More baby mig thoughts:

when he's big he tries to hide his injuries, but the second he regresses he cries over the smallest hurt. Like he accidentally clapped his hands too hard once and they started tingling a bit and he was tearing up and sniffling. He asked Peter B. to put bandaids on his palms, and made tearful puppy eyes at Jess until she kissed his booboos better (she kissed them immediately).

The reason he tries to hide his injuries when big is partially because of how sensitive he is when small. he feels embarrassed by how sensitive he is when regressed so he hides injuries when big almost as if he's trying to prove to himself that he's tough and strong.

Also yes I agree!! I feel like regressed miguel would also cry if he sees someone get hurt, like he’s having a playdate with web-slinger and he scrapes his knee and Miguel is just a waterfall of tears. Patrick (web-slingers name I’m pretty sure) tries to reassure Mig that he’s fine but Miguel’s still sniffling a little when Peter come by with a bandaid (the next time they have a play date miguel wraps bubble wrap around Patrick’s knees because he’s still a bit worried about the whole thing

Peter’s Playground Part 3 - “Play Date”

Whoo! Finally got part 3 finished! Hope you guys like it! :)

“Ready?”

“Ready!”

Ashley grinned and grabbed Wendy’s hand, pulling her through the blue door of the Playground. Wendy giggled. Unlike her last visit, she already felt close to regressed and she was excited to play.

“We’ve gotta go to the Bounce House,” Ash said, swinging her arms as they walked. “That’s where the boys are.”

Wendy nodded, chewing on her necklace. “Jonathan and Micah,” she mumbled to herself.

Ashley nodded, then gasped and waved. “Hi!” she shouted.

One of the young men - Micah - waved back. Jonathan ran over and grabbed Ashley in a hug, then turned to Wendy.

“Jonathan,” a woman said in a kind but firm voice. “We ask first, remember?”

He blinked and smiled bashfully. “Hug?”

Wendy nodded, hugging him back, but her eyes were fixed on the two women approaching them.

“Hi!” said the first. “I’m Kay. You’re Wendy, right? Ash’s told me so much about you!”

“You too,” Wendy said softly, trying not to feel shy. She knew that Kay was Jonathan’s caregiver, that she was super nice, that she probably understood more about regression than Wendy did - but it still felt strange to be in this headspace in front of a “real” grown-up.

“Are you okay?” the second woman - Alice, she remembered - asked gently. “You look uncomfortable.”

Wendy felt her face burn and she stared at the floor. “It’s still new,” she mumbled, tugging on her necklace. “Still a little…”

She trailed off, but Alice nodded as if it all made sense. “It’ll feel less strange as time passes, I promise.”

Wendy smiled slightly. She didn’t know this woman, but she believed her. “Thanks.”

“Can we go jump now?” Micah asked hopefully, bouncing from one foot to the other.

“Sure!” Kay said, taking both Micah and Jonathan by the hand and leading them away. Alice held out her hands to Wendy and Ash and they accepted, following behind the others.

The store they stopped in front of hand a sign in big bubble letters: “The Bounce House”. Peeking inside, Wendy gasped in delight. She saw dozens of trampolines and tumble mats covering the floor and walls. A handful of people were already jumping, hopping from one trampoline to another or jumping and flipping onto a mat or even leaping into a padded wall and collapsing to the floor in a fit of breathless giggles.

“Wait a minute, sweetheart,” Alice said, stopping Wendy from rushing forward. “Kay needs to pay first.”

Wendy huffed, annoyed. She wanted to jump noooow. At the same time, she felt oddly pleased. A part of her recognized that she was being childishly unreasonable, and she liked feeling that she was actually regressed.

Finally Kay finished paying and the regressors were set loose. Wendy ran to the nearest trampoline and jumped, laughing as she was propelled back into the air. Her feet hit the springy fabric and she bounced again, this time landing on her backside. She shrieked with delight as Kay landed hard on the other end of the trampoline, launching her up.

It went like that for over an hour, jumping and laughing and pushing each other down. Finally, Alice caught onto Micah’s hand and gently pulled him off the trampoline. “It’s time for lunch, guys!”

Ashley gave a whine, but she obediently hopped onto the floor. Wendy followed, her legs feeling wobbly on solid ground. Jonathan jumped one last time and then ran for the exit, Kay right behind him.

Alice laughed. “He’s still got a lot of energy.”

“Me too!” Ashley giggled, racing after Kay.

Alice laughed again, reaching out for Wendy with her free hand. “What about you, sweetheart? Do you want to run or walk?”

“Walk, please,” Wendy said, holding Alice’s hand.

By the time the trio reached the food court, Ash was holding her stomach. “I’m huuungryyy!” she said.

Kay gave her a playful poke in the belly. “Well, now that everybody’s here, we can order. What’re you in the mood for, guys?”

“Culver’s!” Ashley said immediately.

“Pizza!” Jonathan and Micah said together, followed quickly by, “Jinx!”

“How ‘bout you, Wendy?” Kay asked, smiling wide.

Wendy tugged on her necklace thoughtfully. “Hmm… mac n’ cheese, please?”

Alice gently ruffled her hair. “Whatever you want, sweetie. Now, can you four sit nice at a table while Kay and I order?”

“Yep!” was the resounding response. The regressors ran to the nearest available table, giggling as they playfully fought over seats.

Once they were settled, Wendy started to chew on her necklace while Jonathan and Ashley played “Lemonade”. Micah pulled a couple of toy cars from his pocket and rolled them across the table, making soft engine sounds.

“I like cars,” Wendy said, watching him.

Without a word Micah passed her one of the cars then rolled his own closer, tapping them together and making a crash noise.

Wendy giggled and drove her car in a circle, then sped it towards Micah’s car and crashed them together. He made an explosion sound and jumped his car into the air.

After several crashes and explosions, Kay and Alice arrived at the table, carrying trays of food. They set the correct meals in front of each regressor and Wendy grinned wide. She shoveled a bit of macaroni into her mouth, savoring the flavor of the cheese sauce. It wasn’t high-quality mac and cheese, but rather the store-bought kind she’d loved as a child and hadn’t eaten in years.

“When we’re done eating,” Kay said, popping a French fry into her mouth, “why don’t we go upstairs to the museum?”

“Yeah!” Ash cheered.

“Okay!” said Jonathan.

Wendy grinned and ate a little faster.

The regressors climbed onto the escalator, right behind Alice. Kay brought up the rear, reminding Micah to hold the railing. Ashley giggled as they rose up, and Wendy peered over the side, watching the floor move further away.

“Now, Wendy, the museum has dead animals,” Alice said gently. “Are you going to be okay seeing that?”

Wendy nodded. “I think so.”

“It makes me sad,” Jonathan said, “but it’s so cool I still like it. But my friend Merry is TOO sad to go in.” 

When they reached the top, Wendy looked around. The second floor was a wide balcony area, stretching around a corner in both directions. Unlike the first floor, there weren’t multiple stores. As far as she could see, there was only one entrance, directly in front of them; a set of double doors under a sign reading “The Natural History Museum”. 

“C’mon!” Micah yelled, running for the door. The other regressors followed suit, fighting to be the first inside. Wendy was the second one through the door, and she gasped in delight.

She was in a forest, with realistic fake trees and glass cases holding taxidermied animals that had been posed to look alive. A beaver stood at the base of a tree, nibbling twigs. A deer peeked out from behind a bush. A pair of cardinals perched on a branch, grooming each other.

“This is so cool!” Wendy said, bouncing with excitement. She ran to a tree and peeked inside a knothole, staring with wonder at a nest of baby woodpeckers.

“There’s all sortsa stuff,” Ash said happily. “There’s an Arctic forest and a savannah and a tunnel that goes underground! I mean, not really, but you FEEL like you’re underground!”

Wendy grinned wide, running from tree to tree to check for secrets. There was a rabbit, sheltering under a root! There was a huge beetle, up by the branches! There was a beaver lodge, so big that she could duck her head and go inside! “So cool!” she squealed again, looking up at the surface of a faux pond and seeing the webbed feet of ducks.

Alice followed her into the lodge, smiling and patting Wendy’s shoulder. “Are you having fun?” she asked teasingly.

Wendy grinned. Her discomfort from earlier had completely vanished, and she grabbed for Alice’s hand. “Yeah! Come look with me!”

“I think it’s time to call it a day,” Kay said, smiling at Jonathan. He was dozing off on his feet and didn’t react to her words.

Ashley nodded, rubbing her eyes. “Yeah, I’m ready for a break. This was great, though - thank you!”

“No problem,” Alice said with a smile. She had Micah by one hand and Wendy by the other. “Are you ready to go with Ash?”

Wendy nodded, though she was slow to let go of the woman’s hand. “Can we play again?” she asked, a yawn punctuating her words.

Alice laughed. “Of course!”

Wendy smiled.

“Ready to go, kiddo?” Ashley asked, holding out a hand.

Wendy nodded, taking it. “Ready!”

why is it so hard to make friends? such an important part of regressing is the community aspect, the safety and the reliability and the emotional connection between people that allows the vulnerability that age regression really thrives on.

so why is it so hard to find? why is it so hard to make friends and meet new people and talk and play and have those connections with people?

I imagine Shirabu has a difficult time regressing by himself, so he always like to have a caregiver around. He says he prefers Ushijima or Reon the most because they are the most calm, but he enjoys any of them being with him.

But to get ready he changes into soft pajamas and makes his cg read him a book. He absolutely loves books and being read too. Tendou is the best at reading with his funny voices

Mike Schmidt being your caregiver would include…

• soft pet names but especially “baby” and “baby girl” and “baby boy”

• naps, naps, and more naps! mike is always tired, especially after a shift or even after just waking up. he likes to be the bigger spoon and you feel safe in his arms so win-win

• him spending his last dollar on things for you, like stuff to color with or stuffed animals. you and abby always come first before him

• speaking of abby, you definitely have play dates with her. you both think she doesn’t understand age regression and just think of it as playing along with her, but she knows better

• him bringing your drawings (also sometimes abby’s too) to work with him, tucked safely in his wallet. he looks at them frequently, especially when he’s feeling down

• bedtime stories! they mostly consist of books borrowed from the local library accompanied by mike’s tapes for ambience. he isn’t the best at doing the voices but he always tries them to make you laugh

• watching movies, also borrowed from the library. you always pick disney but sometimes, mike will get a horror movie so you can cling to him for safety. he loves making you feel safe and cared for

• physical affection!!!!! mike isn’t the best with his words but you can always rely on getting a hug or a forehead kiss when he sees you. sometimes, he’ll pepper you in kisses and you giggle until you can’t breathe and he smiles and it’ll be the best thing that’s happened to him all day

What is CutieCon?

Cutiecon is a one day, 5 hour online convention for the agere community (adults only)! It will be held on a discord server, with multiple chat channels, an artist alley, and live events! It will be on a saturday (date tbd) from 5-10pm. Here's the break down:

Chat Channels

There will be multiple chat channels to mix and mingle with other regressors/caregivers! There's 2 of every chat to allow for multiple conversations, including:

Live Events

There will be five live events held on voice chat/ stream, one every hour. They will be:

A mixer, where we play games to get to know each other

A panel about agere gear: how to obtain it, how to make it yourself, storage, etc

A craft along, making multiple crafts with household items (supply lists will be posted prior to the event)

A bake along, making treats from common ingredients (a list will also be posted prior to the event)

To cap off the night there will be a movie watch party! The movie will be voted on.

Artist Alley

The artist alley will be a channel where agere vendors make one post describing what they sell and how to get in contact with them! It's basically a directory for as many agere shops and artists as we can find, and will be compiled into a Google doc or post to be accessed after the con. Anyone who sells agere related products is welcome! Including:

Mystery boxes

Anything else!

Hazbin Hotel Age Regression Headcanons

Charlie Morningstar

•A flip, with a slight lean towards being a regressor!

•She prefers taking care of others then being taken care of herself, even if she knows it’s probably good for her.

•Her age range when she’s little is around 3-6, she doesn’t like feeling really small.

•She absolutely LOVES toys! Any toys, stuffies, action figures, plastic toys, she could play with them for hours and never get bored.

•While that’s some of her main little gear, she also has a pair of PJ’s, a sippy cup and a white paci for when she’s small.

•Talkative while little, but not to the point of babbling. She still has a lisp though (Vaggie thinks it’s adorable).

•Charlie hates being alone when she’s little, she’s always trying to be near someone. She also appreciated physical touch but it isn’t a must for her.

•Can be a bit of a stubborn little, mainly around toys and nap time.

•Can be really emotional when she’s little, like how she was when Angel forgave her (that scene was so agere coded)

•Loves nicknames, her favourites are Princess, Little Ducky (from Lucifer), Char-Char!

•Had play-dates with Razzle and Dazzle (they gotta look after her!)

•Her main caregiver is Vaggie, with some of the other hotel members acting as a babysitter.

•And oh my stars, when she’s a caregiver-

•Her littles are getting absolutely spoiled rotten, it doesn’t matter what they want, Charlie is getting it for them (as long as it’s kid friendly)

•A bit of a hands on caregiver, ready to give her littles anything they need!

•They want snacks? She’s got it. Need a nap? She’s already got a bedtime story. Wanna stay up late and keep playing? Well, she’s sure no one will find out…

•She has a very hard time saying no to littles, but will do if she knows it will help them in the long run.

•Tries to mix in some rehabilitation with the hotel members when they’re little, but it doesn’t work too well.

•Always makes sure to respond to the little talking, even if it’s just babbling.

‘Mhmm, oh that’s really interesting little one!’

•Treats her littles so softly, she never ever raises her voice

•To sum it, if you want to be absolutely spoiled and taken care of, Charlie’s your girl.

Vaggie

•Vaggie is a flip, with a caregiver lean! Though she can regress pretty heavily.

•She normally regresses when she’s stressed, with her age range being anywhere from 1-7 depending on her mood!

•Is surprisingly shy and quiet when little, she doesn’t like talking that much because of her own lisp. Mainly communicates through pointing and various gestures.

•Wants to be around Charlie so bad when she’s regressed, Pentious tried to hold her once when Charlie when to get her something and she started crying.

•Scared of the dark when she’s little.

•She’s not big on playing when regressed, she just wants a couple hours when she can relax and be taken care of.

•Speaking of, she loves having her hair brushes when she’s little (and big honestly), she finds it super relaxing!

•An odd piece of little gear she has a lava lamp, since she’s somewhat moth related, she loves looking at lights and could stare at a lava lamp for hours.

•Other then that, she has some comfy clothes, a purple pacifier and a bottle for when she’s feeling extra tiny.

•Not as much of a fan of nicknames but still likes them. Her favourites are, ‘Baby, Precious and Little one.’

•She also has small plushie of a moth to help her go to sleep!

•Her caregiver is Charlie and she’ll occasionally let Husk babysit, but that’s very rare.

•Now, onto the Caregiver. She’s canonically bad with kids, but I imagine she learned to try and deal with littles, especially after learning Charlie regresses.

•And oh my God, she thinks Charlie is absolutely precious. She cannot get enough of being with the girl when she’s tiny.

•Had to physically hold back aww’ing and squeezing the life out of her.

•Likes holding and coddling Charlie, who also loves the attention!

•Can be a stern caregiver with things like safety and bedtime, but is usually more lenient.

•She only acts stern if it’ll help the little out more.

•Not good at talking to littles, but makes an effort, and usually fails. She’s able to understand what they want though and normally had no problem helping them out.

•Vaggie keeps a lot of her little’s gear on her at all times, she doesn’t want to leave them alone and end up having them get hurt.

•She’s mainly Charlie’s caregiver, but doesn’t mind babysitting Niffty, Angel or even Pentious at times!

•Not good with giving nicknames to littles and normally sticks to, ‘Little one, Big Girl/Boy/Kid or Baby’ depending on their age range!

Angel Dust

•Once again, a flip with a regressor lean!

•He’s an involuntary regressor and a sleep regressor! He normally regressed due to stress from his job, general bad mood swings or just from being super tired.

•He has an age range of 2-5.

•Whenever he does regress from being in a bad mood, he gets really frustrated for not being able to ‘keep his regression in check’ which normally ends in a crying fit in his room.

•It took him a long time for him to ever regress in front of someone at the hotel, and even then it wasn’t voluntary. Charlie just followed him up to his room after he ran up there after work.

•And oh, was it mortifying for him. Charlie made sure to reassure the boy, being able to get through to him a little easier when he was small, but Angel was still a little scared of her making a big deal out of this.

•And for the most part, she didn’t! She had a quick talk with him the day after to make sure he had a caregiver if he really needed one, and he does!

•Cherri Bomb is Angel’s babysitter for once he’s regressed, and she doesn’t fully understand it, but knows to tone herself down whenever he’s small.

•Calls him ‘sweetie’ or ‘honey as a nickname, and holds his hand if he gets scared.

•Whenever he’s depressed while little, she’ll just lay with them until he feels better or falls asleep.

•Can be a brat when he doesn’t get his way, but only throws tantrums if he’s really small. It usually doesn’t get to that point though, he feels too immature with Cherri and Charlie is very understanding.

•After he’s calmed down, he normally whispers a little ‘sorry’

•Didn’t have much little gear before the hotel, but Charlie left a cat plushie and a pink paci in a gift box in his room. He never mentioned it but he loved them!

•When he’s a ‘big kid’ (still small), he can talk pretty well but gets hung up on his big words. He also finds it hard to walk due to his spider-like body, and begrudgingly holds someone’s hand to keep him stable (he secretly likes it)

•Can be touch averse sometimes after work, but other times he doesn’t mind it. Though he’s not good at making it clear (no fault to him, he’s just a baby)

•Eventually, Husker became his babysitter and that developed into being his caregiver (we stan Huskerdust in this household).

•Husk doesn’t like kids too much, but puts up with the littles and always makes them feel welcome. Angel really needs that, when he’s small, he doesn’t feel very useful for the hotel (he doesn’t when he’s big either)

•Loves to play with Husk’s wings and ears!

•When he’s regressing because he’s sleepy, he becomes the sweetest little thing! He has a baby blanket specifically for when he’s tiny and needs sleep, and can be fussy without at.

•Very quiet, normally just tugs on someone’s sleeve until they turn around and notice him, before helping him get ready for bed.

•He loves nicknames too, his favourites are Sparkles, Bambino, or Lil guy.

•He isn’t as much of a caregiver as he is a babysitter.

•He doesn’t know that many people that regress, and honestly felt a little alone before the hotel. Seeing Niffty be small for the first time was like a weight being lifted off of his shoulders.

•Calls littles things like ‘Squirt, Spiderling, or Prince/Princess/Little royal.’

•Six arms act as six scoopers to cradle littles with! He’s shockingly good at it, being held by him is dream because of how fluffy he is!

•Has no problem playing along with littles, he’s an ‘actor’ after all! He actually enjoys it a bit, especially tea parties with Niffty!

•If someone else is taking care of a little, he’ll claim that he won’t help out, but somehow the little’s bed is made already before nap time, or their bottle will be filled up, wonder who did that~!

•Can calm a little down from crying, like he did with Niffty when she was drunk, a whole lot of shushing and cradling!

•Is pretty lenient with the littles but of course, doesn’t let them do anything unsafe.

•He gave Niffty a gun once though, it was unloaded.

•Throws dance parties with littles to get them to let out some energy before bedtime.

•Speaking of, he’s pretty good at that too! As stated, being held by him is like resting on a cloud, you’d already be sleepy by the time he’s carrying you up to bed!

•Gives his littles nicknames in Italian and totally lies about what they mean if he’s asked.

•He mainly takes care of Niffty, Charlie and Sir Pentious!

Weasley Siblings React To Their Partner Who Age Regresses

Now I myself do not age regress, but I may be trying it out! To help cope with trauma. There is something so comforting about it, so some cute and pure fluff!

William ‘Bill’

He doesn’t really fine it odd. He’s been through multiple tips of therapies, as he is a curse breaker. Curse breakers need to make sure their minds remain sharp, and clear, so they have to keep mental health a priority. There is also the fact he was attacked by a werewolf, so he’s been through even more. And lastly, he is the eldest sibling to six. That means when you go into his little space you are in safe hands. He will make sure you are very safe, and taken care of. It comes naturally to him. He doesn’t really need to know a thing, because his body just knows. He knows what to do. Given his werewolf quirks as well you get to have a boyfriend that can sense your needs far easier. So when you need your care giver, he’s already holding you close. Also, well, big puppy stuffy.

Charlie

He’s also an older brother, and works with infant dragons all the time. So dealing with someone who goes into a little space isn’t as difficult as you would think. He is rather curious by it all, however. Not weirded out, but curious. He’s a man that’s traveled the world, somehow more so than the likes of Bill. It’s dumb to not live life with an open mind. He’s willing to learn, and wants to take care of you. You develope a rather maternal nature, when you work with new borns all the time. It’ll be nice to have a more human little to work with. Given his strength, and warmth, he makes for a wonderful cuddle bug. He makes you feel so small, with how easy he can pick you up. It helps you drift into your little space alot easier, and doesn’t feel as weird. Just into his arms you go, and you know you couldn’t be safer

Percy

He’s found it very strange. He’s always been very prissy and uptight, after all. What do you mean you just act like a child? Fred and George do that already! He’s honestly a big ass about it, until Bill pulls him aside. Trying to explain it more properly to him, before he goes and says something he will regret. It takes a while, but he’s soon reading up on it. Might as well learn about it. That’s kinda how it started, really. You would come to him, when you needed your moment, and he would read you stories. He won’t lie, it was comforting. Reminded him of when he helped teach his younger siblings how read. Maybe there is something to this age regression thing. There’s a weird comfort. How he can just take care of you, and you trust him enough to know he will. It takes a while, but he is willing to learn. For you

Fred

He runs a joke shop. If anyone is going to know how to handle a kid, it’s him. Also, older brother quirks. Doesn’t really phase him either. You act younger sometimes? Don’t we all? He’s going to be the best care giver. Especially since he did mature a bit, from running a shop. So don’t think you weaseled your way into endless candy. Can’t have his precious kiddo sick! As being a bit more mature, he also has things a bit more calculated. A designated toy box’s to keep your kid stuff secure, and private. Willing to drop everything if you need him. Even happily have you play with your toys, in his office, as he works. Very much taking on a very solid dad role. Wouldn’t be to surprising if he knew about age regression before he met you. He likes to keep up to date with the kids, so he can better care for them. Such as what products they would like. He’s calculated, but not like a robot. Like an actual dad, wanting the best for his kids after all. You included. Oh and don’t you dare forget, they are two for one. Uncle George is going to steal you, when Fred needs to work. Never fear!

George

Much like his twin, you are in safe hands. However, he has a bit more of an emotional approach. He likes to be a bit more hands on with it all. The type to make you chocolate chip pancakes in the morning, and always have a bottle of apple juice ready. He took on the food love from his mother. So you are given plenty of sweet snacks for every occasion. Always finding a way to make sure you meet your nutrient needs, even when small. That way you stay healthy, but not sacrifice the things you love. He knows how that can mess with you. Especially after losing Fred. So, to take care of someone is helping him take care of himself. The ability to just take time out of his day, and be with you, it’s healing. It really is. Your bravery in admiting to this is helping him live such a better life. Just able to hold you, and know that he can protect you. He couldn’t save Fred, but he was able to save you

Ron

Hope you don’t mind, but his ass went running to Hermione for advice. She’s the smartest person he knows. If anyone knows anything about anything, it’s her. He finds it a bit confusing, but Hermione does a beautiful job in explaining it to him. Such as how his brothers do certain things to cope, or do things different because of trauma and stress. You were the same. That helps him figure it out better. Still, it’s a bit complicated for him. He’s worried about messing up, because you are in a rather vulnerable position. Luckily, similar to how the twins are two for one, he’s a three for one. Hermione is more than happy to help you, and Harry is in the same boat as you. He had to cook his uncle, aunt, and cousin, breakfast every morning by the time he learned how to walk. If anyone’s going to understand, it’s going to be him. a pair of parents, and an uncle sometimes sibling. you would be in safe hands.

Ginny

She, more so, went running to her older siblings for advice. Especially Bill. He knows stuff like this after all. It’s confusing, until he explains it. Much like how Hermione would with Ron. After some time, she figured out how to make it work. She didn’t really know if she could pull it off, but she is a Weasley. She is too stubborn to back down from a challenge. Her care taker role would follow more of an older sibling dynamic. She’s found it pretty nice, really. She was always jealous that her brothers got to have younger siblings. She had to be the last one, and that takes a toll after a while. Especially in a family so big. It’s a nice way to live out something like that. You can’t complain about it. Especially since, similar to Charlie, she’s yanking you into the air. All that Quidditch sure pays off. A older sibling is rather comforting. Familia love is soothing to the soul. You both get that gentle moment. She gets to be a big sister, and you get one. So warm, and safe.
