Would you rather have your first kiss with Cody or Rex? Also I hope you have a great day ❤️☺️
Oh damnn this is a toughie. It's like asking me to pick between puppies and kittens. They're both so great in their own way-😭
Ok ok, let's give it a go
ramble under the cut
Now I would usually go for Rex, no questions asked I mean c'mon, he's Rex- However, if we're talking in the context of a first kiss...
I'm gonna have to go with Cody :0 betrayal
I know i know, I'm sorry, but I can explain! As a shy and insecure person by nature, I tend to stand back and let the more experienced people take the lead, y'know show me how things are done first, before I feel confident enough to do it myself. And I think Cody would be the best choice for that.
Rex would too, don't get me wrong. But he would probably be more prone to letting my nervousness rub off on him. It might make him feel like he isn't doing good enough, or that I wasn't enjoying it as much as him which wouldn't be true but anyway And, in that case, he could even need some reassurance of his own.
Cody, however. Cody is good and he knows it. He would have no problem taking charge, in fact I think he would thoroughly enjoy it maybe a little too much So it would be a win win for both of us. Also, Cody doesn't hold back, he'll go all in. He'd be the kind of guy to grab your ass while you guys are kissing, even if it is the first time, he doesn't give a fuck.
He's all or nothing and I like that.

there's a lot (a lot) to be said about clothing in utena, but there's always been something so striking to me in these scenes about the contrast between anthy who isn't wearing any at all, and akio who is wearing all of his (even if his shirt is unbuttoned or whatever.) it's similar in a way to the framing of episode 33, where instead of seeing a clothed akio with his naked victim, we just don't see him at all. because he's behind the camera, he's the narrator in a more direct and literal sense than in the rest of the show, in that episode. but crucially he is always the narrator, he is always controlling the framing, and it's no coincidence that in these scenes neither his face or much of his body is visible. the abuser demands vulnerability from his victims but never has to be vulnerable himself. never has to truly show himself, never has to take any blame or accountability.

In every lifetime, every iteration of this life or a new one, I hope I'm aromantic. I want to be reincarnated as an aro person. I want to be aro in the afterlife. I want to be aro in the grave.
Being aromantic feels like taking my first deep breath in the morning. It's comfort. It's ease. It's so intrinsically a part of who I am, that any me that wasn't would cease to hold any resemblance to who I am.
I want to be aro. I like being aro. In every single lifetime. 🌱☀️

Current fixation is Paul's jewelry. Specifically him giving you his jewelry to keep safe during a race.
oh. my. GOD. this is such a sweet idea, im crying. you're a genius anon. i'm also very much obsessed with his jewelry, but this idea…. 😭
as we know, he's got so many bracelets… and so many rings… usually, he goes through his routine of taking them all off a long time before the race, storing them in his little box in the team's truck. but one day, it has just slipped his mind and suddenly he's standing by the car, all ready to jump in, when he realizes that he's still wearing them all. it's far too late to go back to the truck now, so he gets nervous for a second – before he remembers that you're there.
a confused look grows on your face when he walks up to you in the garage – he's supposed to prepare for the race, what's he doing? – but then, he grabs one of your wrists, holding the hand up towards him and opening it. he starts sliding his rings down his fingers, placing them into the palm of your hand. then, he takes off his bracelets, one by one, which takes a lot of time as he's got about millions of those fan bracelets. when he's finally done, he folds your hand, wrapping both of his hands around it. he looks at you softly, and tells you: "keep them safe for me."
you nod, your frown morphing into a smile instantly. and lastly, when his hands let go of you, he reaches to the back of his neck, unclasping his necklaces and taking them off him – before reaching towards your neck, putting them on you. then he presses a quick peck to your temple, before hurrying off to his car again while being scolded by his engineer about not being in the car already.
