#I have perfected breakfast and lunch in the last three days.#let it be known #breakfast: carnation instant breakfast milk chocolate flavor with 1 cup of nonfat milk & 5 pieces turkey bacon #lunch: deli meat and ritz crackers with raw veggies and ranch and an apple with peanut butter #it's so good #and it's so filling #but it's also reasonably healthy and takes basically zero prep #yum #food
