#2am thots but: im literally so over the photo thinf #i just wanna do graphic design for a while like.#im so fucking TIRED of knowing that im good and then either having people get hired over me who are AWFUL and gimmicky to death #OR getting hired and then someone who’s better than me shows up to shoot for fucking free #which isnt my fault its the person who is sharing commercial use pics for free’s fault for being dumb and doing that but #thats the nature of this industry #and then i get embarassed to hell and back because the band posts the other persons photos instead and i get embarassed to death #that the label PAID ME and is probably so angry cause they couldve just not and gotten better pics free #there are so few situations where i’m working a job thats exciting AND i feel secure in #and its just not worth it #like its just too fucking competitive #my imposter syndrome and the pressure i put on myself is HORRIBLE #and like it makes me happier than anything else when its going well hut like #its fucking never going well anymore i am fully Too Soft For All Of It #literally the only time im happy when im taking pics for money anymore is taylor nights lmao #it does not spark joy anymore when you factor it all in it just doesn’t

#fionna and cake spoilers #what hits me a little is how similar fionna and simon's stories are in the case of finding nuance in their lives #when both have gone through their separate but still valid pain no matter the extent it had been #and its that they met each other they get to see how it compares and they're no less worth of the peace and fun they dreamed of #even in the form of simplicity and just being normal #“i wouldn't have met THE fionna and cake” “we wouldn't have met THE simon petrikov”#it hits me harder that after the dandelion scene would've been their last time seeing each other physically #and how assuring simon sounded when fionna didn't know what to do with the literal world in her hands #tho im sure prismo isnt that much of a rule jerk lol i still drew out the revelation anyway with this tiniest addition #also the fact fionna's world is influenced by simon's thought processes and conditions so now things are a little better for both of them #fionna the human #fionna campbell #simon petrikov #qiiarts #the lil flashback of #betty grof #fionna and cake #adventure time

i got my camera hacked now so it wont turn off after 30 minutes anymore. wahoo!

also the same hack makes the ui disappear so i dont have to have a weirdly cropped shot anymore. next knitting machine stream will be a little nicer hopefully.

i am waiting on an ethernet cable to get my stream pc set up properly tho. so we will see if i can squeeze in a stream or two before monday. i hope so. i wanna test this shit out.

#the stream pc is the one i filled w hot glue btw.#it has a very busted usb port #and it was easier to just fill it in with hot glue so the pins would stop bending around and shorting things out #than it would have been to properly remove the usb from the machine.#like i would have had to figure out how to fully fully disassemble the whole thing more or less #and its just not worth it #when a blob of hot glue got the job done just as well.
