If anyone and I mean ANYONE needs help or advice with pretty much anything, feel free to ask me! I accept anon requests too :)
I don’t want to come off as obnoxious or anything but I genuinely see so many people sometimes in need or tips and advice and I’m willing to give tons of it! Just ask!
I can give tips/advice on what to do when bored, how to cope with certain emotions or situations, things to do as a therian/alterhuman/otherkin, where to find yourself, how to approach certain tasks as a neurodivergent person, how to deal with certain worries and stress, how to explore your mind, making a list of tasks you can do, relationship advice, how to find happiness or comfort, give ideas for fanfics/stories/characters, give art ideas, how to interact with an age/pet regressor, and many more! Genuinely, if you want or need something out of your mind but can’t seem to get it done or find answers, go ahead and ask! I’m more than willing to do my best and help :)
well just know that sometimes even I may not exactly know where to find the right words or ideas, but I assure you I will try. Also, please don’t ask for support. I will help and be supportive but outright asking for it isn’t my biggest strength. I love all of you but just don’t know how to deal with that sort of thing.
Please do respect basic boundaries and do not send anything related to kinks, sexual life, or that sort of stuff. I am not comfortable with interacting with that and I’m sure other people will be happy to help you more than I.

I want to make Agere specific ocs so bad I just don’t know where to start or how to share them because I am terrified of showing my art so that’s definitely not going to happen but I want to connect with people in the Agere community who have OCs and draw our ocs together and stuff! It’s hard!

a little scenario i thought of

i really like describing things so here's a little description of a nice day outside based off the image above! 💙
You sit on a blanket outside, even with the fluffy blanket you can still feel the pricks of the grass beneath you. It's cloudy out, and it smells like rain. A nice breeze blows by. Today feels just right. The world feels so calm, hearing the sounds of birds, feeling the breeze, watching your blanket flow in the wind, seeing the cloudy skies above. Rain was always nice to fall asleep to. The pitter patter of the raindrops against the roof. You lay down on the blanket, taking in your surroundings. The trees, the grass, the clouds, the breeze, the grass, everything feels perfect. You feel a little sleepy. It's better to sleep in your cozy bed rather than a blanket outside. Checking to see your stuffie and blanket are dry you scoop them into your arms and take everything back inside, blankets dragging against the floor. Feels like a perfect night inside. A nice bubble bath, warm food, cozy pajamas, and the sound of rain to lull you to sleep. The world is calm, the world is cozy, and you are too. Good night little one 💙

Activities for Regressors Without Caregivers! (or just fun regression activties!)

This one's kind of a long one, after the few tips I list, I've mentioned an app I use called Finch, which will be talked about below the cut.
Since that's the case, I'll put my little ending message here instead:
Knowing how to take care of yourself can take a lot of work and practice, but I believe it's worth the effort, because then you'll be a happier and healthier you! Especially if you can find ways to make it fun!
I'm more than happy to be here for you and offer my support in any way I can, anyhow! I'm proud of you for doing what you can, I know it can be very hard.

I myself don't have a caregiver for when I regress, so most of the time I end up taking care of myself! Here are some fun activities and things I do when I regress to keep myself calm and happy! ^w^

♥ Arts and crafts! I absolutely LOVE coloring and making bracelets with beads, something not too complicated for little hands, but also something fun!
With coloring, you can buy coloring books, or draw something of your own to color in- even printing out a page you find online, coloring digitally, or tracing over something to color in could work! I prefer coloring more than drawing personally because I don't draw all the time, but I bet I could learn a little thing or two from the artists around here!
For bracelets (and other jewelry), strings can be hard to knot with little hands (at least they aren't those small, slippery clasps!!), but the beads shouldn't be too hard to handle if you're careful! Even just planning out patterns is fun!

♥ Making playlists! Dancing is fun, and a good way to get the zoomies out, but you can just make playlists for any occasion! I have playlists that help me pet-regress, songs with sounds I like, adventure playlists... (Well- a lot of these are still in progress, but- you get the point!)
I also love those playlist videos on YouTube! Animal Crossing, Super Mario Galaxy, Minecraft and music box music are typically my go-to to help me settle or just make for comfy background music! Here's one of my favorites, shadowatnoon has lovely Nintendo music mixes!

♥ Finding shows to watch! I really like Paw Patrol and Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at the moment. Plus, you can look at agere content and fics from shows you like! People make really cool stimboards and moodboards, for example, and I like reading through all the fun stories people write!

Finch
Finch is a self-care app where you take care of your very own little bird friend by taking care of yourself!

You can set daily goals, or for each day (or more specific ones as well I think.). By completing these goals, you give your bird energy to go on adventures! They usually come back with a funny little story or silly questions, because they're learning, too!

Through completing these goals (or daily, at least), you can get Rainbow Stones, which you can use to buy clothes for your bird, make them different colors, or give them furniture for their house!
They're also LGBTQ+ and disability-friendly!! :3

🧸 one thing that has helped me tremendously has been starting a therapy / mental health journal. you can find prompts online, or even come up with your own ! I find tracking my triggers (what makes me feel upset or anxious), reflecting on how I handled my day, writing my thoughts, and what I'd like to bring up in my next therapy session helps me feel a lot better. ૮ ◞ ﻌ ◟ ა
-- you can take time to learn about your brain and how it makes choices; for example, learning about and researching your trauma responses, mental illnesses and how to ground yourself during panic attacks. sometimes our brain can make us feel or think things that we can't control, so its important to differentiate between what we are telling ourselves and what our brain is telling us.
🫧 be kind to yourself and take time to rest if you need to. Indulge in things you like and find calming activities to do after a hard day such as coloring, doing a fun craft, playing a video game or using play therapy.
🧸 distance yourself from relationships or people that make you feel uncomfortable or are harmful to your mental health. its not mean to say you need space. you can still be friends and have established boundaries, and if someone dose not respect those boundaries its okay to distance yourself from them or take a break from talking to them until you start to feel better and are more capable of saying how important those boundaries are.
🫧 make sticker charts and schedules ! I have one for brushing my teeth. I also use a fun app on my phone called Pokémon Smile that reminds me to brush and sets a timer. ૮₍ ˃ ᵕ ˂ ₎ა
🧸 find little things to look forward to, like a new movie coming out, a birthday or a Holliday you love. sometimes I order little gifts for myself in the mail after doing a big task or getting trough a hard day hehe ! ૮ ◞ ﻌ ◟ ა
🫧 clean your space, and maybe even redecorate a little to give yourself a fresh start 🤍
🧸 find ways to "work around" overwhelming tasks like running errands or going to the doctor by bringing a comfort item or stuffed animal with you. you could keep them in your bag if you are too shy to hold them, but from my experience, no one seems to mind hehe. /lh I also like to pack fidget toys to hold when I get anxious.

Tips for new Caregivers!❤️
(Coming from a caregiver of 2 years.)
1.) Communicate with your little!
Communication is key in any CG and little relationship! Whether your relationship is strictly platonic, romantic, or you aren't sure yet, communicating can help both of you understand one another and can help you as a CG learn more about your little (their likes, dislikes, boundaries, what petnames/nicknames are okay etc.)
2.) Set rules with your little one!
Something I wish someone had told me in the beginning of my caregiver journey is to set rules with my littles! Setting rules like brushing teeth twice a day or having a bedtime can positivity impact your little by giving them the chance to be healthier and have better sleep. I also noticed that some littles will even feel more small when given rules! So having rules set in place is overall a great way to help your kiddo! :]
(NOTE: Some littles prefer to not have structure, it really just depends on the little. I just find that most littles prefer to have rules as part of their Agere!)
3.) Set up a punishment/reward system with your kiddo!
Having a punishment/reward system for your little can actually be a great way to reinforce rules! Having little rewards like extra candy, a later bedtime, or even more screentime is a great way to encourage your little one to behave and follow the rules. Some punishments I personally have in place for my kiddos include "lines" (writing the same thing over and over again), limited screen time, and no sweets/candy for a week. NEVER USE PHYSICAL PUNISHMENT OR YELLING/SCREAMING. I don't care what you have to say about it, NEVER use violence to punish a kiddo. It is never okay, regardless of what they did. Hurting them can cause them to be reminded of trauma or even throw them into a PTSD flashback. In general, it's never a good idea to harm a kiddo whether it be emotionally or physically.
(NOTE: I will repeat myself, Never physically or emotionally harm your little one. It is never okay!)
4.) Know the difference between being a Caregiver and a babysitter!
Being a caregiver is a big responsibility! Being a babysitter, not so much! Being a caregiver means being there for your little one most of the time, this can look like daily check ins, calling and texting often and generally just being there for your kiddo! Being a babysitter is exactly what it sounds like, you're only watching the little for a small amount of time and aren't dedicated to them the same way a caregiver is!
5.) Learn how to handle breakdowns/panic attacks/anxiety attacks etc.
Learning to deal with breakdowns and such can Greatly help your kiddo feel safe and comfortable around you! Remember, not all regression will be pure. You will most likely at some point deal with impure regression which means your little may experience unstable emotions, anxiety attacks, panic attacks and breakdowns! Learn how to handle these things, and you'll be in the clear to help your little in these times of anxiety and sadness!
6.) Don't rush your little into calling you "special" names like mommy, daddy, etc.
Not all littles will be comfortable with calling you a special name immediately or ever! Some prefer calling you your name plain and simple, and that is perfectly okay! Trying to force/rush your kiddo into calling you something special may result in your little one not feeling safe/comfy around you anymore.
7.) Don't take care of more than you can handle!
As caregivers, it's in our nature to want to take care of as many littles as possible, but that's just not something we can do. It can be overwhelming to take care of more than one little at a time, I know that from experience! So if you know you can't handle it, don't! As tempting as it might be, don't bite off more than you can chew!
8.) Be open minded!
It's important to understand that not all littles will be the same, some may be more independent and others may need extra help! Try to have an open mind and an open heart when caregiving :]

He doesn’t really fine it odd. He’s been through multiple tips of therapies, as he is a curse breaker. Curse breakers need to make sure their minds remain sharp, and clear, so they have to keep mental health a priority. There is also the fact he was attacked by a werewolf, so he’s been through even more. And lastly, he is the eldest sibling to six. That means when you go into his little space you are in safe hands. He will make sure you are very safe, and taken care of. It comes naturally to him. He doesn’t really need to know a thing, because his body just knows. He knows what to do. Given his werewolf quirks as well you get to have a boyfriend that can sense your needs far easier. So when you need your care giver, he’s already holding you close. Also, well, big puppy stuffy.
Charlie

He’s also an older brother, and works with infant dragons all the time. So dealing with someone who goes into a little space isn’t as difficult as you would think. He is rather curious by it all, however. Not weirded out, but curious. He’s a man that’s traveled the world, somehow more so than the likes of Bill. It’s dumb to not live life with an open mind. He’s willing to learn, and wants to take care of you. You develope a rather maternal nature, when you work with new borns all the time. It’ll be nice to have a more human little to work with. Given his strength, and warmth, he makes for a wonderful cuddle bug. He makes you feel so small, with how easy he can pick you up. It helps you drift into your little space alot easier, and doesn’t feel as weird. Just into his arms you go, and you know you couldn’t be safer
Percy

He’s found it very strange. He’s always been very prissy and uptight, after all. What do you mean you just act like a child? Fred and George do that already! He’s honestly a big ass about it, until Bill pulls him aside. Trying to explain it more properly to him, before he goes and says something he will regret. It takes a while, but he’s soon reading up on it. Might as well learn about it. That’s kinda how it started, really. You would come to him, when you needed your moment, and he would read you stories. He won’t lie, it was comforting. Reminded him of when he helped teach his younger siblings how read. Maybe there is something to this age regression thing. There’s a weird comfort. How he can just take care of you, and you trust him enough to know he will. It takes a while, but he is willing to learn. For you

He runs a joke shop. If anyone is going to know how to handle a kid, it’s him. Also, older brother quirks. Doesn’t really phase him either. You act younger sometimes? Don’t we all? He’s going to be the best care giver. Especially since he did mature a bit, from running a shop. So don’t think you weaseled your way into endless candy. Can’t have his precious kiddo sick! As being a bit more mature, he also has things a bit more calculated. A designated toy box’s to keep your kid stuff secure, and private. Willing to drop everything if you need him. Even happily have you play with your toys, in his office, as he works. Very much taking on a very solid dad role. Wouldn’t be to surprising if he knew about age regression before he met you. He likes to keep up to date with the kids, so he can better care for them. Such as what products they would like. He’s calculated, but not like a robot. Like an actual dad, wanting the best for his kids after all. You included. Oh and don’t you dare forget, they are two for one. Uncle George is going to steal you, when Fred needs to work. Never fear!
George

Much like his twin, you are in safe hands. However, he has a bit more of an emotional approach. He likes to be a bit more hands on with it all. The type to make you chocolate chip pancakes in the morning, and always have a bottle of apple juice ready. He took on the food love from his mother. So you are given plenty of sweet snacks for every occasion. Always finding a way to make sure you meet your nutrient needs, even when small. That way you stay healthy, but not sacrifice the things you love. He knows how that can mess with you. Especially after losing Fred. So, to take care of someone is helping him take care of himself. The ability to just take time out of his day, and be with you, it’s healing. It really is. Your bravery in admiting to this is helping him live such a better life. Just able to hold you, and know that he can protect you. He couldn’t save Fred, but he was able to save you
Ron

Hope you don’t mind, but his ass went running to Hermione for advice. She’s the smartest person he knows. If anyone knows anything about anything, it’s her. He finds it a bit confusing, but Hermione does a beautiful job in explaining it to him. Such as how his brothers do certain things to cope, or do things different because of trauma and stress. You were the same. That helps him figure it out better. Still, it’s a bit complicated for him. He’s worried about messing up, because you are in a rather vulnerable position. Luckily, similar to how the twins are two for one, he’s a three for one. Hermione is more than happy to help you, and Harry is in the same boat as you. He had to cook his uncle, aunt, and cousin, breakfast every morning by the time he learned how to walk. If anyone’s going to understand, it’s going to be him. a pair of parents, and an uncle sometimes sibling. you would be in safe hands.
Ginny

She, more so, went running to her older siblings for advice. Especially Bill. He knows stuff like this after all. It’s confusing, until he explains it. Much like how Hermione would with Ron. After some time, she figured out how to make it work. She didn’t really know if she could pull it off, but she is a Weasley. She is too stubborn to back down from a challenge. Her care taker role would follow more of an older sibling dynamic. She’s found it pretty nice, really. She was always jealous that her brothers got to have younger siblings. She had to be the last one, and that takes a toll after a while. Especially in a family so big. It’s a nice way to live out something like that. You can’t complain about it. Especially since, similar to Charlie, she’s yanking you into the air. All that Quidditch sure pays off. A older sibling is rather comforting. Familia love is soothing to the soul. You both get that gentle moment. She gets to be a big sister, and you get one. So warm, and safe.

Do you have any tips on how to create a journal for a little? I saw that you had started an agere journal and it seemed like something the little i care for might like, so I'm hoping for ideas of what type of stuff would be put in it. No pressure if you dont want to answer this. thank you for your time.
I actually have lots of ideas for this because I've gone through quite a few agere journals now! So with an agere journal it's not really something you can set up for your little but you can definitely help them with ideas for what they can put in the agere journal! Agere journals are really fun and do recommend them because there's a lot you can put in them!
What you need-
🌸So first for an agere journal you need a notebook or a sketchbook and that's it really, other than that all you need is stuff to use inside your agere journal, you can use whatever you want but for example you could use pens, pencils, stickers, colouring pencils, crayons, coloured card etc
🌸If you can't do this then you can try doing a digital agere journal, you can search up journaling apps and use one of those!
Agere journal prompts-
🌸I usually like to start my agere journal with an introduction page like the one I posted!
🌸If your little like drawing they could do stuff like design a monster, design an animal, design a planet etc, the possibilities for this are literally endless
🌸They could do pages for their stuffies where they talk all about their stuffies! I do this too but I have a separate journal for it
🌸They could write about their day
🌸They could write about their favourite shows, games, characters etc
🌸They could write down their favourite quotes from characters they like!
🌸They could make a chore bingo card! They can put a chore in each row and when they complete a row they can get a reward, for example a new stuffie

🌸They could stick some colouring pages or activity sheets in the journal, for example I had a colouring date with my caregiver and afterwards I glued in both our colouring pages
🌸They could do a page about their agere bag if they have one
🌸They could write down a bunch of things for them to do when regressed
🌸They could write down animal facts
🌸They could draw their favourite pacis, sippies or anything else they use when regressed
🌸They could play hair salon! All they need to do is draw a picture of a person and then cut out some squares of coloured card and glue then in so the person can have a fun hair cut, if they can't use scissors when little they could tear pieces of card or you could cut the card for them

You had the perfect life. Everything you’ve ever dreamt of came true for you. Your dream job, the love of your life, that easy going, calm, day to day and you’ve always craved, you finally had it.
A safe routine that repeated every day, you and Larissa worked and lived together like you always wished. You’d wake up every morning with littered kisses all over your face, making you giggle and pout. Making breakfast together was probably the best part of your day, you and Larissa together in a spacious kitchen with everything you could possibly need for the perfect meal, it felt like those love story movies, when they’d show those baking montages filled with laughs and attacking eachother with food.
Walking hand in hand through the hallways made you feel so confident, having Larissa Weems proudly showing you to the world. She walked you to your class with a kiss on the very tip of your nose, making you giggle and turn away to compose yourself before you had to start class.
“I will see you at lunch, my love.” Something made you want to pull her back, to stop her from walking away and give you just another kiss. But you didn’t, instead letting her go, “Have a good day, Issa” you said, before running off to start class.

You had this unsettling feeling running through your bones the whole morning, but it all went away when you met Larissa for lunch. Routine. Just like always, your pre-packed lunch that you made together the afternoon before, a conversation filled lunch or maybe just enjoying eachother in silence. A second to just breathe and be, you hugged and kissed so softly, so sweetly you never wanted to go back. It was a movie, it was your perfect life.
And the day went on, you’d come back to her office after class was over and wait the two hours she stayed extra working after you. You mostly bugged her to get out of the office and come home with you, occasionally you’d poke her for attention and get a quick kiss which made you feel giddy all over and sedated you for another few minutes before you inevitably poked her again.
You were resting against Larissa’s shoulder when she closed the computer and looked your way, a sweet smile on her face. “Okay darling, we can go now.”
Larissa’s warm and dazzling smile, was the most comforting thing on this planet, you couldn’t love anything more. It was contagious, whenever she smiled you couldn’t help but follow.
Tonight you’d order take out, every week twice a week, Routine. You’d always pick something new to try for the first time together, and you’d sit together on the couch with nothing but music playing in the background, the second you were done eating you were always the first to fall asleep.
Shuffling down to get confortable as you nuzzled into her chest with a pleased sigh, you could hear her calm heart beat, how her chest lightly moved up and down with every relaxed breath. Your perfect girl, the perfect movie life.
But you woke up, and it was over. The fresh memory of her funeral as if it had been just yesterday. A year, a whole year. And your mind refused to give in to the idea, that was it. She’s gone forever.
There was no such thing as her soft lips waking you up every morning, you didn’t laugh and dance every morning with breakfast, you walked alone through the halls of this now so monotone school, you ate lunch at your desk with nobody but yourself, and you went straight home after school. Losing yourself in daydreams of seeing her again, until you cried yourself to sleep, all to repeat again the next day, routine.
You were harshly slapped by reality each morning. You woke up. And that was it, the end of your perfect movie.

agere tips: regression at school
disclaimer: the key with regressing at school is knowing when it's appropriate. it's not healthy to voluntarily regress at school if it starts to impact your grades or performance
teether/paci replacements
chewelery is a wonderful alternative if you're not brave enough for one of those hidden paci masks. i've worn mine to school and nobody really cares. i have ones that look sorta like dog tags, so since they're black most people don't even notice them unless i have them in my mouth
also: candy! gummies and hard candy are wonderful for sucking on. bonus points if you're using a ringpop
stationary
people don't really notice what stationary you use. so long as your teacher is getting work handed in and done well, they won't care what you used to color in the diagram or graph things
you can get cute pens (i have a set of cow pens :3), an aesthetic planner, etc
coloring books
i usually bring a crayola one, but if you're not confident enough for that you can bring an adult coloring book! only color when you have the time. study halls and lunches are great, but i also color when i finish work early!
fair warning: i wouldn't recommend bringing children's activity books
fidget toys
fidget toys are sort of a trend so nobody will notice or care much. so long as you aren't distracting yourself and those around you too much, bringing fidgets is all good!
blankets
in my highschool, so many people bring blankets (especially in colder months). nobody will bat an eye. throw blankets work best, and you can drape them over your backpack when you're walking around
decor
my backpack is cow print with pink accents. i also have plushies, fidgets, and general decor attached. my backpack jingles when i walk around and it makes me really happy! you can slowly accumulate keychains over time, along with making your own decor using stuff like beads and felt
also, put all sorts of stuff on your binders! i personally made my own stickers (tutorial on that later!) and stuck them on my laptop and binders. my girlfriend stuck some drawings into the outer sleeve so it kinda had a cover!
lunches
i dunno about you, but school lunch makes me feel small! brings me back to kindergarten. if you pack lunch, cut things up cute (while big!) and pack snacks that make you small. lunch is one of the better times to regress, so long as the people you might sit with will be okay with it/not notice
studying
make studying fun! write your notes in colored stationary, plaster stickers everywhere, maybe give yourself rewards for correct answers on things like quizlet

Hello everyone! My name is Clover, but you may also call me Miss Clover, Miss Starling, sis, or Mama if you'd like to! I'm 19, my pronouns are she/they/star, and my timezone is CST.
I've been a regressor myself for- a little over a year, now, if I remember right. I've learned a lot- especially through the community- and how it's helped me over the years, and seeing as how I've always loved helping and caring for people, I've decided to start a caregiver blog!

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (I'm only a few episodes in, but I LOVE Donnie and Mikey!!!)
Animal Crossing (I've played through New Leaf, New Horizons, some of Wild World, some of City Folk, and a good chunk of pocket camp. I love Isabelle and Leif, and my favorite villagers are Marcie and Bob!!)

Paw Patrol (I've started watching it when I regress, and am halfway into the first season. I LOOOOVE Rocky so much!! I wish he and Zuma had more screentime... :( )

⋆。‧˚ʚ how to start an age regression / inner child healing journal ɞ˚‧。
🌷 content warning: very brief, un-descriptive mentions of having trauma 🌷
1. find a notebook you'd like to use ! this can look different for everyone. I picked a journal at the craft store with a pretty design on the front, but you could also use a simple composition book, a notepad or you could even keep a digital journal ! I personally prefer to have two diaries, one is for everyday boring "big-kid" stuff, and the other one is my agere journal ! ૮꒰˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶꒱ა if you'd like, you can combine them, but i personaly find keeping my trauma-processing stuff off to the side is helpful to me. 💛

2. brainstorm what things you'd like to accomplish with your therapy journal ( if any ! ) and what you'd like to write in it. you could set light hearted goals to reconnect with your childhood, process scary things that happened / everyday stressors , or to just keep it for fun ! remember that you don't need to know everything right away, though ! 🧸
for me, my goals are to understand trauma and learn how to grow from it, but I also like to draw pictures, write about the tinier parts of my day, do some affirmations , and follow simple prompts I find online. I will also use it as a tool to track triggers , trauma responses and anxieties to help myself better understand why I felt that way and know how to ground myself better during those scary moments . I also use it to write down thoughts or things I'd like to bring up with my therapist. ( my parents finally got me set up to see a therapist !! yay ! I am a minor so she is a pediatric therapist so she's extra gentle which is so nice hehe )

3. If you'd like, you can decorate the inside pages and the cover with all sorts of fun craft materials ! I like to use stickers and wash tape, but if you don't have those, you can print some pictures out and glue or tape them in ! If you don't have access to a printer, you could use one for free at a local library or at your school. you can also use markers, crayons, colored pencils, or whatever else you'd like to decorate the inside with fun drawings or to make some little worksheets for yourself to paste inside . maybe if you have someone to look after you or a little friend, you can ask them to come up with some for you to do ! 🩷 I like to make notes for my best little friend, wimsy, through dms hehe ! ૮꒰ྀི∩´ ᵕ ` ꒱ྀིა
4. you could make lists of things, too ! I like to list my favorite songs, all of my toys names, what I wanna do when it gets warmer outside, anything !
5. I find it helpful to make charts for stuff that can be challenging when having an icky day or feeling mentally unwell, like brushing my teeth or making sure that my pet chores are all taken care of. ( don't worry !! if I forget to give my kitty treats she will ask my mom hehe ! /lh ) I like to use a reward system, like if I brush my teeth two times every day for a whole week, I can have two breaks during homeschool. 🖍️

i just wanna say i luv ur writing n i’ve been reading a lot of agere fics recently and i kinda feel like i could benefit from regressing but also from being a cg. but i don’t know anyone who could be my cg or anyone i could be a cg to :(
do u have any tips on how to kinda get comfy w regressing or how to fully regress bc i wanna try it n idk where to start. i’m also nervy to tell any of my friends ab this or to ask any of them to be my cg but i rlly want a cg :((
j any tips/advice u may have would be lovely but no pressure <3
hihihi!! honestly fully regressing takes lots of time for some people so i'd start with just a cartoon or coloring C: you don't wanna put to much pressure on "i HAVE to regress"
as for finding or being someone's cg, both are a super big responsibility. it took me literally around 2 years to even bring up the possible idea to my cg and since having her as my cg i think i've regressed a total of twice around her. for lots of people it's easy to trust cg's but personally for me it's a process that has to have every step communicated!
if you want to tell your friends, a great piece of advice i've heard from @bratzforchris is to pay attention to how they treat people different from them. i knew i could trust my two best friends with my regression after seeing that they never thought less of people who were different from them, and they responded with love and acceptance.
