#ffxiv#bounding frog#gpose#actually TBH based on my concept of Frog's backstory it was like 50:50 that this could have happened#her family are from a long line of Arcanists and she was raised as one#learning all the lore her family had from similar ancestral texts as Curious Gorge has for his village#Doing WAR was hilarious since I'd already worked out this much backstory and then met him and he had the same#but for meatheads#always respected his brother and his arcanist skills because it fit so perfectly in Frog's backstory#ANYWAY she chose to go to Limsa to learn more Arcanistry#but one end of Abalathia's Spine reaches to New Sharlayan#I'm sure they had trade connections going all along the mountains so they knew about New Sharlayan#Frog is the prime age to have been sent there to learn only to be raptured back to Old Sharlayan and raised there#But instead she chose to stay until she was 18 then set out to learn in Limsa Lominsa#I do wonder what she'd be like if she had chosen private education instead of homeschooling#and her family thinking there was nothing they couldn't teach her about the basics#AND she'd get to stay with family and learn to cook throw a punch and do her own laundry
