Daisy Bell feat. Eleanor Forte AI Lite and ANRI Lite

here it is!! half a year in the making, and it's finally up. i'm really proud that i finally put this together after a long couple months of not being able to work on it.

I also wrote some notes on the costume design of the daisy belles on my ko-fi! because i put a good bit of thought in including elements of both their official character designs and 1890s western women's fashion.

can you do existential undead by bones? the original anri versions unlisted but the link is under bones community tab and the eri version is public as well but just so you know

Sure thing! I listened to both versions and didn't notice a major difference outside of the pv and the "my name" at the end being changed to "her name" BONES themself hasn't said much on the song from what I can find so this is up to me to decipher!

As far as I can tell it seems like the song is about negative self image and comparing yourself to others.

The lyrics mainly that made me think this are "You're divine but I’m falling behind," "Joy's found in wealth so why lie to myself? I'll never be as good as them, why bother?" "Will I be good enough to fight off all their distain?" and "All she asks is to be remembered like yesterday."

It makes me think of an artist who isn't really recognized and views themself as worse or lesser because of it while comparing themself to others around them who are more successful.

However, it seems at the ending (using the original lyrics as reference) they come to terms with it and aren't bothered by it anymore.

"I know i'm good enough so you can just forget my name"

Though due to the lyric change I'm unsure about the meaning.

In the old version there is also reference to VIVI, who was originally planned for vocaloid, before being scrapped and turned into ANRI. The video depicts the old VIVI design as a zombie which might suggest the song is from VIVI's perspective and she's comparing herself to ANRI... that's just heavy speculation at this point.

Again, I'm not super sure about this interpretation with the new song version and PV, so I consider this interpretation more dubiously accurate than any of my other interpretations, sorry about this.

Anyhow, thank you for telling me about the ANRI version because i feel like that accidentally ended up forming most of the basis of my interpretation. Sorry to the Eri version, its just a bit enigmatic to me at the moment. Anyhow, hope this helps!
