Underground and mainstream electronica blurred during the noughts. Thus, some musicians, such as Deep Dish, became an unlikely presence on the music charts. Then again, the fact Deep Dish's biggest hits remains a cover of a song by Shandi from a very famous soundtrack does speak volumes about our culture, though you have to admit they transformed the piece into something quite intriguing. They strengthened the sense of mystery of the original – Anousheh Khalili should've had a better career –, while they also added some elements of danger. While the tune probably functions well on the dance floors – I can tell you that is a correct assumption according to some of my experiences –, you can also soundtrack your night rides with this.

Lyrics:
There's somethin' about the weather that ev'rybody loves
They call it the Indian spring of Sacramento
And when the sun is up in the sky
The wind is blowin' by the riverside, most ev'ry day
You're in Sacramento, a wonderful town
Sing, sing
Sing, din, din-din
There's somethin' about the people that ev'rybody knows
That gives you a tender feelin' of confusion
You're feelin' lonely but you don't know
Until this other feelin' here inside you starts to grow
You're in Sacramento, a wonderful town
Sing, sing
Sing, din, din-din
Now that spring is near again
And you're thinkin' if only you were not so lonely, boo-hoo
But you can ease your restless mind (Ease your restless mind)
'Cause all the people are a lovin' kind in Sacramento
There's somethin' about the weather that ev'rybody loves
They call it the Indian spring of Sacramento
You're feelin' lonely but you don't know
Until this other feelin' here inside you starts to grow
You're in Sacramento, a wonderful town
Sing, sing
Sing, din, din-din

MIXED IN KEY COUPON MAC OS X
MIXED IN KEY COUPON SOFTWARE
MIXED IN KEY COUPON WINDOWS
Color scheme is the only difference between the two versions. Mixed In Key continued to sell "Original" versions of the software. On December 22, 2006, Mixed In Key LLC announced a partnership with Allen & Heath to provide co-branded versions of Mixed In Key known as XONE Mixed In Key. While numerous users have identified this as a deterring and unfair form of copy-protection, Mixed In Key employees have responded claiming that the new requirement has nothing to do with piracy, stating, "an internet connection is needed to analyze new files because Mixed In Key uses very expensive technology that is not available in 'offline' mode." Allen & Heath Partnership Mixed In Key has faced criticism over its decision to require an internet connection in versions following Version 2.5.
MIXED IN KEY COUPON SOFTWARE
The software helps beatmatch tracks and saves results to new MP3 files, files then can be made into a podcast. Mashup is Mixed In Key's most recent addition to its offerings. The software corrects for pitch, improves volume and makes the file ready to play anywhere. Platinum Notes then makes the tracks acoustically perfect, by using studio filters to process the files. Platinum Notes was the second software suite release, it allows the user to drop in music files. Other artists include Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Sebastian Ingrosso, Sasha, Grammy-winning producer Ali 'Dubfire' from Deep Dish, Pete Tong from BBC Radio 1, trance producers Blank & Jones, Above & Beyond, High Contrast, Nick Warren, BT. The software is used by the likes of David Guetta and Kaskade. Mixed In Key works with Traktor, Serato, Pioneer CDJs, Ableton Live and all other DJ apps. For every track it shows the musical key and helps choose tracks that are harmonically compatible with each other. Mixed In Key'is the original software from Mixed In Key LLC, the software analyzes the harmonies and melodies of the selected music. Products Īll three suites of Mixed In Key's software, Mixed In Key, Platinum Notes, and Mashup, are available for both PCs and Macs.
MIXED IN KEY COUPON MAC OS X
After the Mac OS X version was released, Ali used Mixed In Key to help sequence songs for his Global Underground 31 Taipei album. The latest version (in April 2022) is 10.0.Īli 'Dubfire' Shirazinia from Deep Dish was a big influence on the development of the Mac OS X version by providing feedback to the development team. The new algorithm was released in Version 3.0. Mixed In Key was granted a patent on this algorithm. Since May 2007, Mixed In Key LLC has improved the key detection algorithm by combining tONaRT with a custom in-house algorithm. Mac OS X development started shortly thereafter, and the first Mac OS X version was released on June 4, 2006. The first version was released on March 25, 2006.
MIXED IN KEY COUPON WINDOWS
NET Windows application that could batch-process multiple files. The original tONaRT algorithm created by velopment had a simple Windows-based demo which could not process multiple audio files at once. Mixed In Key software was developed to provide a Windows interface for the tONaRT key detection algorithm created by velopment.

A certain subset of electronica has some rules, though you can tell I include many within this term. For instance, Deep Dish do not resemble either Air or Digitalism, yet I believe they possess the similar ethos of the two. What I'm trying to say here might be – these outfits found a way to bridge the gap between the clubs and the pop music landscape. True, most of them did have to apprentice themselves in a multitude of nightspots to better their work, but they somehow manage to go into the charts with their pieces thanks to...what really? While this remains a question for the analysts, one could assume these musicians stroke a nerve somewhere, which doesn't answer our inquiry that much. However, isn't such a thing always a deal with some music?

Dubfire Feat. Carl Craig And Kate Elsworth - Lotus (Dub) by Crosstown Rebels Out now on Crosstown Rebels: lnk.to/CRM229 Global pioneer Dubfire lands on Crosstown Rebels for the first time this February, also featuring the legendary Carl Craig and the enchanting vocals of Kate Elsworth, they combine to create the captivating Lotus. Lotus opens with a delicate bassline, textures of atmospheric synth are introduced as the sensual whispers of Kate Elsworth fade in, her stunning vocals gradually become more prominent, before all the unique elements of subtlety come together. On the dub version, hypnotising chords blend with a functional groove, retaining the mystical romance of the original, it will translate this magic to the dancefloor. Recently picked up by Damian Lazarus for a release on Crosstown sister label Rebellion, Tibi Dabo adds his style of deep melancholy and spirited percussion to the remix. From the world-renowned Grammy Award winning Deep Dish to equal accomplishments within the underground scene, Dubfire is an artist who has remained in the top ranks of dance music for over a decade. From solo performances at the best clubs and festivals to his remarkable story documented in the Above Ground Level Film, running the acclaimed SCI+TEC label and the 2017 A Decade of Dubfire album, he is in a class of his own. Spain attacks could have been bigger, police say
Barcelona (CNN)The perpetrators of the terror attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils originally planned to use explosive devices to wreak greater devastation but were apparently thwarted because their materials detonated prematurely, police said Friday.
Witnesses describe Barcelona attack
Catalan police chief Josep Lluis Trapero told reporters that explosives were found in the Alcanar property and that police “are working on the hypothesis that these attacks were being prepared in that house.”
A source briefed on the investigation said a preliminary assessment of the Alcanar property indicated there were traces of the powerful explosive TATP in the rubble.
TATP has been used in numerous Islamist terrorist attacks carried out in Europe, including the November 2015 Paris attacks, the March 2016 Brussels bombings, the May Manchester bombing and a failed bomb attempt by an Islamist extremist at the Gare Centrale in Brussels in June.
The explosion meant the attackers were unable to use material they were planning to deploy in attacks in Barcelona, Cambrils and perhaps elsewhere, he said. The attack in Barcelona, capital of the Spanish region of Catalonia, was therefore “more rudimentary than they originally planned,” Trapero said.
The revelations pointed to the alarming possibility that authorities knew nothing of an advanced plot to mount a spectacular terror attack until an accidental explosion at the perpetrators’ base — and despite this eye-catching setback the terror cell managed to carry out two further improvised attacks without impediment.
Key developments
— Four people have been arrested: one of them in Alcanar and three in Ripoll. Three were Moroccan citizens and another was Spanish; they ranged in age from 21 to 34. None of them had been on authorities’ radar for terrorism. Police said Friday they have identified three of the suspects, but didn’t name them publicly.
— People from at least 34 countries were among the injured in the attacks, Catalan authorities said. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said an American citizen was among the dead. Two Italians were the first of the deceased victims to be named. Canadian PM Justin Trudeau said one of the dead was Canadian. Spain’s Department of Interior said four Spaniards and one Portuguese national were killed.
— Spain’s Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy labeled the Barcelona attack “jihadi terrorism.” Rajoy’s government has declared three days of mourning across Spain.
— The ISIS media wing, Amaq, has said the Barcelona attackers were “soldiers of the Islamic State,” but stopped short of explicitly claiming responsibility for the attacks or providing evidence for their claims.
— King Felipe, the Spanish head of state, led a moment’s silence at Barcelona’s Plaa de Catalunya — near where the attack began. Crowds later joined in lengthy applause. “We are not afraid, we won’t forget,” they chanted.
An attack gone wrong
The first sign of the terror cell’s activities — although its significance was not immediately understood — came Wednesday evening when the house in Alcanar was almost completely destroyed by an unexpected explosion.
One person, a Spanish national, died the in the blast, and another was seriously injured. Both were found inside the house. The injured man is one of the four suspects arrested. He was moved to a police station in Tortosa on Friday, Catalan police said.
Six other people were also injured in the explosion, according to a Catalan fire department report, no information was provided as to the identity of the six.
Police said Friday there were other “biological remains” found at the site, but it is unclear whether they belong to a different person.
“They were trying to make explosives out of butane gas among other things,” Trapero said. He speculated that “some sort of accident” caused the explosion, therefore avoiding greater catastrophe later.
Thwarted by the accidental explosion, and possibly alarmed at the attention it had drawn, it appears that the surviving members of the cell scrambled to mount an alternative plan. The next day at about 5 p.m., a rental van was driven at high speed from Barcelona’s Plaa de Catalunya deep into the teeming crowds on the city’s most famous thoroughfare, Las Ramblas.
“I saw people flying into the air and everyone was running into the shops on either side,” witness Ali Shirazinia told CNN.
At least 13 people were killed and 120 injured. The driver of the van fled on foot. The Interior Ministry said Friday that 15 of the 59 people still hospitalized remain in critical condition.
Hours later, as details of the atrocity in Barcelona were still emerging, five attackers drove an Audi A3 into several pedestrians in Cambrils, 120 kilometers (75 miles) south of Barcelona, early on Friday morning. Police engaged in a shootout with the attackers, and all five were shot dead, four of them by one officer.
A woman subsequently died from her injuries, Catalan emergency services said, taking the number of dead in both attacks to 14. Six others were injured, three seriously.
Photographs showed the black Audi, flipped upside down with its windows smashed out, being removed from the scene.
Catalan police later said they found an ax and knives in the car, and the attackers had fake explosive belts attached to them. Before being shot they had wounded one person in the face with a knife. Police were investigating whether one of the attackers was the driver of the van used in the Barcelona attack.
Alex Folch, 28, told CNN he saw the immediate aftermath of the shootout from his holiday apartment on the fifth floor of the Club Nautic Cambrils, on the Consulat de Mar.
He said he saw three people lying on the ground surrounded by police, one with what appeared to be “a metallic kind of belt” around the waist.
Folch said he could see snipers on the roof beside him and later heard controlled explosions conducted by police.
Police said later they have identified each attacker but they didn’t release their names publicly.
The house in Alcanar appears crucial to the investigation. Trapero said several of its residents had hired some of the vehicles used in the Barcelona and Cambrils attacks. He added that “the investigation is centered on identifying those persons who were in that house.”
A car that ran over police officers at a checkpoint in Barcelona later on Thursday was unconnected with the attacks, Trapero said. One of the occupants of the car was found to have been stabbed.
Shock and fear in Barcelona
The Catalan government said the Barcelona victims came from 34 countries.
The first to be identified was an Italian, Bruno Gulotta, who worked for Tom’s Hardware Italia. He was a much-loved colleague with a partner and two young children, the company said. He had been on holiday in Barcelona with his family. The second victim named was another Italian, Luca Rosso.
Belgium’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Jose de Pierpont said one Belgian was among those killed in the attack.
A 74-year-old Portuguese woman has also been identified by the Portuguese government as one of the victims in Barcelona.
Las Ramblas reopened Friday morning but reminders of the previous day’s horror were all around.
In some outdoor cafs, full glasses of beer and sangria sat out on tables, left behind after people scattered. Overturned chairs and napkins were strewn on the street. Waiters were beginning to pick up the pieces as restaurants opened.
Flowers, candles and messages of solidarity piled up through the day at makeshift shrines along the street.
Some shocked residents and tourists had come to the normally bustling avenue to pay their respects to the attack victims. Others gathered for a march intended to show unity in the face of fear.
“It was an attack against humanity,” Sandra Gregorio said after laying flowers at one of the many memorials that has sprung up. “Look at this street, Barcelonians are not afraid,” her boyfriend Marc Guzmn added. “We have to be united, now more than ever.”
Hajar Menssouri, a 24-year-old laboratory technician and student, told CNN: “I joined the march to show that fear would not divide us.”
Earlier, resident Federico Colmenarejo, 32, walked along Las Ramblas in a daze. His apartment overlooks the street — and he said a phone call from his grandmother at the time of the attack had saved his life because it had stopped him going out.
“Just to think how is it possible that I cross this street every day on my way to work. I can’t believe it. In Barcelona this never happens,” he told CNN.

Deadly Barcelona attack is worst in a day of violence in Spain
Watch Video
BARCELONA — Spain saw one of its most violent days in recent memory as a spate of incidents throughout the country appeared to be connected to a terror attack Thursday in Barcelona that left 13 people dead and more than 100 injured.
Authorities said they are working under the assumption that two other deadly events, a terrorist incident in the seaside city of Cambrils and a house explosion farther down the coast in Alcanar, were linked to the van attack in Barcelona that had ISIS taking credit.
Also Thursday, two police officers in Barcelona were hurt when they were hit by a car, but police were unsure whether that was related to the other incidents.
The deadly events began in the early evening with a van plowing through crowds on the renowned Las Ramblas avenue, a popular tourist section of Barcelona. Authorities said of the 80 people taken to hospitals, 15 were seriously hurt.
As police searched for the van driver, Spain’s Prime Minister called it an act of “jihadi terrorism.”
LIVE UPDATES: The latest information from the Barcelona terror attack
Here are the latest developments in a tragic day:
• Two suspects — one from Morocco, one from the Spanish enclave of Melilla — were arrested in connection with the Barcelona attack, Catalan Police Chief Josep Lluis Trapero said.
• One suspect in the Barcelona attack is on the run. “The driver abandoned the van and escaped from the area,” Trapero said.
• About 115 kilometers to the southwest, there was a second attack early Friday.
• Catalan police tweeted that five suspected terrorists were killed in Cambrils. Emergency officials said six civilians and a police officer were injured.
• One person was killed in an explosion at a house in Alcanar, around 200 kilometers (120 miles) southwest of Barcelona.
• Catalan police said early Friday they are “working under the hypothesis that the terrorists taken down in Cambrils were related to the events that took place in Barcelona and Alcanar.”
• A driver ran over two police officers at a security checkpoint in Barcelona, police said, and the driver was found near the city. The two officers suffered minor injuries and did not need hospital treatment, police said. It was unclear whether that incident was related to the terror attack.
• ISIS’ media wing, Amaq, said the perpetrators of the Barcelona attack were “soldiers of the Islamic State.” However, ISIS has not explicitly claimed responsibility.
The Barcelona attack was one of the most deadly in Spain since more than 190 people were killed in a March 2004 attack against commuter trains.
Terror in the streets of another European city
It was the latest in a series of attacks in Europe in which vehicles have been used to mow down pedestrians in public spaces. More than 100 people have died in similar attacks in Berlin, London and Nice.

Reports of the incident emerged on social media about 5 p.m. (11 a.m. ET). Photographs and videos showed people fleeing the area. About two hours later, police confirmed a terror attack.
As the incident unfolded, police told everyone in the vicinity of Plaça de Catalunya and Las Ramblas to remain indoors until told it was safe to go outside. Footage posted to social media by witnesses showed chaotic scenes with people lying in the street, apparently dead or injured.

Information about most of the victims has not been released, but one Belgian was killed in the attack, Belgian Foreign Ministry spokesman Jose de Pierpont said.
Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy spoke of his grief and offered condolences to the families of the victims.
“I want to also express my solidarity with all of Spain to the city of Barcelona, today hit by jihadi terrorism, like other cities have been in the world,” Rajoy said.

Witness reports gunshots
One witness told local media the situation was “very tense” and that all surrounding shops were evacuated. The witness said at least eight ambulances were at the scene. Emergency services said the area had been cordoned off and all public transportation stopped.
Another witness who was hiding in a shop nearby heard gunshots, according to state-run broadcaster TVE24. A third said he saw a van driving “around 80” kph, or 50 mph. He said “there is no doubt it was intentional,” according to TVE24.
Ali Shirazinia, who was cycling alongside Las Ramblas at the time, told CNN he heard “a lot of screams” and saw the crowds split along the busy promenade.

Then he heard what sounded like the driver flooring the accelerator and saw a white van with blue markings come hurtling down the street. “It literally came right down the Ramblas and ran into people on every side,” he said.
“The Ramblas is full of pedestrians, street merchants, street performers, and I saw people flying into the air and everyone was running into the shops on either side of the Ramblas, a lot of people were shocked.”
Tourist Susan McClean told CNN she saw a “tidal wave” of people running away from Las Ramblas after the incident.
She ducked into a nearby shop and the shutters were pulled down while police sped toward the scene.
“There was clearly a lot of distress,” she said.
McClean said she returned to her hotel one street away after leaving the shop.
Two arrests, one deadly explosion
Two suspects who were arrested were taken into custody hundreds of kilometers apart.
One suspect was arrested in Alcanar, around 200 kilometers (120 miles) southwest of Barcelona.
Also in Alcanar, one person was killed in an explosion at a house, Trapero said, adding that incident was connected to the Barcelona attack. But Trapero didn’t say whether the arrest and explosion were tied to each other.
He did say the victim is Spanish and was not on police radar.
The other Barcelona suspect was arrested in Ripoll, about 110 kilometers (68 miles) north of Barcelona and 300 kilometers (186 miles) from Alcanar.
Government officials respond
The Catalan regional government said it was holding an emergency meeting to discuss the incident.
To facilitate police operations, the Catalan emergency services urged people via Twitter to avoid going out or undertaking any other type of movement that was not “strictly necessary.”
The Spanish royal family tweeted: “They are assassins, simply criminals who are not going to terrorize us. All of Spain is Barcelona. Las Ramblas will return to be everyone’s.”
The Union of Islamic Communities of Catalonia expressed “condemnation and repulse” for the Barcelona attack.
“Faced with this criminal fact, the union of Islamic communities in Catalonia reiterates its full commitment to the fight against any type of terrorism, and it is expected that those responsible for these attacks may be detained and brought before the courts as early as possible,” its statement said.
Barcelona officials ordered all public events to be canceled, and metro and train stations in the area were closed.
NATO chief: We stand united
World leaders were quick to voice their condemnation of the attack and offer support to Barcelona via Twitter.
“My thoughts are with all those affected. We stand united in the fight against terrorism,” said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
US President Donald Trump said: “The United States condemns the terror attack in Barcelona, Spain, and will do whatever is necessary to help. Be tough & strong, we love you!”

London Mayor Sadiq Khan also gave his support, saying: “London stands with Barcelona against the evil of terrorism.”
German Chancellor Angela Merkel called the attack in Barcelona “revolting,” her spokesman tweeted. “We are mourning the victims of this disgusting attack in Barcelona — in solidarity and friendship side by side with the Spanish.”
European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker branded the Barcelona attack “cowardly,” adding: “We will never be cowed by such barbarism.”
Las Ramblas is a predominantly pedestrianized street popular among tourists in Barcelona. Extending for about three-quarters of a mile through the center of the city, the tree-lined street is especially crowded in the summer, the height of tourist season.
The promenade passes by kiosks, flower sellers, pavement cafes and bars. It includes a number of the city’s most popular sites.
