SJDHVDJKVB realistically i know that i would be an earthbender, but personally i would want to be a firebender bc it just has a certain je ne sais quoi to me that the others don't (it's the edginess, probably KJSBDVKJBDFV). there's just something so satisfying to me about like,,, ball of flame in my palm :3

oh RIGHT gojo thoughts KJBSVJKBDFV okay so i said it was complicated before but really it's Simple it's just not Straightforward. i do find him to be a really compelling character, given his history and the way all of that shaped him. the dehumanization aspect mixed with this question of what it means to be strong is just chefs kiss. the way he was dehumanizing himself before he even officially became The Strongest, and he realizes that and doesn't hold it against anyone for viewing him that way because he started it OUGH very good very tasty very angsty

however.....

there is this aspect about him and the structure around him in the story that like... idk how to phrase this,,,,, i can never just think of gojo. gojo doesn't exist by himself to me. his character relies so heavily on geto (and the geto that haunts the narrative), and i personally don't find a draw to characters who are so tied with another. i guess? for example, i like megumi and yuuji By Themselves, and putting them together makes them Better to me. but the best parts of gojo (to me) are the aspects of him that circle and revolve around geto. and that's just.... a negative KJBSDVJKBDFVJ like it's FUN and it's INTRIGUING and it's solid storytelling and makes for an interesting character, but that's not always going to be a draw for me

also tbh i find him insufferably annoying KSJDBVKJDFBV i don't like characters with personalities like his. i just don't. there is something about him (everything about him) that gets on my nerves, and i want to strangle him not in a fun way

which is a long way of saying i like his contribution to the narrative and i find his backstory and characterization very interesting, but i Do Not Like Him
