Yeah I love rusty lake I've played every cube escape game (years ago but also replayed them recently) and also hotel roots samsara room and paradise (have not played the new games) I'm kinda too dumb to understand most of the lore tho (or get achievements without walkthroughs)

I also didn't know there were ships I mean I presume there are ships in any fandom but also like. Yeah I didn't realize

Why do wizards need An Elevator?

It is the Elevator, dear. And your question is flawed. Wizards did not make the Elevator. People made it usable, sure; but they didn't make it. And to assume only wizards use it is fairly presumptuous, don't you think?

What we call the Elevator Shaft is a wormhole. The biggest one, by a huge margin. It connects every place in every universe in every multiverse. There are other wormholes, sure, and they are commonly used; but they are smaller; limited. The Elevator Shaft is the only one of its size and power.

The Elevator itself is a construct made to traverse the Shaft. But it needs someone manning it. And as of now, only two people are able to operate it. One of them being yours truly. Without one of us to operate it, people wouldn't be able to enter it at all; and on the off-chance they could, they wouldn't know how to arrive where they need, provided they even survive.
