PS: this vessel may depict the Peruvian subspecies of Pampas Cat aka Northern Colocolo (Leopardus colocola garleppi). The Andean Mountain Cat (Leopardus jacobita) is also often suggested, but their range is more southern and higher elevation than where the Virú were? Also note the stripier legs on the Colocolo similar to the ceramic:

The most important of these cultures - is commonly called the Moche - which is a name taken from the excavated site in the Moche river valley. {This place appears to have been the capital or chief city of the Moche people}.

La Contraloría, quiere a Hugo Echegaray y funcionarios – tras las rejas por supuestos actos de corrupción

La Contraloría General de la República informó que ha recomendado denunciar penalmente al alcalde, funcionarios y ex funcionarios de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huaura por presuntos actos de corrupción en perjuicio del presupuesto de esa localidad.

En esa línea – todo hace indicar que el burgomaestre provincial, Hugo Echegaray Virú y otras seis personas, tendrán que responder ante la Fiscalía Anticorrupción por haber incurrido en presuntas irregularidades en la adquisición de equipos e instrumentos médicos en el proyecto Muni Salud.

El informe del órgano de control determina que «desde su concepción, el procedimiento estuvo mal elaborado y se suscribieron contratos con empresas de manera irregular».
