Every once in a while, you open a story - fanfic, original, whatever - and you think it’ll just be some nice, kinky fun that appeals to your id or whatever.

And then the author slams you in the face with character development, and backstory, and thematic narrative, and ARCs and moral nuance and FEELS SO MANY FUCKING FEELS

#:sob:#Every time I read this story #I mean it's all good but the backstory chapters #where they speedrun through a character's life quickly hitting the high notes #and the whole sideplot with Amythest Star #I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO HER #The sequel advanced it a little but then no more #WE DON'T KNOW HOW IT ENDS FOR HER #I just hope that the author is still writing somewhere #someway #under another name #and getting paid for it #BECAUSE IF THEY HAD A WAY FOR ME TO PAY THEM I WOULD SCREAM SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY #The story is Of Heroes and Villains by Minikasa #Minikisa**#it's smutty but also holy shit so good :sob:
