretaker" standing next to him is actually a shadow soldier.

Grandpa Jinwoo knits and buys fuzzy sweaters and cardigans for his shadow summons to wear. He's afraid they will get cold, and even if they don't, sweaters are just nice to wear! Also he's afraid about his new grandchild (aka the shadow summons) going around naked.

Yup Igris in a sweater. And it's not like the trendy beige/white/black color. Elderly Asian grandparents like COLOR, so he's dressed in a bright RED (for luck) sweater. With a scarf. Beru gets a hat too for winter.

Oh, and he feeds them too. They might not get hungry, but they can eat and what better way do Asian grandparents show their love than by stuffing their grandkids with food? Especially fruit.

Jinah makes sure to assert her status as the oldest/first grandchild of course.

(That one church that claims that Jesus Christ will be reborn as a Korean man. They are having a field day because they think Jinwoo is that man in question.)

ALSO IMAGINE THE WEIRD AF DYNAMICS BETWEEN Go Gunhee and Sung Jinwoo. But also two old grandpas bragging about their grandchildren with each other. That's going to be cute.
