I visited the Museum of Osteology on the weekend after my 21st birthday. So far i’ve doodled only 6 out of the One Million Billion photos i took, but i hope to do more

my contour skills are lacking, but tbf I haven't done contour over a year and a half. it just feels so odd idk. There's something wrong and idk what.

these are all from different projects/events from my first semester of (my new) college, which i finished in december. the classes these are from are structural (layouts), film language (storyboarding), character design, and life drawing.

i'm resolving to start posting more work i consider "rough", unfinished, or "unrelated to my social media" because i realized i overly rely on social media for gratification, even while i'm actively distancing myself from it and i think this is part of the problem. and i like posting art! i feel bad that i havent regularly posted art in a long time. so here's my schoolwork that i'm sure will quickly get lost, but that's ok. i want to post for myself instead of trying to get retention.

i'm really proud of my work! i'm very excited to learn more and improve.

Finally finished this beauty!! Heard about black stinging nettles from the medusology (might’ve been the toxinology?) episode of Ologies by Alie Ward and HAD to draw these little emo babies. I also have like 5 jelly drawings on my list to get to, this one only took about 3 hours so i should get to them soon !! Thanks for all the support on my recent jelly pieces ! <3
