hmm I wonder . . . rhaps can Sausage understand Bubbles in vsau?? bc yes while that technically would be animalspeak, the only universe where it seems to extend outside of Bubbles is ESMP!2 and not like any others (as far as I can remember lol)

This morning I stepped out into the cool air, intending to walk a few feet into the trees to admiring the falling leaves. I got halfway there when a huge shape landed on the path in front of me. For a moment I thought it was our resident coyote because it was such a large animal. Then my vision adjusted to the dim light and I locked eyes with the biggest owl I’ve ever seen. He stood there on the path for almost a minute, watching me watch him. When he took flight it was completely silent. If I hadn’t been standing right in front of the trail, I never would have know he was there. People often relate owls to death. I once knew a woman who was afraid to see owls because she thought it was a death omen. To me this felt like a good sign, a heads up that big shifts are coming, that soon I might walk between worlds. Questioning

While visiting the misty marina today, we say a seal swimming. (The picture above is the marina from today but does not have the seal hidden somewhere. Rather than try to snap a photo, I instead stayed present and enjoyed the movement of the creature at that moment.) According to Ted Andrews in his book Animal Speak, “If a seal or sea lion has shown up as a totem, it is time to do some questioning. Are you getting out of balance? Has the imaginative faculty opened so much that you are not staying grounded? Are you listening to things and people that you shouldn’t? Are you not listening to that which you should? Are you listening to the inner voice?”

Now, sighting this animal is intriguing for 2 reasons. First, my main focus for this year is creating balance. Balance with activities, work, friendships, all that is outside myself, as well as within myself. Having a seal cross my path today was a great reminder to stay focused on the trajectory that I originally laid out for myself at the beginning of this year. Second interesting reason for seeing a seal is last weekend I watched a film called Innsæi. Innsæi discusses human connection through empathy and intuition. The seal asks us to ask ourselves if were are listening to our own inner voice. 

Becoming well grounded and creating balance in ones life allows for the mental space and physical awareness to listen to ones intuition, and begin looking at the world through the eyes of another. <--- This, is my now, refined focus of this year. Thank you again nature for marvelous reminder.

After returning home from the marina, I thought, what a perfect day it would be begin to planting my herb garden for this year. This year, rather than buy plants that were already grown, I decided I would start from the beginning and plant the seeds themselves.

This is my first time I can remember since I want to say sometime in grade school growing plants from seeds. The seeds I’ve chosen are:

Cilantro

Purple Basil

Greek Oregano

Wheatgrass - for the cat  =^_^= 

Radish Sprouts

Lavender - to hopefully make lavender cookies with!

St. Johns Wart - natural mood booster. (side note, st. john’s wart and 5-HTP supplements every other day are great combo for a natural way to aid in depression and anxiety. Or at least I’ve found it works for me.)

With the seeds all planted, I also took advantage of the sun and cleaned up the rest of the patio as well, and planted a few succulents.

Running on the old will have you in a bit of a glitch,a loop but with that pull from the darkest parts not yet visited. Refined and Lit by you yet.

Will cause resistance to the new, you are destroying and the new is #creation so unaligned you see, you be.

It causes all that you hate to manifest X as many little hoarded negative thoughts you shove under the rug.

You can not create the new with the old mentality mental Operating system. So get on your horse and ride 🐎🐎

Call on your sacred animals 🦁 🐠 🐻 🐺 🐼 🦅 from your totem/power animal/ familiar 🐈 🐕on down& out into you.

Allow the animal spirits to enter your life perhaps each time before you begin meditation so the energy can carry you into deeper states of meditation.

Allow them to be of service when you are in Pain or don't know what to say, allow them to look ahead and protect

Work with your Allies.

Live as an #Energy body within a Physical body.

You must know the bodies

Will it!

Will your energy

Will the motion of energy around you.

Think of love & love alone

And ride...

Oh, how i miss having a cat buddy.. Cats have always been a source of apeasment to me. Recently, i discovered through deep meditation that my poser animal is a cat. I felt his/my claws, my tail, my paws and the particuliar way of walking cats have. I saw that i could do and be much more than i actually though.
