- Weigh myself only once a week (Tuesdays)
- Eat less than 300kcal a day
- Get at least 3k steps
- Only eat :
- Lettuce
- Salad dressing
- Apples
- Pears
- Egg whites
- Only drink:
- Water
- Green tea
- Sugar free Sprite
- Get in the kitchen 2 times a day + to refill water

Day 7-
Do my parents know that I am trying to lose weight ? Yes.
Do they know that I have an Ed? Clearly no. They are so clueless about it, I don’t think that they don’t care but they’re just so ignorants it hurts.
I can starve for days, b/p everyday they will never notice. (I talk from experience) it is kinda became also on of the reason I want to succeed my journey of wl and become underweight. So maybe they finally notice something.

so what you're essentially saying is that:
- it's completely acceptable to physically assault your friend, who incidentally is the sibling of your significant other, simply because they failed to disclose information about why your significant other left, despite being instructed by your partner to remain silent on this matter;
- it's perfectly fine to kiss your colleague despite being in a committed relationship, and then, instead of facing the consequences of your actions, pressure your partner to move in with you, thereby depriving them of the autonomy to return to their own home upon discovering your infidelity;
- it's completely fine to maintain clandestine contact with your ex and then cheat on your spouse with them;
- it's perfectly acceptable to leave your wife and newborn son with cerebral palsy for a period of four years in order to enlist in the military, and when the time finally comes for you to come back to your family, to extend your military service without consulting with your spouse, deliberately ignoring the emotional needs of your loved one who openly expresses a need for support and connection;
- but the line should be drawn when, despite the precarious nature of the job where survival isn't assured, and considering your status as a closeted member of the lgbtq+ community (with a military background under the constraints of DATD, mind you), you were initially reluctant to bond with a new colleague and instead made some snarky comments to deter their attempts at forming a connection, and later, when a new member joined the station and faced discrimination for being a black queer woman, you opted to stay silent while your coworkers mocked her?
damn, y'all really need to sort out your priorities.

UGH so guys I literally had a b/p today and yesterday :/
I am so mad at myself! I’ve got like some personal issues and automatically run to my comfort place of p/b cycle , I am so sad but tomorrow is a new day, and I will go back to this diet. Tbh I kinda of want to stop this diet and just restrict normally with my own rules lol, but I don’t knowwww I love having diet and meals plan so idk. What do you guys suggest me ?
