It's not like Papyrus has anywhere else to be or anything, LIKE ANOTHER GAME.

Anyway,
The story behind this is that my wife and I fell down the Watergate rabbit hole (because we played the Watergate board game). So of course we had to watch All the President's Men.
This (from September) is the first time I'd really sat down and drawn for years and years. It's also the first time I've posted fanart (I guess this is fanart???) on the internet since middle school.

ok omg stranger things anon here ready to spill details: so there’s two new characters introduced in the second season, a young teen girl + her jackass older stepbrother and like… he’s a HORRIBLE person, he’s entitled and has anger issues, he’s racist and tries RUNNING OVER his stepsisters black boyfriend, beats another well beloved character within an inch of his life, etc etc etc he’s just all around dangerous and vile
they tried redeeming him by implying his dads abusive but… id argue that doesn’t excuse how crazy violent he is towards the other characters. in s3 the writers decided the best direction to take his character was… make him get possessed??? and do even more horrible things? but like now hes ~scared~ because it’s getting out of his control, but he’s still doing awful stuff 😭
and the season ends with him essentially sacrificing himself to save the other characters in this big emotional scene where his stepsister cries over him and he’s forgiven despite how beyond awful he’d been to her in every scene they shared….. yeah. not great. and i say this as someone who enjoyed his character in the previous season! i thought he was a dick, and he sucked, but he was interesting. alas any potential for an actual character arc of some sort was just. completely thrown to the side for a predictable and boring trope
i'm SCREAMINGGGGGG you weren't kidding that is the WORST iteration of that trope i am shocked
thank you so much for sharing i literally was on the edge of my seat reading this you're a fantastic story teller

They actually make physical media for a much larger percentage of movies than they ever did in the past. Often with a lot more care than any small release was treated in the early dvd days. Its just if you only watch streaming stuff or the big new recent box office hits you won't see that. It is so ridiculously easy to get physical media for movies that even 5 years ago you couldn't even find. Like yes Netflix is a stingy bastard but so many things are available on disc WITH special features than ever before

Seeing Logan in the TVA makes me laugh so hard for some reason? Like I know he’s lived to see technology evolve and stuff, but there’s something so funny about a guy from the 1800s standing in some kind of retro-futuristic timey wimey agency to me. Man is confused as hell.
like what da hell is a polar bear doin in arlington texas

quite fun to imagine fairy circles less as "trickster gods kidnapping humans from the human realm" and more as "fae scientists capture-tag-and-releasing humans back into the wild, hoping to one day understand the behavior of this bizarre feral gremlin species that keeps getting lost and wandering into the Fae's backyard"
