Okay, because I'm crazy I'm going to take discuss my favorite parts of new the new teaser

First off, Husk and Alastor, I'm so excited for their interactions. They both look amazing! And you can just tell their dynamic from the pilot has traveled over to the series. Can't wait to see them being friends and also Al annoying the shit out of Husk.

My baby boy is so beautiful. I'm so weirdly excited to see him dance, but I'm also kind of scared he will be hurt after this scene. I can't wait to hear who his new voice actor is cause I'm sure he does great!

Baby Charlie! She's so cute! Also I'm so excited to meet Lucifer and Lilith! It looks like Lucifer is going to have a musical number and I can't wait

Okay, this is really interesting. The overlords meeting to discuss the angels? With the x mark over the angel, it seems like they are planning a revolt of some kind. Of course, they would want to since they are tired of being killed off. This plot point is really cool, and I can't wait to see more of it.

The way I screamed. They are dancing together in a musical number like omg that's so darn cute. Husk being a romantic would be a huge plot twist, haha, but this was just so cute and I really hope these two dummies are canon

Can't wait to meet Vox and see his evil little schemes. Plus, his rivalry with Alastor looks hilarious, and I am all for it.

Group selfie!!! I love how Charlie and Niffty looks so happy and the guys just are unimpressed.

And lastly, these two at the end of the trailer. I love Angel being a lovable asshole and I hope his relationship with Charlie flourishes into an awesome friendship. I'm so excited for this show, and it looks incredible.

TADC Episode 2 trailer analysis!

Pomni's abstraction. So the most interesting thing I saw was Pomni seemingly starting to abstract (notice her left arm) and being put into the cellar.

In the trailer we see Pomni's iconic gaze of vacant despair:tm:

Then we get the same shot, presumably at a different angle

and then she looks down towards her left-arm, the same one that was abstracting in the shot of her in the cellar.

Though (if everything I said turns out to be correct) I'm betting this is just a nightmare (assuming the cast can even dream), mostly because it'd be way too soon narratively, but also partially because we also see a shot of her tumbling out of her bed.

So what I think the series of events will be like is this: Episode starts, Pomni arrives at or is already at the stage-area. Things seem normal until everyone (or just Caine) starts being like "oh no! Pomni! we didn't think it'd be this soon! what a shame!" and Pomni looks down to see her arm abstracting. She gets nonchalantly thrown in the cellar by Caine, and THEN she wakes up. Zooble's conspicuous absence. When Caine shoves the performers into the portal to (presumably) Candy Canyon Kingdom, Zooble is absent (you can see the blurry head/leg of Jax, and the blurry robe of Kinger, but no Zooble)

Interestingly, Zooble does not appear in any of the shots of Candy Canyon Kingdom, even big group shots

Their only appearance in the trailer is back at the tent.

So, maybe a lone-Zooble B-plot? Other things: Does the candy canyon kingdom worship Caine as a god?

One of the NPCs, terrified, in a wireframe landscape. Possibly being created/altered by Caine? This would definitely be a good way to show off his more antagonistic side, being uncaring towards the artificial life he creates, and instead only caring about providing the humans with entertainment. (also I'm pretty sure it's not one of Gummigoo's two goons because they all have white-disc-eyes)

Jax angst?

IMMEDIATE THOUGHTS ON THE MARIO MOVIE TRAILER

1. Animation is surprisingly solid, especially for Illumination. You can tell Nintendo shelled out the big bucks to make this look good.

2. Jack Black’s Bowser was great. I like that he’s actually trying to sound like Bowser and not giving him a joke voice. Bowser was, overall, pretty intimidating for a cartoon villain.

3. The gag where the Penguins fight back like action heroes and it’s just snowballs and Bowser’s just standing there did make me laugh.

4. Sorry, Chris Pratt just DOES NOT sound like Mario. It’s such a friggin’ disconnect between the actual shape of Mario and the voice they give him. They do not belong together.

5. Toad was great. Moving on.

6. SHOW ME MY BOY LUIGI YOU COWARDS!

7. Maybe it’s because my expectations were so low going in, but I was pleasantly surprised by the trailer.

8. Basically, there’s two way you can play a Mario Movie. Either you take it completely 100% seriously and play ridiculous and insane part of the cartoon world they exist in straight, or absolutely nothing is taken seriously. They seem to be leaning towards the former right now.

HEARTBREAK HIGH S2 ANALYSIS PART 1 (buckle up this is going to be a doozy)

The mineshaft We have some human skulls and rib cages (I count at least 3 of each), shovel, lantern, supply box, Indiana Jones hats, cloth roll. Your normal every day mine stuff. Oh, and the weird growths, of course. I thought this was like the red vines we saw in the manor, but these seem to be coming forward and off the rocks a lot more while the ones at the manor seemed to stick flat. They remind a lot of deer antlers.

Next we have the goobers in the cathedral Lottsa pillars, unlit candles, some sort of beam or bench knocked over in the back, a pile of furniture I can't quite make out (one in the front maybe a piano?), and a barrel. Your normal every day church stuff.

N getting dragged to hell hard to make out much in this. Looks to be more bones and goo. I recall someone saying the object N is grabbing looks like Uzi's hat. Hard to say for sure, but the size and texture does seem to match.

The outside of the cathedral Complete with a gravestone/pillar with a pickaxe and miner's helmet, chained up dingoes, and a giant lab space for rent sign. A few ends and nulls written on the skull and stone.

Nori's door, before and after (presumably) Tessa slams it shut. There's no other humans we know of around the place. And I believe that shape in the bottom left is her bow. Not much else to say about these ones. It's too dark to actually see anything inside the room. Though, I will say that the lighter edges we see along the frame when it's open seems a little strange. Like there might be something solid blocking the doorway.

More of the cathedral Another pillar (love those), some sort of entrance in the back, looks like a staircase to the right. Also, Uzi has yellow hand lights

It is worth noting that her hand is back to purple here. But in the scene where her hands are yellow, she is not holding the crucifix.

So either the yellow was temporary / comes and goes. Or it turns yellow after the last shot and the scene we saw earlier in the trailer comes later in the actual episode.

I'd thought that maybe that shot of them turning came right after the hand crushing, but you can't see the staircase in that shot. That and the wooden ladder-like supports don't match up with the single one we see in the scene where her hand is yellow.

The wardrobe department did a good job demonstrating the girls' distinct personalities with the way they are styling their own outfits.

Especially with Gail: she always dresses young, the ripped jeans and pink belt, but unfashionably (she doesn't care about being trendy). It's a fun visual way of demonstrating her simultaneous immaturity and desire to be thought of as cool.

In contrast, Dee is nearly always very put-together and neat, especially in later seasons, showing the carefully constructed facade she puts on.

Artemis just looks good (she always does) because she doesn't have the insecurities of the gang and is happy with who she is.

The waitress always has interesting styling because her style has probably changed the most over the years. This fits with the idea that the gang merely sees her as 'the waitress' - an unchanging, dull constant in their lives, but the audience can see that she is always changing and experiencing her own life away from the gang.

The wardrobe department really shines on Always Sunny - they do an amazing job at demonstrating character through clothing. Maybe this is partly because, unlike some shows, they don't have the barrier that the characters need to look attractive to the audience. They are allowed to look cartoonish and ridiculous.

Like, imagine Hugh Honey and Vic Vinegar without the iconic yellow suits and stripes ties!

Dissecting Tales of the Empire (Barriss stuff)

So let's break down all the Barriss stuff in the trailer:

There's an Inquisitor Shuttle approaching Our - likely after she is freed from prison

When Barriss is freed from her cell

This little bit is actually quite interesting. First of all Barriss is wearing a prison symbol with the emblem of the Jedi Order on the shoulder.

The clone troopers are Republic Shock Troopers, The Coruscant guard.

Fourth Sister is actually wearing Jedi robes not an Inquisitor uniform, she's already fallen to the Dark side as evidenced by the eyes.

This is suggesting that Barriss is freed from somewhat close to the end of Revenge of Sith

Also the framing of Barriss in prison is very similar to Luminara's hologram in Rebels.

Barriss's eyes are really blue in this scene. Like more so than other ones.

Barriss walking down a hallway

Pretty self explanatory. She's walking down a hallway. She's wearing Robes that a likely Inquisitorius initiate robes. (Or maybe it wasn't Laundry day and Barriss's uniform wasn't ready)

The Clones are just Regs in Phase 2 armour. It looks like Fortress Inquisitorius on Nur.

Speculation: Barriss is giving a little side glance, she's either taking her environment or she's plotting something.

The Grand Inquisitor scene

When then see the Grand Inquisitor leading Barriss into a room with several lightsabers

None of the Lightsabers are Luminara's (Trust me i double checked Weapon's Factory.) They are most likely reused models and generic sabres - because animation and props design is hard and short cuts should be taken whenever you can.

.....but two of those lightsabers are very close to Barriss's lightsaber.

The one in the middle doesn't seem to hold a significance (The bottom of the hilt slightly resembles Ahsoka's Padawan lightsaber, and you could go Green symbolic of Luminara.)

....wouldn't it be just awful if its Tutso Mara's lightsaber?

Inquisitor and Barriss have a sparring session, he tries to get her to use Anger and slams her into the roof, she's noticeably angry.

"Mercy only breeds defeat, i will help you overcome this weakness."

This line is interesting because it's not the usual only your Hatred can strike me down line, the Grand Inquisitor is actually being polite and offering a twisted form of assistance.

Which brings me to a thought - The Grand Inquisitor was right beside Barriss during her big confession at Ahsoka's trial, he's probably going to see her as someone that they don't have to break or torture.

Fourth Sister using Spinning Lightsaber

So this is a very short sequence. The Fourth Sister is in an area with a Rock wall, jumps down, glances around nervously, spins her blade and looks up.

Speculation: Something hasn't gone to plan, maybe the Jedi later in trailer is tougher, or maybe someone else has swapped sides...

The Jedi Fight

This shot opens with Barriss in a proper Inquisitor Uniform and her own useless spinning lightsaber running towards Fourth Sister and an unknown Jedi with a blue Saber

During the fight we can see ITS NOT LUMINARA, this Jedi has a different facial structure, skin tone and likely human.

We can also see who i assume is Barriss looking like she is hesitating on what to do.

We then cut to a different seen of a hooded figure using the force to blow away B2 Super Battle Droids. This implies its during the clone wars and the hooded figure is very likely Barriss cause that silhouette is very similar.

The figure is illuminated by a white glow and it's probably a part of sequence meant to show Barriss before she went nuts - cause its been 11 years so new viewers might not know this character who only appeared in technically 7 eps at most is...

FIGHT TO THE DEATH

Fight to death between Barriss and an unknown initiate.

Grand Inquisitor throws a lightsaber between the two - no its not Barriss's lightsaber

Ray shields go up. Initiate who i'm calling Glup, goes for the Saber. The crystal has been bled so it's red.

Glup and Barriss fight and Barriss goes for the sky high kick or possibly punch to the head.

THE NEW MASTER

'it is time to meet your new Master."

This implies the initiates don't meet Vader until they're full members.

We see Barriss lined up with the other Inquisitors - she's in full uniform. Really hard to tell if her eyes are dark side yellow or not. (They still look Blue compared to Fourth's)

Also it's really funny to me that she's lined up with Bird face Inquisitor, Marrok and Fourth Sister, cause everyone said all of those Inquisitors was Barriss Offee.

They all kneel, Barriss goes down first.

Vader walks past and Barriss looks up slightly and watches him...and she immediately frowns and furrows her eyebrows.

She's plotting something....

Interesting note: Since bird face is alive and has his head perfectly attached to his neck still, This places Barriss's eps of Tales of the Empire prior to Ahsoka's last ep of Tales of the Jedi

Look i can hope for Barriss to escape and then we seen the back of Ahsoka walk into frame....

Sins of the Flesh Update Trailer Dissection!

(plus some other stuff that wasn't shown in the trailer!)

At long last, the long awaited trailer & release date reveal for the newest Cult of the Lamb update's out! Storywise, there's not much to go off of from the trailer, but hey a bunch of new stuff to do in the new update!

Right out of the gate we see one of the main selling points of the update in a short animated segment of the vid: SEX. It's here we see the mating tent, where followers can do their thing and create an egg (just like I predicted! the xmas art for CotL was a teaser for the mating feature!). In order to use the mating tent, a new mechanic is introduced where followers have to have a high enough level of love for each other in order to use the tent. Once they do, you can have them make out with each other in the tent and as soon as they finish their love making session they'll come out of the tent with an egg, which you can either A) harvest for food or B) keep the egg in tact to have A BABY FOLLOWER!!! YESSS!!! I REALLY WANTED THIS TO BE IN THE UPDATE SO FUCK YEA!!! It's unclear if we ourselves can use the mating tent, but we'll find out eventually.

New follower attire (previously revealed alongside the announcement that booze would be added to the game)

We're re-introduced to a new weapon: the gun (previously revealed to us a few weeks before xmas) and get some footage of it in action.

A new follower interaction is shown off where we can fight a follower during a crusade (sorta like how Shamura turned a follower on a player in the base game's story campaign). May or may not be connected to the update's new story if there is one, which might be the case.

It appears you can further upgrade your meetinghouse/church/whatever you call it in this update. Perhaps even customize it? Seems like that in the trailer.

A re-introduction to the ability to serve booze to followers (also previously revealed to us before xmas)

New rituals ahoy! The one in the trailer where the followers are going ape shit is called the Rite of Wrath, where followers will go ahead and unleash the purge in your cult grounds by going around killing and fighting each other, vanalizing the cult grounds, and more. There's another one in the trailer that might have to do with more casual canabalizim in this game (instead a follower's presumably being eaten alive in this instance). And another ritual is going to be added into the update which is called the Rite of Lust, where your followers dance around a shrine in the Lamb's image naked. There's more rituals being added into the game but those are just a few.

A possibility of gaining more hearts??

And that's everything that got revealed in the trailer. There's still a few more things that the trailer didn't show, which I'll talk about now:

New minigame ahoy! By using the new drum circle, you can now play a new rhythm game-based minigame!

A new food source (which remains unnamed; possibly due to lore significance?)

The new rituals may or may not have a tie with another new game mechanic called Sin. As of now it's unknown why we need to generate Sin in this update, but if I had to guess it has to do with the story of the new update.

There was other stuff revealed outside the trailer but those just had someting to do with something shown in the trailer (how the mating tent works and the Rite of Lust). We still dunno about why the crown turns into a snake-lookin' thing and we dunno why followers can turn on us in this update but hey at least we're getting the update soon! Then we can figure all of this stuff out for ourselves.

Sins of the Flesh will release January 16th!

For as much as people were theorizing about the Zonai's relation to TotK, I haven't seen many posts pointing out how there's a lot of very Zonai-related things in the new trailer.

For one, multiple Zonai structures are notably affected.

Such as the North Lomai Labyrinth being a hundred miles in the air! I believe the three Lomai Labyrinths are one of the only things canonically attributed to the Zonai. Though, some people believe they were made by impersonating groups, but either way, there's still a connection there.

The Typhlo Ruins aren't shrouded in a permanent darkness anymore, either. And since these share a lot of design elements and architectural details with the remains of ruins in the Faron region, these are also attributed to the Zonai.

But it isn't just structures! The Zonai are related a lot to design motifs involving Owls (wisdom), Boars (power), and Dragons (courage). And we do see a couple dragon motifs!

There's one on this sick-ass weapon Link is using. It's kinda hard to see due to the dramatic lighting and fast motion, but the cylindrical part is actually coming out of a dragon's mouth.

ALSO! It has some letters from the wall-carvings from the other Direct Trailer back in October.

The reason we don't recognize this language might be because this is Zonai script!

But there's another Dragon-motif, too! One that you might be a bit more familiar with.

The front wheels of Link's equally sick-ass ride! I can't make out any more script on these, but if you compare them to other Zonai structures, you can tell this is definitely of the same architecture.

At this point it's pretty damn definitive that the Zonai are gonna be related to the lore of this game somehow.

Ok so the Cornetto scene in rwrb. I’ve been watching the trailer over and over and it’s so fucking good but the Cornetto scene is bothering me. Why is Henry not wearing pyjamas? I know it seems like a small thing but when reading the book I thought one of the main points of the Cornetto scene was that it was the first time Alex gets to see Henry when he’s not putting on his prince persona.

‘He’s standing in front of Alex wearing not a suit, but a heather-gray T-shirt and plaid pajama bottoms. He has ear-buds in, and his hair is a mess. His feet are bare.

He looks, alarmingly, human.’ (Pg. 39)

I saw it as a moment where they both saw each other in a different way, where they were more vulnerable and learned something about the other that they didn’t know before. Alex learns that Henry has trouble sleeping and Henry learns that Alex wears glasses. It read as a scene that sets up the start of the transition from Alex hating Henry and thinking he’s an uptight prick to realising that there is a lot more to Henry than what he lets the public see and that maybe they have a lot in common.

So when I watched the trailer and saw that Henry was wearing his usual clothes minus the jacket, it threw me off.

It doesn’t seem like the movie is trying to capture that moment that I would argue is the most important thing about this scene. I will have to wait and see the rest of the scene when the movie comes out.

If they really didn’t use this scene to show their mutual humanness though then I’m confused what they’re planning because a movie has a lot less time and opportunity than a book does to build that character development and relationship evolution. This scene is perfect for that development and so not utilising that to its full potential would be a mistake.

But who knows. I’m excited for the movie to come out and I think it’ll be good from what’s been revealed so far.

Okay I think I found something about the Army of the Doomstar trailer I can actually talk about. Which is my favorite non-spoilery shot is this:

Seems like we’re literally going to Hell/the Underworld at one point, with a lot of influences from the River Styx and what seems to be a gashadokuro.

FINAL PART of my ofmd season 2 teaser analysis!

The last thing I want to talk about before I get into my predictions for the order of events is the constant "Ed wants to murder Stede" imagery and dialogue. We get Olu asking Stede "Do you think Blackbeard's gonna murder you?" And several other hints, like the knife throwing shot

And this shot, where it's clearly meant to represent Ed pointing a gun at Stede (near his heart?)

And then we get this shot of Ed holding the groom cake topper and saying "Fuck you, Stede Bonnet."

So clearly, there's some serious tension on Ed's side. I don't think their reunion is going to go very smoothly, at least at first. But I don't think it'll go bad in the end, as it's super clear Ed still loves Stede. Like, a lot. He's just mad at him for breaking his heart.

And, I'll add, while we are getting all of these hostile vibes from Ed, on Stede's end, there's NOTHING but love. He says he loves being near Ed, breathing the same air as him, he's always thinking about him (okay poet go off). Stede is so smitten and it's so heartbreaking and adorable at the same time.

Okay! On to my very loose prediction for a possible order of events, simply based on this trailer and the images Vanity Fair released.

So we will likely open with Olu looking through his telescope, spotting Stede approaching. They all reunite, and Stede asks where Ed and everyone else is. They explain what Ed did, and then Stede decides that they're all getting off the island and finding the Revenge. I'm guessing they all row away in stedes little boat (is it big enough for all of them?). They go to the nearest land mass, and end up on an island. I'm thinking this is the place where this picture is from.

And we get the scene of Stede grabbing the Wanted poster, telling his crew that Ed isn't a bad guy, etc. I'm guessing it's here that Stede asks around for information on Blackbeards' whereabouts. Maybe Stede doesn't find anything out, so he assumes Ed could be sailing to China, like they discussed on the beach. So they're off to China. But before that, there's a scene of Stede throwing his message in a bottle into the ocean. Also, my guess is that he wrote the note on the back of the wanted poster. Maybe he crossed some things off on the other side, like crossed out all the bad stuff and rewrote good stuff. All sappy-like.

Then, I'm guessing still in the first episode, maybe the beginning of the second, we see our first scene of Ed's crew. It starts with the wedding scene, and then we cut to Ed saying "objection" and the chaos ensues. Ed grabs the cake toppers and then later on we have the scene of Ed placing his painted bride topper next to the Stede one. Also maybe when he says to the stede topper "fuck you Stede Bonnet," he'll throw it overboard? That would be another symbolism of "Ed is gonna try and kill Stede, or at least he feels like he wants to in the moment." We can get a nice ominous shot of the topper sinking into the murky ocean.

So Stede's group is on their way to China, and stop at the floating market maybe? And maybe thats where they meet Anne Bonny. Not sure how that will go down. But later on they arrive at China, somewhere along the way meet Susan, and we get the scene of Olu asking Stede if Blackbeard will murder him, and also we'll get Stede's crew in their Chinese outfits. Also probably the scene with Buttons and the Chinese pirates.

What I'm wondering about this image in particular is what are they so surprised/happy about? They are probably seeing a familiar face(s). If it's the crew of Ed's Revenge, this could be where they all find each other again (without Ed, because he's on a beach somewhere). Or maybe it's just Lucius somehow?

So at some point in the middle of all this we might cut to the knife throwing scene with Ed and Izzy, and then maybe after the big storm will hit. That will throw Ed overboard, and the Revenge will be left without a captain once more. Izzy will be very concerned and determined to find Edward, but maybe he will unwittingly lead the crew back to Stede's group in the process?

Okay so once everyone is reunited, Izzy isn't on great terms with Stede, but he could use his help finding Ed, so they form an alliance. Stede gets his ship back, and they are on their way to find Ed. Along the way, we see the "I did a punch!" scene, I'm guessing that happens because the Revenge stormed another vessel? And Izzy agrees to train Stede, hence the sword scene with the candles. Maybe they're training for an upcoming battle? The Vanity Fair article did mention that two armies would be present during the season, one side being Chinese pirates and the other side being navy officers.

And of course we will get scenes of Ed on the beach, having to fend for himself. His makeup will be gone and his beard will have grown a bit longer, which is how we know a bit of time has passed. I wonder if Ed's time on the island will be good or bad for him. Maybe the isolation and time to think, and cool off, will allow him to warm back up to Stede? This could lead to him finding the message in a bottle, too. It would be a pretty funny coincidence.

So I'm thinking that Stede and Ed reuniting happens after a few episodes, maybe episode 4? It would parallel the first season, as Ed didn't show up until episode 3/4. And there's some animosity at first, but they still love each other, so they make up again. Hopefully with that "major romantic moment" Vanity Fair mentioned! And then there will be a build up to the final battle.

And then there's this image, where Ed is wearing Buttons' jacket and sitting next to Spanish Jackie, who looks to be dressed up.

This seems like a potentially sweet scene. Ed has no makeup, his beard is longer (like this photo)

So its obviously later in the season, and he appears to be staring at something/someone lovingly. I'm guessing he's looking at Stede, and this is near the end of the season where everything has calmed down and the whole crew is having fun. Maybe they're finally doing their talent show?

Then of course we have the "Izzy loves Edward" plot line that will surely tug at our heartstrings. I'm looking forward to seeing how that plays out!

28 Days until Tears of the Kingdom Release!!!!!!! I've spent hours talking with several of my friends about yesterday's trailer. I have so many theories and questions but since I can't have any of them answered until the game comes out, I'll share some of them with you. Instead of posting all of the analysis at once, however, I'll do it in smaller chunks over the next few days. Spoilers below if you wanna avoid trailer stuff.

I mean the first thing I noticed was the Chu-chu (my friend said they are called Slimes in German) fighting the construct. I find it fascinating that these constructs fight other mobs. Did the Zonai build them just to fight monsters or all intruders? What do they register Link as? An invader? I wonder if there is a game mechanic that convinces the constructs not to attack Link or maybe only sentry constructs attack Link and all other constructs must be triggered in a combat trial or something.

This robot is chopping down a tree. I noticed that some of the constructs in the gameplay trailer ignored Link. I'm guessing that these are specifically worker constructs. They remind me of the mining robots in Skyward Sword.

After this I enjoyed the music and Link's awesome dive through the air. I don't have much to say about that except my friend wondered why Link isn't constantly cold all the time if he's that high up. I'm chalking it up to Sky Island magic.

Mushrooms in Hateno. I think some of them are real and others are just decorations. Gives me Minish cap vibes. I wonder if their is a specific mushroom shop or maybe there is a festival going on? Idk maybe the towns people just wanted some color.

TENTS. The way I almost screamed because they are rebuilding. It makes me so emotional to see that the people of Hyrule were rebuilding from the Calamity. To see the Guardians and malice gone from the courtyard is just ugh my heart. My friend hopes that Nintendo lets us explore some of rebuilt Hyrule before things go to shit again and Ganondorf wrecks everything and I agree. However, I have a feeling that Nintendo will not let us explore the half built castle as part of a tutorial before waking up the angry mummy in the basement. I can dream though.

Another look at that spiral shrine thing. I really really want to know what those are. Also lmao looks like a sky island fell and got wedged sideways. I guess its something interesting to look at for the people in Kakariko.

Alright so this structure rising out of the ground in the desert is probably in the Arbiters ground area. I'm not gonna say dungeons confirmed but I've absolutely heard other people say it. I thought it might be related to the structures in Twilight Princess (cough maybe the Twili) but my friend suggested the dungeon in Skyward Sword which also rises from the ground. Either way I'm excited to explore it.

We've seen many shots of the castle rising but I really appreciate seeing the Sheikah here reacting to it as well. It makes the world feel more real and the trailer of course did a great job at including NPCs. I do still wonder what exactly the falling rocks are and why they continue to fall throughout the game.

This figure looks so much like Demise. It's tempting to think that this is Ganondorf considering we see him later in the trailer. However, I'm gonna stick to the idea that we might be seeing both characters. Although, maybe Demise will only be in flashbacks/visions of the past. It would be fun if Ganondorf in the final fight morphs into more of a Demise form.

This one was just cruel. Link is gonna be so devastated at having failed to catch/protect Zelda and he tried so hard. I hope he quickly learns that Zelda isn't dead because he's gonna be racked with guilt either way.

For as much as Nintendo loves showing that they dropped Zelda off a cliff, I'm glad that they showed the yellow glow. Since her hand is glowing I'm wondering if her triforce powers saved her which is certainly a possibility. However, there is another possibility. Zelda looks like she's holding something in her hand. I think that she found the little golden recall stone/tear and when she fell it activated. Time travel is looking very possible.
