For the fifth time, Wednesday slapped your thigh to get your attention. “Turn it down.”
You huffed a laugh, and figured it was time. You were playing your ‘obnoxious’ pop playlist, full of mostly Taylor Swift and random Korean bands. It was collaborative with Enid, and likely one of Wednesday’s least favorites. Lowering the volume, you tossed Wednesday your phone.
“Alright, it’s your turn.”
The two of you were driving back from a day trip to a nearby town—actually, you were supposed to be driving back the rest of Enid and Co, also, but while Wednesday was beyond ready to leave, they all wanted to stay and do something called a “holy trinity.” How someone could have so much alcohol in so little time was so bizarre to you, but then Wednesday, of all people, rolled her eyes and downed three shots in just as many minutes, and seemed no worse for wear.
Seemed was the key word there—not a quarter of an hour later, she’d grabbed onto your arm, grip slack, and her eyes were becoming unfocused, roving all over your face only to miss your eyes and tack onto somewhere lower.
You’d coaxed her to eat something after that. Post French fries and buttered bread (she’d kill you after she knew you’d made her eat such unrefined food,) as well as a bottle and a half of water in, she’d mostly walked it off. You figured it was time to get Wednesday home. As far as you knew, the rest of your friends were still out, though you’d made Yoko promise to text you when they were leaving and when they got back. The windows were open in the car; the wind lifted Wednesday’s fringe off her forehead. You glanced over to where she was gingerly operating your phone, punching in letters on Spotify. Your heart twisted.
You didn’t really want to admit that weird feeling you had the first time, and all the rest of the times, you saw Wednesday. It was a sort of jittery one, with a swoop in your stomach, that made you want to prod her into a conversation. You’d gotten quite a bit more than you’d bargained for, from that first fateful kiss in the classroom, to every secret, heady rendezvous after. The last time you two had been intimate—fucked, in your bed—had left an indelible mark, natural as a shadow settled neatly in your chest. The bickering and play fights had only made things worse, and you knew you had to ignore it all, for Wednesday. To keep things the same, because… something’s better than nothing, right?
You supposed that “something” was where you were right now. Being her ‘girl friend,’ with a space in between, sex and unrequited feelings included, was the best place that you could ever be with her. You had those close moments with her that you could cherish, but also that emotional distance that Wednesday undoubtedly wanted. Perfect. Your childlike sentiments were ones that you were likely to carry in your heart, deep down, for fucking forever. They were never going to see the light of day.
Lilting piano filled the car, shoving images of you and Wednesday seated together before the keys into your mind. Your phone dropped back into your lap.
“Nocturne? In E minor.” You blurted out before you could stop yourself.
“I’m surprised you know.”
“Hey!” Indignant, you nearly shot something back that was sure to start one of your bickering matches again, when an unfamiliar sound rang through the car, lovely as the music, but something you’d never heard before.
“Did you just laugh?”
Wednesday’s mumbled denial was covered up by your own laugh, bordering on hysterical as your heart picked itself up and started racing.
“Do not insult me like that,” Wednesday grumbled, rubbing the hem of her sweater between her fingers. “Focus on the road. Dying with you in a car crash is too pathetic to even consider.” Though her words were sharp as always, her even tone had something in it that, if one wasn’t careful, could be mistaken as gentle.
You snorted again, unable to stop laughing. “And if a double decker bus…” you sang, tapping your fingers on the steering wheel. Wednesday’s glare nearly sliced you clean in half, and you were smart for once, shutting up immediately. She wasn’t laughing anymore, and some part of you mourned that.
After Chopin played Liszt, Liebestraum no. 3, and you wondered if Wednesday knew how to queue on Spotify. You followed the winding road up the mountain. You’d be back at Nevermore soon, but selfishly, you didn’t want this to be over. It was an odd time, with no bickering, no siege, no sex, and who could blame you if you were feeling particularly, disgustingly, sentimental? Blame the Liszt.
Turning the car off the road, you pulled into a deserted vista point. Carpe diem, you thought, throwing caution to the wind and the car in park.
“Why have you stopped?”
“Weds, we’re looking at the sunset.”
“I do not need to see it, it happens every day—”
“Oh, come on,” you laughed, unlocking the car doors and stepping out. With the wind whipping around you, blowing your hair every which way, you ducked to peek into the car. “Humor me, I guess. Don’t you feel sorry for me, or something?”
She gave you a pointed look. “I do not.” But she followed you out the car anyway.
Leaning on the hood, you looked out at the scene as she joined you. Spiky evergreens stretched out across the stony slopes, with the last vestiges of snow clinging to the tops. The sun stretched its longing light into the rapidly darkening east behind you, pulling taut the shadows and blanketing everything in an aureate shine.
You glanced over at Wednesday—despite her earlier protest, it seemed as if she was tolerating this. The tension around her brow was gone, and her arms hung relaxed by her sides. The silence wasn’t rare, but it felt reverent anyway. Your heart adored her in her outfit; it was something your mind refused to register. She was in black knee high boots, made of some leather you couldn’t pronounce, an inky dress, flowing in the wind, down to her thighs, and a soft deep gray sweater. There was a sort of bleeding sentiment, beginning to seep into your everyday life, into wondering what Wednesday would think of the book you were reading, imagining her reaction to Bianca’s quip, overthinking her hand clutching your sleeve in the courtyard.
You deliberated, vaguely, what it would be like if you tumbled down the mountainside, into those trees—would the wood be cushioning or bruising? It was a serious consideration, with all that you were feeling. Those damned feelings, ones that Wednesday would undoubtedly scorn, made you kick up the gravel underfoot in frustration.
Beside you, Wednesday cast an uninterested look over you at the noise, silently judging. A beat passed. She grabbed the collar of your shirt, wrinkling it, and pulled you into a bruising kiss.
“I am going in the car. The back seat. Be not afraid.” She retreated, and gave a little smirk, one reserved for the golden light and dark trees.
It was purely unfair, as the blood rushed from your head to pool in your stomach, making your heart work overtime. Stumbling to the back seat, you’d barely sat down before Wednesday reached over to the console and locked the doors. She’d taken off her boots, leaving her legs clad in white socks scrunched around her calves.
She climbed into your lap without preamble, squeezing your hips with her thighs. The car roof meant she had to duck her head just a bit, giving you the perfect opportunity to press your lips to hers. Having Wednesday on top of you was the kind of thing that made your head spin. And spinning you were, down into that deep unending abyss where there was only the smell of hot sugar, pine, and iron.
The Midas touch of the setting sun made Wednesday seem even paler, from her exposed knees to her small hands, glowing like some ethereal being. She kissed you as if she could wrap her teeth around you, like searching for sweetness in the corners of your mouth. Sure enough, there was something about her, a sense of urgency, that threatened to take in all of you.
“This dress is nice,” you murmured, pushing it up her pale thighs, rubbing away the red marks her boots left on her calves. Your hands continued upward, to the light dampness of her inner thighs.
“You said you liked it last time.” Wednesday immediately glanced away, as if she hadn’t meant to say those words. There was a faint flush to her cheeks again, but the two of you were fogging up the car windows.
You ignored the pulsing in your stomach that traitorously screamed she wore this for me? “It’s enchanting,” you said. “Like a witch of the wood.”
You nosed your way into the nape of her neck again, a favorite spot of yours, unable to stop your stupid mouth from running. “I adore it…” You pulled her tighter to your lap, skimming the seam of her underwear at the juncture of her thigh. “Can I touch you, Wednesday?”
“Get on with it,” she said, breathlessly, indulging you with a quick quirk of her lips.
Skimming the back of your hand up between her thighs, you sent your other hand to palm her chest through her dress. You felt her through her panties, the fabric soft and smooth from her slick. Dipping your hand below the waistband, you wasted no time finding her clit. Her breath came down hard—it was her tell, you knew, even when her face remained mostly impassive.
She was sensitive today, back arching with a small gasp as soon as you touched her. Hand shooting past your head, Wednesday grabbed onto the headrest, hard enough for the leather to creak. Her outstretched arm was right next to your head, and you couldn’t resist leaning in to kiss the inside of her elbow.
She sighed, unfurling tendrils of a storm in smooth skies. “You have all of me,” Wednesday said, something soft.
You press a kiss to Wednesday's forehead, equally soft, as you curl your fingers again. “If only, Wednesday,” you said, unthinking.
Wednesday froze, squeezing her other hand on your shoulder hard enough to leave pretty bruises under your collared shirt.
You pulled back, cocking your head. “What is it?”
She furrowed her brow at you, as if she couldn’t believe what she was seeing, then glanced away quickly.
“What’s wrong?” Your fingers traced another circle around her clit.
“Stop asking.” Her voice was firm, but it had a waver in the middle, like she’d almost changed her mind.
“I’ll stop asking,” you whispered, “if you tell me what’s up.” Her eyes were glazed over with a sheen not unlike her slick that coated your fingers, something shiny and sweet.
“You’re hopeless,” she said, not even a second before she clapped her hand over your mouth.
What an Addams wants, an Addams gets, you surmised, blinking quickly. You rubbed your free hand up and down her thigh, trying to soothe her, but she only moved her hand to grip your jaw, her intent the sear of fire through the underbrush.
“I do not like repeating myself,” she said quietly, “so listen closely.” She shifted closer to you on your lap, car leather squeaking, settling on her knees so your nose was in her collar. She reached down and gave you a handkerchief from her pocket. Knowing what she meant, you pulled your fingers from her warmth, feeling a hard lump in your throat. “And make no noise.”
You nodded. She looked wild on top of you, hair mussed from your make out session, the apples of her cheeks a dusty rose.
“Honesty colors me,” she said by way of explanation. “And you talk too much, so this is how it will have to be.” She seemed to think for a moment, biting her lip. Her burgundy lipstick contrasted so starkly with her gray sweater, as if she was the only screaming color in a black and white world. She might hate that, you mused absently. Maybe she was more a whirlpool of the blackest black, sucking in all of the color and light around it so that you had no choice but to be drawn in, to the only real thing you’d ever known.
“You’re stupid,” Wednesday started, matter-of-factly. “Just like everyone else.” You nodded, used to this sort of thing by now. “But your particular brand of stupidity is showing its truth.”
You resisted the urge to roll your eyes, arms automatically going around her waist while you leaned back to look at her. Where she was going with this, you had no idea. You only knew that that whirlpool was making its way closer and closer to you.
“At first, our… arrangement was indeed purely physical.” She paused. “But things have changed, quite drastically. I do believe I’ve reached a… point of no return, but I have since found a balance.”
Wednesday locked her eyes on yours, unflinching. “I give myself to you time and time again-” the words were unfamiliar from her mouth- “yet, you seem to give no indication that you know. ‘If only?’ It’s nearly laughable.” She gave a huff, though her gaze was contemplative. You cocked your head, mind uncomprehending, mouth dry.
“You have my heart, beating or still.” Her words rang quiet in the car. Your own heart started up again, with all the betrayal of a thrumming bass. You tried to push it down, but it didn’t erase the reality of what Wednesday had just said—did Wednesday ever lie? She was good at it, sure, but you’d long learned that Wednesday’s word was her end. “And it appears as though you are completely unaware.”
“Unaware?” You broke her rule, and you could see the tick of annoyance in her eyes. But you plowed on anyway. “Are you saying that you have my—that I don’t know that I have your—that you like me?”
“My devotion is more than that,” Wednesday said casually, “but it may be that you’re unable to handle that at this time.”
Sure enough, you could feel your body informing your mind that you were hyperventilating, Wednesday’s weight on your lap the only thing keeping you from shooting off to Saturn.
“I don’t—” you struggled for your words, the usual wit you showed while bickering with Wednesday, the strategy you’d used to defend Jericho, absolutely nowhere to be seen.
“Need I pull stars from the sky to prove myself to you?” she said, raising an eyebrow in amusement, as if she wasn’t blowing through every poorly stacked defense of yours. It would be just like Wednesday, for every word of hers to be devastating and world shifting. No one knew Wednesday Addams and remained unchanged—that was just the kind of person she was, romantic as murder via blade. Perhaps to her, your wide eyed reaction was enough of a damning confession. “You’ll be the end of me, but what bliss that would be.”
“Um,” you started, eloquently. “You’re… you’re not thinking straight,” you rasped out, mind freezing. You could feel your back stuck to the seat, unyielding. “You’re—”
“If I didn’t know you and your oblivious tendencies, I would think that it is almost insulting of you to doubt me.” She gave a small sniff, chin held high. “You think that just because you do not recognize my words, means that I am not in a right state of mind?”
In one fluid motion, she pressed her forehead to yours, and cradled your face between her two cold hands. Your name felt like salvation from her lips; “believe me, I’m wide awake.”
Your jaw went slack, and you were sure you looked as much a dumbass as you felt.
“I intended for my… vulnerability,” Wednesday’s voice wavers on the word, “to be a sign for you, but either you are just that unobservant, or you are unwilling to admit to what is right before your eyes.”
“I’d never not pick up on something on purpose, Weds.” Your brain was wading through a thick mud, unable to turn at the speed that Wednesday wanted.
“Does that mean that you are willfully disregarding the way I show myself to you?” Finally, in her words, you were able to see the exact vulnerability that she had alluded to.
“No, I’d never, I just… didn’t want to hope,” you said, embarrassed. “Romance isn’t your thing.”
“It’s not,” she replied simply, quietly. “I understand your reservations.” Wednesday’s hands held an imperceptible tremble, but her gaze was strong.
“No—of course I—” your throat tightened, but you felt the weight falling from your shoulders anyway. That was something you recognized. “Of course I like you.”
The silence rang yet again, and Wednesday’s eyes widened, the onyx of them turning warm as molten metal. The exact expression in them was hard to place, but it calmed you, in the wake of speaking aloud something you’d been afraid to admit to yourself.
A thought occurred to you, more clear than any you’d had since Wednesday had opened her mouth. “Even if we’d never—if we never have sex again, I’d still l—like you.”
Despite the way you stumbled into and over your words, Wednesday’s dark eyes on yours grew warm, pupil blurring into iris; the corner of her mouth gave an upwards tick.
“In the cracks of light,” Wednesday whispered, reverent as prayer as her fingertips traced your cheekbone, “I see the heaven on earth I’ve won with you.”
She kissed you then, and you couldn’t hold back any more. It was something like pure relief—though your mind still didn’t quite comprehend Wednesday’s confession (confession!), your heart broke the dam, pulling you down past inhibition. Spiraling to Wednesday’s gravity, it was as natural as breathing to give in.
Wednesday, all knowing as always, must’ve seen the way your resolve broke. She slid her mouth against yours, open and hot, unhurried but eager. The car leather under your thighs was as warm as Wednesday on top of you—not even she was immune to the rays of waning sunlight, it seemed.
“You know,” you muttered, between capturing her lips, “it’s just like you to say all that about moving heaven and earth. Most people just say ‘I like you.’” It wasn’t a complaint by any means; with your hands on her waist, you’d have it no other way.
“As I said, it is more than that.” She took a breath, completely steady and confident, now. “You consume me, completely.”
“And you, I,” you said softly, as if you could do anything but agree to her heady desire. “I’ve got you, Wednesday.”
Her forehead dropped to your shoulder, arms wrapped tight around you. It took a moment for you to realize that in her silence after your words, she was grinding down, near imperceptibly, into your lap.
“Mmm, my love,” you murmured, the significance of the endearment not lost on you, “look at you.” Sliding a hand up her back to her hair, you felt her braids through your fingers. You ran your hands down once more, under her sweater to feel the muscles around her shoulder blades. The heat you felt through her dress from where she was pressed to you, through your trousers, was something out of a darkest dream, unable to be forgotten.
Wednesday leaned up again, eyes sharp as a lance, to brand you with a kiss. She bit your lip, breaking through skin, and you grinned at the pain. It was hard and harsh, comforting like the thin edge of a knife. You felt the blood seeping into the seams of your teeth, rain in scorched earth. Intoxicated, you seemed to float closer into that sweet and dark whirlpool.
“That hurt, Wednesday…” you leaned in, voice dropping. “I wanna…” There was a beat of silence where you could only taste the copper in your mouth, sweet as you knew the slick between her thighs to be. You shifted your grip to her hips, bruising, and the soft little moan Wednesday gave in response spurred you on. “I wanna hurt you.”
You did, helplessly. Of course, you would rain hell on anyone that so much as lifted a finger against Wednesday, but to hold her trust that came with pain—you wanted that from her, to know when she hurt, when she wanted to hurt. Whether it was holding her back from the edge, or flying and dropping together to the bottom, bodies crashing against one another, you wanted it. Like something out of a classical myth, with wings of wax or blood, you would burn and be burned to feel the weightless warmth of that golden light.
There was no hesitation for Wednesday, just a look in her eyes that you’d come to know intimately as hunger. “Hurt me.” Her voice was low, nearly fond, in your ear as her eyes tracked the blood collecting on your lips. She leaned towards you and licked, tongue to your teeth, translucent saliva mixing with the burgundy. “I want it to hurt—I want you to hurt me.”
When she leaned back, her lipstick was stained with your blood, and it made you want to bleed if only she was the one taking it. You leaned your temple to her jawline, eyes burning at the sun through the windshield. Your hands continued once again up her thighs, just as reverent as before. The two of you never could do anything by half—you were always Wednesday’s. Realizing it, speaking it aloud, confessing or not, couldn’t have changed that. Despite that, as you rocked back and kissed the blood off Wednesday, you felt as though you were on your knees, professing everything you were. Giving one last cheeky swipe of your tongue on her lips, you went to tug Wednesday’s panties down. She followed your lead easily, tossing the expensive garment somewhere to the side.
“My sweet girl,” you sighed, something possessive curling in your words. “What would you like?”
“Everything.” There was a devout way about her utterance that had your hands shaking with the desire to fulfill her. “Touch me.”
Crossing one arm around her to clasp the back of her neck, you brought her face close to yours, the tips of your noses brushing.
“Everything? How much can we do with ‘everything’ when you’re so sensitive, angel?” On cue, Wednesday’s eyes slipped shut as you drew a finger along her pussy to find her wet and wanting.
“Don’t you think you should be the one to answer that?” Her voice, bold and challenging, shook up your stomach like champagne. You were completely, utterly ruined before Wednesday Addams, and it was a nearly celestial ruin, so bright and beloved it nearly hurt.
You didn’t hesitate, slipping your finger in and grinding your palm on her clit. You didn’t miss her knees sliding further apart, that elusive grin gracing her face as she tipped her head back. Only her tight hold on your shoulders kept her from falling into your lap. Your mouth tasted of iron, such a contrast to Wednesday’s burnt sugar sweat on your tongue as you licked a stripe up her jaw to bite her earlobe. Drawing every small sigh out, you took your time, curling your fingers the way you knew she liked. You squeezed your hand, heavy where her shoulders met her neck. The jagged breaths she took in response made you crave more, and your stomach burned with contentment when she let you press another finger inside of her.
Wednesday’s half lidded eyes tracked down your neck, hunter to the scent of fear, leaving a shiver in her wake. It was inexplicably easy to discern what she wanted, even as she threaded her hands in your hair, something tingling and distracting.
“Go ahead, I know you want to.” Like blood rushing back into white fingertips, her soft lips were on your neck, undoubtedly leaving a smear of lip stain that you’d have to be chastised to wipe off. Almost as if she’d read your mind, she was sucking at your skin, impatient. Already you could feel the raised welt, and the way her tongue soothed the strain.
“You’re mine,” she breathed out, harsh despite the way she was panting with every twist of your fingers.
“Yeah,” you whispered, the haze of being Wednesday’s blurring your every action. “I’m yours.”
You curled your fingers, and had to bite down a moan as her teeth sank deeper into your neck, a cause and effect that you’d kill for. You swore as she set sight on your jawline, the sweet shock of her hot tongue making you shiver.
“Took you long enough,” she muttered darkly—it seemed she was satisfied with the state of your neck, since you could feel the skin throbbing pleasantly. She leaned back, proffering her own throat.
“I was always yours,” you said easily. “I can just…” you trailed off as your sharp teeth met her skin in the spot you knew she liked, making her cry out, “show you better now.”
Wednesday’s hands tightened in your hair, pulling a broken gasp from your throat. Her smirk, challenging as she took in your reaction, only spurred you on. It was pure selfishness, when you grinned lazily as she tugged. You gave as good as you got, though, each curl of your fingers and shift of your hand had her trembling.
She was close; you could feel it in the uneven cadence of her breath, almost as erratic as yours. Pulling the collar of her sweater aside, you worked your tongue against her jugular, her pulse tempting and honey sweet in your mouth. It was nearly tangible between your teeth, soft and solid, the pounding of her pulse, just milliseconds away from your own.
“C’mon, Wednesday,” you whispered in her ear, “just like that.”
Her breath stuttered, climbing up higher to the returning lump in your throat. It was always a marvel, the way that Wednesday was so incredibly responsive to you, your touch or your words. The hard catch of her lip between her teeth made you grin, and you reached out, tugging it free. You leaned in to kiss her forehead as you slipped your thumb in her mouth instead, your fingers never stopping.
“Wednesday.” She turned her glossy eyes towards you, and it was the closest you’d ever seen her to coming without really falling. “Let go.”
At your words, she gasped, and you could feel her cunt pulse around your fingers as she came. Her teeth bit into your skin and her eyebrows knitted together ever so gently—you loved to watch her come undone. She was all soft moans and flushed cheeks, open in a way that she hardly ever was otherwise. It unfurled something bright and warm in your chest, spreading out into your fingertips. You felt as hazy as she looked, the smell of her spilling into the air and undoubtedly lingering in your chest.
“That’s perfect, love, you’re so good for me.” You shushed her as she panted, eyes unfocused beneath her mussed fringe, but searing into yours. You continued your palm on her clit, holding her tight as her body stuttered. You moved your hand to cup her face, smoothing over unshed tears along her waterline.
“You’re…” Wednesday gave a low groan as you hit that sensitive spot inside of her again, none too gently.
“Yes,” you answered gently. “You’ll tell me if you want me to stop, won’t you?” She nodded, eager, as she pushed her hips into your hand, even though it made her whole body shiver.
“Fuck—”
You hummed in response, feeling her cunt open even easier now that she was impossibly wetter. As you worked a third finger into her, Wednesday’s spine went rigid, a whining, desperate sound you’d never thought you’d hear breaking from her throat. She grabbed your hand, and her palms were damp. Her grip on your wrist was tight, just as much keeping you from progressing as it was keeping you from pulling away. You leaned in by her ear. “Does it hurt?”
She gave a jerky nod, jaw clenched and lips parted. You would turn a storm on its head for those ways that Wednesday strayed from her control, especially when you were the one guiding that meandering path. Pressing the heel of your hand into her clit, you laughed, small and indulgent, as she clung tighter to you, a strained little cry escaping.
“Good girl, Wednesday… you’re taking it so well, aren’t you? You’re taking me so well, darling…” Fisting the front of her sweater in your hand, you pulled her off balance, tugging her close so her lips fell to yours, easy as breathing. Swallowing every single prized whimper that fell from her, you kissed her slow. Wednesday was already sensitive, but this was intense for even her, you could tell. Her breath came shakily against you as you pulled away, having smeared her lipstick to your content. Fingers sliding punishingly against her clit, your laugh rumbled low in your chest as she keened, soft and just a bit pleading.
“Very good, Wednesday, my love,” you coaxed. Her gasp, more like a sob, washed over you in a satisfaction that made you shudder. The slick from her previous orgasm clung to your hand, making it easy to keep up your punishing pace. Her tears shined like sea glass in her lashes, as devout to the cause of ruining her cheeks as the dusk outside was to darkness. You had no idea how much time had passed, only that if she asked, you’d stay right here with her until daylight again.
“I’m—” A whine rose from her throat, and you couldn’t help but smile.
“You can do it, baby-” your thumb circled her clit as your fingers found their way impossibly deeper into Wednesday- “just for me, okay?”
“Okay,” she repeated, mindlessly. This world where Wednesday let herself trust you to take care of her was one you could live in, drown in, make your home in. You raised your hand to the juncture of her neck and jaw, heavy and comforting. Reminded of every time Wednesday had put her hand in that same place on you when you were on your knees in front of her, more intimate than anything, you tugged on her wrist, instantly missing her hold in your hair. Intertwining your fingers together, you held your hands together in between you and Wednesday.
Without a warning, her fingers tightened around yours, so hard that her knuckles turned white. You could see that how hard she came took her by surprise, too—eyes wide open and pupils blown. It was breathtaking, you thought, just how much tension was in her, all tense shoulders and choked cry. Her nails dug into your skin, her grip tethering you from dropping off with her. It stung, and you loved it, the maroon of your blood welling up just enough to smear her fingertips.
Wednesday’s head fell into the nape of your neck, nuzzling like she could find the world’s secrets in your skin. Hand still in hers, you wiped away the smeared burgundy around the corners of her mouth with your thumb pad, fingers lingering.
“That was devious,” she murmured, words blurring around each other.
“I’ll take that as a compliment,” you chuckled. She nodded, somewhat resolutely. You eased your fingers out, tucking them surreptitiously into your mouth. The gesture didn't go unnoticed by Wednesday, but she only narrowed her eyes.
Even in her post-orgasm daze, Wednesday looked dangerous. Her fringe was all over the place, getting caught in her eyelashes, and you could finally attribute the pink in her cheeks to something a little more than the fogged up windows. Surely, this was heaven on earth, having Wednesday with you, steady as planetal orbit. You shifted her to sit sideways in your lap, making sure her knees didn’t burn from the leather. She was watching you, carefully. It was almost as if she was trying to memorize you, the studious way she looked at you, like she was the sole messenger for a world that wasn’t allowed to take you in. It made your heart pound, finally in accordance with your head. You let her take her time in your arms, rubbing her shoulders. The little press of her lips was back, something you had adored for something dangerously similar to ‘forever.’ She seemed content in a way she hardly ever was, the haze in her eyes clearing as she studied you.
“You’ve changed a lot since I met you,” she commented, not unkindly.
You looked down into Wednesday’s face, at the night air drifting through her hair again. You could feel the sting from the little crescent shaped marks that her nails left. It was a warm contrast to her cold hand in yours, clasped between you. “You changed me, Wednesday.”

wednesday: you have bewitched me, mind, body, and soul… i love, i love, i love you.
reader: huh?
a/n cont’d for those brave souls that made it this far: yes, wednesday’s dress has pockets. isn’t that wonderful?
I’m SO BAD at writing fluff. plus, reader is the most unreliable narrator to unreliably narrate. should’ve put “painfully oblivious” as a warning for part one too.
please do not repost, reproduce, copy, translate, or take from my work in any way. thank you!

“Our successor greets us with torture by this grouping.” Her words were dull, and as you turned to face her, you were met with her eyes boring into yours. You cocked your head to the side, easily bypassing a tree that would’ve hit anyone else. Your instincts were stressed by your venture into the woods with the murderous woman you labeled your enemy accompanying you.
Your skin itched. Badly. Though you would rather burn in the flames she created than take action for relief, you never dared to let the shorter girl win at her former pleas to have her partner switch, labeling it as having to not deal with your pollen allergy, but everyone knew of your rivalry.
It was no secret after all. You couldn’t count the number of times she tried to assist in your early death, ranging from simple pop-up attacks that your raging instincts guided you with to kidnapping you into the Nightshades library and torturing you—or more so, trying her best to—while reading latin incantations from a book that still scarred your mind to this day.
“You don’t have to tell me.” With your head shifted into it’s former state, staring straight ahead, you expected Wednesday to mirror your action. She hadn’t.
Your eyes darted all around the forest, searching for insects, animals, humans, or anything of the above that would pose a potential life-threat. Unlike Wednesday, you allowed yourself to feel fear because you actually cared for your life.
You and Wednesday were similar, which was the root of your rivalry. She eyed you as a copycat, but you had always been who you were since the day you were born, and nobody could ever change you. You thrived in academics and sports, taking part in three education-related after school clubs as well as fencing, track, and a modernized human sport known as “soccer” to Americans during the summer.
You easily got more praise for your contribution to the school’s image, while Wednesday held the slimy silver medal praising her for being in second place, and her mind raged at the remembrance of it every time. She wanted to be number one above all else, but she could never bypass you. Hell, you even bypassed Bianca Barclay, forming a small rivalry with her when you first arrived at the academy.
“Would you like me to send you a photographed Polaroid of myself with my signature on it, or shall you continue to stare at me and soon trip over a rock?” Wednesday’s eyes furrowed at the end of the sentence, unable to hold back a yelp when she inevitably did fall over a grounded rock and faceplant on the floor.
You halted your movement, turning your head to the side to catch a glimpse of Wednesday rolling herself on her back, a hand over her knee from a wound forming due to her ignorant choice to wear shorts. “We have thirty minutes remaining to collect all we need for our botanical project. I’d suggest you get off the floor.”
Before she could even comprehend what you said, she found herself looking up into your eyes as you towered over her. Once more, you cocked your head to the side, allowing a sly grin to form on your face at the sight of blood dousing her hand from the open wound. “And you tell me I’m the clumsy one?”
“You are.” She shot back immediately, her eyes narrowing at your facial expression of humor. You found humor in her; you always have. It was a key part of your romantic attraction to her, though that aspect had always been locked away as a secret, and your humor lied in her inability to keep up with you.
Whether Wednesday wanted to admit it or not, she had found her challenger. Someone who was undeniably better than her, someone who forced her to work harder to be the one at the top, though she knew secretly she’d always be trapped in second place.
You were better than her, and it annoyed her more than anything in the world. That’s why the discovery of her own attraction toward you scared her—the girl who dared not feel emotion. She blamed it on your well-behaved confidence and that stupid grin you flashed her from day to day.
A grin she wanted to kiss off, she thought once, and she contemplated throwing herself off the balcony in her dorm room when she allowed that sentence to linger in her mind.
You laughed genuinely, your grin growing wider at the sight of Wednesday stumbling to get up, her face crinkling only so slightly at the pain that coursed through the entirety of her leg.
“You’re unfit.” A huff came from her, head flicking up to meet your gaze, eyes lingering on your standstill grin—your pink-lipped mouth—for a second deemed too long before she lunged forward and pushed you aside.
The force of her thrust caused you to stumble back and fall on a pile of leaves, blowing and coughing out a crisp leaf that found it’s home inside your mouth. At the force of her thrust toward you, Wednesday found herself collapsed once more on the floor, her body not correctly stabilized from her injury.
“So, not only are you clumsy, but you’re also an idiot.” You sat yourself upright, hands laid down on the floor behind your body to stabilize yourself, all the while watching the conflict in Wednesday’s eyes over whether she should shoot back or keep quiet.
She kept quiet, eliciting a small, almost unnoticeable groan that Wednesday herself didn’t catch at first. You heard it, though, your grin finding it’s way back onto your face as you practically jumped up, brushing yourself off with a flick of your wrists to your neutral- colored clothing.
You furrowed your eyebrows to see Wednesday still sprawled on the floor, expecting her to have risen up by now, even if a limp tagged along. “The big, challenging girl who fought off the reincarnation of Joseph Crackstone years ago can’t get up because of a wound on her knee.”
You spoke in disbelief, and Wednesday turned her head over to you with might. “Don’t you ever mock my accomplishments.”
“Well, we can’t even accomplish the task of finishing our botanical sciences project if you don’t take your small ass up and off the floor.” You bit back.
Fumed with rage and annoyance due to her growing short temper, Wednesday lunged up at you with all the strength she had in her body. The next second, you found your hands wrapped around her waist as you held her upright from falling again, the girl collapsing into your embrace with a snake-like hiss emitting from her.
Another groan came from her, not even bothering to hide it this time, too preoccupied with the futile stinging of her wound and the warming position she found herself in with you. “Alright, back on the floor.”
Her back met the homing place that was the floor once more, shooting daggers at your inexistent attempt to lay her down carefully, seeing as you dropped her onto the floor without care. Her hand found it’s way back to her knee, coating the skin in blood once more, and you sighed. “Move your hand.”
“No.”
“Since when did you become so stubborn?” She raised her eyebrows at you. “Actually, that’s a dumb question, but I’m not going to ask you again. Addams,” your tone became firm, seriousness rising up amidst your former face of humor, “move your hand.”
Her teeth clenched, jawline protruding out, and her eyes were in their usual wide state, as if she were thinking, but her mind was blank. You found impatience creeping up on you, not daring to alert your eyes to her dark red, bloodied hand from her gushing wound.
With a twitch of your eye, your hand shot forward and clamped on Wednesday’s wrist, pulling it away from her wound with force, and she let out a small whimper that she immediately tried to cover with a cough. Your eyes darted up at her for only a second, having heard it, before looking back down at her wound, which was open and wide.
“I will take you to the Infirmary, and then come back and collect all we need for our project.” You said your plan out loud, your eyes darting back and forth between Wednesday’s open wound and the pathway from which you and the girl had just come. “I am fine. Besides, you would only get all the wrong things we need, seeing as how foolish you are.”
“Foolish is what you claim me to be, yet you’re the one consistently in second place.” Without warning, you sank an arm under her bent knees and another under her back, picking her up in bridal style, to which her eyes drastically widened. You felt her tense under you, muscles contracting, and you groaned.
“Oh, relax. Being tense will only cause your wound to bleed more, and before I know it, I’ll be carrying your dead weight.”
“Put me down this instant.” Wednesday fought, trying to wiggle herself out of your grasp as you started to walk back to the school grounds, leaving your grip on her to tighten. “No. And don’t presume that I care about your wellbeing either, because I don’t.”
She huffed, her leg jerking up when a low branch made contact with her wound. “Then why not allow me to continue with you?”
“If you haven’t noticed, we’re past the forest barriers that Nevermore set.” When she turned her head in response to your signal to the right, she noticed the wooden line fences that were more intended to serve as a signal for students to turn around than as a means of keeping them out.
“Throats get slit in this neck of the woods,” you continued, mindlessly drifting your eyes all over the forest in caution of any inhumane species. “I’d rather not have a Jason Voorhees copycat lunatic trying to slaughter us, and I can’t go far because you’re disabled.”
“It’d be your own death’s fault for trying to save me.” Her deadpanning words made you want to drop her and let her find her own way back to the academy, but you just let out an annoyed breath while gripping onto her thighs tighter. “Forgive me for actually having a beating heart, Addams.”
“You’re not forgiven, (Y/L/N).”
Soon enough, you found yourself back in the forest, with Wednesday’s presence long gone. You were kneeling down, collecting dirt into a small jar that you had sprayed with pesticides to clear it of any lingering bugs. You hadn’t noticed how the time flew past, the sun fading into the moon, and you took a moment to enjoy the stars, hands settled on your dirt-covered knees.
A sound rang through the forested area, causing you to snap your head in the direction of the noise. It was muffled, but it sounded too closely like the howls of the werewolves you’ve grown to make friends with, and that was enough for you to shoot up instantly from your kneeling position. With a sharp breath, you looked up at the moon, now taking on the shape of a full moon, and you gagged in growing fear.
You’re fine, right? They get locked in the Lupen cages; there’s no way one of them could’ve escaped theirs. Your mind raced for explanations as you crouched down to pick up all that you'd collected, ranging from dirt to plants, before taking steady steps in the direction of the academy.
You took precautionary halts so as not to make major noise, cringing in fear at the sound of a leaf loudly crunching under your foot, and you could hear the howls once more, closer this time.
You took another five steps before you could hear the thudding stomps of a figure inching closer to you with every second, and you thanked nothing else but your heightened senses as you dropped all of what you held and booked it.
You dodged tree logs and branches left and right, hands fumbling with your satchel to tear it off your body to release the weight it was holding, and your body shook at the thudding sounds ringing in your ears, inching closer and closer-
Until you woke up, spread out on the floor, and your hands dug around the surface of the floor to help you realize that you were still in the woods. Your body still shook, this time more violently as you gasped in pain, stings shooting all over your body and causing your muscles to tighten.
“Fuck!” You groaned out, clenching your stomach where it hurt the most to feel a liquid coating your skin of the same texture that dripped your hands with Wednesday’s blood hours earlier. Your eyes drooped, sullenly coming to the firm realization that you were bleeding out with a liquid you could not even view properly, the night still too dark.
You blamed it all on a werewolf not properly being contained, but if that was the case, why didn’t they kill you instead of merely injuring you? The thought of the beast not being a werewolf flooded out of your mind quicker than it came in. You could see the outline of large claw slits scarring the skin of your stomach, and you yelled out the most mind-scarring shriek as you forced yourself up.
You moaned out, “Oh,” in pain as you sat yourself on a log, scanning the dark forest for any signs of life, human or not, to which there were none, and you sighed in relief. You took off your jacket first before peeling the shredded, blood-stained white shirt off your body, leaving you with just your bra and an exposed, large wound.
Your eyes closed in despair, feeling the pain dull ever so slightly in your relaxing state. You bent over, to your body’s anguish, to grab your bag with a small first aid kit tucked into it. All the items within the mini-kit were dunked out on the log space beside you, and you hurriedly grabbed multiple anti-septic wipes and shredded open the packaging before pressing them onto your skin.
Fangs bared, eyes darkening at the severe pain, you dug them into your bottom lip and swished the wipes over your wounds before letting out a loud yell of agony. You threw the wipes to the floor when they were all left coated with a dark red, grabbing the bandage roll, and with all of your muscles tightening at the pressure, wrapping your stomach with the bandage that immediately turned red before sealing it with tape.
The aftermath was almost pleasurable; the pain was still there but lessened due to the lack of blood flowing out of you. Managing to stumble up, you discarded your bag on the floor before taking a step forward, your body hunching over immediately from the inability to stand upright, and you carried on in the form of a hunchback.
What Wednesday least expected on an early Saturday morning, 3:30 a.m. to be exact, was the sound of her doorknob snapping off from the door itself. Her eyes perked up, sensing danger, and she immediately dug under her pillow to grab the knife she stored there, pointing it forward with the sharp tip ready to plunge itself into whoever dared to intrude into her and Enid’s dorm.
She had only been released from the hospital a few hours prior, so it seemed as though her knee pain had subsided, but when she put her foot on the ground, it suddenly returned. She ignored the discomfort and advanced toward the opening door, ready to strike.
“Wed-” You threw the door open, stopping immediately when the tip of her knife bore into your throat, one step away from slicing into your carotid artery. Even in the harsh darkness, Wednesday could see the fear and agony in your eyes, the way you were breathing heavily and clutching your stomach, and the skin that your bloodied jacket had now covered.
In the dim light of her bedside lamp, she could see your black jacket with a huge damp spot covering it, clamped over by bloodied hands. Her eyes met yours, and you gulped. “I didn’t know who else to come to.”
Wordlessly, she stepped to the side, inviting you in, which you limped into, and she closed the door. Her hand met your shoulder, an odd warmth coating your body despite her cold figure, and she aided you to the bathroom, choosing to disregard the blood trail you were leaving behind.
A sigh left your mouth as you collapsed on the closed-lidded toilet, leaning all your weight on the material. Wednesday pulled out a medical kit from under the sink, one much bigger than the one you had previously used, and slammed it on the countertop. “So much for not trying to wake up Enid.”
“Do you want me to help you or not? Beside, if you even took a second glance around the room, you’d notice Enid is not here, but in a Lupen cage in form.” She spoke in hushed whispers, and you shut up immediately, shrinking under her gaze. You were better than her, yes, but that didn’t mean you didn’t get scared of her from time to time.
“Take off your jacket.” She said simply, still prepping rounds of wipes with anti-septic liquids on them for your bloodied wound, as the wipes you used earlier did not have much of an effect considering the size of them. Wearily, you zipped down your jacket, peeling it off of you with a grunt or two before throwing it away at the base of the bathtub. You laid yourself back, eyes burning into the side of Wednesday’s face, anticipating her moves.
After she had finished prepping the wipes, she grabbed a sewing kit from under the counter, and you gulped at the largely-sized needles that she pulled out along with them. “All I really needed was for you to clean it, Addams. I’m a vampire; I can self-heal.”
“This is merely a precautionary measure to not leave putrid-looking scars.” She placed the items needed beside you, removing her own jacket, and you noticed how she was still in what she considered “casualwear”, seemingly not changing out of her clothes before drifting off to sleep. “Odd coming from the person who has left me with multiple scars, and why didn’t you change?”
“What?”
Wednesday turned, giving you a full visual of her in a button-up shirt and vest, black slacks tucked in and still belted; sleeping couldn’t have been comfortable for her with a belt digging into her hip. “You’re still in your clothes.” You pointed it out, and she looked down at her choice of fashion before letting out a small huff and advancing toward you, taking up position to the right of you.
“I awaited your presence. I told you before that I wanted to get a start on the project so I would not have to do much with class dealing with you and your miserable antics of getting items confused. Not only do you show up empty-handed in the dead of night, but you are also scarred through your inability to defend yourself.”
She badmouthed you, all the while untangling her sewing needles with harsh movements, but you only focused on one aspect of her words. “You fell asleep waiting for me?”
At once, Wednesday halted her movements, giving you a dead look before turning around and grabbing the large anti-septic wipes, swiftly pushing them into your wounded stomach. You let out a long, loud gasp, groaning at the pain and taking hold of Wednesday’s wrist, trying to push her arm back but to no avail. “Don’t get cocky.”
Your head flew back in agony, your hand still clasped around her wrist with a bruising grip. “I wasn’t! I was asking!”
Wednesday glided the wipes along your scars, to your dismay, until there were little to no signs of blood yet, all the while mindlessly running her eyes over the scars on your body that she created.
It was the only way she could get her mind off your exposed torso and how your muscles gallantly flexed from the pain, unwillingly showing themselves off to her.
Your eyes were squinting, still a bit sore from the antiseptics, but when you noticed that Wednesday had not made any other moves, you let them go from your iron grip. Your gaze landed on her stance, lost in thought. “What?”
"I'm in the process of comprehending an attempt to stitch you together while you remain seated, while I, on the other hand, am standing." Her eyes glanced all around the bathroom, sighing contently as she tried to determine a possible way to play surgeon in a comfortable manner.
“Well, I’m not lying on the floor. Your bed?” You inquired, and Wednesday shook her head, her mind discarded by that thought. “I would like to go to sleep tonight in a bloodless bed.”
“Um,” you gulped. The first real situation droning through your head was one anybody wouldn’t dare share with Wednesday. It's a good thing you weren’t like anybody else. “Sit on me.”
Her head snapped to meet your eyes, yours innocently boring into hers, and she squinted. “What?”
“Sit on my lap. When I lean back, you’ll be able to stitch me up or... whatever it is that you plan on doing without breaking your spine.”
You could see the conflict in her eyes, and she took it into consideration, to your surprise. With a pinch to the bridge of her nose and a long, elated sigh, as a means of balance, she placed her hands on each of your shoulders before swinging her left leg over your body and sitting down on your firmly closed legs.
“Tell nobody about this, or more of these scars,” she said, pinching down on a drawn out scar that sat just right under your bra, “will litter your skin.” You gave her a hasty nod, eager to put your mind elsewhere while your sworn enemy found a seat on your lap.
Without a word of warning, she dug the needle into your skin, causing you to let out an embarrassingly loud yelp of pain. Your hands flew to her shoulders as a matter of instinct, and you half-expected her to shrug them off, but she prioritized her sewing techniques instead.
The further she got into sewing the deep claw marks, the tighter your hands gripped her shoulders. You’d be surprised if Wednesday woke up bruise-free, as you could almost feel your knuckles turning white.
Wednesday found... amusement? The way your eyes closed at her stinging touch, the way your hands buried themselves into her shoulders, and how your thigh muscles tightened under her ass with every swift movement. She loved seeing you defenseless and submissive to her more than anything, finding profit in the means of mocking you later on if you tried to boast about your betterness.
When she had finally finished her stitching, she found herself still lingering on your lap, her movements awfully slow, even for her, to grab a couple large medical bandages and place them over her work.
“Stay here.” Her voice was low while she slid off your lap, turning to leave the bathroom before returning a minute later with a baggy jacket in her hands. Your eyebrows furrowed as she laid the fabric on your lap, turning to wash her hands of any remaining blood.
You had a little trouble donning the jacket, which was made of Wednesday's fashion choice's baggy material but looked a little more fitted on you because of your lean frame. Your wounds, formerly the only thing clouding your mind, were long gone. You focused on the seriousness of your enemy’s actions, and the oddly warm jacket filled with her natural scent that was now clinging to your body.
“Why?”
“What?”
“When I came here, I fully expected you to push me away.” You leaned your body up on the toilet, hands running through your disheveled hair, and Wednesday directed her attention toward you. “But you didn’t, for some odd reason, and actually helped me—hell, you even sat on me—when you’ve been nothing but the cause of my terror ever since I’ve arrived at this academy.”
It was all nothing but the truth. Two years have passed since you made your flaunting arrival at Nevermore, head held high with nothing else on your mind other than the determination to be the best student the academy had ever seen, and so you accomplished it. Two years had passed since you crossed paths with the deadly Wednesday Addams, her mind still fresh from her praiseful battle with the former overtaker of Jericho.
Two years passed since you beat Wednesday’s boat in the Poe Cup; the Black Cats determined to win their second trophy in a row, and she swore you as her enemy that day when her eyes laid upon your smirking frame with the golden cup in your hand, sending her a wink of confidence that she mentally fumed at.
Two years had passed since Wednesday Addams made the dreadful discovery that, after all, her black, unbeating heart could feel love but that her taste was awful if she found herself attracted to her enemy. Now she found herself in the middle of her last year at Nevermore, freshly 19, and still rummaging in a cat-dog chase game with you.
Two years had passed since she found herself focused on nothing but her enemy, who was in front of her now, sitting on the toilet seat in her bathroom, all patched up, and looking at her with curiosity. “Are you going to continue to stare at me or answer my question?”
“I’m not required to reply to any of your inquiries.” Swiftly, she made her exit out of the bathroom, leaving you to stumble up on your feet and follow behind her like a lost pup. Your body felt awfully tired, though your mind was wide awake and racing with multiple thoughts at once, overloading and ready to explode any second.
“Add-”
“I’ve patched you up,” She moved to close the door to her closet, and in a rut of refusal to make eye contact with you, solemnly afraid that she’d instantly jump your bones- what? “So you may leave now.”
“I’m not leaving until you’ll answer my ‘inquiry’ on why you were nice, at least in my books, to me. You’re avoiding the question.”
You could see the clench in Wednesday’s jaw as she made her way over to her desk, tidying up the workplace in an attempt to distract herself from the conversation that lingered. “I’m unsure as to what you’re saying.”
“Addams-”
“Leave before I do something I’ll regret, (Y/L/N).” She snapped, finally meeting your gaze with wide eyes, and you furrowed your eyebrows. “Since when have you ever regretted something that included me? Did you not tie me to a tree on a full moon and bait me to the werewolves last year?”
Her eyes closed in annoyance. “That’s not what I mean.” And as she rubbed her face, you could almost feel the mixture of stress and uncertainty in her stance, almost as if she were holding back from something.
“Then what do you mean? I’ve known you for two years, and you’ve never failed to reply to me with a full sentence, whether it’s answering my question or barking out a snarky remark. Tell me what’s changed in tha-”
Your eyes were opening and closing rapidly in stress, causing you to not register Wednesday’s frame hurriedly marking toward you until you felt a body collapse into you and a smooth substance on your lips.
Huh?!
Your eyes shot open and wide. To confirm your suspicions, Wednesday’s arms were thrown over your shoulder while her body leaned into yours, and her lips smashed against yours almost desperately.
That’s what she presumed to regret.
But it was something you longed for, unbeknownst to her, and you made it known when your hands found their way to her cheeks, pulling her in deeper. You could feel her lips tremble slightly in shock, unprepared for you to be pulling her closer instead of pushing her away.
Wednesday’s legs grew a mind of their own, taking steps forward and causing you to step back until the backs of your knees met her bed, and she tore her lips away from you for a breather. You took the separation as an opportunity to sit yourself down on her bed, all while your eyes never left hers in the process, and the smaller girl hurriedly found her former position on your lap.
“The moon is fading. Enid could come back any minute now.” You spoke between kisses, shivering at Wednesday’s cold touch on your warm skin, her hands slithering underneath the jacket you wore to rub up and down your back. “Then she’ll leave again, because she’s not going to enjoy what she’ll see.”
Your body visibly shivered at her words, or maybe it was just her fingers dancing along your spine, but either way, you found yourself completely engulfed in her and just her. The claw marks, the time, the physical confession—all of it was gone from your mind as Wednesday mindlessly pushed herself even farther into you.
She took a push too close, her body pressing up against your wound, causing you to groan and bite down on her bottom lip, fangs bared from the pain. Your lips never separated, instead pushing farther into them at the feeling and taste of Wednesday’s blood filling your mouths from her punctures, only spurring the two of you further.
“Lay down.” You obeyed immediately, finding nothing more hot in the moment than the husk in the smaller girl's voice, and manuevered from under her plushy thighs on top of you to lay comfortably on her bed. You were engulfed in her natural scent once more—the same scent you had grown accustomed to for over two years now, the scent that followed you everywhere you went.
You adored it, just as you adored her behind your hardening gaze most days.
Her eyes were narrowed, and you would have thought she was tired any other day, but you knew her look was one of need and want. Lust, to put it short, and you wanted nothing more than to fulfill her need, even if it meant submitting yourself to her in a situation you'd never thought you’d willingly put yourself in.
Just as she had earlier, she slid off your lap with a lingering touch on your hips. “Stay here.”
And as quickly as she left, she returned, though this time with an item in her hand, and you knew exactly what it was. Your eyes widened, and your mouth drew open. Already?
“Yes, already.” Did you say that out loud? “You’d find me pathetic if you knew how long I have deferred using this. To use it on you.” Her eyes were filled with a dark, unmanageable lust that swam through her veins, and you could only imagine the scenarios that swarmed through your head. This wasn’t the Wednesday you knew, but it was one you anticipated figuring out.
“But I can’t just use this on you immediately, no.” A smug grin came across her lips—a sight that you, or really anybody else, rarely ever saw, and it was one you wanted to see more of. “No, I have to prep you, don’t I?”
“Prep me?” You asked, genuine curiosity lacing your voice, and her grin grew wider. “I’ll show you.”
Wednesday positioned herself back on your lap, putting the erotic object on her nightstand, within reach for later use, before pulling you into another kiss. It was bruising, and the kiss was ten times more harsh than before, but you would never complain about her being pressed up against you.
While you found yourself entrapped in her lips, her hands slithered down your body and toward your pants, grabbing the buckle of your belt and undoing it at a steady pace. That’s when it dawned on you—she was going to prep you for an object that withheld some... girth.
Your muscles tensed at the thought, and more so at the feeling of Wednesday pulling down your black jeans with ease, discarding your shoes in the process of leaving your bottom half in just your underwear. “Wednesday…”
She was simple. “Relax.”
On the down low, she knew that this was your first time engaging with somebody sexually, never failing to notice your soft rejections of the girls and guys that tried to woo you on and failed miserably. It was an aspect she enjoyed even more now, and she wanted nothing more than to rub in the faces of all you rejected that they couldn’t get you to agree to a date, but yet she had you writhing underneath her, moaning her name.
Your breathing grew heavier as the seconds went by, hitching when Wednesday moved your underwear to the side with a slow itch of her hands, and you wanted nothing more than to grab her by the head and bury her in your heat. The lack of restraint you were feeling was lethal and ultimately surprising for a girl who rarely ever even masturbated.
“Such a possessing view.” She murmured in a low tone, her eyes dancing all around your core, and your cheeks flushed at her staring. Her eyes locked with yours, her mind racing at the sight of your eyes narrowed and staring down at her with silent pleads, and those pleads she fulfilled when her tongue darted out to take a swipe at your folds.
You whimpered in a tone around an octave higher than your usual voice, and your eyes widened at the sound that unwillingly left your mouth. It seemed to spur Wednesday on, allowing her to dart her tongue out once more and flick it over your clit, the nub that she wanted nothing more than to swell up with her mouth.
You let out another whimper—louder and needier this time around. “And sensitive. I can put that to use.” She dove her head farther into your heat, her lips wrapping around your clit and taking a harsh suck at the nub. Your thighs shut around her head, eyes never leaving one another, while she feverishly sucked your clit, needing to hear more of the high-pitched whines that left your mouth.
She pulled away soon after, to your dismay that you showed through your pleading whines, to allow a bead of spit to drip out of her mouth and onto your entrance, before taking her finger and rubbing her spit around the area. Your hips instinctively bucked up at the sensation, feeling yourself clench around nothing, and it made Wednesday want to elicit a laugh.
“The way I’m touching you now is a major privilege alone.” Her finger sank into your entrance, and she bit down lightly at the plushness of your thighs when she felt your velvety walls tighten around her. “I adore watching you like this underneath me; you make me want to fuck you braindead.”
She sank her finger into you until her knuckle bared against your heat, curling the bony stature inside of you and eliciting a light moan out of you. You already found yourself on edge from her husky words alone, and the curl of her finger inside of you didn’t help you from almost cumming embarrassingly fast.
“Already close? What a shame; I wanted to have fun toying with you.” Her mouth against her core made you moan from the vibrations, hands flying to grip her head menacingly and push her farther into you, almost crying out for the whole hall to hear when she slipped a second finger into you.
Her fingers picked up pace, thrusting in and out of you with force while the squelching sounds of your slick covering your walls made Wednesday feel a pit of need start to boil in her stomach, one that she desired to fulfill.
The two-on-two action on your core made you clench impossibly tight on Wednesday’s fingers, the ravenhead finding difficulty in her repeated movements. “Want to cum, yeah?”
You nodded profusely, your face growing red from your need for release and the way she released her lips from your clit with a pop. A small grin formed on her face when she pulled out of you, relishing in your whines of despair.
Eyes closed, heavy breathing—you were too blissed out, despite not achieving an orgasm from her underlying teasing, to notice Wednesday sliding off you, strapping the former item in her hand to her core. Her eyes never left your face as she strapped the item on, feeling more than fired up to make you scratch down her back with pitiful whines leaving your mouth.
And so, that’s what she achieved, eyes closing from the burning pains of your nails digging deep into her shoulders down to the middle of her back. Her own mind felt foggy watching the way her silicone became drenched in your arousal, the strap pumping in and out of you with ease, and the way you moaned straight into her ear—god, she regretted never taking your submissive state for profit more early.
Your thighs clenched around her hips when she bottomed into you, settled on her knees, and bent over slightly to curl the strap inside of you, hitting an unfamiliar spongy spot that had you sinfully whining with a hand clenched on Wednesday’s head. “If the entirety of humanity could merely glimpse you in your current state, they would swiftly recognize your rare moment of submissiveness,” her lips dove down, meeting your ear, “all submissive just for me.”
Her movements grew hard, her hands gripping your skin with a bruising force while her hips drove into you with no relent, finding a need for her own release. The so-called “devil” found herself groaning heavy breaths into your ear, all the while slipping a soft moan or two in that she couldn’t hold. The feeling of you finally beneath her, pleading and scratching at her for release, felt ethereal; all of her senses were on cloud nine, and it ignited a burrowed-down spark.
One of Wednesday’s hands removed from your skin, leaving behind darkened marks that would worsen with time to connect with your cheek, the slap making you roll your eyes back at how dirty it felt. “No connected nerves, and I can still feel you pulsating on me; you’re driving me crazy with it.”
Your moans were muffled at the feeling of the ravenhead’s fingers shoving deep into your mouth, bypassing your uvula, causing a gag to ensue. Your lips wrapped around the digits, absentmindedly biting on them when the pit in your stomach started to burn like wildfire, making you tighten around the raven’s strap and force her to slow her movements, though still managing a speedy pace.
“Don’t cum.”
The words you wished never left her mouth made you whine around her fingers; your body was too sensitive from your lack of sexual activity and masturbation over the years, making it almost impossible to fight your orgasm off. Her fingers briefly exited your mouth, only to slap your cheek once more before returning to their original location. “Just for a bit.”
The hold-off was tortuous; the muscles in your body tightened incredulously while your mouth pathetically sucked on Wednesday’s fingers in a pathetic attempt to tear your mind away from your orgasm. It didn’t work.
The overloading, burning sensation in your stomach was almost uncomfortable; the fire burned longer than it intended to while you made putrid eye contact with the roof, Wednesday’s head snug to the side of yours while she drew herself closer to her own orgasm. The words that made  you sigh in relief, your body shaking after seconds of torture, finally came past the girl’s lips, and you adored them.
“Cum for me, la mia dolce metà.”
You obeyed immediately, allowing your muscles to untighten, and Wednesday’s fingers left your mouth, allowing you to spew out a large moan that, without a doubt, woke the entire hall up. Your hands dug into her shoulders, feeling her shudder over you from her own orgasm, though the only thing that left her mouth was heavy pants.
Alas, she pulled out of you after seconds of relishing in one another’s embrace, making you feel empty compared to just minutes ago. The tip of Wednesday’s cock directed to your swollen clit from her previous oral actions, pushing down with enough pressure to make your toes curl and a breathy sigh leave your mouth.
Wednesday had pulled herself up by now, and it was only then that you noticed the girl taking a mental screenshot of your body, more specifically your core and the way your cum leaked out of you at a snail's pace. She licked her lips at the sight, her eyes flickering up to meet yours, and you gulped.
“La mia dolce metà,” she whispered, hands running down your body and to your hips, “I’m not done with you just yet.” The edges of her lips tugged ever so slightly when she dipped her head down to meet your core, leaving you to moan with delight as your hand found it’s way back to her hair.

Hey I was wondering if you could do like Wednesday x fem yn but like Wednesday trying to tell mortica and gomez she has a gf and not knowing how they'd react and edin trys to help her and in the end they find out somehow you can pick if they take it good or bad but yea
Tumblr media
A/n: I’ve seen this get asked to another person but I’m too proud of what I had already written to throw it away.
The crystal ball upon Wednesday’s desk taunted her with the impending call from her parents. Wednesday was something she hadn’t been in a long time; worried. The last time she had spoken with her parents, a lot had changed and one of the most recent and most prominent changes was that she had found herself a girlfriend.
How you met was the typical run of the mill meet cute, Wednesday was caught doing something she wasn’t meant to and she threatened to take your tongue, vocal chords and hands should you ever rat her out. Your response? “You’re beautiful.” Ever since then you had been constantly drawn to the chaos that was Wednesday Addams and not once has the thought of ever letting you go crossed her wicked mind. She was happy, a word she never thought she’d use in a lifetime but truly, for the first time in a long time she was happy. You made the insides of her hollow husk of a human vessel warm.
You lit a match and threw it upon her coal heart, setting it ablaze with the very foundations of life as the fires reflected in her dark eyes. You were her cara mia as she was your mon cher. For you Wednesday would die for you, kill for you, even live for you should you command it of her. It was moments like those that she began to see how alike she was to her father; Unhealthy obsessed with the object of their eternal attraction. So unhealthy in fact the pair might possibly be clinically insane with their love. However not even a highly facilitated psychiatric ward would be able to prevent Wednesday from coming back to you.
For she would have it burnt to the ground in your name as though she were a crazed religious fanatic, pleading her love to the only form of higher power that ever truly existed; You. If she had it her way, you’d both would’ve carved out and calcified your beating hearts for the other, to have and to hold until you were both cold and dead within the ground that would make up your grave. You would now and forever more belong to Wednesday as she would belong to you until the dark forces swelled you both whole; snuffing out your mortal flame for good.
So as Wednesday clamped down on her finger nails, bitting them right down to the nub and then some, Enid couldn’t help but feel concerned for her friend as she stared vehemently at her -seemingly- only form of communication with a look in her eyes. “What’s chomping you at the bit.” Enid asked, begrudging to know the answer but knew that Wednesday was in a situation where a friend was something that she could use right now. “My parents will be calling soon.” Wednesday merely said, not taking her eyes off of the crystal ball as though she was awaiting for it to go off.
“That’s great! Unless your relationship with them is questionable at best then that’s…not great.” Enid trails off when she began to notice that she wasn’t helping in making the situation any better even in the slightest. However the blonde wasn’t one to give up even in the face of adversity, Enid presses onward and upward. “My parents only sent me here to mold me in their image, to forge a carbon copy of themselves out of me by the time inn through with this place,” Enid stayed silent, “I get sent to the same dormitory my mother once resided, I have premonitions like she does.” Wednesday falls silent as her fists clenched in silent anguish.
“However I am not my mother, nor will I ever be like her because unlike her I have a heart to give and I gave it to y/n upon a moonlight night; the same night where the crows dropped dead before us and black dahlias bloomed by our feet.” Enid smiled warmly, remembering the twinkle in Wednesday’s eyes when she came back to the dome after her first official date with you down by the greenhouse. It was a dangerous twinkle but a twinkle none the less, Wednesday could’ve told her that you had a sparing match that ended with the tips of your blades poised at the others throat and the werewolf would’ve still somehow find it romantic.
“Now I am seemingly at an impasse with the illogical concerns of how my parents would react to me engaging in romantic circumstances with another girl, despite being well aware of their stances on societal demands.” Wednesday admitted, not use to feeling this vulnerable in front of another person but at this point in their relationship, Wednesday trusted Enid -despite how much of a gossip she could be- a smidge more then she did the rest of the student body that made up Nevermore. So if anything, this was Wednesday’s silent cry for Enid’s help and luckily she wasn’t overly dense to not notice.
“Wednesday,” Enid began as she moved over to stand by her friends’ side, “what your parents think shouldn’t reflect upon your relationship with y/n. You love her and she loves you, so why ruin a perfectly good thing by listening to what you parents think.” She places her hands on Wednesday’s shoulders and made sure that they were meeting eye to eye. “Never, not once, since I’ve came to know you had you given a shit about what others thought of you. So why give a shit now?” Wednesday has to admit, Enid was right. Why should she all of a sudden care when all she’s ever done thus far was deflect other peoples opinion on her. It made no logical sense but she guessed that now that you were in the picture with her; Wednesday worries about her parents perception of you.
Just as Enid was about to continue with her speech, the crystal ball went off and within the clear cut glass could the image of Gomez’ stout figure and Morticia’s taller frame could be seen as though they were actually trapped within the crystal itself. Upon seeing their daughter, Gomez and Morticia sat up straighter and smiled at Wednesday who only stared blankly at them, blinking slowly like a cat does when trying to convey their emotions to their owners. “There’s my little death moth, how’s Nevermore been treating you?” Gomez started as Morticia only took in her daughter’s expressions with a curious furrow in her brow but she didn’t speak upon it. Yet.
“Same as usual, however-“ “however you have found love, with a girl perhaps?” Wednesday straightened at her mother’s words. “How did you-“ “call it a mother’s intuition my dear death blossom.” Morticia’s unnerving voice cut her off as she looked to Gomez who was already looking at her, love sick. “Our daughter has found love Gomez, the ancestors must’ve blessed her already.” Gomez only grasped Morticia’s hand that rested on the chair arm tightly. “That’s amazing ‘tish, our little cope has found her forever mouse to play with until she too becomes a viper, until she becomes an Addams.” Wednesday perks up at this, her parents were indirectly giving you their blessing to marry her, to join your soul with hers as one until the end of your shared days.
Enid, still in the room, was trying her hardest not to squeal in excitement. Sure this event wouldn’t be until later down the line but she hopes she becomes your guys maid of honour.

Falling Fast pt 2
Wednesday Addams x Reader
Word Count: 4.7k
Notes: Hellhound reader, angst, spoilers for the show, good ending, there will be a part 3 but I wouldn't say this ends on a cliffhanger, Italics are Wednesday's vision
Summary: The vision that Wednesday had in the woods with Y/n stirs an unfamiliar feeling inside of her. It changes their relationship perhaps for the better. Y/n thinks she wants to ask Wednesday to the Rave'N
Part 1 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Masterlist
Tumblr media
Y/n was exhausted from her transformation and the battle she had with the monster. Her body was quick to lull to sleep, even in that of the uncomfortable beds in the nurse's quarters.
Wednesday, however, wasn't afforded the same luxury. Her mind raced with not only pictures of the monster, but images of Y/n from her vision.
What she witnessed made her heart ache for the girl. It felt like an invasion of privacy, something that Y/n should've been allowed to share on her own accord.
Wednesday had gotten the answer to the question she had asked Y/n before the monster interrupted them.
First, she saw the girl at an age much younger than she was now. A mere child, with a loving family. She looked like her mother, but the curse came from her father.
"The Hound is dangerous Y/n, you must learn to control it before it controls you"
" Dad, I'm scared," Y/n's voice trembled.
" You should be," her father's voice was stern. There was a small whimper from the child's lips.
It seemed to take Y/n a long time before she finally turned, she was years older in the next part in the vision. When she did, chaos had broken loose. She had been fighting with her parents.
" I wish I was never born. This stupid curse controls every ounce of my life, and I haven't even turned! I just want to be normal."
Her mother went to speak, but her father took over," You'll never be normal. You'll never be anything but a monster, just like me and my father before me. It's a curse Y/n, it doesn't fucking go away."
" Honey!"
" Curses can be broken. You just have to try," Y/n has tears streaming down her face.
" Not this one," her father says before he shifts into a hellhound.
His form charges Y/n and pins her to the ground. His teeth snap in his child's face as she screams and cries for help.
Y/n's mother tries to get involved, but the hellhound growls at her before smacking her away with his tail. Her mother crashes against the china cabinet and falls to the floor. Y/n's focus is on the slight burn mark on her mother's arm.
It's then that her eyes flash with embers behind them. She lets out a cry that can only be compared to being stabbed by a thousand knives. Then Y/n is gone, and a hellhound is in her place.
Y/n flips the other hound over and starts aggressively biting at it. Her mother screams. The beasts brawl with each other. They demolish the inside of the house. Each attack is a strike to kill.
It's when the older hound turns it’s attention to Y/n's mother that things quickly escalate. Her father stalks her mother, after knocking Y/n to the side. Her mother cowers in his presence, afraid of what he is capable of. Blood drips from his mouth, his daughter's blood. He lunges at the woman.
Before he can get to her, Y/n has sprung back up. Though she is wounded, she makes no mistake in going for the jugular. Her sharp canines dig into her father's throat. The hound shakes her head from left to right, jaws locked on her father's neck.
She doesn't stop until the hound is no longer a hound. The body of her human father hangs from her teeth. She drops him instantly. Her consciousness awakens from the mind of the hound. The dog whimpers before cowering away from the mangled man.
" I tol-d you, you're a monster," were her father's last words as his hands wrapped around his throat. A sick smile on his face as he took his last breath.
Y/n ran away after that. Her mother spent hours searching before she found her daughter unconscious. Y/n was unclothed, her body littered with cuts and burns from her father. The girl was barely breathing.
Her mother held her close. She wept for the girl. She wouldn't know how to fix this, how to make this right, how to take this pain away from her daughter?
That's when Wednesday awoke with the hound standing protectively over her. After witnessing that, Wednesday feelings for the girl changed. Wednesday's heart ached to protect Y/n. To make sure she'd never have to feel like that again.
When she saw the girl cringe after her transformation, it made her uncomfortable. Not because it was hard to watch, but because there was nothing she could do to alleviate the pain. Wednesday felt helpless, the feeling was foreign to her and wished to never feel it again.
The way that the girl could not stand after, made Wednesday shake to her core in anger. The monster would pay for this. She already knew that it was part human, and that gave her hope.
It gave her hope that she'd be able to wrap her hands around their throat while Thing stabbed their eyes out.
Wednesday meant what she said, Y/n would be safe, and no harm would come to her. For if it did, Wednesday did not know if she could forgive herself.
Her eyes softened as they trailed over the sleeping girl. It was hard for Wednesday to be vulnerable even when no one was watching, but she was convinced that Y/n deserved tenderness.
" Cara mia," it left her lips as a whisper. Her cold hand gently squeezed the sleeping girl's. Wednesday didn't say anything else, she simply sighed as she allowed herself to slouch back into the uncomfortable chair the nurse provided her with.
Things were different when Y/n was let out of the nurse's quarters. For one, some students began to speculate that she was the monster in the woods. Everyone was seemingly reintroduced to the fact that Y/n was a hellhound. There was no point in trying to clear her name once the gossip spread.
The second thing that changed was her relationship with Wednesday. The girl with the black school uniform refused to let Y/n out of her sight. If Wednesday couldn't be there, she'd substitute herself for Thing, Enid, or Eugene, but she never left the girl unsupervised.
It was her way of showing that she cared. Wednesday also requested that Y/n practice her violin during the hour that she had dedicated to writing her novel. She said it gave her the perfect ambiance to inspire her writing.
Y/n loved the attention she received from Wednesday. She was scared that her feelings for the girl were in vain, but the more time they spent together, the more she changed her mind.
There were still three things that had Y/n worried. Wednesday's obsession with the monster (that they found out was a hyde), Xavier, and Tyler.
The problem with the hyde was the biggest issue. Y/n didn't want Wednesday to be in harm's way, but she said she would stand by her side. She refused to let the Addams get hurt. Y/n had faith in Wednesday, but she was also terrified at the possibility of losing the girl.
Xavier and Tyler were minor threats to her. She didn't fear that Wednesday liked them. It was quite clear to her that Wednesday was not interested in either boy. To say Wednesday was using them sounded harsh, because the term "using" usually implied manipulation.
However, Wednesday never manipulated these boys. She was always straightforward with her intent. Never doing anything that suggested that she wanted to pursue either boy romantically.
Yet both had thought that they had some claim on Wednesday. Which in turn meant neither of them liked Y/n much.
Xavier tried to get Wednesday to consider the rumors that were going around. That plan backfired quickly when she simply stated that she was there and saw what happened.
Tyler just kept insisting there was something off about Y/n. That there was something about her that wasn't right. Wednesday refuted his claim by stating that she and Y/n were alike in that way.
Amongst all the murders, rumors, and treachery was the Rave'N dance. Y/n did not like participating in school activities. She had skipped the dance before, but this time she was hesitant.
" You should ask Wednesday to the dance," Enid spoke as she walked across campus with Y/n.
" Wednesday would never go to the dance," the hellhound dismissed her immediately.
" … unless you were the one to ask her. She can't say no to you," Enid argued.
Y/n didn't miss a beat in responding," She can, and she has."
" This will be different, trust me. Plus, be real, you totally want to go with her," Enid's teasing earned her a soft glare from Y/n.
" I don't want to go to the Rave'N but if I had to go, like life or death, I would go with Wednesday."
Enid squeals at the admission," This is fantastic, we have to get you an outfit. A dress… or suit, you're definitely more on the suit side of things."
" Hey! I could pull off a dress."
Enid nodded" A dress it is."
" On second thought- wait Enid, I am not going to the dance."
" Whatever you say."
Enid lets it go after that, but now all Y/n can think about is what Wednesday would wear if they went together. The thought played around her mind for days. The courage to ask the girl out, not willing itself to Y/n.
It's not until the night of the dance, when Thing knocks on her door with both a suit and a dress, encouraging the girl to ask Wednesday, that a fire is lit under the girl.
The dress is undoubtedly for Wednesday. It's easy to tell from its all black coloring and the unique style of the dress. The suit is a deep maroon color, almost like old blood. The trim is black with patterns similar to the one's on Wednesday's dress. It fits Y/n perfectly, Thing gives the girl thumbs up.
She didn't have time to do anything special to her hair as Thing rushed her out of her room and to Wednesday's.
" Why are we going so fast?"
Thing knocked on the door before Y/n got the chance. Wednesday opened the door looking as if she was on a mission.
" Y/n."
Her tone was mostly normal, but there is a tinge of surprise to it.
" I don't know what I'm doing here, if I'm being honest. Thing showed up in my room with this suit, and then I kept hearing Enid's persistent voice in my head. And I know this really last minute, but I'd really like to go to the dance with you Wednesday."
" Y/n I- I don't have anything to wear on such short notice. Otherwise, I would-"
Y/n shoved the dress in Wednesday's hands. The girl stopped speaking immediately. She kept her eyes locked on the dress," How did you get this?"
Y/n pointed down to the hand on the floor, who was trying it's best to look inconspicuous. Wednesday's eyes shifted from Y/n to Thing a few times before a sigh escaped her lips.
" Give me 15 minutes," she grumbled. She motioned for Thing to follow her into the room, then slammed the door in Y/n's face.
The hound could hear the dark haired girl scolding the hand as she waited for Wednesday to re-emerge.
She was ready in less than 15 minutes. She took extra time to get her nerves in check. This was new to her and she hated that. Yet her hatred felt dull compared to the unruly pounding of her chest.
When Y/n caught her first glimpse of Wednesday, she felt time stand still.
" I've never seen the darkness shine so brightly."
" Don't ever say anything that cheesy again," Wednesday commented, averting her gaze from Y/n.
" You look amazing, Wednesday."
Her eyes unintentionally rake up Y/n's body," I could say the same about you."
" Wednesday? What's going on, what happened to staking out the cave," Eugene had appeared in front of the pair, a look of confusion crossing his features.
" Eugene I-"
" It's my fault, Eugene. I asked Wednesday to the dance about 15 minutes ago, I didn't mean to ruin your steak out," Y/n apologized to the boy.
" I understand, there's no hard feelings. I could always go check it out by myself."
" Don't go alone. It's too dangerous. We'll go together tomorrow night, understood ?"
The boy nodded, the dejection was clear on his face. Y/n felt bad for ruining whatever plans the two had. She was going to apologize to Wednesday as well, but the girl was already headed into the dance.
Y/n trailed behind her. Suddenly not in the mood for the dance anymore. She cringed when she saw the intense white theme that the dance had taken on.
" I'm going to go get us some drinks," Wednesday walked over to the punch bowl while Y/n stood in place.
The hellhound watched as Wednesday was approached by Enid and her date, followed by Xavier. Little did she know that Xavier was talking about her.
" Y/n is dangerous. You don't know what she did to her father."
That line got Wednesday's attention. Her glare increased tenfold, as did her grip on the drinks.
" I suggest, you don't talk about things that you don't know shit about. If you bring that up again or if I hear whispers of it down the hall, I will not hesitate to drain all the blood in your body. Do I make myself clear?"
" Is there a problem over here?" Y/n couldn't stand on the sidelines any longer. Not with the harsh look Wednesday was giving the boy.
Xavier clenched his jaw, eyes focused on Wednesday," Crystal."
He stormed away after that, leaving the two alone. Wednesday was feeling a tremendous amount of guilt for knowing Y/n's secret. She wanted to tell her, but she didn't know how.
" What was that about?"
" I need to talk to you. In a less crowded area," Wednesday avoided eye contact, it made Y/n nervous.
The taller girl led Wednesday to a semi-secluded area outside the dance. They both sat and Y/n patiently waited for the girl to speak.
" When we were in the forest, I had a vision. It was about you and your family. I saw… something that I wasn't supposed to see."
Y/n became stiff, her body was rigid. Her mind folded with images of the only thing that the girl could be speaking about.
" I didn't know how to tell you what I had seen. I knew that was extremely private and I-"
" How much did you see?" Y/n couldn't bring herself to look at the girl.
" The last thing I saw was your mother finding you unconscious."
Y/n's hands were folded together tightly as her knee bounced. The grip was deathly, Wednesday could see that. She wanted to hold Y/n's hand, to give her a little comfort, but she didn't know how to initiate anything like that.
Luckily for her, Y/n needed the comfort for what she was about to say. The girl doesn't hesitate to reach for Wednesday's hand. The Addams girl doesn't hesitate to interlock their hands, either.
" I was in pretty bad shape after… that. Physically and emotionally. My mom did everything she could do, but that didn't change the way I felt. Eventually the news got out, and everywhere I went I was a monster. They didn't know about the hound, but a girl who murdered her father was monster enough."
"You're not a monster. He was going to kill you and your mother. You were protecting yourself and her."
Y/n let out a forced chuckle," You sound like the therapist. My mom and I couldn't stay in that town any longer. She packed us up and we moved. I was still struggling with fitting in after everything. She heard about Nevermore, and the rest is history."
" Is it different here?"
" It was, but now everyone thinks I'm the murderer. They think I'm a monster, just like he said they would."
" Look at me, Y/n. I'm getting tired of saying this, so this will be the last time. You are not a monster. You have never been nor will you ever be a monster. You have too much kindness in your heart, too much compassion, to even be considered for that role. There's only one person who can tell you what you are."
" Me?"
Wednesday slightly shakes her head," Me."
" And what do you think I am, Wednesday?"
Wednesday eyes shift so subtly that it's barely noticeable. Her ice-like hand squeezed Y/n's warm one.
" You are cara mia," Wednesday doesn't say another word, abruptly standing, pulling Y/n's hand with her," Let's dance."
Y/n doesn't know what the phrase means, but for some reason it makes her heart swell.
Dancing with Wednesday was more like watching Wednesday dance. Her moves were eccentric, just like everything else about her. Her moves seemed to inspire more people to join the dance floor, it was impressive.
" Do you not dance at all?" Wednesday asked as she noticed Y/n's lack of movement.
" I tango, but that's all I've got," Y/n responded.
" Show me," Wednesday extended her hand and Y/n took it, pulling the girl into her with slight force.
Their faces were centimeters away from each other. Wednesday's breath hitched, which made Y/n smile a bit. The taller girl led them in a tango.
" Why only tango?"
Y/n spun the girl outward, then back with a slight turn, and ended on a dip. As she brought the girl back up, she answered," My mother told me the tango was the only dance I needed to know to make anyone swoon for me. It's a dance of precision, the movements are sharp yet fluid. It's a dance of passion."
" My mother and father say similar things. They call it the dance of devoted lovers," Wednesday's gaze is sharp on Y/n.
The song ends, and they finish with a brilliant stomp of their feet. They were out of breath, but neither girl moved to break apart.
That's when Y/n felt something drip on her. She looked up just in time to see the red liquid spring out from the sprinkler system. Her attention turned back to her date, who was smiling as it rained on her.
Y/n had already been wearing red, so the blood didn't bother her too much. It was just a prank, she felt the panic was unnecessary.
" They couldn't even spring for real pig's blood. It's paint."
Things break down even further from there as students start to scatter. People are bumping into the pair left and right. Someone bumps into Wednesday and Y/n can immediately tell she's having a vision.
" Eugene is in the woods. He's in danger."
She takes off sprinting and Y/n isn't far behind her.
" Wednesday! Wednesday, wait."
" We haven't got the time."
Y/n placed her hand on the girl's shoulder," The hound can sniff him out."
Wednesday adamantly disagreed," No."
" Wednes-"
" I said no. No one else needs to get hurt."
Y/n stared at the girl briefly before making the executive decision to turn anyway. Wednesday was seething, but as the dog bowed to her, she climbed on its back.
" Find him, so you can shift back, and I can scold you properly."
The hound was off after her command. Y/n already knew Eugene's scent. It was all over the woods, there were many turns and twists, like he had been in distress.
" Eugene!" Wednesday called out for him as Y/n followed the boy's confusing trail.
Then her ears perked up. She could hear him running. Y/n started running at an alarm speed. Wednesday had to grip the hound's hair just to stay on. Y/n could also hear the hyde, it was far closer than she was.
Y/n could hear him fall.
" Wednesday, over here."
Then he screamed. He was in their line of sight. Wednesday hopped off of the hound and ran to him. The hound stayed where it was, preparing to strike in case the hyde returned.
Eugene wasn't moving. His abdomen was gushing blood.
" We have to get him to a hospital."
The hound wasted little time, gently scooping both teens onto it's back. It ran quickly but carefully out the woods and into Jericho.
The city was awake and afraid as they saw a beast barreling towards them. They called the police to report it. Soon sirens were chasing after the hellhound, spiking it's already fragile nerves.
When it stopped in front of the hospital. It kneeled so Wednesday could get off, and she screamed for help.
The police heard her screams and held their guns at the hellhound. Y/n cowered in fear. She watched from the corner of her eyes as Eugene was wheeled away by the professionals
Wednesday stood boldly in front of the hellhound," Don't shoot her." Her tiny frame didn't cover Y/n much, but the sheriff signaled the men to hold their fire.
" Put the guns away," Wednesday didn't move from her spot. The officers didn't waiver waiting for a command from the sheriff.
" Listen, Addams-"
" No, you listen. I will not let you make her out to be some monster because she isn't. She just helped me save Eugene's life, and you're all out here pointing guns at her. Now put the fucking guns away, or you'll have a real monster to deal with, and that monster is me," Wednesday no longer had her usual composure. She was angry, frightened, and panicked.
The sheriff commanded the other officers to put their weapons away. Once Wednesday saw that they had all implied, she turned to face the hound.
The hound was still in a bowed position, afraid to move. Wednesday rested her hand on it's head," It's safe, cara mia. Come back to me."
The hellhound hesitated for a moment, but with another gentle caress from Wednesday, Y/n shifted back into her human form.
" Hand me a jacket," Wednesday commanded, and the sheriff complied. She draped it over the hellhound.
" What is going on here?" The sheriff asked, but Wednesday didn't answer him.
" Are you hurt?" Wednesday was focused on Y/n. Her hand lay flat against Y/n's cheek. She searched the girl for injuries.
Y/n grabbed her wrist," I'm ok, a little sore, but fine. What about Eugene?"
" I don't know, they took him."
" Can someone explain to me what's going on right now?" Sheriff Galpin said sternly.
Wednesday turns to the man in frustration," What's going on is that your incompetent staff has yet to catch the hyde wrecking havoc across this town. It's almost killed me, Y/n, and Eugene yet Jericho's finest hasn't done anything about it. "
" Listen here, little girl, the only reason you and your friends keep getting hurt is because you keep poking your nose where it doesn't belong," he shouted back at her.
Y/n stood on wobbly legs in front of Wednesday. A dim fire roared behind her eyes.
" You don't talk to her like that," there was a low growl in her throat.
" Don't get fresh with me, doggo," the sheriff shot back. Y/n was ready to strike the man, but then Principal Weems appeared.
" Enough! Stop antagonizing my students," Weems towered over the man, still stained from the paint at the dance.
Her head snapped back to the kids," And you two, go back to school grounds. This matter will be dealt with between the sheriff and myself."
" And what about Eugene? He could be dead." Wednesday pressed on.
" I will alert you of Mr. Ottinger's condition as soon as I am made aware. But now I'm telling you both to go back to the school," Weems stares down Wednesday before her eyes shift to Y/n.
Wednesday took a glance at the girl and her demeanor softened. The hellhound said she was well, but she didn't look like it. Her eyes were still fiery, her glare fixed on the sheriff, but her body shook like a leaf. The condensation on her face was a true sign that she was unwell.
Wednesday knew what Weems was implying. As much as it frustrated her, she relented for Y/n's sake.
" Miss Thornhill will escort you back to Nevermore," Weems spoke with no room for argument.
Wednesday clenched her teeth, but pulled Y/n along with her as they silently climbed into Miss Thornhill's car.
The orange haired teacher tried to make small talk, but neither girl spoke. As soon as the car stopped, Wednesday was dragging Y/n out of the car. Instead of leading them to her shared room with Enid, Wednesday led the pair to Y/n's room.
When they got into the room, Y/n sat on the bed wordlessly. Her bones burned from the transformation and her muscles ached from the running. She was trying to process all that had happened.
" I told you not to transform."
Y/n's head snapped to the girl," If we were any slower, Eugene could've died. Hell, he could still be dead, Wednesday."
" They were ready to shoot you out there. You could've been killed. What good would it be if both of you were dead, Y/n, tell me."
" Wednesday-"
" Don't 'Wednesday' me. How am I supposed to live with myself knowing that this is the second time you've almost died because of me?"
Y/n cut her off," I'm a big girl, Wednesday. I can take care of myself."
" You think I don't know that? I just- you don't understand."
Y/n got off the bed to come face to face with Wednesday. She was careful not to touch the girl. Her eyes were desperate as they locked with Wednesday's," Then help me understand."
Wednesday's eyes were wild when they searched Y/n's face. Her face was still covered in the paint. Her dress clung to her skin with the mixture of paint and real blood. Her heart was pounding harder than she ever thought possible.
Her mind was racing with thoughts, but then they stopped all at once. Her body took over and in one jagged movement she placed her lips on Y/n's.
Her hands shot up, holding the girl's face. Y/n's hands were trying to bring Wednesday as close to her as possible. The girls were in a frenzy. Both inexperienced, but both having such a deep craving for one another that it didn't matter.
Wednesday broke the kiss by placing a trail of kisses down the side of Y/n's neck and shoulder all the way to her hand, and back up again to her lips.
" Cara mia, I can't lose you," Wednesday said breathlessly, her gaze full of worry as the truth left her lips.
Y/n smiled," I still don't know what that means, but I promise you won't lose me."
" It means my beloved."
" Oh."
Wednesday looked away from her. Y/n was gentle as she turned Wednesday's face back to her.
" I like it."
Wednesday tried to return to her normal unbothered facade," One usually responds with mon cher. It means, my darling."
" Say it again," Y/n encouraged the girl.
Wednesday was slightly surprised, but she didn't let it show," Cara mia, your pain is my pain. I need to know you're safe."
" Your battles are my battles. I cannot let you face them alone, mon cher."
They were in a staring contest. Both stubborn with hearts that were full. Y/n was the one to stick her hand first. Wednesday put her in Y/n's.
" Together?" The hellhound questioned hopefully.
Wednesday nodded curtly, hiding the smile tugging at the edge of her lips.
" Together."
That night Wednesday stayed in Y/n's room. She even borrowed a pair of clothes from the girl. They slept in the same bed, but left ample space between each other. That didn't matter though, because they drifted closer to each other as the night progressed.
It seemed like a wanting at first, but upon deeper inspection it was clear that they needed each other. Their masterpiece was forming, but it wasn't a predictable exhibit. Their masterpiece was covered in blood and burned by ash. It was both of them and it was beautiful.

lust 𖤐 wednesday addams
𖤐 wednesday addams x vampire!reader (gn!reader - i think i didn't use any specific pronouns, correct me if i'm wrong) 𖤐 ANGST reader and wednesday being enemies 𖤐
you had never been a fan of wednesday addams. from the moment you met her, you found her cold, distant, and downright creepy. she seemed to take pleasure in the macabre and morbid, and you couldn't understand why anyone would want to be around her.
one day, you found yourself paired with wednesday for a school project. you tried to hide your disappointment, but as soon as you started working with her, you knew it was going to be a long and unpleasant experience.
wednesday was rude, dismissive, and seemed to take pleasure in making your life difficult. she criticized every idea you had, shot down every suggestion, and refused to listen to any of your opinions.
as the project progressed, the tension between you and wednesday grew. you found yourself resenting her more and more, and you couldn't understand why anyone would want to be friends with someone so cold and unfeeling.
the breaking point came when wednesday suggested a plan for the project that you knew was destined to fail. you tried to explain your concerns, but she brushed you off and insisted that her plan was the best option.
frustrated and fed up, you finally snapped. "why are you so insistent on doing things your way?" you demanded. "do you think you're better than everyone else?"
wednesday's eyes flashed with anger. "i don't care what you think of me," she spat. "i don't need your approval or anyone else's. i know who i am, and i don't need your validation."
you glared at wednesday, feeling a surge of anger and frustration. you couldn't stand the way she seemed to think she was better than everyone else. you hated her...
...or did you?

꒰ ⊹ ˚ . Summary : Wednesday plans a date for the both of you, but it gets ruined by the rain, you are filled with anger and Wednesday on the other hand gets slightly turned on
Contains of — Swearing, Brief Mentions of NSFW, Yelling etc.
Babettes note — no note for today.
— It’s a Saturday afternoon, you and Wednesday were walking down the grass path in the forest just enjoying the silence and presence of each other, but you decide to speak up.
— “ you know Wednesday I didn’t think you would be able to plan this with any issues. “
— Wednesday shifted her eye contact from the grass to you and replied quickly with “ it’s not difficult to plan a..date I’ve always been rather great at planning things “
— “ I guess now I can agree with you “ you said with a slight giggle at the end.
— You too kept walking, you may think it’s awkward but for you guys it’s romantic, at least in Wednesday’s terms of romance.
—You were in your own thoughts while Wednesday was moving closer to you wishing deep down you won’t point it out, you look at her and smile but you notice the grey gloomy sky, the sky you most enjoyed, but meant one thing…Rain.
— Here’s Wednesday wearing her uniform while you are here wearing ( your favorite type of pants ) with a white colored ( favorite type of shirt ) with no umbrella.
— As usual you were correct, it started raining you gasp at the sudden burst of water and wind while Wednesday looks up and smirks because of the sky’s refreshing unexpected droplets of water.
— you look at her with pure anger at how she could be so careless not to check the weather knowing how cold it can get, you stop walking and Wednesday notices and stops along with you.
— “ Are you kidding me Wednesday?? You didn’t even check the weather before you decided to plan? What happened to you being the best at planning shit?!?!?! “
— Wednesday being slightly shocked at your sudden change of tone and voice responded with “ I didn’t say I was the best.”
— “ Don’t get specific with me Wednesday! But are you serious, you could have checked my phone for the weather or something “
— “ I refuse to be a slave to technology and touch those morbid devices. “
— “ if you are soo against it then why didn’t you ask Enid to check? I mean..is it that hard to fucking ask? Jesus Christ I knew I should’ve planned this date now my top is ruined not only that my shoes are going to get covered with mud and we don’t have a umbrella!!!“
— Wednesday just stared at you and turned around and with a sarcastic tone said “ wow, so aggressive y/n “
— You got even more upset that she had the gull to be sarcastic so you responded with a “ Oh my god sarcasm on top too?!.. “ thing is you kept talking
— but to Wednesday it just went through one ear and out the other just pitch “ blah blah blah blah “ to her so she said “ it kinda turns me on.. “
— under her breath obviously but you heard her say something but didn’t catch on the words.
— “ what did you say? “
“ bold of you to assume I said anything. “
Tumblr media
EXTRA 🤭!!/ VISUALIZATION!!:
POV : This would be Wednesday saying “ bold of you to assume I said anything “ after she whispered under her breath “ it kinda turns me on “ when you started expressing your anger at Wednesday.
— You were so filled with rage at the sudden rain that you couldn’t help but get mad at Wednesday
— for being careless at how she planned your date, that you were lost in your own world being completely mad and yelling, that you didn’t fully catch on what Wednesday said.
“ what did you say? “
“ bold of you to assume I said anything “

No Time Like the Present
Wednesday Addams x fem!reader
Part One
Summary: Reader and Wednesday meet for the first time.
Warnings: None for this chapter   Word Count:1.5k
Authors note: All characters are aged up to 18. Minors DNI.
Wednesday Addams couldn’t stand the thought of falling in love, she believed that she and her cold dead heart were destined to be alone. That is until she stumbled into the Weathervane and her eyes landed on you. She was searching for Tyler needing a ride to the train station, she looked through the crowd of customers unable to locate him so her eyes shifted back to you; you were struggling to make a large order of drinks while the line just wouldn’t seem to die down. She felt a surge of annoyance run through her as she heard a customer yell at you to hurry up. Taking a seat in the corner, Wednesday decided to stick around and see if Tyler was to show up. As she sat there, she could faintly hear you speaking to the next customer in line.
“I’m so sorry this is taking so long, I’m usually not the only one working, your order will be ready in just a second.’’ You smiled as you went to make the coffee the older woman ordered. Wednesday couldn’t explain the flutter in her stomach as she continued to watch you smile.
“Oh, no worries my dear, everyone just seems to be in A rush these days, you take your time.’’
‘’Okay, here you go! One caramel iced latte Togo. I hope you have a wonderful day.”
Y/N P.O.V.
You manage to make your way through the rest of the line not feeling the dark-haired girls stare never leaving you; you finally notice her once the customers clear out and you make your way over to her table.
You give her a wide smile as you approach her, grabbing your pen and order pad.
“Hello and welcome to the Weathervane, my name is y/n, what can I get for you today?’’
“A quad over ice and Tyler Galpin’s whereabouts.’’ The strange girl doesn’t smile at you or blink just staring as you write her order down on the ticket.
‘’The quad over ice I can do, but as for Tyler, your guess is as good as mine. He left me stranded during what was supposed to be his shift. I’ll be right back with your drink ….?” You draw out the sentence to a question waiting for her name.
"Wednesday, Wednesday Addams.’’ She deadpans and drops her gaze to the table
‘’Okay then Wednesday, be right back.’’
You head back to the espresso machine and prepare her order, feeling eyes on you, you look up and notice her staring. You give her a smile and see her drop her eyes to the espresso machine. As you finish you grab a croissant for the both of you and your own iced coffee and head back to her table, you hand her the drink and snack and pull out the chair across from her. You notice she looks surprised and once she realizes she immediately goes back to showing no emotions.
“Do you normally sit with people who are trying to be alone?” She asks rudely.
“Nah, only with the pretty ones looking for my coworker, which leads me to my next question; why would someone like you be looking for someone like Tyler? Outcasts and normies like him never really get along.” You smile at her and take a bite of your croissant awaiting her answer.
“Why I need him is of no concern to you. And are you not a normie like Tyler?” she snarks back.
“Well technically I am, but I’ve only lived here for a month. My mom got offered a job at the hospital and it was either move here and finish my classes online or stay with my dad and his new wife; I chose the former and here I am. I was thoroughly warned by Tyler’s dad though that ‘the outcasts from Nevermore are nothing but trouble’, I however happen to think that most of the kids I’ve served from Nevermore are much more polite than the stuck-up kids from Jericho.” Taking the last bite of my croissant I try to read the expression or should I say expressionless nature of Wednesdays face.
“Well, I should be going, goodbye." Wednesday rushes out the door with no further thought.
“Yeah, great job y/n-real smooth.” You say to yourself as you wipe down the table throwing away her uneaten croissant.
Wednesday P.O.V.
Wednesday made her way back to Nevermore after no sighting of Tyler and a feeling coursing through her that’s she was not familiar with. Unsure of who to talk to Wednesday made her way through the halls until she reached her room. Opening the door, she saw Thing staring out the window and Enid sitting on her bed flipping through a magazine.
“Hey roomie! Where were you? Thing and I gave each other manicures and we wanted you to join!" Enid chirps while looking over Wednesday with a confused expression.
“Enid, it would have to be my last day on earth for me to let the both of you give me a manicure. Now quiet, I need to start my writing time. No distractions today.”
30 Minutes Later:
“Enid… when you look at Ajax... how do you feel?” Unable to make eye contact with her roommate, Wednesday stares at her typewriter.
“OMG! Do you like someone? Who is it? Do I know them?” Enid excitedly answers.
“You did not answer the question.” Wednesday states emotionlessly.
“Okay... ummm I guess I feel safe, warm almost. Like I know that he wouldn’t do anything to hurt me or judge me.” Enid says as she clasps her hands together and smiles softly down at her hands.
“Okay, good. Now quiet, I need to finish this chapter.”
Y/N P.O.V.
“Motherrrrrr, I’m homeeeeeeee.” You call out as you take your shoes and apron off at the front door.
“Hi sweetie! I’m In the kitchen, dinner is almost ready.” Your mother responds and you head in her direction.
“How was work? Save any lives today?” you say as you start getting plates out from the cabinet and silverware from the drawer.
“Grab two more of each, we have guests coming. And there were no life-threatening cases today sweet girl. Thank God.” Reaching over and hugging you, you look up at her suspiciously.
“Who’s coming over for dinner?” you ask, hearing the doorbell ring just as your mother is about to answer you, instead she goes and opens the door.
“Sheriff Galpin! So nice of you to join us. Hello Tyler, you both follow me to the kitchen and make yourselves at home. The food is almost done.” Your mother smiles and gently ushers them inside.
“Thank you for having us ma’am” Sheriff Galpin states.
“Of course! After all the help you’ve been getting me situated at the hospital and around the neighborhood, I couldn’t not have you guys over for dinner. Especially with Tyler and y/n knowing each other from work.”
“Mom, I’m going to show Tyler the house while you two talk, okay?” you ask, grabbing Tyler’s arm and pulling him from the kitchen.
“Where the hell were you today!? I had to deal with the lunch and after school rush all by myself!” You yell at Tyler as you slap him on the arm.
“Ouch! Stop hitting me, Jesus. I’m sorry, I forgot to tell you I wouldn’t be in, I had some personal stuff going on and needed the day off.” Tyler explains, rubbing the spot where you hit him.
“Well, you better let me know next time, I almost murdered an old man today.” You joke.
“How terrible. Just don’t leave any traces behind, don’t need my dad arresting the only other coworker I get along with.” Tyler smiles and walks up the stairs with you.
“So, there was a girl that came in from Nevermore today, I’m pretty sure she is the love of my life. Although, she was looking for you and wouldn’t tell me why. Would you care to explain?” Pointing your glare at him.
“That would be Wednesday Addams, I told her I would take her to the train station after my shift, I forgot she was coming in today. Wait, did you say love of your life?!” Tyler almost yells.
“Yes, yes, I did. She was so perfect. All dark and murdery, the kind of girl you don’t know if she’s going to stab or kiss you.” You smile and stare out the hall window thinking about the way Wednesday looked drinking her espresso.
“Well then, I’ll keep that in mind for when I see her next.” Tyler teases as you both enter your room.
“If you value your life, you won’t say a word to her. I don’t even know if I’m her type. Ya know?” you threaten as you move to sit on the bed and Tyler sits on the bean bag across from you.
“Well, I have her roommates phone number, why don’t we give her a call. No time like the present, right?”

“so you think i can’t handle baking a batch of brownies on my own?” wednesday doesn’t respond for a moment, instead glancing at you as you give her a small pout.
“i just figured my expertise may make the outcome more gratifying,” she deadpans. you turn to look at your bowl of brownie mix, observing the heart shaped chocolate chips mixed in.
“with all your witchy woo, huh?” you giggle, and wednesday feels a small smile tugging at the corner of her lips. shrugging, she uses her finger to scoop up some of the mix from the bowl.
“you have quite the assortment of titles for my powers, and yet you never refer to them as such.” she slips the batter past her lips slowly after her statement, before nodding her head in approval. “and besides, what does my ‘witchy woo’ have to do with making brownies?”
you stop leaning on the counter, instead wrapping your arms around your lover’s waist. “nothin’. i just think that they’re pretty cool.” you smile. “bippity boppity boo.” a quick kiss is pressed to her nose, and she crinkles it in response.
“you are very strange.”
“and you love it.” you whisper against her lips, before leaning in and kissing her. it’s nothing more than a chaste peck, but it has wednesday’s face going red nonetheless.
she presses her hands to her cheeks in an attempt to cool them down. “what is wrong with me?” she queries. “my cheeks are all warm and my heart is racing. i’m always like this with you, it’s as though you’ve cast some sort of spell on me.”
you giggle quietly, booping her nose. “yes, i have. i like to call it ‘the spell of love’. pretty nice ring to it, eh?” wednesday only grumbles in response, but allows you to pull her in for stiff hug, arms at her side. “you’re not the only charmer around here wednesday.”
“clearly not,” she huffs. “now, if you could kindly unhand me. at this point we’ll never get the brownies into the oven. which also means we won’t be able to eat them.”
you sigh in content, squeezing her tight. “i’ll let you go when you say the magic word.” wednesday stiffens.
“please?”
“no.”
she sighs. “fine. i love you very much. now please unhand me.”
“i love you too.”

“is he dead?” you asked apathetically, glancing at wednesday.
your girlfriend nodded once, still staring at the mangled body on the ground.
you sighed. “what did he do?”
she looked up at you. “he insulted you,” she said simply.
that shouldn’t have given you butterflies. it did anyway.
you looked back at the body and twisted your lips. “need help taking care of it?”
wednesday grinned—which was more like the smallest of smiles on her—in spite of herself and nodded again.
you bit your lip and tilted your head slightly to the right. “okay. help me get him to the woods.”
she grabbed his legs—or what used to be his legs; they were so brutally broken and bloodied you could hardly even tell what they once were—while you grabbed the upper half of him and the two of you hoisted him up and carried him into the forest a few feet away from you. neither of you had shovels or anything else to dig with so you kneeled in the dirt and started clawing in the mud with your hands.
it took at least half an hour and some significantly bloodied nails, but eventually you’d created a hole big enough for the body. the two of you dumped him unceremoniously inside and threw the dirt back on top.
“there,” you sighed, leaning back in exhaustion. “good?”
wednesday examined your handiwork and nodded, content. “yes.” she looked at you. “thank you.”
“of course.” you inched closer to her and gently caressed some dried blood off her cheek with your thumb. she shut her eyes. “i’d do anything for you.”
her eyes snapped open. “would you kill someone for me?”
you hesitated, momentarily searching your heart for the answer. “yes,” you concluded. “after all, you did so for me.”

Hey bestie! Oh my god I saw you’re taking requests for Wednesday, sooo I was wondering if you could write a Wednesday x reader where r is enid’s sibling, maybe they keep ‘bothering’ wednesday with smalltalk, chatting, etc (basically, they’re down bad but even they don’t know it) until enid basically tells them they need to ask her out or she’ll tell Wednesday for them. Thank you so so much, sorry if this sounds insane it’s literally 1 am and I need sleep. Anyway, have a fabulous day!
The way I literally ran to my drafts so I could get started working on this asap- you always have such good ideas, thank you for sending this in ily ❣❣
The Other Sinclair (Wednesday Addams x reader)
Warnings: reader is a huge simp, Enid is the perfect wingman (wingwolf? Is that even a thing?), Wednesday is oddly sentimental, basically you're all just huge dorks
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As soon as Wednesday found out Enid had a sibling she knew there was no way she'd ever get peace again.
To say you were bothersome was an understatement. Often times Wednesday wished you and your sister weren't so close, because maybe then you wouldn't constantly be hanging around when it was least welcomed (which, Wednesday being Wednesday, was pretty much all the time).
You would visit her every single day, bringing your constant cheerfulness with you as though it was the only thing keeping you alive. Wednesday saw it to be quite the opposite; the mere thought of you and your never fading smile was enough to make her hair stand on end while she broke out in a cold sweat, and not in a good way.
The only times she got any peace was when Enid decided to leave and visit you in your room instead. In fact, it was during one of those very visits that she spoke to you about something you'd been cleverly hiding for quite some time: the crush you had on Wednesday. Although if we're being completely honest here, you clearly didn't hide it as well as you thought if Enid knew about it.
"Come on, you have to tell her!" Enid insisted, trying her best to convince you.
"There's no way that's ever going to happen," you replied, crossing your arms over your chest. "Wednesday actively dislikes everyone, and I'm no different from the rest of them."
"I simply refuse to believe that's true. I mean, come on, the way she looks at you-"
"-is with the same glare that she gives everyone else. Face it, Enid, Wednesday wants nothing to do with me."
"If she wanted nothing to do with you, then she would have verbally eviscerated you a long time ago. I know that's what she did to me," Enid mumbled under her breath. "You'll never know until you ask. Plus, if you don't fess up and admit your feelings, I'm just gonna go ahead and tell her myself, so..."
"Wha-? Enid, you can't do that!" You all but screech, grabbing ahold of her shoulders in an effort to both convince her otherwise and ground yourself.
"Look, I don't want it to have to come to that, but I will if I have to. Now, promise me you'll talk to Wednesday as soon as we get back." Enid raised her eyebrows at you, almost in a threatening manner.
"Okay, fine," you conceded, letting go of her. "I'll give it a shot."
"Wonderful!" Your sister joyfully cried out, clapping her hands together swiftly while jumping up and down. "Now, let's work on what you're going to say."
Meanwhile, back in Ophelia Hall, Wednesday was experiencing an intense session of writer's block. As much as she wanted to be writing, she couldn't help but wonder what you were doing instead.
She didn't understand it; the hold you had on her was unnatural, but not necessarily uninviting. She often found herself thinking about the way you laughed whenever Enid told one of her horrible jokes, and how you always greeted Thing whenever you arrived.
Not to mention you always asked how her day was, even if you knew the answer was going to be something along the lines of 'pure torture'. In fact, any time you bumped into her on Nevermore's campus you actually looked happy to see her, and were never polite simply for the sake of it.
Wednesday was beginning to feel things she'd never felt before, and it made her quite unsure of herself. And if there was one thing Wednesday hated, it was being unsure of herself.
Could it be... was this love?
She'd heard other people talk about it- how their hands would get abnormally sweaty and they'd begin to suffer from heart palpitations- but she'd never felt it first hand, and it was a rather strange feeling that was quite difficult for her to place as she had never experienced it before.
Even after having it described to her by her parents about how they fell in love at a young age multiple times, she still had no idea just how it happened and what it felt like. In fact, if anything, having heard of Morticia and Gomez's own romantic romps from their youth did nothing but further confirm what Wednesday was quite certain of: falling in love was nothing but a gigantic waste of time.
And yet, there she was; she could practically feel her pulse quicken by the second at the mere thought of you.
Just then, the door opened, and in skipped Enid, with you in tow. You weren't feeling like your usual cheery self at that moment, and you were certain you couldn't be looking like it either.
"Heya, Wednesday!" Enid delightfully greeted the blank faced girl, who's attention was focused solely on you instead. "My dear sibling here has something they'd like to say to you."
She nudged you with her elbow and gestured towards Wednesday. "Well, go on," she whispered.
The braided brunette raised her eyebrow at your sudden shyness. It usually took her ages to get you to shut up, so this complete 180 in attitude was a shock.
"Um..." you started rather awkwardly. "Well, you see, I- I've liked you for quite some time now, and was just wondering if... if maybe you'd like to accompany me to The Weathervane? This weekend, perhaps?" You asked, your voice barely above a whisper. "I- I completely understand if it's a no, I mean, it is on such short notice-"
"Yes," Wednesday stated as soon as she noticed the hesitation begin to creep through your voice. "I'd like that."
"I- really?" You couldn't hide your excitement at her response, not that you wanted to.
"Of course. If I didn't, I would have said so," she replied curtly. "I expect you to pick me up at 3 pm sharp, and don't be late."
"I- okay," you immediately agreed, a little stunned by her answer. "I'll see you then."
She nodded swiftly before turning her attention back to her typewriter. You turned around to see Enid standing there with the biggest grin you'd ever seen on her, her arms opened wide.
You let her pull you in for a tight hug, embracing her happily. "I can't believe that worked! I mean, she said yes! She actually said yes! We're finally going out, and it's gonna happen this Saturday!"
"I know! I'm so happy for you!" Enid squealed, wrapping her arms around you even tighter. Because you were so preoccupied with your own excitement, you both failed to notice the faintest smirk that had crept its way onto Wednesday's face.

Steam rose from the warm mug that you carefully wrapped Wednesday’s fingers around, but the heated ceramic was nothing compared to the searing lance of your grasp around her wrist. She watched as you settled yourself down on bended knee in front of her, respectfully pulling back your hands. Her own twitched, minutely.
It hadn’t been that difficult to come knock on your door, 10 minutes before curfew was over. Wednesday knew you’d be there in your dorm, making something absurdly sweet with your—respectably contraband—electric kettle. You’d stepped aside to wordlessly let her in, and she’d taken her usual seat at the foot of your bed. Strewn around were your day’s assignments, a jacket or two, and she wrinkled her nose at the mess. Your lamps cast a gentle candle-eseque light across everything, blurring every sharp edge. The exact reason why she was in your room, well…
“Long day?” Your gaze was inquisitive but warm, as always. Wednesday watched you, taking in your socked feet and soft pants. Then, she did the Wednesday Addams equivalent of what might be considered a frustrated huff from Enid, or a desolate sigh from you: she looked away first.
The reaction was immediate, she noted absently. You tried to catch her gaze again, the slope of your shoulders and the wring of your fingers imploring her to look back at you. “Weds… talk to me?”
She took a slow sip from the mug, avoiding your eyes. To tell the truth, Wednesday was busy aching in the way that she wished you’d reach across the sea between your knee and hers. Her intense feelings were something that she typically kept locked away, not just with the protection of a key, but with a castle moat, bolted doors, and plenty of booby traps. Inside that cage lay other previously dormant feelings, ones that you managed to pull out, sharp knife to soft underbelly, with startling ease. Wednesday set her mug down on the floor, cocking her head at you. Often she’d feel a baser, visceral urge to blurt out whatever thought she had to you. Restraint was becoming more and more difficult, the more you seemed to flay yourself open in front of her for a perusal akin to autopsy.
There was a muffled thump as you got up just a bit to shift from your kneeling posture, and Wednesday couldn’t take it anymore.
She grabbed the collar of your shirt, pulling tightly until you were about nose to nose. Her mind knew that your actual body temperature wasn’t that high, even lower than the average, but her cold heart felt the bone-deep bonfire of your proximity as your hands slammed into the bed next to her thighs, preventing you from tumbling into her. You took a sharp breath, a fateful one, as it seemed to pull all the oxygen from the room, leaving Wednesday blissfully bereft of that life force. She didn’t need it, anyway; she was convinced she could sustain herself on the dilating of your pupils, the flickering of your eyes down to her lips.
“Come here.” Wednesday’s voice came out in a rasp, but she reasoned with herself—it was the best she could do after you yanked the air out of her still lungs. That ache of absence turned into a yawning chasm, reserve and restraint tumbling down into that eager maw. Her demand fell into that same ravine, eclipsed by the endless depth of darkness.
You stood from your position to sit on the bed as soon as the plea left her, and Wednesday was impressed at your speed. You pulled her into your arms not a beat later. Everything smelled like a faint mix of linen and honey, between your sweater and your tea, and something in it brought Wednesday’s world to a halt. The skin of your collar was warm against the tip of Wednesday’s nose, grounding like the nip of winter air. The two of you fell easily into your sheets, and Wednesday’s mind finally felt like it had found the smoking gun for the investigation. It settled like a content cat right in her diaphragm, making it easy to breathe you in.
“Is this what you wanted?” Your voice, already sleepy, sent vibrations down Wednesday’s spine. She hummed back, leaning her temple up against your shirt and letting her head fall onto your chest. You didn’t say a word more; you didn’t need to.

cats + wednesday addams !
WEDNESDAY ADDAMS + CATS
AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hi hi hi this is so cute!! I'm not a cat person in the slightest (I'm one hundo percent a dog person tbh) but I can soooo imagine Wednesday having a black cat. I didn't know if you wanted me to add romance into it so I just tried to keep it plain simple, just using the prompts! I'm so sorry this took me so long to get to, I had some family emergencies come up really recently and so I haven't had much time to really sit down and work on anything other than school or family stuff. Hope you enjoy and thank you my love for the ask!
PAIRING: wednesday addams x gn!reader WARNINGS: cats (?? idk if that's a needed warning but I figured I'd list it anyway haha)
Tumblr media
Wednesday didn't take in strays. She was usually too busy with her own endeavors to really have time for them — you were the exception of course. But she liked having you around, and that made all the distance. So when the black cat appeared on her doorstep, staring up at her with big green eyes, she didn't need to think twice.
"Shoo. Go," she said monotonously, staring at the creature with disdain. When it refused to move, she made a shooing motion with her hands. "I said leave."
You appeared around the corner, your face twisted in a frown. "Who are you talking to?"
Wednesday stepped aside to reveal the cat on your doorstep and, to her surprise, you broke out into a massive grin. "Aw, look at the little guy!" you swooned, running over to pet the cat. It appeared friendly, nuzzling into your palm. "I wonder if he's lost?"
You searched for a collar, but none was found. "He might've run away," you suggested.
And Wednesday, who saw a new problem arising, was quick to shut you down. "He can find his way home. Leave him be."
A sudden crack of thunder rattled the window panes as the first drizzle of rain began to dot the sidewalk outside. The cat looked around at the worsening weather, then back at you, its wide eyes frightened. You looked up at Wednesday with a matching expression, your own eyes pleading her to let the cat stay. She let out an almost imperceptible sigh, then nodded for you to bring the cat in.
You smiled at her as you scooped the cat up, bringing him inside. Within a few hours the cat had been bathed, fed, and given a place to sleep. All the while you'd led him around the house, giving him a tour (as Wednesday watched, fuming, from the side). You'd murmur "Here, kitty," you coax him to room after room, speaking to him like he could understand you perfectly.
After a while you walked about the house, holding the cat in your arms like it was a baby. It seemed to enjoy this time of treatment as it pawed at your hair and clothes and nuzzled its head into the crook of your neck.
"I feel like we should give him a name in the meantime," you mused aloud, "so that we don't have to keep calling him kitty. I get the sense that he doesn't like it."
"Perhaps we should let it go, then." Wednesday said, suddenly appearing in the doorway. "Wouldn't want to wound its pride."
You ignored her, suddenly having a bright idea. "Why don't you give him a name, Wednesday? Just one that we can use before we go out and find his owners tomorrow."
Wednesday kept her stoic glare forward, causing you to pout. "Come on, look at this little face!" you said, turning the cat toward her and squishing its small cheeks. "This is the face of a cat that wants to be properly addressed."
Wednesday did not want pets. But she couldn't resist you.
"Poe," Wednesday said finally. "After Edgar Allen Poe."
You grinned at her. "I think it suits him."
You floated away then, Poe in hand, to introduce him to Thing. The two did not get along at first, with Thing being slightly afraid, slightly jealous. But, within minutes, Poe was chasing him around, playing a lighthearted game of tag. Wednesday watched as you sat on the floor, playing referee to the game, smiling all the while. She crossed her arms over her chest, determined not to enjoy the sight, but even she had to admit — the cat was kind of cute. Or maybe it was how much you liked the cat that was cute.
The next day, you went out about the neighborhood, knocking on doors, asking around, and putting up flyers that Thing had helped you make. No one claimed the cat, and no one rang your line to claim him. You had to negotiate with Wednesday to let Poe stay another day. Then another, and then another. No one asked after the cat.
Four days later you were on the couch, reading and drinking coffee, the cat curled into your side. Wednesday came and sat next to you, eyeing the cat carefully. "They've been known to eat their owners after they die," she said.
"That's only if they're starving," you replied without a beat. "Dogs could do the same thing. Or humans."
"Don't get so morbid with me — I'm not in the mood for romance." she said.
Poe suddenly stood, crawling away from his perch next to you and found his next interest in Wednesday, brushing his cheek against her black sweater. She looked down at him with disdain. "This won't work out for you."
You just chuckled to yourself. "You're communicating with him. It's the first step."
Wednesday looked up, alarmed. "First step to what?"
You just got up to refill your coffee mug, humming as you did so.
The days dragged on and Poe became a fixture in yours and Wednesday's house. More than once you had woken up to find him curled at the foot of your bed, purring softly as he slept.
And Wednesday was, against her own will, warming up to Poe. You'd catch her mindlessly petting his head when she thought you weren't looking. She'd even slip him treats secretly just to gain his favor.
Within a week, you were nearly convinced that Wednesday loved Poe just as much as you did. So you had to put it to the test.
One day you walked into the living room, where Wednesday was sat writing her novel, Poe curled at her feet. You sighed sadly. "Wednesday, I've been thinking, and you're right — we can't take care of a pet. I think it's time we take Poe to a shelter, don't you think?"
Wednesday turned, eyes wide. You blinked. "Do you disagree?"
Wordlessly, Wednesday bent down and scooped Poe up, holding him tightly to her chest. "He stays."
You just smiled in satisfaction, nodding once. You sat down next to her, petting Poe softly. "How could I have seen that coming?"

can I request jealous Wednesday x fem reader? Wednesday gets jealous of Xavier and the reader so she's more passive aggressive than usual and has the urge to pull pranks on Xavier. But when Wednesday sees reader and Xavier painting the reader chases after her
Tumblr media
Summary: Wednesday is reluctant to accept that she’s jealous of your friendship with Xavier until it all comes ahead.
A/n: Also due to the fact of how fucking long I made this fic, I had to relegate pranks (plural) to a singular prank. I rambled a little bit ngl.
Wednesday hated the gut feeling she’d get whenever she saw you and Xavier within extreme close proximity of one another; As though you were trying to fuse into one being with how pressed against one another you were. It felt like she had a stone stuck in her stomach that refused to dissolve and was starting to cause external as well as internal issues the longer it went unresolved. Normally Wednesday viewed herself above expressing emotions should they not provide beneficial results to her in the long run for the remainder of her stay at Nevermore, or everyday life in general.
However it seemed to Wednesday that you were the peculiar exception to this golden rule she had lived by since the passing of her pet scorpion. She felt fluttery in her chest whenever you laughed, her clothed skin burned with the remnants of your accidental touches and she felt most anticipating when she made plans with you after classes. You’ve managed to brought fourth emotions Wednesday long thought she had killed in order of bettering herself whether you were aware of your effect or not.
She hated it, she hated not being in control of her emotions and by that logic, Wednesday should hate you for being the reason for her lack of self control but she didn’t. Instead she directed all her hatred towards Xavier to the point that castration was a considered punishment but knowing how Nevermore operates; Wednesday knew that short of thing would’ve be allowed to fly without repercussions. ‘A pity really,’ she thought to herself as she maintained eye contact with the back of Xavier’s head as he playfully nudged you with his shoulder, ‘a shame even.’
Enid wished she could see the inner workings of Wednesday’s head but with how brutally she was stabbing the lunch table with her blunt knife, she quickly changed her mind in fear of that knife being directed at her next. “Wednesday, remember what we talked about when we get urge to stab something.” Enid spoke hesitantly as she tried to safely remove the knife away from Wednesday’s hand. When it was brought down harder then the previous times, blade lodged deeply within the table that once Wednesday lets go of the handle, the knife however remained standing straight up. Her eyes never departing from you nor Xavier as they blazed with silent fury. “Keep stabbing until it stops moving.” She replied blankly before standing up.
“Hey! Wednesday! Where are you going-“ Enid tried calling out to her friend when her words got caught up in her throat when her eyes followed the direction she was heading; You and Xavier. “Oh no.” Enid whispered as she rushed after Wednesday in hope of preventing someone’s (read: Xavier’s) death. “I do not want to be caught in the midst of a murder today, I just got these clothes recently and blood would not go well with them.” She rambled under her breath as nervousness got the better of her when she finally managed to catch up with Wednesday who was looking straight at you.
“Y/n.”
“Oh shit.” you almost jumped out of your chair at the sudden voice beside you had Xavier not caught you by the shoulders to stabilise you. Giving the boy your thanks you looked to your side of the table to see Wednesday and Enid standing there. “Hey Wednesday! Hey Enid, what’s up? Me and Xavier here were just-“ “I need you to come over to my-“ “our” Enid interrupted, flashing a smile when Wednesday looked at her with almost murderous intent before bringing her attention back to you. “Our dorm,” she shot enid a glare, “to look over some studies that were assigned to us last period.”
“We did?” You questioned as you, Xavier and Enid share a look of confusion as all four of you had last period together and to your recollection, there was no tasked assignment. So either you had shit memory or something else was at hand here that you were oblivious towards. Xavier shrugged his shoulders, “beats me and I tend to pay attention in my classes.” You shoved him by the shoulder as you laughed, “you fucking liar, no you don’t you always end up copying my notes or worse!” Xavier chuckled, extending his hand to pat your sympathetically on the shoulder.
“I make it up to you don’t I?” He asked innocently, making you scoff as you swat away his hand. before bringing his attention to Wednesday who by now has her jaw so tightly clenched behind a deadpan face that she swore she felt some teeth crack under the pressure she was putting them under. “Are you sure we got an assessment Wednesday? Me and y/n here have made plans to go beyond and explore the realms of possibilities of which through art later tonight.” Xavier iterated the last part in a tone he knew would get to you, in the end you couldn’t help but snort as you smacked his shoulder. “Stop talking like that, I’ll think I’ll piss myself.” You croaked through your laughter as you leant against Xavier for support.
“Too much information y/n,” Xavier grimaced but he sucked at keeping it up as his lips cracked into a bigger smile, “just too much information.” Whilst you both were distracted with your laughter, Enid could see that Wednesday was gesturing for something lurking under your table with her head and when she went to angled herself better to see what it was and to her surprise; Thing could be seen unlacing Xavier’s shoelaces before tying them back together again in a fashion that would have him take a personal greeting with the floor before scampering off back to where he came.
Now Enid never pegged Wednesday as the prankster type, considering the fact that she had told her time and time again that she was above such childish shenanigans. Yet here she was, having Thing pull pranks on her behalf all because she was jealous. “You’re right,” Wednesday uncharacteristically admitted, “must’ve got my dates incorrect, how foolish of me.” She then shrugs but before she leaves your table; Wednesday looked back over her shoulder, “Xavier.” She said. “Yeah?” He replied, albeit confused. “Watch your step.” Was all she said before walking away, leaving Enid to hastily bid you both goodbye as she rushed to catching up to her before mouthing something neither of you could decipher.
“What did she meant by that?” Xavier asked as he looked at you, watching the back of Wednesday’s head as she faded from view. “No idea but hearing that come from her? It’s probably not a good thing.” You admitted, sensing that something was off with Wednesday but you knew better then to openly confront a hostile animal. She wouldn’t budge an inch. So you decided that it would be best to let her work through whatever it was that she was going through in her own time. “Well that’s real reassuring.” Xavier said glumly before slinging his bag over his shoulder.
“We better get going before we’re late to herbology class.” He adds as he goes to stand up but as he attempts to move out from his seat; Xavier notices a little too late that his shoes were mysteriously tied together, causing him to trip over himself and fall flat on the floor with a yelp. “Oh my god, Xavier are you alright!” You exclaimed as you scrambled to help him up off of the floor, dusting him down of any dirt that might’ve lingered. “I understood what she meant by that now.” Xavier grimaced in pain. You both ended up being late for class by a couple of minutes due to Xavier stopping to unlace his shoes and tying them back up properly before practically sprinting across Nevermore towards your next lesson.
The next time Wednesday walked in on you and Xavier bonding, it wasn’t until nightfall that she came across the sound of laughter filling the air, growing louder and louder the closer she got to the abandoned shed Xavier had tricked out into an art studio. Her blood still boiled with how at ease Xavier seemed whenever he got physical with you and how you never seem to bask in his affection. She despised her Achilles heel which was you and the illogical thoughts you brought up within her head, causing her to loose rational train of thought and sleep as she now wandered the school grounds late at night in hopes for sleep to greet her. However Wednesday found herself stood outside the shed where she could hear yours and Xavier’s conversation loud and clear.
“You messy pup! Your getting paint on everything except the canvas!” Xavier exclaimed though it was in good nature considering how quick he was to laugh. “We’ll maybe if I had more to go on then the bullshit excuse of ‘painting with my heart.’ Then I wouldn’t be such a messy pup then would I?” You replied, reduced to a laughing fit of your own. It was obvious to Wednesday that you were both having fun, so much fun in fact that she believed that she was the last thing on your mind. You rarely visited her and Enid in their dorm anymore, too busy having Xavier occupying your time. Seemingly possessed by the betrayal she was feeling in that moment, Wednesday forcefully opened the door in time to see Xavier stand a breaths width away from you, holding your face in his hands as his thumb rubs away at some remnants of paint.
His gaze seemed a little too intense for Wednesday’s liking as she took into account of the way he looked at you that same exact way she caught herself looking at you; as though you’ve painted the night sky of which you hung the stars from. Your eyes darted to hers as they widened at the realisation of how this looked to other people but before you could open your mouth to say anything. Wednesday had already slammed the door shut behind her as she left. Xavier knew there was something between you and Wednesday and he wanted to help you in expressing your feelings in a way that didn’t suffocate Wednesday. However it seemed that she might’ve misunderstood this as him making a move on you which couldn’t be further from the truth. “Go after her.” Xavier said, stepping away from you.
“She won’t believe me-“ “well then try to make her believe you.” Xavier stopped you before you could admit defeat. “You like this girl don’t you?” He asked, “of course I do Xavier, I like her very, very much.” You admitted, feeling the tears of frustration well up in the corner of your eyes. Xavier smiled softly as he cross the room to open the door, “Then go get her, tiger.” He urges as he gestured towards the silhouette of Wednesday that was slowly fading away from view the further and further away she got. You smiled at Xander, “thank you.” You said to him before bolting out of the art studio and after Wednesday as fast as your legs could carry you.
“You got this!” You heard Xavier exclaim from behind which only pushed you even further forward as you darted past trees, bushes, the archery range until you could vaguely make out Wednesday making her way to the front of the building that lead up to her dorm in Ophelia Hall. “Wednesday!” You called, uncaring of who you woke up in the process, the only thing that mattered to you was setting things straight. “Wednesday wait, I need to talk to you!” You saw Wednesday stop at the doors and you almost felt like collapsing when you finally caught up to her, leaving heavily on the door as you struggled to filling your lungs with the sufficient amount of oxygen.
“What do you want.” Wednesday snapped. She hadn’t meant to stop but something within her told her that she’d be better off hearing you out. “I’m going to cut the bullshit and get to the point,” you said through gasps, coughing briefly before taking a deep breath, “I like you Wednesday Addams. I like you a lot, I’ve been meaning to find ways of telling you how I feel that wouldn’t overwhelm you or make you uncomfortable. So I’ve taken to asking Xavier for advice because he’s and artist and shit as you know.” Wednesday felt a familiar fluttering in her chest as you continued to explain yourself when all she really cared enough to hear was that you liked her and only did what you did as to not force her out of her comfort zone for you.
So instead of letting you continue your long winded explanation, Wednesday merely grabbed ahold of your shirt, pulling you into her lips as she gave you a chaste kiss before shoving you away slightly. Your wide eyed expression had a smile creep up on Wednesday’s face as she quickly composed herself. “I like you too,” she headed you silently cheer to yourself, “however you can start repaying me for sacrificing our time together by joining me on the astrology tower tomorrow night.” Your eyes widened and your smile stretched across your face. “Like a date, a date date?” Wednesday couldn’t help but scoff at your choice of words before replying, “yes, like a date date.”

wednesday and you weren’t exactly identical in personality, some would even dare to say you two were polar opposite, but it wasn’t the full truth. you were… similar, however throughout the entirety of your lives, you seemed to be the more open one, the one who wouldn’t mind physical touch with family, and the closest friends. yet, despite things that defined the differences between you, you were still closed off, a facade built around, so hurting you would be harder.
when you arrived at the castle, the principal decided to split you, giving each of you a little space to breathe, after sixteen years of living together, and being attached by a hip. then, you were told by your parents that you’d be the one living alone, which made your heart clutch.
“tragic events occur, when twins are being separated.” you uttered, arms crossed at the chest as you walked down the hallway, looking for a room that was assigned to you. “don’t say i haven’t warned you.”
the room wasn’t like your sisters, you hadn’t had an eccentric, colorful roommate that was willing to become friends with you – for the first time in your life, you were all alone, not sharing anything with anyone.
later, you’ve learnt that mrs. weems assigned a boy to show you around the school, to provide you a, as she stated, fresh start with friends made, because of you, and not your sister. you were fast to notice that xavier thorpe was quite popular amongst the students, and when you walked around the castle with him, rumors were starting to spread like fire.
well, at least he decided to stick up with your throughout the breaks, so you weren’t bothered by people trying to get the reason of your arrival mid-semester. and after a few weeks, you grew to tolerate his presence, some would say you grew to like him.
when you were assigned to help at the weathervane, and found out it was xavier’s doing (he switched his assignment card with yours, and then switched his with someone else), you even smiled a little to yourself.
“wednesday’s friend works here.” you uttered, standing in front of the coffee shop with a still face. you averted your eyes to xavier as he scoffed, brows knitted at your words. “i suppose you know him?” a sigh slipped through his lips as you cound sense that he was bothered by the mention of your sister’s friend.
“it’s the guy i’ve told you about.” he began, and you understood. xavier talked about a lot of things, and if he started to rant, you’d listen to every single word that left his mouth. “the asshole.” you chimed in, making him smile. so you were listening (he had doubts).
you pressed your lips into a thin line, stepping inside the shop with thorpe right behind you, hand somewhere on your lower back, a gesture he would repeat, whenever you had a walk. “wednesday?” you heard an unfamiliar voice spoke out with shock, walking up to you. his eyes followed your partner’s arm, causing him a lot of… unnecessary stress.
“a sister.” you replied. his body relaxed, the same second a relieved sigh left his mouth. nonetheless, you could feel your friend’s muscles stiff by being around the boy who ruined his mural.
before you could even refuse, you were having an orange apron wrapped around your chest, being told to at least have a little smile on your face prior, which lead to the blonde boy laughing at your reaction, and then at the reaction of the owner, when you cursed under your breath.
“colors suit you.” xavier commented, hand running through his hair, trying to get the annoying strands of the face. not even knowing why, you were observing each of his moves. “what?” he asked, a little flustered, which was a rare thing.
without uttering a word, you grabbed a tie from your wrist, pulling him closer, so tying his hair would be easier. when you processed the situation, you blinked twice, heat unwillingly coming to your cheeks, giving them a chance to tint pinkish. “it was annoying.” you whispered, his face right in front of yours.
at the end of the outreach day, you got exhausted, fingertips burnt by accidentally touching the hot surface of the coffee machine, heart pounding by consuming an insane amount of caffeine. you were sitting at your desk, finishing an assignment for ms. thornhill’s classes, a large essay about a certain species, when your hand started to draw all across the page, a scene that you guess would happen in future.
you got your visions randomly, whether you had something to sketch on, or not, it wasn’t as intense as your sister’s ability, but was definitely more trustworthy than hers. a wave of dread washed over you as you realized the picture showed your body, with a monster that killed rowan on top of you, its hand in the air as if it wanted to take a swing at you.
you didn’t even know where you were heading, legs taking the absolute control over you as you entered one of the boys’ wings, finding yourself at the door of xavier’s thorpe, tears threatening to spill.
“he- what are you doing here, what happened?” he let out, pulling you into his room, a worried grimace spreading over his face as he watched you breaking down. tears ruining your makeup, breath so short that you couldn’t catch it a few times, your whole body shaking, scaring the shit out of your friend. “y/n, what is-” words died in his throat as soon as you threw your arms around his neck.
it was a sign for him to shut up, and embrace you in a tight hug. nevertheless, hearing you crying, or just seeing you so vulnerable made his heart itch, a jolt of pain hitting him so suddenly. he let his head rest on yours as his hands caressed your back up, and down slowly.
you pulled away fifteen minutes later, his white t-shirt stained black, because of your smudged mascara and eyeliner, your eyes red, swallowed, and puffy. “i apologize, don’t know what lead me here.” you sniffed as his palm cupped the side of your face as the thumb wiped away your tears.
“shhh, don’t say that.” xavier shushed, his eyes looking directly into yours, the worry on his face never gone. “just tell me what happened, okay? i’m worried.” he whispered, stroking you cheek gently.
“i’m going to die.” your words made the boy tense up, eyebrows knitted together as he tilted his head to the side. “the monster will kill me, i saw it xavier. it-it’s going to rip me apart.” you cracked a humorless laugh. “i overreacted, death will come to all of us, right?”
“yeah, but it won’t take you away from me, okay? i’ll promise.”
you stayed overnight, because xavier said he’d like to have an eye on you, in case something happens (which you thought was an absurd, because what would happen at the castle, but you let down without a fight). at first, you were supposed to sleep on his bed, while he occupied the empty one, but somehow, the two of you ended up in one bed, staying up almost all night to talk.
since that evening, the form of your relationship has shifted. he was the only person to see you without the facade, you’ve built to protect you. and… you’ve got close, extremely close. xavier wanted to protect you, so he offered to spend time with him at the shed. you didn’t even hesitate.
his presence was soothing — for the first time in your life, you liked to have someone next to you, to give you the sense of comfort, and protection, something you’d hardly ever experienced. at the same time, you could witness how the walls around him fell down with each hangout, showing you the real him.
you remember sitting in the yard, on a bench next to wednesday and enid, who couldn’t stop talking about how well did ajax look at the poe cup with his makeup (you wouldn’t admit it, but the only one you looked at that day was xavier, could anybody blame you though?).
“hey.” a familiar male approached the three of you, a shadow of smile hovering over his lips as you turned yourself to him, matching the smile immediately. “could we talk, for a minute?” he asked, eyes focused on you.
“she stays here. we’re going to be witnesses.” wednesday blurted out before you were even able to open your mouth. a sigh, full of misery, left your mouth, but you just nodded, making enid giggle.
“yeah, sure.” he shrugged, not minding their presences. “would you… go to the raven’s with me?” he cracked a smile, his words making your stomach clutch, planting there a warm, unknown feeling.
“i’d love to.” the corners of your lips went a little upward. a scene of you, and xavier both clothed in white, slowly dancing at the dance floor with his hands on your waist. god, just a thought of what may happen at the raven’s made you smile.
“god, i thought you wouldn’t agree.” he chuckled, eyes flew to your friends. “okay, i won’t interrupt anymore. catch you later, right?” you nodded. as soon as xavier left, you were burried in questions by sinclar, who suddenly got so interested in how did you bond with thorpe so fast.
however, your sister didn’t share the enthusiasm with enid as she watched xavier leave with narrowed eyes. “you should be careful.” she muttered, sparing you a glance. “he acts suspicious, you should spend less time with him, in case something happens.”
“don’t worry. i can keep myself safe, wednesday.”
for the next few days you were mostly hanging out with your sister, and her crew, spending a lot of time at the weathervane, keeping an eye on tyler, who wasn’t the most innocent in your eyes, especially when he pinned over your sister.
it was easy to assume that as a child, you weren’t really enthusiastically participating in such trivial activities as school dances, trips, school clubs until you came to nevermore. sometimes, at night, you’d wonder what has gotten into you, making you change so suddenly. then, when you woke to a message from xavier, you always understood where did it come from.
you expected the things between you to end a few days after he showed you around, being left alone with your own thoughts, which could result in running away with wednesday as soon as possible or in going against anything that mrs. weems had planned for you.
but fortunately for you, your friend decided to stick around, making sure you will accommodate yourself at the school, somehow he found protecting you as his mission after getting interested in you. sometimes, you thought that xavier thorpe was like an angel sent from heaven just for you, to be honest — he felt the same way with you.
seeing you, dressed up in the prettiest dress you’ve found in jericho, waiting on him at the entrance of the ophelia hall with a shadow of smile hovering over your lips as you noticed him, wearing a perfectly fitted, white suit, hair tied in a bun. too handsome to keep your eyes off him.
“didn’t expect to see an addams in a white dress.” he let out a laugh, taking your arm gently as you walked down the way to the hall. “you look gorgeous, though. it suits you.”
“enid made me choose it.” you rolled your eyes, earning a small chuckle from your partner. “don’t laugh at me, asshole! it was so hard to convince her to let me pick one on my own.” you punched his arm playfully, stepping into the room.
“it must be weird seeing her around wednesday so much.” you nodded. “it’s so… mind-blowing how different the two of you are. you begin to grow to become grumpy and sunshine, funny.” his laughter rang in your mind, the meaning of his words hitting you after a second.
“did you just call me a sunshine? do i look like a sunshine to you?” you scoffed, turning your head to him with a scowl. “it’s like an insult in my family to be called a sunshine.” you added, getting another chuckle in response.
“if you were dressed in a yellow dress, then you’d be cosplaying the sun.” you could feel his breath on your ear as he laughed, nudging you lightly. “god, i start to regret i agreed on going with you, asshole.”
the rest of the dance was truly wonderful. for the first time, you’ve had as much fun, doing a thing you thought was reserved for someone who came from a normal family, and your family wasn’t exactly the most normal one. most of the time, you spent with your body glued to your partner’s as you danced, barely paying attention to people surrounding you, almost as if there was no one around you. it was also the day, when xavier heard your laugh for the first time, the second you noticed people tripping over the red paint that covered the whole hall (including your dress, and thorpe’s suit).
you didn’t know about the vision your sister had, since you barely have spoken a word to each other as your dates didn’t really get along. you arrived at the door of your room shortly after the dance was cut off. “i have to admit, i had fun.” you cracked a smile at him, hands wrapped around his chest as you slowly pulled him inside.
“see? you’re the sunshine.” he laughed, reciprocating your smile. “sure, does that make you the grumpy, then?” you tilted your head to the side, feeling his hands on your waist. “do you want me to be the grumpy?” a whisper left his mouch, your lips inches away from each other.
“what if i do?” you let out.
before you could add anything else, xavier pressed his lips against yours, closing the gap between you. your hands immediately flew to the collar of his shirt, pulling him even closer as a soft sigh escaped from between your lips. you closed your eyes, the warm feeling appeared in your abdomen once again.
the impact xavier thorpe had on you, made your legs wobbly, unable to stand still as you had to tighten your grip on his shirt to keep you steady. everything felt like a dream, his lips moving against yours, hands tracing around your body, before your back hit the sheets on the bed, not really minding that you’d have to change them later.
then, when you woke up, still in the now-red dress, your friend sleeping next to you, his arm threw over your waist, you felt million things at the time. heart’s pounding in your chest in the moment, when you brushed the hair off his face. a soft smile spread over your lips. then, one significant thing popped up in your mind.
the parents’ visits weekend.
“hey, xav.” you mumbled, shaking his arm gently. “wake up, your dad’s probably waiting for you downstairs, right now.” you didn’t even realize he was up until he groaned at the mention of his dad.
“he’s not.” he replied, fingertips caressing geometrical shapes on your waist. “he texted me, he’s not showing up.” the boy shrugged, showing you the notification on his screen. “excited about having a weekend with your parents, though? missed them?”
“well, kinda.” a sigh left your mouth as you turn your head to him. “it’s good to see them, but not too exciting.” you sent him half a smile, and brought your feet to the cold flooring.
you wished you could say that the parents weekend gave you a great time to bond with your parents, and siblings, but all you got was the vision coming true. you were coming back from xavier’s shed, wanting to have a word with your relatives, when something threw you on the tree with its full strength.
death fascinated you as a child, you wondered what would it be, nonetheless, you’ve always wanted to be in control of your last seconds. maybe killing yourself with a gun by playing the russian roulette, or by jumping off a plane without a parachute, but definitely not by being torn apart by a monster who injured wednesdays friend, and killed xavier’s roommate.
you didn’t even fight, accepting whatever would happen next, not contemplating whether you’d end up in heaven or hell. limbs cut to flesh, leaving you with scars that would take a whole lifetime to heal. it took you long enough to pass out or die, you weren’t certainly sure.
to your dispair, you were alive, in a coma, but still alive. it was probably the tragic outcome you’d talked about the day you arrived at the school. unconscious, surrounded by your friends, and family at the hospital in jericho.
you regained consciousness late at night with the head pounding like a drum. then, you realized that maybe, xavier thorpe was an angel sent to you from heaven, when you catch a glimpse of him, his head leaned against the white sheets of the hospital bed, your hand intertwined with his. it seemed like he could feel you switching on the bed.
“y/n? oh my god.” he whispered, tightening the grip on your hand. “you’re alive, fuck me, they said there was a slight chance that you’d wake up.” it was all unbelievable for him to see you awaken.
you cracked a soft smile at him in response, head tilted to the side as you murmured. “my death would be more phenomenal that this, since when do you think so lowly of me?” a low chuckled escaped from between your lips. “how long have i been… half-dead?”
“a while, you missed your birthday.” he sighed. “and you also missed, when your sister accused me of being the monster that attacked you, which is funny, you know, because even though her evidences lead to me, i was the one who found you, and took you to mrs. weems, i was the one who sit here most of my free time.”
a week later, a few days before wednesday’s date with her boyfriend, you got out of the hospital, although still weak, so xavier was always somewhere near you to scare off people who was a possible bother.
you were sitting in his room, revising the notes yoko has given you when you left the hospital, and you decided on continuing the semester. a playlist, you’ve made a few hours earlier, was playing in the background as the two of you were minding your things. the first peaceful evening in a while.
“hey, uh. i need to tell you something.” he caught your attention. “i know that it’s partially my fault for your accident, because i should go with you to the castle that day but-”
“xavier-” you started, but he immediately cut you off.
“let me finish, okay?” you nodded. “uh, where was i? the feeling that you’ve might not wake up was destructive, the awareness that i won’t be able to hear you laugh, see you smile or kiss you made me realize how much i don’t want to lose you, and that i love you. love you from the bottom of my heart.” now, he was sitting right in front of you, his hands holding yours gently.
“and i know that everything’s so confusing for you right now, but i’d like to be more than friends.” he mumbled, keeping eye contact with you. “you don’t have to tell me you like me, or love me, you don’t even have to agree i just–”
kissing xavier was the only thing that popped up in your mind, when you thought about cutting him off, one of your hand placed on the back of his neck, the second one patting his cheek. the kiss didn’t last long, because you pulled away after a few seconds. “will you listen to me now?”
“i like you, xavier thorpe. it’s hard to say, but i wouldn’t let someone do anything to you, you know? that kind of like.” a grin appeared on your lips, being quickly matched by the boy. “i’d really like to be your… girlfriend, but you’ll have to give me some time, before i drop the l-bomb, okay?” your boyfriend nodded, closing the gap between you.
happiness wasn’t really made for you. the rumor about xavier being taken away by the sheriff galpin spread around the school quickly enough for you to catch your sister before she left. “what did you do? did you lost your mind?” you grabbed her by the shoulders, fury flickering in your eyes as her face stayed still.
“i told you to be careful with him, he’s the monster that attacked you, eugene, rowan, and the therapist. you’re just dumbfounded now.” she explained.
“you’re wrong.” you sighed. “xavier didn’t do it. he wasn’t able to attack eugene, because we were… making out in my dorm for half the night, he was with me most of the time, so maybe i’m the hyde and his my master, huh?” you let out a scoff, a scowl painted all over your face as you pushed her lightly. “try looking around your boyfriend, and leave mine out of it.”
“emotions took over you, sister. that’s quite unlike you.”
but you couldn’t hear that — you were already on your way to the nightshade’s library, trying to look for something that could free thorpe before it was too late.
unfortunately, you couldn’t find anything until your sister had seen through everything, coming to the conclusion that xavier was far from being a hyde, but it was too late anyway. mrs. weems was dead, and thornhill revived crackstone, trying to put an end to the outcast with tyler as the hyde (quite ironic, though).
you were outside the castle with ajax and enid, looking after the students to stay in a safe distance from the school in case something happens. the gorgon nudged your side lightly, making you look in the same direction as him. xavier, standing without cuffs on his wrists, his eyes focused on you as you swiftly made your way to him.
“i’m sorry i couldn’t get you out earlier, i was thinking about breaking the laws, but then wednesday promised—” you rambled, embracing him in the tightest hug you only could. “sorry, uh… i’m really happy to have you back.”
when everything had come to an end, you were standing at the entrance of the school, your things somewhere next to you as you’ve waited for your boyfriend, who talked to wednesday upstairs. he finally made his way downstairs, noticing you with a smirk, all he could do was to roll his eyes in a playful manner.
“i need to tell you something.” you began, tugging a strand of his hair behind his ear, accidentally brushing his cheek. “i love you. like i’d die knowing i won’t see you again, type of love.”
“god, you really drop the L-bomb right before we have to split up?” he laughed, kissing your forehead lightly. “take it as an invitation to visit me over the summer break, alright?”
“maybe you could visit me, lover boy?”

Wednesday Addams x Reader
Word Count: 2.6k
Notes: Hellhound reader
Summary: Y/n couldn't help but to bring out her violin once she heard the cello playing in the night. The new girl on campus intrigued her, but little did she know the interest was mutual. That doesn't get revealed until the two girls find themselves in the forest one night.
Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Masterlist
Tumblr media
Though everyone would deny it, Wednesday was intriguing. Not in the normal way, the new student was intriguing. Nothing about Wednesday was normal, but for some reason her abnormality was viewed with hostility at Nevermore.
Y/n thought that was quite curious. She never truly understood how even amongst a whole group of outcasts, there could be lines of divisions as such.
Before Y/n spoke to Wednesday, they played a song together. Wednesday had started late one night with her cello. It rang out across the entire school grounds. It was brilliant.
Y/n's body had a mind of its own upon listening to the cello. She found herself just outside of her room with her violin perched under her neck. She waited for the right timing and jumped into Wednesday's symphony.
It was an intense piece and without a sheet in front of her, following along should've been harder. However, she let intuition guide her as she played. She followed Wednesday's lead, and by the time they were done, she felt like she knew something about the girl.
Y/n's eyes traveled up to the balcony Wednesday had been playing on. She found that the Addams girl was already looking down at her. The violinist almost waved, but she didn't. They stared at each other for what felt like an eternity. Both girls held a certain curiosity in their respective glances.
It's Wednesday who turns away first. It's an abrupt movement as she takes her cello and re-enters her room. Y/n stares at the spot where Wednesday stood, for a moment longer.
" Goodnight, Wednesday," the words leave her lips, and then she slips into her room.
Enid is the one to set up a proper introduction between Y/n and Wednesday.
" Y/n this is Wednesday, Wednesday this is Y/n the girl you've been asking me about."
Y/n’s eyes land on the dark haired girl, who seems to be sizing her up. The taller girl sticks her handout for Wednesday to shake, " Nice to finally meet you."
There is a long hesitation in her movements, but Wednesday does eventually return the handshake," You were the one on the violin the other night?"
Y/n gave a curt nod," I was. Sorry if I interrupted, but I could hear it from my room, and got a little carried away."
Enid interjects," I thought the two of you sounded really good together."
The violinist scratches the back of her neck," The cello was definitely better than the violin that night."
" It was, but I suppose you did well, considering you played it all by ear."
Y/n smiled a bit at the compliment," Thanks."
Y/n and Wednesday seemed to be locked into a staring contest. Neither girl was able to take her gaze off of the other. Enid's gaze shifted between the two, sensing some underlying chemistry.
" Well… Wednesday and I have to go, but we'll catch up with you some other time," the blonde tries to drag Wednesday away.
The Addams girl untangles herself from Enid's grasp, but still follows the cheery blonde.
Y/n watches the pair leave before returning to her previous activities.
Enid hounded Wednesday as soon as Y/n was no longer in sight. A lot of the talking went into one ear and out of the other. That was until Enid insinuated that Wednesday liked Y/n.
" Why would you assume something so… trivial of me?"
Enid scoffs," It's totally normal to like someone, Wednesday, even for us."
" I don't like her," Wednesday deadpans.
" You gave her a compliment. You don't compliment anyone, ever. It's a part of your character," Enid rambles on.
Wednesday almost struggles to find a rebuttal," I did not compliment her. I simply acknowledged how complex it was to follow along with my music."
" So you're saying you found it impressive?" Enid questions.
" Precisely."
Enid smirks," And is that not a compliment?"
Wednesday stares down Enid," It would be quite curious if you went to sleep with a head full of hair, but woke up with a buzzcut, don't you agree? Thing knows his way around a good pair of clippers."
" I trust Thing to make sure I look my best," Enid shrugs.
Wednesday groans," Are friends always so insufferable?"
Enid gushes," Awe, you called us, friends."
Wednesday groans once more before the girls reach their class, effectively ending the conversation.
Throughout the day, Y/n's wandering thoughts all seemed to lead her back to Wednesday. There was something about the girl that was infectious. Or in other words, something about Wednesday felt like an infection.
Though the encounters were brief, Y/n found herself showing all the signs of having feelings for Wednesday. The girl was unapologetically herself, and there was something that Y/n admired in her. She wanted to curse herself for being so enchanted so quickly, but she knew that she wasn't the only one.
Y/n had seen Wednesday with both Tyler and Xavier. It might've been hard for Wednesday to decipher, but it was clear to anyone with eyes that they were both interested in the girl. Y/n couldn't blame them, maybe it was some sort of Wednesday effect.
A tapping on her window pulled Y/n out of her thoughts. Her eyes narrowed, but she hadn't seen anyone in the darkness. Y/n stood and cautiously edged towards the window.
" Hello?"
Her nerves stilled when the window opened. Y/n panicked seeing a hand crawl into her room, but her panic was quickly replaced by confusion. The palm opened and there was some writing on it.
Follow Thing- Wednesday
" I presume you're Thing."
Thing gives Y/n a thumbs up before pointing at her violin.
" She wants me to bring the violin?"
Thing confirms this. Y/n packs up her violin, then follows Thing. The final destination was Enid and Wednesday's room. Y/n didn't get a chance to knock as the door swung open.
" What're you doing here?" There was a slight confusion in Wednesday's voice.
Y/n furrowed her brow as her gaze dropped to Thing. The hand tried to scurry away, but Wednesday snatched him up. Thing tried to stay balled up, but a scary glare from Wednesday had the hand unclenching.
" Enid wrote this," Wednesday looked at the woman through her eyelashes.
" Oh, I can go if you-"
Wednesday cut her off," I'm going out, you're welcome to come, but you might die."
" Don't threaten me with a good time," Y/n joked, but Wednesday didn't laugh," Can I leave my violin in your room?"
That's how Y/n found herself walking through the woods with Wednesday Addams. The woods put Y/n on edge, mostly because people kept getting murdered. Whatever monster was out there spiked a fear into the girl.
" So, what are we doing in the woods?"
" Looking for evidence," Wednesday said bluntly.
" Evidence of what?" You pushed on.
The girl let out a huff," The monster or Rowan."
Y/n pauses," I thought Rowan was expelled."
This causes Wednesday to stop walking," If you think I'm crazy, at least have the courage to tell me to my face."
Y/n's hands shot up in defense," I honestly have no idea what you're talking about."
The girl cocks her head to the side," You mean to tell me that you missed all the rumors and heckling surrounding my claim that Rowan was murdered by the monster."
"If he was murdered, how did he get expelled?"
Wednesday shrugged slightly," That's what I'm trying to figure out."
Y/n nodded to herself a few times," Ok, so what counts as evidence?"
" You don't think I'm crazy? Or lying? Or both?"
Y/n stares at the girl," What would you gain from lying about that?"
Wednesday stares back at her with a blank expression on her face. With the way everyone was treating at the school, it was hard to believe that someone wasn’t questioning her. She had made a reputation for herself (that she didn’t care about, but she was acutely aware of). So to her, it didn’t make any sense for Y/n to believe her without any scrutiny.
“ What’s wrong with you?”
The question takes Y/n aback. Wednesday sees the shock on the girl’s face and decides to elaborate, “ I mean, what makes you qualify as a Nevermore student?”
Wednesday sees the girl’s body tense. The silence engulfs them as she watches Y/n struggle to find the words that she wants to say.
“ I’m a hellhound.”
“ You don’t seem proud of it.”
Y/n kicks up some dirt at her feet,” It takes everything I have to control the monster inside of me. The werewolves change every full moon, as a hellhound I can change every night if I’m not careful. Once I’m there, it’s game over. Sometimes I remember and sometimes I don’t.”
“ Have you ever killed anyone?”
The question brings a mask of dread on Y/n’s face. Before she can elaborate, they hear something. The noise alerts the two girls. Y/n is the one to grab onto Wednesday’s wrist, but it’s then that the dark haired girl has a vision. Her body goes limp in Y/n’s arms.
“ Wednesday? Wednesday! Shit.”
Y/n tries to wake the girl, but then the noise from before returns. It sounds closer than before. Y/n begins to look around frantically, and that’s when she sees it. The two large eyes watching them from behind the tree. Her body goes rigid. Everything is still for a moment. Neither her nor the monster move.
She’s frozen in her spot, her mind is racing. With Wednesday in her arms, she doesn’t know what to do. The choice becomes clear as the monster finally charges at her. She drops Wednesday's limp body on the ground, then plants her feet.
The shift hurts as she can’t remember the last time it happened. All she feels is heat, and the only thing her mind is telling her to do is attack.
The hellhound charges the unknown creature. They meet in the middle. The creature takes a swipe at Y/n missing wildly. The fire burns brightly on the hound's skin as it pounces on the monster. Y/n snips at the monster's neck, going for the kill. However, the monster uses its long limbs to its advantage, kicking the hound away.
Then it turns its attention to Wednesday, who has started to gain her consciousness. As it stalks towards her, the hound gets between the two. The flames in its eyes fierce, almost daring the monster to touch the girl.
The monster stares Y/n down, but the hound shows no fear. It seems to assess the situation. It stalks away from the pair. The hound doesn’t take its eyes off the monster, waiting for it to disappear out of the forest.
When the hound knows it is gone, it drops its defensive stance.
“ Y/n?”
The hound turns around to come face to face with Wednesday Addams. The hound lightly nudges the girl’s hand. It wants her to follow it out of the forest. Wednesday follows the giant dog. Her hand can’t help itself as it trails down the back of the animal.
The black skin feels like ash, the heat radiating off of it warms her in the cold of the night. Wednesday is mesmerized by Y/n in this form. Once they are out of the forest, the hound knows they are safe. It gives up the control, and soon it’s shifting back into Y/n.
The change is harsh on girl. She ends up on her hands and knees with her eyes squeezed shut as her bones are riddled with pain. She isn’t sure if she can move. Y/n feels a coat being thrown over her and a presence kneeling by her.
“ That hurts you.”
Y/n tugs the coat over her exposed skin,” It’s just been a long time, so it was harder than usual.”
The hellhound tries to stand, but is unable to. Wednesday has to help her to her feet.
“ You could’ve left me for dead in the forest,” Wednesday speaks.
Y/n shook her head with the little strength that she had," That wasn't an option for me."
" Why not?"
" Because I-"
" Dear god, what happened!"
Y/n gets her sentence cut short by principal Weems. The woman is quick to help Wednesday with the battered girl.
" We got attacked in the woods. Y/n fought off the same beast that killed Rowan," Wednesday told the principal.
" I just need to lie down, and I'll be alright," Y/n tried to downplay her pain.
Wednesday was not allowing it," She needs to see the nurse."
Y/n wanted to protest, but Weems agreed. They led the injured girl to the nurse's office.
" You are no longer needed, Ms. Addams, why don't you go to your room."
" No," Wednesday said simply.
" No?" Weems questioned, but Wednesday didn't budge.
" She didn't leave me behind. I'm not leaving her," Wednesday glared at the bleach blonde woman.
" Wednesday," Y/n spoke softly, not wishing for the girl to get into any trouble with the principal.
Weems' eyes shifted between both girls before an irritated sigh left her lips," Very well then, but you better be in all of your classes tomorrow."
Weems left after that, leaving the nurse to tend to Y/n. Wednesday waited patiently for the girl to be placed in one of the beds. Once she was, Wednesday's gaze never left Y/n.
" Well now you know what the monster looks like," Y/n broke the silence.
" You could've died," there's malice in her tone. It's not necessarily directed at the other girl.
Y/n smiles a bit," You told me that before we went into the forest."
The pigtailed girl’s eyes meet yours, " It was never my intention to hurt you."
Y/n cautiously reaches for Wednesday's hand, scared that the dark haired girl will pull away. She doesn't.
" You didn't hurt me. That thing attacked me."
" It wouldn't have happened if I didn't bring you out to the woods."
Y/n shakes her head," I decided to go out there with you. I could've gone back to my room. You told me it would be dangerous. It's not your fault, Wednesday."
Her eyes are locked on your hands. Tears welled in her eyes, but didn't fall.
" Y/n, I swear to you that I will not rest until the beast is caught. It will pay for this," there's a fire in her voice when she speaks to Y/n. One that makes the injured girl's heart swell.
" If you think, I'm letting you do this alone, you're truly mistaken. We have to protect each other," Y/n squeezed the girl's hand gently.
Wednesday lifted their interlocked hands. She carefully placed her lips on the back of Y/n's hand," I will not let any more harm come to you."
Y/n's face blushed intensely at the tenderness of it all. She found herself kissing Wednesday's hand," I will stand by you as you fight your battles."
Both of the promises were different. However, the meaning was the same. They cared for each other. The fear of losing Y/n ignited something in Wednesday; just as the fear of losing Wednesday ignited something in Y/n.
There was an understanding between the girls. Nothing else needed to be said. They just paired well together. Wednesday was like a cello and Y/n like violin. Both beautiful on their own, but it was agreed that together they could create a masterpiece.

lust (3)𖤐 wednesday addams
𖤐 wednesday addams x vampire!reader (she/her - but imagine any pronouns you want) 𖤐 ANGST reader and wednesday being enemies, sneaky enid 𖤐
enid's sleepover was in full swing, with girls chatting and laughing as they snacked on pizza and popcorn. wednesday and y/n were both in attendance, but they were pointedly avoiding each other, their rivalry simmering just beneath the surface.
as the night wore on, enid suggested they play truth or dare, and the girls eagerly agreed. wednesday rolled her eyes as the game started, feeling like it was beneath her. y/n, on the other hand, was excited to have a chance to show off her adventurous side.
it wasn't long before wednesday was dared to perform a spooky ritual in the backyard, while y/n was dared to sneak into the boys' dormitory and steal a pair of boxers. the two girls exchanged a tense look as they realized they'd be crossing paths on their respective missions.
as wednesday headed out into the darkness, she couldn't help but feel a twinge of fear. she was used to the supernatural, but the thought of being caught by the other girls or worse, y/n, made her uneasy, but she was sure she would kill her and dismembered the body if it ever happened. she crept through the bushes, the moon casting eerie shadows on the ground.
meanwhile, y/n had made it to the boys' dormitory and was carefully sneaking around, trying to find an unlocked window. she heard a rustling noise and froze, heart pounding. suddenly, wednesday emerged from the shadows, her eyes glinting in the moonlight.
the two girls stood there, staring at each other, a silent challenge passing between them. y/n’s hand went to her pocket, ready to pull out a flashlight or a weapon if necessary. wednesday's eyes narrowed, her mind racing with a thousand potential spells and curses.
for a moment, they just stood there, the tension between them palpable. finally, enid's voice broke the spell. "hey, what took you so long? you're missing all the fun!"
wednesday and y/n quickly composed themselves, pretending that nothing had happened. but as the night wore on, they found themselves drawn back to each other, unable to resist the magnetic pull of their rivalry. they traded barbs and insults, their eyes locked in a heated stare.
as the sleepover drew to a close, the two girls parted ways, both feeling a strange mixture of animosity and attraction. they knew that they were enemies, but there was something about the tension between them that they couldn't quite resist.
the morning after the sleepover, wednesday and y/n were both feeling a bit off. they sat across from each other at the breakfast table, nursing cups of coffee and muffins, avoiding eye contact.
enid and the other girls chatted cheerfully around them, but wednesday and y/n were quiet. finally, y/n spoke up. "you know, wednesday, i don't understand why we have to be enemies. we could be at peace if we accepted each other."
wednesday raised an eyebrow. "and what makes you think i would want to accept you and breathe the same air as you? you're nothing but a stupid, theoretically dead monster."
y/n felt hurt. that’s what her mother used to say. and it was true. she was theoretically dead, but she was alive more than ever too. "you don't know anything about me, psycho."
"and you don't know anything about me," wednesday shot back. "you think i'm just some weirdo who likes black clothes and spooky stories. but i have powers that you could never imagine."
y/n rolled her eyes. "powers? please. you're just trying to be edgy."
"i am not," wednesday insisted. "i have been studying the occult for years, and i know things that would make your head spin."
enid and the other girls looked on nervously as the argument continued to escalate. finally, enid spoke up. "guys, can't we all just get along? we're all friends here, right?"
but wednesday and y/n were beyond reasoning with. they stood up, knocking their chairs over. "no, we are not friends," wednesday declared. "we will never be friends."
y/n nodded firmly. "and i'm going to make sure everyone knows it."
with that, the two girls stormed out of the room. the other girls looked at each other in dismay, wondering if the tension between wednesday and y/n would ever be resolved.
but enid was a clever girl. she had a plan and that involved solving y/n’s and wednesday’s problem. to make them fall in love. in enid’s words ’they would make a good couple’.
“you know, i have to tell you something. i think there's some tension between you and wednesday."
y/n looked at her in false surprise. "what? you’re kidding,” and started laughing at her own ”joke”.
enid looked at her with a cold stare, not feeling like laughing, “romantic tension.”
y/n stopped smiling immediately, not believing what her friend just said. “you can’t be serious, enid sinclair. no way in hell or heaven. we can barely stand to be in the same room together,” but she knew enid too well so she asked, “what are you planning this time?”
enid grinned, “hear me out. i've been observing you two for a while now, and i've noticed that there's a certain energy between you. you bicker and argue, but there's also this spark of attraction there. i think you two have been hiding your feelings for each other for a long time."
y/n felt a disgusting flutter in her chest at the idea of wednesday having feelings for her. but she also felt a sense of apprehension. "even if that's true, what am i supposed to do about it? i can’t just magically start being her best friend or what."
enid smiled knowingly. "i'm not saying you have to suddenly be best friends. i mean, i’m the only best friend you can get,” she joked, “but maybe you could try to see her in a different light. maybe there's more to wednesday than just being your point of dislike. maybe you could try to get to know her better and see if there's a chance for something more."
and y/n thought about enid's words. she really thought about it. it was true that she had always seen wednesday as an annoying thorn in her side. but maybe there was more to her than that. maybe there was a chance for something unexpected and exciting.
"thanks, enid," y/n said, smiling. "but i think it’s better the way it is now."
or is it?
