Tess Lane - a low ranking cultist in edens gate who runs the kitchen in Jacob's compound and takes Wren under her wing. Takes absolutely no shit from anyone and that includes Jacob himself

Trevor Fuller - a reclaimer who leaves the vault an angry asshole who thinks he can save appalachia without helping other people and being a part of a community and learns from Nia that that's absolutely the wrong mindset with that goal. listen I don't have a step by step for how he goes from angry outsider teen to steady presence community leader but I'll figure it out

Tulsa - absolutely wild and chaotic thrill seeker who joined the scraver gang because they weren't raiders and also everyone called them insane for climbing dilapidated sky scrappers that even desperate scavengers avoided because they were death traps

angus belmont, resident drama king, with a love ( and emphasis ) on dramatics and theatrics, which is also shown in his high collars ( he remembers seeing a picture of vlad and just loves the high collar theme. he makes his parents worry constant and his sister even more so, but they love him because he's very much a family kid and loves sticking close.

Obsessed with the idea of Castlevania from Alucard's perspective 'cause like. Imagine your dad is one of the most dangerous people on the planet but you keep forgetting about it because he's also hopelessly and pathetically devoted to your mother to the point of borderline neglecting you which kind of sucks but y'know whatever. And then your mom is brutally and publicly murdered so you head out for your dad's estate already presuming he's cooking up some pretty chill, sweet revenge, only to find out he's actually Actively Planning A Genocide against your own mother's people, of which you're also still technically a part of. So you try telling your dad that's actually Not Chill and he just fucking lunges at you, permanently scarring you and leaving you in a year long coma so now you have to kill your weirdo loser dad which sucks hard cuz y'know. You really don't have anyone else but ok.

But you're still in a coma so then you're woken up by a random mage girl who thinks you're Jesus Christ Reborn and a loser homeless boy who immediately (and homoerotically) tries to fight you and he actually manages to stab you in the gut but you think that's sexy and you ask them if they wanna help you kill your dad and now suddenly you're part of a murder polycule. So like. What I'm trying to say is 10/10 the character of all time

As far as gay Victor Trevor absolutely got me, I don't think there was anything serious between him and Holmes. This all comes down to my reading of Holmes, who is (to me) too aroace-spec to get involved in a regular relationship (althouuuughh about Holmes, his sexual and romantic orientation and him discovering it I have had so many thoughts I could write a whole essay). He likes to have a default person though, someone who will take him as he is, and maybe even admire a little - now that's Watson, earlier it was Trevor.

And yea I think Victor got a crush straight away after their first meeting, maybe they even talked about this at some point. Maybe Holmes said that he won't be able to reciprocate this affection but if Victor is fine with keeping things as they are, then he is too. I like to think they stayed pen friends even after Trevor's leave.

I feel like I should emphasize this? My intention in the comic was to make Trevor visibly flustered because he didn't expect a young attractive boy (he's hopeless in my head), while Holmes simply didn't expect to see someone his age and so sincerely sorry.

One thing I haven't mentioned (I think?) about Trevor and I'm disappointed I didn't bring it up in that ask 'cause I honestly think it's pretty funny.

Trevor is an athiest. Like...extremely athiest.

Oh, yeah, he's very aware of what Jelani actually is. He just doesn't believe that the divine are well...divine in nature. He believes it's another type of classification which...fair but at the same time L O fucking L.

It's not meant as some sort of disrespect he just doesn't believe in any religion, that anything whether divine or not should be worshipped and doesn't believe in an afterlife.
