this is def more comics jason than ak jason but regarding the whole 'pit madness' thing i think theyre just horrifying intrusive thoughts and overwhelming self hatred in thoughts that got aggravated by the trauma of being resurrected. like as robin he was pretty happy and when those creeping thoughts came in they were easy to brush off but after his death they are swinging full force and since it went from 10 to 100 he thinks hes so out of his mind that it must be the pit. when they dont go away he panics and stresses that he came back wrong because 'i wasnt like this! i swear!' and he thinks of that part of himself as a stranger in a foreign land

This AU idea isn't even 2 hours old yet, but in this, what we will call "brimstone dynamite" Au, Anton and Annie are 2 demons who got kicked out of hell cause Satan got jealous of Anton's red skin. So they work for (forgot the yellow dude's name) who's basically a fallen angel trying to redeem himself. Meanwhile the bossbusters are currently wreaking havoc in the city in human disguises. Doesn't take the 3 of them long to realize they're actually mole demons. The fallen angel remembers what one of the angels said to him: if he defeats the 4 moles, he's able to return back to heaven. And so he commits!

The rest is TBA ( it's a short-ish premise of the plot, I'll update it as I go, cause again the au isn't even an hour old. Also, I figured I'd share with you because I am an avid bossbusters Fan, and I found that you are as well :D so I really hope you don't mind my lore dumping...)

im actually in the same boat with being gender fluid and my legal name

i dont mind having a feminine name, in fact one of my preferred names IS feminine

but the name itself just isnt me and ive resented that for a long time. now im not sure if i dislike it because i actually dislike the name or if i dislike it because i needed to in order to realize my identity

(i have a few classmates with the name as well and it's kinda 😖 for me. but at least thats more reason for my teachers to call me my preferred name)

Oh, I prefer Kris! I think it's the design, really--I prefer the hat and the shirt/shorts combo over the overalls Lyra has.

I did also spend a lot of time playing through Crystal as part of a Nuzlocke, and it was the first one I ever beat, so I'm pretty attached to Kris because of that--especially since Crystal was what I played because I specifically wanted Eusine content!! And, well ... Kris was the first female protagonist we could play as, which is another reason why I wanted to play through Crystal ...

So, yeah. Design is the big one. But also she's just the character I weirdly have more nostalgia for because of everything we went through--the original Johto journey, catching Suicune, beating the League, then exploring Kanto, and eventually--after much, much grinding--defeating Red in the post game with no losses, thus securing the victory of the Nuzlocke.

And my self insert's team is pretty much the same as the one I had during that Nuzlocke. I know that's a bit off topic, but ... I don't think I'd have enjoyed the experience as much without playing as Kris.

aww, is that so?? and you even did a nuzlocke challenge in crystal, that's amazing!! ive yet to try one but im excited for it hehe. this one's more than just design and i totally understand!! i have a soft spot for may since as I said before, gen 3 was the first game i ever played and having to experience the world of pokemon for the first time with may brings back so much memories whenever I look at her :) i lowkey had a kin moment with her after I learned she's with torchic ehehe (like omg we are SO alike /lh)

that's honestly so wholesome to hear? it's like you had a super deep connection with your team (the grinding to make then stronger and evolve feels like a bonding ngl) so it would feel quite odd to not include them for your insert. i love that!!

hi stranger! turbotax is bad partially bc they charge out the ass and try to upsell when online federal tax filings are FREE. turbotax is also bad bc of government lobbying to continue obscuring the tax filing process so individuals feel it necessary to pay these fees bc they're too overwhelmed.

My current team is my Traveler with the wind power, Bennett, Kaeya, and Razor, with all but Bennett at level 60. Only need a few more levels to catch him up though. Everyone but Razor has a 5 star weapon but I'm building up a 5 star for him currently, just need to get more material for it. The boys are a really good team, cycling between them makes getting more damage easier.

I haven't summoned any 5 stars yet, mostly because I've barely summoned. Part of me wants to save in case Dain gets added but I wouldn't mind getting Dulic, Xiao, Kazuha, Shenhe, or Ayato if I do summon. I'd feel bad about leaving my current team behind if I did summon anyone though.

AYYYY my early team setup was similar to yours! (in terms of elements that is) Of course I had anemo traveler, chongyun/razor, barbara and amber (I am a huge amber fan I don't accept amber slander)

You got lucky getting bennett on your team really early! I had him really really late :') haha and the fact that razor already has a 5* weapon! that's amazing dude!! hope he does well in your team!!

I'm a kazuha haver and I absolutely reccomend having him, like it doesn't have to be for spiral abyss, exploring becomes so much easier with him!! sadly I don't have the other characters you mentioned but I also want Diluc and Shenhe (I lost her to another character AHA...) I also did feel really bad having to replace so many 4*s to 5*s but what I did is try to balance out my members and switch them out often if you feel like it :3 also definitely keep an eye on leaks to see who's coming up and plan your next move!

Well, I've been playing for awhile now so my team changed a lot, but I'll still share them!

My teams will always run permafrost (instant freezing application) so it would have Childe, Chongyun, Kazuha (it used to be Sucrose) and then Kokomi!

my secondary team is a melt team, it has Yanfei, Bennett, Kazuha and Kokomi, yeah I can't let go of the last 2 😭

ever since I got nahida, I've been letting her join my teams and it really changes the whole game because dendro is such a good element!!

As for my wish list, the only one really in my mind to get is Yelan since I had to skip her to get Kazuha, I'm gonna save for her definitely! maybe hutao too but she's a secondary. I also have a side goal of collecting all bow users since bows are my favorite playstyle :3 I might even attempt to get Shenhe again since.... I lost her last time 😭
