What if Pop trolls were the only trolls to go grey, seeing as the other villages can actually channel negative emotions in a healthy fashion. What if the reason pop trolls had to start surpresing their grief, anger and sadness was because it would make them "bitter" tasting to the bergans so The Chef, at the time, would pluck these trolls from the tree like rotting fruit and dispose of them trying to keep the other's from "rotting" as well. What if in the beginning of the trollstice tradition there was thousands of pop trolls in the tree but because of bergans greed and with so many trolls going grey in the start pop numbers dwindled until it was just a measly couple hundred. What if being grey was seen as a immediate death sentence so the village would leave the troll alone and morn in silence until you were taken. What if...pop trolls forced themselves to be happy...no matter what...until they didn't really remember how to be anything else

local full time technician gets alot more than she bargained for, more at 8

some stuff for dragons in my flight rising lore! sirko runs a circus on the outskirts of hyrule, and pipimi unfortunately gets wrapped up in the places hijinks after being hired by them to be a full time technician.

more details under the cut!

like stated previously, sirko is the ringleader of a circus called "the sensational sunset circus", popular for its sunset aesthetic and plethora of attractions. pipimi was attracted to this job offer because she was looking for an excuse to get away and leave her old life behind. so, she applied, and the moment she arrived, she was adorned with compliments and attention. to her suprise, she was the only new hire theyve had in years. and the longer she stays, shes grows quite certain she knows exactly why.

(and yes, the tadc parallels are apparent .. oops 😭 my brain loves to unconsciously attach my hyperfixations to eachother)

all of the members of this circus are very different and have quite striking personalities. the current list of the living (excluding sirko and pipimi) is as follows :

mowbray - (he/him ; sibling and right hand man to sirko) a fairly lax individual most of the time. one of the few of them with a braincell. can usually tolerate most things but can very easily snap if you bother him enough. friends with pipimi solely because they both are somewhat smart enough to not go insane immediately.

holiday - (she/her ; makeup artist and costume designer) fairly laid back and super duper chill, and easily one of the sweeter members of the circus. she doesnt hesitate to bring others up in mood and try to help where she can.

she has a .. "special connection" with pipimi, letting her call her 'holly', and visiting her often. she says its just because of how often her clothes tear, but most of the other members speculate other .. interesting reasons.

jaxton - (he/him ; That asshole) probably the one guy who most likely wouldnt lay down his life for pipimi. he constantly bullies her, teasing her at every chance he gets.

when he isnt messing with her though, hes trying out new tricks to impress the locals and maybe scam some out of their money. hes tried countless times to help his fellow coworker iskam try and become better at her scam artistry, but iskam certainly isnt smart enough for his precious arts. what a shame.

iskam - (she/he/they ; "future seer" vendor) a particularly clueless individual, he enjoys trying his hardest to predict others futures, genuinely believing hes right when in reality, she just makes things up. the money is just a bonus to her endeavors. couldn't count to 100 if you asked.

on the plus side, they like the company of pipimi, mostly because she tries really hard not to hurt others feelings. pipimi knows iskam is wrong, but wont say it.

pakwan - (she/they ; resident dumpster fish) somehow more clueless than iskam, but still just as cheerful. she enjoys a melon snack more than anything in the world. well, not really. she enjoys pipimi's company more than anything else, and often accidentally splashes her with water with excitement when pip comes by.

she loves doing tricks, especially for pipimi. pipimi loves to listen to pakwan ramble about her day. in a sort of mutual peace of mind, kinda way.

mang - (he/it ; horrible little rat bastard thief) being small and cunning has its advantages, and mang uses them well. known to be the local thief of the circus, it takes every opportunity he can to sneak about and steal anything he can fit into his pockets. if you can get on his good side however, youll never lose another key again. because of this, it quite likes pipimi.

halimaw - (he/they ; the beast of the basement) dangerous and cunning. halimaw is sly with his words but bumbly and outrageous at the same time. large and un-anxious, he wont hesitate to bite your head off if you refuse to listen to him. gets what he wants, and when he doesnt, he takes by force. these are primarily reasons why he was locked down there. better safe than sorry.

saya - (she/her ; sister to holiday and ex-partner to halimaw) very reserved and almost acts as a mediator. she values her dance skills VERY seriously and considers dance the ultimate art, much to her sisters dismay. they dont fight about it however, and they are quite close.

anyway, thats it for now!

ill probably be talking about these 10 sometime in the future but for now have this !! i love thinking about them and they mean alot to me <3 circus freaks

I've been hyperfixed on johnny and peanuts relationship for months now (save me), do you have any headcanons for them perhaps? (Not romantic one per se but just general headcanons for their friendship)

JOHNNY VINCENT AND PEANUT ROMANO FRIENDSHIP HCS

Those two are soulmates, platonic, romantic, whatever. Doesn’t matter. Soulmates. They tell each other everything and are so close you might as well just sew them together. There is quite literally nothing in either boy’s life that the other does not know about. Nothing stays a secret for long, it either gets pried out (in Johnny’s case) or it slips out naturally (in Peanut’s case)

Johnny is the only person who calls Peanut Larry besides his mother. Although, Peanut would much prefer that it be the other way around and that Johnny be the ONLY person who called him Peanut, a special nickname, an in-joke

Their work stations in the auto shop are right next to each other, they always have been. Even since little Peanut was a freshman and Johnny was a Junior. Peanut has always been there, watching him work, handing him tools and lighting his cigarettes like a surgeon’s assistant. Peanut was there when his folks went to jail and when he was held back a year and when Lola cheated on him for the first time, and the next, and the next. He’s been a constant, a cornerstone of Johnny Vincent’s life for the duration of his teenage years.

They always go out into town for lunch, always sit at the same booth in the diner and always order the exact same thing. Peanut has been dying to try other stuff on the menu for years but he worries that’s if he breaks their routine Johnny wont even come to the diner with him anymore, let alone waste his lunch period. Poor kitty.

Johnny taught peanut how to do knife tricks with a ‘stunt’ knife that he’d found on the floor outside the boys dorm, it took Peanut a few tries to learn even just opening it without nicking himself on what was actually a thoroughly used, very real butterfly knife but in due time he got to be even better than Johnny, a fact that definitely did not make Johnny jealous whatsoever.

It was peanut that took Johnny to the hospital after the events of ‘fighting Johnny Vincent’. When he finally came to, he scooped Johnny up off of the ground, made sure he was breathing and then pedalled like hell to get him to the ER. He slept by Johnny’s side the whole night until he woke up and then refused to leave until Johnny let him go halfsies on the medical bill.

like i love him too! i really really do! but thats suspicious innit? like i know were thinking angel or husk (mostly husk imo) BUT. now we know that alastor also is bound to someone (its lilith. lets say it together. ITS LILITH. okey doke thank you.) aaand well theyre being really mysterious about it.

it would be very heartbreaking for the viewer AND lets face it charlie whom we now know kind of sees alastor as a father figure (??). so it would play with our feelings in many ways and would influence us a lot.

and if he dies - husk is free.

after seeing valshits and alastors chains on angel and husk theres major difference, als are way stronger and detailed, while angel could still just kinda ignore em yk? so i think angel dust will be able to free himself, husk on the other hand well nope.

you see where im going with this right? please dont make me say it. alright ill say it. vivzie loves har gays. i dont think she has it in her to kill angel OR husk off she just loves them too much, the viewers love them to much. but does she love alastor as much? lets assume that he has a deal with lilith and she sent him to protect charlie. what if SOMETHING (not disclosing) happens to charlie?
