cdream and cfoolish seem like they would make a really cute couple. Like cdream says he's tired and wants to site down and cfoolish would built the perfect chair in the place so cdream can sit or he would pass him his jacket when it's too cold so he doesn't get sick
YES YES!! now I have to draw c!foolish giving dream his jacket that's just too cute 😭
Something I love about them though is that they have the potential to be so good for each other, especially Foolish for Dream. Having someone who 1) can't die 2) is deeply committed to maintaining his relationships and 3) values peace, would be so so good for Dream to have close to him.
Foolish can't die, so he doesn't need the revive book. Sure, foolish would like it but it's not at the top of his priority list and he certainly would never consider torture over it. I think that would really impact they're dynamic. Foolish also isn't the type to leave once things get morally dubious, he stuck by Quackity after he found out about the torture (but dropped Sam which is something I need to chew on forever). He also wasn't opposed to Dream even given his extensive crime list and managed to be very open to what he had to say. He also remained close with the egg gang post murder party. And! Ultimately Dream and Foolish have very similar motivations, when Dream is thinking clearly and not on a paranoia revenge spiral. Foolish having goals similar to early smp Dream I think would function to ground Dream a lot, and more or less remember what he's working towards. Unity and peace.
Anyway they should kiss.

Keep seeing that post where OP starts like 'Thinking about...grieving the undead' and then adds on about like. Real life situations where people have not died but have left your life and you would have reason to grieve them.
All respect, that's an important concept, but that is not what I am thinking about when I read 'grieving the undead'.

Reading comics is constantly like "Here is one of the most fascinating concepts you've ever seen in a piece of media. No we will not elaborate on it and you will never see it reach its full potential. Here is an interesting, new character. Oh now they're dead/rewritten to be less interesting/trapped in a different version of earth to be only mentioned off hand and never seen again. Here is your favorite legacy character: they're currently being written by a misogynist." And then once in a blue moon there's a comic that blows your tits clean off it's executed so well. But it's a limited run.
