had a dream I was walking in a dense forest. I saw weird wire contraptions and people walking around naked. it was obvious to me that they made this part of their forest their home. I felt invited and intrigued, I entered their "village" and went inside a trailer that had a bunch of older women dancing similar to "qi gong energy ball" training. I joined them, felt cathartic and happy doing so. I ended up getting along with the women there very well. they asked if I'd like to join them on their travels, I declined and said I needed to go home but that they should adopt me (as a joke since I'm a full grown adult). they made me a very rare steak and I ate it like an animal. with my hands, scarfing it down like I was starving.

after i left I appeared in my childhood culdesac. ran across the street to tell my parents what happened and how happy I was

#the only woman i recognized in there was a lady i met when i was put in a psychiatric facility for the first time #she was.. not well. but in the dream she was very happy and at peace #i feel weird if i were to talk about my experience with her.. she was scary but also very sweet and i hope shes doing well #dream #diary #whenever im on my pmdd i crave meat in a very primitive way

new breed lore is fun but it's also frustrating because Lightning's infrastructure increasingly doesn't make any SENSE. why are they out here laying kilometers of underground cabling that goes to nowhere? (for that matter, why are they building it underground in the first place when they clearly also have overhead wires figured out??) and what's a "node"? that's not a thing! if you wanted a technobabble-y word, "transformer" or "substation" are both sufficiently cool-sounding pieces of jargon that are also actually used in power grids and wait, where are you going, come back, i have more to say about the fantasy dragon neopets electricity distribution systems—

tbh replaying pmdgti makes me curious if any good pmd rom hacks are out there

#also wonder if anyone's hacked conquest #sometimes a difficulty boost to pmd is desired #i saw a cool pmdeos hack that adds more post gen 4 starters #but i want a bit more than that tbh #also conquest can still be pretty challenging to this day #especially after you beat what is essentially the fucking multiple hours long TUTORIAL CAMPAIGN #and start getting into the actual meat of the game #...now i wanna replay conquest #use one of the pokemon event codes to get a cool mon for my character to bond with #i actually have an old conquest oc that's bonded with a gible and deino #using the dragon pseudolegends in the game from start to finish is fun #even though they're powerful the game gives you plenty of powerful opponents as you go to start humbling you lmao #plus the rng of evolving some pokemon like whether you even get the special merchant to show up #to buy evolution items #they should make more pkmn side games man #i love the rescue team remake and technically the legends series is a side game #but i crave pokemon being used in different mechanics #new ranger game when...#you could easily make a ranger game using gyro controls #like okami hd port does with the joycon controls #it'd be fun!#or just use the joystick to do circles #or in handheld the touch screen #possibilities.#HIRE ME #hades.txt

Over the last decade I tried to cultivate my tastes to finer food - nothing too fancy, just trying to stay away from overly processed food and fast food chains.

But y‘all…

I am CRAVING canned tamales. I know it’s a crime against Mexican cuisine but it’s up there with pop tarts and instant ramen for me. I decided to see if I could buy some here and I didn’t see any in the supermarket so checked online.

The cheapest I found was 1 can for 12.50€… or I could buy 12 for 150.00€.

And I am ashamed to say that for a good few seconds, I actually considered shelling out the money 🙈🙈🙈
