warnings: mentions of ticks, deworming, ringworm, fleas, mild swearing, unedited. could be read as platonic or romantic.

characters: raphael, leonardo, donatello, michelangelo.

writers note: cats, my all time favorite menace. I actually have one— well, that felon is my sisters, but I take care of her like she’s my damn cat. (sigh, I miss my cat 😔)

*◌ೃ࿔ ┆RAPHAEL.

✶ raphael, the one who adores animals of all creatures. although, some of them don’t even like him half the time. most likely do to fear, or simply he’s not their kind of guy. raph is quite the scary and intimidating guy, yet he’s a major softy inside that scary shell. so, the first thing he does is try to smother the kitten, okay not too literally. however, in a more mature manner, he does try to help you with the kitten, especially if you just got it.

✶ raph will help you bathe the kitten if you find it off the streets. he highly recommends you to take it to the vet to see if it has any major issues, and he’ll definitely help you find the siblings and mother, that’s only if it’s not abandoned.

✶ he's really gentle with the kitten, especially knowing his size and strength. the kitten is smaller than his damn hands. he loves animals, he thinks he’s some kind of animal whisperer, snow white headass. let’s not forget to de-flea it, he will not help you pluck you out the ticks. he’s afraid of doing something wrong and the bug's head getting stuck inside the poor animal's skin.

✶ he’s fine with helping you remove the flea’s from its fur and putting medicine on it, but he will never pluck goddamn ticks from it. he does not fuck with them. and knowing that they also suck on anything that has blood? he’s good, he’ll have nightmares though.

*◌ೃ࿔ ┆LEONARDO.

✶ leonardo thinks kittens are cute. but he’ll only like them if they feel the same way about him. he’ll most likely back off if he sees or hears a cat hissing. he does not fuck with grumpy ass felines, sure they’re cute, but he does not care. leo likes kittens and he would like to have one, yet he can’t, because all the kittens and cats that he and brother brought home all tried to have their dad as their meal. which, of course, got them gradually kicked out of the sewers.

✶ leonardo definitely tries to help you with your animal, especially if it’s a stray. he’s had his fair shares of beef with stray animals and he’s won every single battle. (no he didn’t, he ran away.) he highly recommends you to get the animal checked for any worms and other issues that it may have. not only that, he’s cautions and he doesn’t want you nor himself catching ringworm.

✶ he probably steals cat food for you, since he can’t be seen by humans and all that junk. but if you’ve bought the kitten from someone, he’s definitely smothering the kitten. he’ll think of it as his child, the single child that he’s always wanted. leo likes animals, to a certain extent, and he’s aware of the responsibility of taking care of an animal, especially a kitten.

✶ leo is more than willing to help you out with it, just ring him up and he’s there in a flash, literally. leonardo thinks that cats are cute and fluffy. he likes their purring and how they swipe toys around with their paws.

✶ honestly, I see donatello as a cat person. he likes their independence and quietness. although he’s aware of how loud they can get and would literally knock just about anything off your desk. but other than that, he likes cats. when he heard that you had just gotten a kitten. he wants to immediately know if that kitten is healthy and to see a vet if it’s a stray. it isn’t surprising that he’s awfully gentle with said kitten.

✶ he’s there with you when you’re picking it up and he wants to hold it the moment you get it, because he said so. this guy absolutely loves cats, he thinks they’re cutest shits on the planet.

✶ he tells you which brand of food is good for the kitten and what litter you should use and what type of litter box you should also get for it.. which some of them are quite expensive. not too worry, he’ll find a way to get you those nice things for your little kitten who will grow up to be spoiled.

✶ he gets toys for the kitten and would love it if the kitten laid on his lap as he pets it. the only thing he doesn’t like is shedding, he doesn’t like things sticking to his clothes that he decides to wear during that day.

✶ he’s also someone who loves animals. he watches enough videos about animals and non-domesticated cats, which he does not like watching all the time, for good reasons too. he literally would help you take care of it, because he wants to and he likes to spend time with the little kitten. he doesn’t care where you gotten it from he just thinks it’s cute to watch over, especially since it’s small and playful.

✶ he’s definitely been scratched and bitten by it. he forgave it because it’s just a baby and they almost always acted out during those ages. if it’s a baby where it still needs a bottle and it’s been abandoned or the mother isn’t around anymore, he’ll take care of it for you if you can’t do it on those days when you’re busy.

✶ he doesn’t really care too much about the shedding that cats do, he keeps those sticky rollers around to take off the fur before he returns home from spending time with you and the kitten.

✶ this guy squealed when he saw the kitten laying on its bed. his first instinct was to hold it. mikey loves animals, so whatever you bring home, he’s the first one, other than his brother raph to hold it and pet it, because he said so. he also adopted it along with you and helps you with feeding and treatments, that’s only if the little one has any, and bought it treats and whatnot.

end - I finally did it. I’ve finally finished this. this has been sitting in the drafts for, not too long, I think. but I’m just glad to have this done, but I’m sorry you had to wait a while for me to finish this. it’s 5:23am so ima try to go to sleep, gm everyone.

july 2021: artfight happens, i do two attacks and then just stop drawing ANYTHING. i started sewing again briefly which was the second crafty hobby i had before drawing (first was origami!), so that eats up my time. if i remember i want to edit this when i’m home and add a picture from my old phone of me sitting on my bed with my cats, sewing a “sock creature” (PLEASE please if you have the time look up john murphy’s sock creatures, his first book was so formative to me)

august 21: i start working at spirit halloween!!

september 21: i become close friends with this guy Vincent, we had known of each other for a while and were mutual fans of each other’s art but here we start talking on a daily basis!!!

october 21: obviously The Big One for a spirit employee, it was halloween all month baby! i had three costumes (the third was Raph from tmnt but i don’t have a pic 😿)

(side note i LOVE the turtles, the reason i got that black wig in the goth cat costume was to cosplay casey jones from tmnt2012)

november 21: by the nature of spirit halloween i am now unemployed. i try hbwr seeds for the first time which to answer the original question is most likely what i smoked to make this blog inactive

december 21: I BREAK UP WITH MY EX!!!! i found his secret pr0$h!p twitter on christmas eve so i timed pretty much the exact midpoint between christmas and new years and broke it off then

january 22: i reorganize my life!! i get a new bed frame and other furniture for my room to celebrate my fresh start. i find a very rudimentary children’s sewing machine at goodwill and get fully back into making sock creatures!!!! plus i hack a 3ds, but i know we’re all doing that

february 22: this is where i really do just become burned out for a bit, i do JACK SQUAT except make a G2 Tier Maker:

march 22: i start taking job hunting seriously… ALSO me and Vinnie who i mentioned back in september keep talking and keep growing closer; i send him a playlist of songs that make me think of our ponysonas and for the first time it becomes really clear to each of us how much we like one another 💥 the playlist in question:

april 22: i turn 24! i also start working at taco bell. i also stop working at taco bell. i watch a good chunk of pac man and the ghostly adventures

may 22: probably my favorite month of the year thus far! i journal every day, go to the park, work hard around the house and in general do what feels gratifying to me!

june 22: i go to a pride event in my city and run into a girl who i bought a teddy bear purse from at spirit! she mentions applying at the McAlister’s that’s opening next month and i follow suit; it goes poifectly and my training starts at the beginning of…

july 22: DELI TIME! i’m trained to work prep which means folding up all the meat that gets used for sandwiches, plus slicing n dicing various produce. Vincent and I are like 💓official💓 at this point or whatever….. :)

august 22: i adjust to life behind the industrial-grade rotary slicer. i get back DEEP into webkinz. Vincent and i meet up for the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

september 22: loooots more boyfriend time 🎉 but also i go back to school 👎

now: well damn! i’m in a little bit of a rut in full honesty; i only have so much energy in a given day and i spend most of it on work and school. i am so grateful for everyone who has shown me patience, and i want to prove that it wasn’t “wasted” on me in any way. i still have a lot of personal work to do before i can post on a reliable schedule again

What musicals the 2012 cast would love most

This was in part inspired by @fabuloustrash05 ‘s post about her Renet headcanons, where she mentioned that Renet likes historical musicals. You can find it here.

Anyway, since I am a theatre performer myself, I decided to associate some musicals with the rest of the TMNT cast. Enjoy ^^

If you were to ask him, he’d claim his favorite is Singin’ in the Rain (which I’ve been in btw). It’s funny and a total blast to watch (though ... the movie is better than the stage show). But in reality, his favorite is Bonnie and Clyde. You cannot convince me otherwise.

Raphael

Like Leo, he also doesn’t tell the truth about his favorite musical. He claims his favorite is Phantom of the Opera. An easy choice, and everyone believes him because it’s just as dramatic as he is lmao. But his favorite is West Side Story. I mean, c’mon, it has gangs, violence, and at its core has a mushy love story. He will not admit he likes it as much as he does.

He seems like a Disney fan. You’d think I would’ve chosen Beauty and the Beast, but nah. The Little Mermaid fits him better (I’ve also been in this show). He’s so insecure about not being human, and he’s also from a big family with an overprotective father, so I think he’d relate to Ariel a lot. Plus she’s a redhead so there’s that lol. Maybe a bit on the nose, but I don’t care.

Michelangelo

Yeah, he’s a Cats fan. I think he’d love how artistic and chaotic it is. His brothers probably hate it, which only makes him like it more lmao. He hated the movie.

Like Leo and Raph, she also lies about her fav musical. She says it’s Little Shop of Horrors, and she does like it. The Dentist song cracks her up. But her favorite is Anastasia because it hits close to home. See lyrics above. She also lost her real family at a young age, and didn’t know the truth until she was 16. (Also, Anya is my dream role. I got to see the show on tour!)

Shinigami

It’s my headcanon that Mona loves movies once Raph introduces her to them, so I think she’d like movie musicals more than stage musicals. Her favorite is Mulan. As a soldier herself, she respects how the film takes war seriously while still having uplifting and even funny moments throughout.

Jekyll and Hyde is a musical about murder, the duality of man, and tragic romance, all things that appeal to Lotus Blossom, an assassin with difficult experiences in romance. (Jekyll and Hyde was my favorite musical back when I first got into TMNT, too! Still is a favorite.)

One of my favorite things to think about is how the turtles show affection. I did one for each pair because I like to think about how they interact with each other. They put their foreheads together when they're bein serious, even if they keep their eyes closed (mostly out of habit because Donnie doesn't like the eye-contact during these moments).

Donnie's the least touch-affectionate, but he also has a habit of asking for touch by just. Headbutting his brothers or laying his head on their shoulders or heads. And once he asks he likes to be SMOTHERED which Leo is always glad to do.

Mikey's the most touchy, he touches and grabs and sprawls on everybody. He tries not to do it so much to Donnie so he'll keep it to small touches like nose boops and cheek smooshes.

Leo tries not to be touchy but honestly he loves to snuggle. If his brothers are nearby he wanna tuch. He also touches the tops of their heads as one of his compulsions, which kinda reinforces the fact that they're there for him.

Raph, usually not the one to initiate. Usually he's more like a cat where as long as he's in the same room as you he's happy, but he doesn't mind when his brothers do get touchy. Including Mikey, who has a habit of crawling all over him because he's so dang solid.

I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I NEEDED TO SAY THIS BUT APPARENTLY I DO?? This is all PLATONIC AFFECTION. They are brOTHERS. Family. And I'd really love for platonic physical affection to be more normal :'D

So I might have made Rottmnt headcanons... 10 to be exact... But this is only part one...

Some of them are based on funny ideas, others off real events with me and my own family. Each is labeled on who the headcanon is for, so if you are looking for specific ones for just Leo, It's there. Shared Hobby (Mikey and Donnie) Mikey and Donnie both like photography and have made it a contest to see who can take the best photos. Leo, Raph, and April are the judges. Donnie likes it because of the cameras themselves. He collects them like pokemon cards and has an entire wall just for all the different kinds. His favorite has to be filmed just because he likes the process of how they are made. Mikey likes it for the actual picture-taking. He always goes to Donnie to ask him which Camera he should use and what settings for specific areas he wants to take photos of. Donnie helps him out. They might compete but they won't say no to helping the other out.

Walking around stim (Leo) When Leo is reading his comics and something crazy happens that just gives serotonin to his brain. He will get up randomly and walks around his room or around the lair, before walking all the way back and reading again. He usually does it out of habit and has no idea he does it until he realizes he is on the other side of the lair or when he is on his way back to where his comic is. Mainly because he was distracted by thinking. He mainly does it when he is alone so it's very strange to see him walking around. He once walked into Raphs room who was getting ready for bed randomly, and When Leo realized, they just stared at each other and said Hi, then Leo ran out feeling embarrassed he got caught doing his stim walks. The only person who knows of his walks is Donnie since he sees it on his secret cameras.

Mayhem babysitting (Raph and Donnie) After April got Mayhem. Raph has been getting dog and cat toys for them. Anytime they are at a store, Raph will stop by the pet area really fast and buy something random from there. Leo and Mikey have to pull him from there to make sure he does not get anything. But Mikey will fail and give in, buying something as well with Raph. Donnie has cat and dog toys all over his room, not his lab, his room. Because he babysits Mayhem. Some of them he made himself, others are because Raph lays them everywhere and he just steals a few for Mayhem.

Bugs (Mikey and Raph) Mikey hates bugs, mainly stink bugs. He screams and runs out of the room as soon as he sees them. Leo, Donnie, April, and Splinter have to kill the bug to calm him down, and even after that, he will keep an eye out for more. Raph does not deal with the bugs, he's not scared of them unless they get too close to him. But if away from him, he will make fun of Mikey for his fear. It’s kind of funny because he will be laughing at Mikey’s suffering, then get scared when it flies near him.

Facts fights (Leo and Donnie) Donnie and Leo get into fights about facts all the time. They will say something, thinking it's true, with the other saying no, then they will fight over it until one of them looks it up. Whoever was wrong about what they thought was the fact, will be upset for the rest of the day, while the other gets bragging rights. Though when fighting someone else about a fact, they will work together to put the person down. One after the other to list off everything and how they are right and why the person is wrong. In the end, they give each other an evil smirk. Knowing that they murdered with words. They both love to do it.

Humans finding the lair (Everyone... But somewhat Donnie?) You can't live in the sewers without some humans finding your lair once and a while. Especially in a city like New York. They have test Drills every month to practice if a human does find their lair, with Donnie locking his lab up and making it look like a normal wall, Mikey hiding the food in a safe fridge and pantry, and Raph and Leo hiding the weapons. After that, they hide and wait until the threat is gone. It has only happened a couple of times. And the police think that it's probably a gang of kids' hideout (they are not wrong-) and just check on it once and a while. Donnie has set up traps throughout the sewers to keep most humans away. But sometimes they get through, and the traps do signal to Donnie and when they see it, they start getting ready for a "visitor." The worst time this happened was when all of them were outside of the lair. You would think it would be great. Except they didn't hide their stuff, so when they got back. It turns out the police took it. They had to go shopping and steal back Donnie's tech then, and Donnie set up that crazy door for his lab.

hi guys im bringing you my 2012 angst headcanons for the boys because they're silly

on the topic of ANGER:

donnie's anger is very loud, but not like- in the raph way loud. more like "i'm gonna lose my fucking shit" loud. he probably laughs like a fucking maniac when he's pushed over the edge angry. probably screams a lot and doesn't take a single break from screaming. like, take every pent up anxious thought this man has ever had and channel it into this anger. bro is a mess. he probably cries after every anger meltdown he has.

okay okay leo. leo's anger is a lot quieter. he probably funnels all his depression into his anger when he's like, honest to god, genuinely angry. the most you'll probably get out of him 90% of the time is irritation or disappointment. but when he is mad, lord have mercy on your soul. he probably goes to his room to brood after his little anger tantrums and then apologizes later.

everyone knows raph's anger. big loud and scary. he yells a lot of insults and shit. very very very VERY defensive when he's mad. can and will beat the shit out of you and won't feel bad about it unless you're someone he genuinely gives a shit about. after he's done screaming whatever he's mad about, he'll stomp off and listen to music or something. the most he'll do is text you an "im sorry" and then not talk to you for a good few hours.

let's talk about mikey. oh my god, mikey. this man is IMPOSSIBLE to get mad. you CANNOT piss him off. HOWEVER, WHEN YOU DO? bro. you're FUCKED. oh my GOD you are fucked. mikey's anger is COLD. not like, his fake, borderline irritation anger. no, not that. @turrondeluxe has been getting a lot of asks about mikey having anger issues and i SO SO SO agree. the worst part is, he won't say a FUCKING WORD to you, if he's angry. like, if he's fighting you, he will not speak. he can be quiet when he needs to be. and oh my god this man terrifies me. let him go apeshit plEASE. he'd go to his room and blast the most ear-bleeding death metal in existence until he's pushed all of the bad emotions back into their little box in the back of his mind. (as for the aftermath, he'll probably act completely normal the next day, after he's done bottling it all up again.)

- mikey actually loves reading. he's dyslexic and can't read, but he loves forcing his brothers to read to him. (they secretly love reading to him)

- he probably struggled with an eating disorder of some kind at some point. probably almost killed him too

- also on top of the eating disorder: probably why he’s so much shorter than his bros (bad genes combined with not eating enough [or eating too much to the point of throwing up])

- 100% a metalhead. (i also think he listens to like, green day and nirvana. probably a huge gorillaz guy too. he just listens to whatever)

- master of manipulation. he might not be able to do math but he can crack your brain open like a walnut and pick you apart.

- has a lot of weird not-directly-suicidal thoughts about something happening to him. like "what if that train just hit me and i died" type shit.

- he keeps cat food on his belt so he can feed stray cats in alleyways :3

- after getting over his ED with the help of raph, leo, and donnie, he begins to treat his body a little kinder. he trains with raph in the morning, and slowly gets his booyah back!

raph:

- he only talks to mikey. he plays up the whole "mehmehmeh i hate mikey he's annoying" in front of leo and donnie but the moment they're alone they are best friends. mikey listens. he listens and he understands and he doesnt get mad at raph and raph loves him so much for that.

- his banter with leo is just petty. it's his second favorite way to blow off steam.

- his first favorite way is to punch old reliable (the punching bag)

- second best cook in the entire household

- he gossips with casey about people at casey's highschool.

- speaking of casey, he likes to spar with casey a lot. not train like he does with his brothers

- doesn’t have a favorite brother. loves them all equally.

- got over his weird crush on april after realizing that it was probably just him wanting to feel normal. they’re besties now though

finished the first season of 2013 tmnt (as someone who’s only seen Rise) and I would like to share my thoughts (in the form of a list bc i suck at organizing my thoughts otherwise)

Humor: The show’s jokes def land less often than Rise, at least for me, but I can still appreciate the humor and a lot of jokes DO work (even tho I already saw the submarine scene as a clip before I started watching the actual show, the punchline still got me).

Animation: Obviously not as pretty and some of the models (cough - April - cough) weird me out but the turtle bros look super cute and everything still looks nice

Plot: I do enjoy how plot-focused 2012 is most of the time. Like Rise’s foreshadowing is UNPARALLELED but 2012 def has a much more focused narrative

Characters:

April: She’s like. Fine. She has some pretty funny lines and I was cheering for her when she went after Splinter during the finale but she just isn’t as fun as April in Rise (in my opinion). From what I’ve heard she gets way worse in later seasons but for now she’s perfectly decent. She looks super weird tho like what is she wearing, why is it literally skintight, and why is her mouth so tiny

Raph: LOVE HIM. ADORE HIM. HES SO MEAN AND SILLY. He’s also the most reasonable turtle on the team like I can’t tell u how many times I yelled smth at the screen and Raph said the same exact thing right after. Short angry boi my beloved (I do wish he was slightly less mean to Mikey but they’re ALL disproportionately mean to Mikey so I think I need to take that up with whatever writer had a vendetta against orange boy)

Mikey: SPEAKING OF ORANGE BOI. He’s very silly I like him a lot. ngl sometimes he deserves the bullying but the show DEFINITELY did him dirty. Wish he got to be actually competent more often. Pretty sure there’s nothing going on in his head and I love him for that

Leo: he is such a NERD I love it. What a dork. Raph is correct for bullying him he’s very bullyable (affectionate). Wish his mask didn’t look exactly like Donnie’s in most lighting but eh what can u do. Also MY GUY. CAN WE TALK ABOUT YOUR SAVIOR COMPLEX. GET THIS BOY A THERAPIST. (Side note but the tv show he watches is literally the funniest part of 2012 every time it shows up I know there’s about to be a hilarious joke)

Donnie: I wanted to love him. I did. But I underestimated how much of his character would be just… him being a simp. NOT THAT I DISLIKE HIM I DONT. He’s very funny and has a nerd voice and MUCH autistic swag but like. DANG so much of the stuff with him pining after April is straight up uncomfortable

Splinter: HISSSS HISSSSSS HISSSS. RISE SPLINTER WOULD NEVER. CRUSTY OLD MAN WITH HIS GROSS STRAGGLY BEAR I WANT TO SIC A GIANT CAT ON HIM. HE GIVES RATS A BAD NAME. EVERY TIME HE’S ONSCREEN I AM FILLED WITH IMMEASURABLE RAGE. STOP BEATING UP YOUR SONS FOR NO REASON CHALLENGE - IMPOSSIBLE. HE’S SO MEAN TO THE TURTLES AND SHOWS SUCH BLATANT FAVORITISM TO APRIL I WANT TO BITE HIM AND SHAKE HIM LIKE A CHEW TOY. the flower pattern on his robes is cute tho

Karai: She’s pretty cool ngl. I enjoy her she’s the most interesting thing about the foot clan/shredder. Wish Leo wasn’t constantly trying to get with her (especially with the whole… Sister thing). Her makeup’s nice and her armor’s cool. She’s so mean for no reason and I love her for that. Rip gram-gram but 2012 Karai is a lot more fun

Krang: uhhhh they’re fine I guess. Nowhere near as intimidating as in Rise but ig that’s to be expected. Their speech patterns are pretty annoying but sometimes the jokes with them are really funny so I don’t mind too much. Krang prime was a disappointment tho ngl. It looked like a mix between the aliens from Home (the animated movie) and the villain from Sharkboy and Lava Girl. 2012 has managed to make some pretty intimidating characters (Leatherhead and Shredder for example) but Krang Prime was kinda stupid lol. That might just be a problem with this season tho I guess I’ll see

Shredder: ngl I don’t give a single crap about this guy. He’s just… an old man. A dude. The scariest part about him (other than his design which quite honestly DOES kick ass) is that he’s an incel. He’s a jerk and intimidating but other than that not super interesting.

Baxter Stockman: Look idc if he’s not important he’s important in my heart. He’s a loser with extremely petty motivations and I love him and his stupid little sweater vest. Rise definitely managed to capture that same petty energy with Stockboy but I think Stockman kinda wins out bc we have more time with him than with Stockboy. Stupid man <3

Ok and that’s pretty much the main stuff so here’s some minor nitpicks/thoughts:

Sorry Rise but the 2012 theme song SLAPS I listen to it EVERY time

Hate how the turtles’ skill levels are super inconsistent from episode to episode depending on what lesson the show wants them to learn

DONNIE WHAT IS YOUR STAFF MADE OUT OF????? WHY DOES IT SNAP SO OFTEN THERE’S NO WAY THAT THING IS MADE OF A HARD WOOD LIKE A BO STAFF IS SUPPOSED TO. I swear splinter’s setting him up for failure

Can’t speak too much on the combat bc I know essentially nothing about martial arts but I do miss the creativity of Rise’s fight scenes. It really does feel like the turtles use the same moves in every fight in 2012

Thank you for your ask Zack! =D Really picking some questions I didn't expect! /pos No. 1: How many words have you written this year?

I couldn't find some of the one-shot files so I did this only for "NEON", (sorry), but in total those are currently 98.481 words??? After this fic being on hiatus for more than two years I started to write and publish again in July, so all those words are from half a year wefawefawfwae

No. 2: How many works did you publish this year?

Again, I only started updating and publishing fics around July 2022. Including "NEON" I only published two more one-shots. I also helped out with some of my friends' works but I wouldn't count those. Next year I really want to write a wider array of fics, tackling different characters, tropes and topics.

No. 17: Your favorite character to write this year?

Well, that one is easy: Rottmnt Leo! aeawegawegw And a lot of AU variations of the poor guy. Like besides my own "Stray-Cat Gremlin" version, I really love the idea of Prime!Leo and Old Man!Leo! Soon I'm going to try new perspectives though, I have plans for a Donnie and a Raph POV section respectively so maybe next year I might have a different answer to that question :,D Again, thanks for the asks! The boys if they chose a small animal as their pet if they can't get a dog nor cat:

Leo would get two fancy parakeets as his pets. He isn't a big fan of four legged fuzzy critters like his other brothers do. He would give the birds japanese names which are Sake and Bao. They eventually would learn to speak, but then Raph and Mikey would try to teach them to swear and it would make Leo furious if the birds do learn to say "bitch" or "Pussy lips". He would always feed his birds every day even before patrol treating them with respect.

For Donnie Boi here, I'd say he'd get a hamster as his small pet. Obviously he would name it Stephen named after the late Stephen Hawking. Not only he would take great care of the little creature, but he would also use it for mazes and obstacle course as his experiments testing its intellegence. He would always calculate the calories of the hamster food, and feed it the right amount of meals and treats to keep it healthy and in good shape. When the elecricity goes out, he would have the little guy run on its wheel to temporarily reactivate the lights so it would give Donnie time to fix it.

Raph would definitely get a chinchilla. He would name it Rocky after his favorite Sylvester Stallone franchise. He would love the little critter and treat it like his own child. He would give it veggies and fruits to eat instead of the usual hay pet stores would sell. He would also give it chinchilla treats and have it sit on his head or shoulder from time to time as he walks around the lair or eats pizza. Giving it a dust bath makes him smile and he would laugh whenever it digs or rolls around in it. Mikey would try to hold or pet it but it would bite him making Raph laugh. Despite its small size, Raph would always think its like a mini version of a kangaroo since it can jump pretty high.

Mikey Pie. For his pet, it was either between a guinea pig or a ferret. So In my opinion, he would get a Ferret and name it Slinky. Mikey wouldn't understand the rules of taking care of a ferret or any small animal so he would give it pepperoni to eat behind his brothers backs since Donnie would keep warning him giving any animal the wrong foods would get them sick. And turns out, Donnie would be right and he would nurse the little critter back to health when it's sick. Mikey would feel awful about it, but once after the ferret is better, that is when he would start playing with it. Having fun with a ferret is fun for him and playing dress up with it. Making it dance to the music always make him chuckle with glee since a ferret's spine is very twisty and lanky, he can make it do silly dance moves. He would even play video games and watch movies with it. At least Mikey wouldn't be as lonely when he has a small pet by his side.

Since I have another blog for warrior cats I can post other stuff from my childhood so have some turtles!

I've seen a few people drawing their own interpretations of the TMNT and I wanted to try my hand at it~ I think Raph and Donnie are my favorite but I love them all and I'm very proud of them! I have another version with them in other accessories too, I am going to put them under a read more so it dosen't take up a bunch of space. Also if you guys maybe gave questions about them or something I'd be happy to answer them 👀

I got inspiration from ROTTMNT and the proportions of the 2012 series! I love the idea of turtle being different species (found family, my jam~) and the idea that they were specifically mutated instead it being incidental.

Donatello is a spiny softshell turtle, he has a battle shell but I didn't feel like drawing it. He is also the oldest sibling and I imagine him fighting with a technically enhanced naginata. (A naginata is a pole weapon with a long, curved blade at the end)

Michaelangelo is a brahminy river turtle, he's the middle sibling and dual wields tessen. I like his "outfit" and accessories the most, I think it fits him the most

Leonardo is a red-eared slider, cause I loved his rise iteration, and I imagine he is just...loaded with knives, just so many knives on this boy. He is the second youngest.

Raphael is a razor backed musk turtle, which are hilariously small, he is the youngest sibling and fights with either dual hook swords or a kanabo. (which is a big, spiked bat essentially)

🐢🥀TMNT: Aliyah Rose EVOLUTION 🥀🐢

Okay, remember when I said that I would make a Evolution of my OC through the years of the TMNT Franchise? Well, after months of not publishing any content (i was only doing reblogs, just that because I was so busy at college) I finally did it! And yeah, these fives Aliyahs all look the same (And probably look like I did an Outfit Tag) each of them hace different personalities.

Let me explain a little bit, ¿Shall We?

-TMNT 1987: In the 1987 mini series, Aliyah is introduced as a young waitress working at a small dinner, she nice and shy. her role was like “Damsel in Distress” type when she was in danger and she has no clue how to protect herself. And even though she got scared at turtles at first time she saw them, she becomes friends with them.

-TMNT 2003: In the 2003 series, Aliyah is a stubborn girl and ninja expert after witnessing that her adoptive mother’s death, she vows to bring justice, find a way to end the Foot Clan. She very Independent and prefers to work alone, she think that the turtles are “sticking their noses where it doesn’t belong” but stared to befriends with them and stared to find peace within along with Splinter. (She’s like Raphael, they may have been bffs in this dimension)

TMNT 2012: In the 2012 series, Aliyah is a teen who goes to the same school where April and Casey go, she hangs out along with April too much but then she notices at a small change in New York, she decides to make stand for herself and protect her sister and mother. She’s really badass but also a prankster and intelligent, she likes watch Space Heroes with Leo when she’s bored and loves to eat pizza with the turtles, April, Casey and Splinter because they are her new family. [I love this series so much! It’s my favorite]

TMNT 2014/16 (BAYVERSE): You know this one guys! The Independent and Swell waitress/librarian girl at day but a ninja vigilante at night. She a Tomboy who doesn’t like wearing a dress/skirt and likes to train, she had a normal life until she was almost attacked by two pervs who tried take advantage of her and manage to defend herself using an extraordinary ability to sense imminent danger (Like a Spider Sense). She meets Leo when she saw him chasing a foot soldier who tried to take her as a hostage but it didn’t work. She promises to help him and his brothers to take down the Shredder. Annnd that my children, is how the Love Story between the Leader in Blue and the Devilish Angel begin. [I love Bayverse!Leo, he’s SO HANDSOME!! 💙]

Tmnt 2018 (RISE!): Well I’m gonna be honest, I don’t know too much about the RISE! but I only can say that this Aliyah is more like a girly teen who got bitten by a Oozesquitoe that turned her into a mutant (Half Human/Half Balinese Cat), with the fear of people think might see her as a Freak, she hide in the shadows so no one can see her. But when she meets the turtles, she stared to regain her confidence and began to train along with them and April for self defense. She’s likes kawaii stuff and is really she likes to do dancing with April. (Also, Rise! Aliyah thinks that Raph is really adorable because of his sweetness, thinks that Leo is SUUUUPEEEER annoying and it irritates when he tries to flirt her)

94. What’s something you like about your body? Each of the boys, and Cat, please--if that's not too much for one ask.

Leo: I would have to say, I've always liked my own smile. It seems odd but I feel that having a nice smile, has opened may doors over the years and has helped to put others at ease. I suppose I also like my thighs. Years of working out and scaling buildings definitely did wonders for my brothers and I during our formidable years.

Raph: It’s a pretty easy guess for me, I’ve always been pretty proud of my arms. The work and effort I put into training is pretty much constantly on display, regardless if I’m wearing a jacked or not. I like to be able to show my dedication to my job and the years spent protecting Earth. Another thing I would have to say is my voice. I’ve been told more than once, I’ve got a panty droppin tone when I’m talking to someone who’s caught my interest, gorgeous.

(Leo groans, Donnie pinches the bridge of his nose, while Mikey chuckles at the exchange, and Cat turns red in embarrassment “Daaaaad, seriously?! Keep it in your pants when we have guests!” Raph shrugged nonchalant, “What? She’s hot and asking about our business anyways, might as well lay some cards out on the table.”)

Donnie: Clearing his throat, I’ve always liked my eyes, I believe they are a nice shade of molten gold and flecks of bright forest green. Otherwise I’d have to say my hands. I have taken the time to learn multiple crafts and techniques. Those fine motor movements are recorded here, and I’m able to make things no one else can imagine with them. I also like that I can reach things off the top shelf without needing a step stool.

Mikey: My favorite thing about myself is of course my dazzling personality. After we managed to restart some parts of the world I actually received several degrees in counseling. I wanted to be able to help those who didn’t know where else to turn. The degrees gave me the ability to reach others in ways that hadn’t been tried before. Being personable has made it significantly easier to reach through the walls of those who were severe effected, or are having trouble. As for a physical trait. Probably my ass. You can bounce a quarter of it. I can actually twerk if you want to see?

Mikey was tackled by Leo as he started to stand and show their guest how well he could infact bounce his ass. “Please ignore him.” Leo smiled reassuringly, as he covered Mikey’s mouth with a hand. “He sometimes doesn’t realize when to stop…”

Cat: I’ve always liked my ability to watch and listen. Its sometimes crucial to try and determine what isn’t being said, or how something works before engaging. As for physical traits, I guess I’ve always liked how toned I am. Living with these guys for the majority of two decades requires a lot of physical activity and training. It definitely pays off though. I’ve never had to worry about body image or not feeling like I’m enough. I’m generally pretty happy with myself overall.

I appreciate that he’s a more consent-friendly version of Christian Gray and I like the “defrosting ice king” trope. But I would much rather be using the riding crop on him than vice versa. >:)

Jamie is kind of a weird match in that I LOVE his storyline but also the flirting is pretty weak?? Like, I literally would have had to pay gems for the first “date”. I’m not feeling much of a sexual connection here, but I’m all aboard the hacker kidnapping storyline.

He’s rough around the edges but the character growth is pretty spectacular. Gotta save my boo from death row.

Never thought I’d be into a jock frat boy but here we are. I like how I snarked at him constantly for a week and he still fell for me. Ghosting us after we call him out on his daddy issues is pretty weak tho.

Okay she isn’t the greatest person or partner but cute gamer gf?? Yes please. And she can cook and bench press me too! *swoon* Also Fiction needs to be real asap.

Sage was one of my first matches and was my favorite for a while. Who doesn’t want a hot goth gf? But then she PUNCTURED MY LIP (does that even heal??) and almost ate me and I’m just not about that. Hopefully she can go give Baba Yaga a talking to and get that curse removed.

So making us commit a crime and then ditching us on the first date wasn’t cool, and I’m not much for a “rebel without a cause,” but then Skylar hit me with his tragic backstory and, well, I’m weak y’all. Also he’s so smart and snarky and sexy and I want him to achieve his dreams.

Look I’m still pissed at Eve for ditching us in Ibiza. But also I would absolutely drop everything to follow a hot girl to Japan.

I was never really into the whole dating a vampire thing but William just does it for me. I think it’s the hair and the old timey fashion. And he told off his mom for me, which is more than I can say about SOME of these matches.

Hugo is lowkey a garbage human who absolutely emotionally cheated on his long-term fiance with us. So why do I love him so much?? Idk, could be my trash taste in men, could be my love of geeks, could be the delicious drama of his plotline. Hugo pls come back from ur convo with ur fiance and d*ck us down already.

Kayla/Jasmin is objectively the most badass match in Lovelink. She’s hot, ambitious, and didn’t ghost me for a dumb reason. She can kill it in heels AND kill actual killers! Get you a girl who can do both!
