A reflection on Project: Dimension (logo made by my friend Petal I’m so sorry your work is never actually getting used)

Hello everyone. I’m here to talk about a project that is now defunct. This will be a reflection/info post on what I have personally done for it. Project: Dimension (PD for short) WAS a group project between me and 3 other members, combining our precure fanseries together to form a crossover story with new and familiar characters. It was originally considered a Project SFA spinoff for some reason (looking back at it now, it is MUCH more precure than SFA so I don’t think this really stands anymore), and it was going to be told in comic format. To sum up the plot… Phantom, the god of death, summons the other villains to form a group to take down the precure for their own personal reasons. The precure join together to try to take them down… but a certain turn of events happens. Chaos ensures.

During the project’s beginnings on the platform we were using, the team created teasers, making it interactive with hidden clues so people could dig in and discover what the project is about. We ended up stopping the teasers when we found out only one person was actually trying to find the clues rather than a group of people… I’m so sorry Nitro😭😭 Please take care of yourself. I drew many things for these, some are pictured.

The majority of my work was art, of course, I did have a say in aspects of the story considering that the main character it was focusing on was indeed still my own, Larissa Frausto. Others that were from my projects included Pixelena (Larissa’s precure team’s crazy mascot alpaca), Princess Sweetheart and Dimentio. Yeah, the character choice from my stuff is honestly really funny looking back at it. Like how did Sweetheart and Dimentio get here?? I guess it doesn’t matter now. The main villain, Phantom, was also my own from a RP which was then adapted for PD, and let me tell you I HATE HIM. Like not even in a “oh he’s a good villain because everyone loves to hate him” way NO HE’S LIKE GENUINELY SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN MADE. His whole premise is built on a harmful stereotype, and I’m only acknowledging such things now because I have grown since then. Please do not let the teenagers cook sometimes because this… yeah please don’t make a yandere type character and PLEASE don’t make them a GOD. Please. Learn from my mistakes. On my knees BEGGING. Sadly, the whole project REVOLVES around this dynamic between Larissa and Phantom as the plot progresses and I think I don’t need to say where this was gonna go, so I’m just not gonna. It was beyond saving and thus the plug being pulled was for the best. I will enjoy the memories of the team working together, but canning the project was the right decision in the end. It does suck that I put in years of work for it to not go anywhere, but it is what it is.

The final thing I will talk about is Raguel’s old lore for PD. Well… all that I know of it anyways. Raguel in PD is still the god of life, but Phantom, then called Azazel, was like his little brother figure for many many years. Raguel deeply cared for him, even if Azazel was a bit… stoic and didn’t seem to understand emotions. Raguel also had a precure team of his own that he viewed as his daughters. But one day, something was going to happen and Azazel was going to like??— go against him or something… (I DONT ACTUALLY KNOW WE NEVER FINISHED) which then would have resulted in Raguel stabbing out his eye and Azazel killing Raguel’s whole magical girl team. Yeah. Then Azazel gets sealed away by Raguel for 700+ years and when he’s finally freed again, he’s the way you see him now as Phantom who has this BURNING hatred towards him and the precure which was his whole motivation. The prologue pages start when he’s finally freed from the seal… so yeah. I realize this project is a total departure from my usual bubbly stuff.

In the end, PD wasn’t going to affect any of my main project’s lore because it quite literally was going to be revealed at the end that none of it was canon and just someone’s fanfic. PD’s aspects that I liked are being used in other projects. Raguel has been moved to my new persona project, the comic format has been moved to tell SFA’s story now, and Phantom will stay 6 feet under!!! Everyone cheered!!! I want that twink obliterated. Anyways, I feel that I finally have closure on this and can move on so um… thank you for reading me ramble about this. I feel better. I think it is important to me to acknowledge this project and the work I’ve done for it, even if I don’t agree with content included in it now. blackmadhi hdjkwkdkfkf altho justquill is a CLOSE second i never expected to get so feral abt them but holy shit. lol. but i was into blackmadhi before I even met either of them somehow so I think its safe to say the brainrot is more powerful there hdjekwkfjf. also I just love the parallels in their stories and I think that (after hatefucking in a janitors closet for a few weeks) they could get along really well. and everyone would hate them so much <3

i will give several.

he has an extensive collection of bandannas for taka in different colors and patterns and one of these has miku on it because simon likes miku and athena got it for him. his build before his release from prison was actually pretty wiry and lean although muscled, but after he gets out and learns to take care of himself he fills out more and has a softer body though still fully able to pick people up and throw them through walls. see above hc about the gym. he's actually really good with kids bc he just treats them like mini adults and doesn't baby talk to them so they like him a lot. he has some sort of Gender Feeling but he doesn't feel the need to address it. he's cool w mainly he/him but throwing in a they or a random neopronoun will make him happy too. also he has a big di-[i am forcibly dragged from the stage kicking and screaming]

What are your thoughts on doctor who? Never seen the show but all I know is time travel

well since you haven't seen the show I can't really elaborate on all my thoughts because spoilers but it's a good show it's good sometimes it's GREAT sometimes it's just no don't do that then it's good again and I'm very very excited for the new special and series

i've watched it since nuwho started back when the first episode rose aired in 2005 so there have been many times where it's just been an event the kind you had to be there the feeling of certain moments have always stuck with me so i'm always gonna watch it always looking forward for it just a massive constant in my life and its really enjoyable (definitely not sad or heartbreaking it's definitely not traumatised me at all hahahahahahahaha)

since you haven't seen it and incase you do want to watch it i'll just give you a rundown of it below (although something's aren't necessarily the full truth because spoilers)

so it's a BBC show originally from the 90s then it stopped and they decided to revive it back in 2005 and it's been going strong ever since (there's been 13 seasons and many many specials) this year in november it's the 60th anniversary since the first episode aired!!

so it's about the doctor, who is a timelord from a planet called gallifrey and he steals a tardis to go travel in time and space, he generally travels with a companion who's human and wherever he goes there's always some kind of danger

as a timelord he doesn't die he regenerates into a new version and that was the appeal really and why its gone on for so long because you could change actors and still be doctor who

(but a timelord has only 13 regeneration cycles before he actually does die die)

so when they revived the show in 2005 they made the premise that it's still the same doctor just a new regeneration (it was the 9th one) but what had happened was a great time war in which gallifrey and the timelords were all destroyed so now the doctor is the last of the timelords

so with doctor who you have the seasons and then christmas special which is generally when the regeneration happens (sometimes there's other specials too)

I would say you have to watch in order but you can categorise the show into different eras based on the actor playing the doctor and the showrunner at the time

Christopher Eccleston = S1

David Tennant = christmas special, S2, christmas special, S3, christmas special, S4, christmas, few other specials, then christmas and new years 2 part special

^ this is the rtd era (russell t davies) who was the showrunner and oversaw the story

Matt Smith = S5, christmas special, S6, christmas special, S7, ‼️, christmas special

Peter Capaldi = S8, christmas special, S9, christmas special, S10, christmas special

‼️ is the 50th anniversary special which was a crossover of david tennant and matt smith

Jodie Whittaker = s11, new year's special, s12, new year's special, s13, 2022 specials

^this is the steven moffat era as he was the showrunner

and now rtd is back as showrunner so for 2023 we're gonna have the 60th anniversary special which brings back david tennant and then in 2024 there a new series with ncuti gatwa as the doctor it's very exciting!!

OH there have also been spin offs so there's:

the sarah jane adventures 😭 its about sarah jane and her son and she's a companion from the 90s (same actress) they did a crossover during david tennant era but she sadly passed away so the show stopped

there's also torchwood which is based in cardiff and it features a team by captain jack harkness (companion from season 1) it was good then it wasn't but it might be getting a revival

and there was class it was one season I forgot what it was about lol but I remember liking it

making a list of the companions is even longer so I'm gonna stop here but if I've confused you I'm sorry pls come back and I'll answer anything I can or if you want any trivia lol that too :)

Sorry, I stole this from @carpisuns​. I saw this post and thought why not. I normally don’t do this kind of post, but this time I have nothing against it. I normally don’t do it mostly because I do my posts double (in English and Spanish), this time it’s only in English.

36 but that means only 18. (Everyone of those has its own translation into Spanish or vice verse and done by me).

So far, 3. For Naruto, Miraculous Ladybug and Lucifer (TV). But I also had wrote 2 Original stories, weird ones.

well, according to the site:

The Rose (Miraculous Ladybug) (408 words). The Date? (Miraculous Ladybug) (4293 words). “…take care of that dumb kitty for me Alya” (Miraculous Ladybug) (543 words). My Lady (Miraculous Ladybug) (1111 words). The Argument (Miraculous Ladybug) (2162 words). I should probably check the statistics more frequent... 

Do you respond to comments, why or why not? Trick question. I would say, yes I do. But that would include when I got any, that isn’t hate; otherwise those get delete. I can’t deal with that people. So I block them without warnings. I got way too much hate, even more on ff to care about those. 

What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

Mmmmm.... good question. I would say any. I don’t like that, but if we take the saddest one, I guess would be Sadrien that is base/inspired by a drawing of a crying Adrien. Although, I don’t think that’s consider a story. 

What’s the fic you’ve written with the happiest ending?

Another trick one. I was thinking maybe one that end on reveal in Miraculous Ladybug. Like The Date?,  The Argument but maybe it’s  A Date Before Christmas; I’m not that sure I could choose one. In a most general way, I could also say  The rainbow after the rain for Lucifer (TV).  

Do you write crossovers? If yes, what’s the craziest thing you’ve written?

Yes. But so far I only have  An Akuma on Konoha, the crossover between Miraculous Ladybug and Naruto. The craziest thing... is that? Or maybe what I have on my drafts XD XD. (And no, it isn’t the same crossover, I’m block on that one 😭😭).

Have you ever received hate on a fic?

Yes, sadly. And a lot to finally decided to block anyone who does it. Delete those comments and make sure that anonymous comments aren’t allow or are only view by me, so I can decide if those get publish or delete. 

Do you write smut? If so what kind?

Oh god. I did... but it sucks 😭😭. I don’t even know what got on me, but that’s back in time when I only post my fics on DA. As result of that, I got banned from it for a while, those delete to be post again by a stubborn me. To have to do it again a couple of times, with censored there XD XD. Now, I’m laughing but those still there and on my sites as well, remember that once is in internet is always there.   

Have you ever had a fic stolen?

No, thankfully no. I know people having to report cases of but no me. Hopefully never happens, I would be surprise if someone did to me. 

Have you ever had a fic translated?

By someone else in other language that it isn’t Spanish or English, no. I do my own translations. 

Have you ever co-written a fic?

No, and I would be willing to do so. In my drafts @deadvampire32 and I, long but very long ago kind of start something. 

What’s your all time favourite ship?

Mmmmmm... depends of the fandom XD XD But I guess SNS or NSN for Naruto XD XD For Miraculous would be MariChat, it had always be. Even though I do like the whole square.  And for Lucifer would DeckerStar. As that as far as I had written. 

What’s a WIP you want to finish but don’t think you ever will? Oh god, I have 2 right now. Both are around 30k each. I’m hoping to finish those. I’d love to publish those. When would I finish? who the heck knows. I don’t think I’d ever write something and not finish it. I try hard to never do that.  

What’s your writing strengths?

Mmmmm... Maybe the dialogues? I don’t know. It depends on the story. Depends on how that is going, what’s my mood I would guess as well, but mostly depends on what I had plan so far if any. 

What’s your writing weaknesses?

To actually start? XD XD In my mind I have all this possible ideas. Most of my drafts here on tumblr are possible based on/inspired by to write; rather than actually drafts. 

What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in fic?

I do avoid it. I do translate my fics already and thinking on adding some texts/lines in another language on top of it, big no. I do explain that they are saying that in another language if necessary, most it’s implied. So it is easier to understand and to work with.  

What was the first fandom you wrote for?

Naruto. 

What’s your favourite fic you’ve written?

Hard to choose. I do enjoy writting what I had, even the embarrassing ones. Even those that I wrote so many years ago, I had my fun creating those. I won’t be able to just point out one and say that’s my favourite so far.
