Dutton Doesn’t Know the Price of Eggs
Leaders quizzed on price of eggs Before we hear from the undecided voters, let’s just circle back to an earlier rapid-fire question the leaders were asked – about the price of eggs. Peter Dutton answered that it would cost $4.20, while Anthony Albanese said the cost would be $7, “if you can find them”. The actual price was shown to be about, or just more than, $8.
Four fucking dollars and twenty cents?! When was the last time this man did the shopping?!
Also, I want to know where Albo buys his eggs - he's getting a good deal!

hello! if you are an australian of voting age - please have a genuine think about who and what you’re really voting for this election.
I know politics sucks. it’s fucking depressing, we’re all broke and the future is bleak BUT it doesn’t have to be this way! (to clarify : this is not something we can vote our way out of, BUT that doesn’t mean we should ignore elections completely- they do make an impact)
Why should you care ?
-unfortunately politics does matter. it has a real impact on our wages, our access to healthcare and education and housing and welfare.
-government policies and regulations also have a significant impact on the way our environment is managed. in case the growing number of big natural disasters didn’t make it clear enough - we kinda need the environment to not be fucked. whether you believe it or not climate change is very real, and the climate is pretty important for keeping us all alive
-if we all have an attitude of ‘my vote doesn’t matter they’re all the same they’re all shit’ nothing will ever get done. one singular vote won’t make or break the world but we should all be making informed decisions when it comes to shit like this.
I’m not here to tell you who to vote for and honestly that is a decision you really should make after actually looking at your options. it can be overwhelming though so here are some tools to help figure it out :
Build a ballot : this website gives you a questionnaire to fill out. at the end of the questionnaire you’ll be asked what your electorate is so that it can compare your answers with candidates. It’ll give you how the candidates & parties policies match up against your own beliefs so you can vote for the people who actually represent you.
They Vote For You : type in your postcode and it will show you how your local representatives have voted on issues that matter most to you
A brief summary of EVERY political party in Australia - 2025 election edition : exactly what it says it is. Auspol Explained is a fantastic channel- along with this video he’s got a lot of really easy accessible information on how preferential voting works, how our electoral system works in general. if it’s auspol related he’ll explain it. well worth checking out.
if i find any more relevant resources i’ll probably add them but i really recommend you have a look at what i’ve linked and share those resources with your friends and family.
Make an INFORMED choice. look at what policies are on offer. look at the values these candidates represent. you don’t have to follow any party’s how-to-vote card.
don’t shoot yourself in the foot.
editing to add also please check the AEC’s website if you need any further official information

Anthony Albanese
Tumblr media
Physique: Average build Height: 5′ 10″ (1.78 m)
Anthony Norman Albanese (born 2 March 1963) is not just Australia's 31st Prime Minister since 2022; he's also the man who makes politics look like it could be fun in the bedroom. He's been leading the Labor Party (ALP) since 2019 and has been the MP for Grayndler since 1996. Before that, he was the 15th Deputy PM under Rudd's second term, where he probably learned all the best ways to negotiate... anything.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Born in Sydney, this "nerdy hot" guy studied economics at the University of Sydney, which might explain why he's so good at figuring out how to spend time with constituents. He joined the Labor Party as a student, worked his way up from research officer to elected official, and has been in the shadow cabinet since 2001 - because who doesn't love a bit of mystery?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Albanese was once married to Carmel Tebbutt, sharing a son, but he's now engaged to Jodie Haydon, with wedding bells set to chime post-election. He's a delightful blend of Italian and Irish charm, describing himself as a "non-practicing Catholic", which might just mean he's practicing other, more interesting things.
A music enthusiast and a die-hard South Sydney Rabbitohs fan, he also cheers for Hawthorn in Aussie rules football, proving he's not just about politics but also about keeping the cultural pulse of Australia.
Tumblr media
And let's be real, that "nerdy hot" vibe? It's the kind that makes you want to ask him about economic policy while secretly hoping he'll show you his collection of rare vinyl records. Or maybe just his collection of policy documents. Either way, it's a win.

DUTTON, PALMER, WRIGHTSON
The Trumpet of PARASITES
Peter Dutton and his so-called policies are little more than hollow noise, rhetoric without resolve, robotic in delivery and deeply disconnected from the reality everyday Australians face. His team of yes-men and sycophants follow him like programmed drones, pretending to care for the people while parroting ideas that are either recycled, unrealistic, or downright dangerous.
Take his absurd power plant proposal, reviving nuclear energy as if it's the saviour of our nation. It’s laughable. What happens if something goes wrong? Where will the toxic waste go? Who manages the risk when the inevitable happens? This is not a solution, this is a future catastrophe waiting to happen, burdening the next generations with fallout, both literal and political.
Then there’s his personal narrative, dragging his own son into the political conversation as a token of relatability. Please. This is a man with the privilege and wealth to give his family a comfortable life, using them to score points in a game that doesn’t concern the majority struggling to make ends meet.
Let’s not forget his Trump-like behaviour. "Let’s get Australia back on track!" Sound familiar? It’s disturbingly close to “Make America Great Again,” isn’t it? It’s as if the ghost of Trump is whispering in his ear, guiding his speeches. It reeks of mimicry, of playing to the lowest common denominator, of fuelling fear instead of building hope.
The Liberal Party of today is not the Liberal Party of yesterday. We live in a different world, climate crisis, wealth inequality, indigenous justice, housing stress, yet Dutton’s mob act like it’s still 1950. They offer solutions fit for a time long gone, in a world that no longer exists.
And then there’s Clive Palmer and his train-wreck party of political parasites. His ads are as racist as they are ridiculous, seriously, a train with Asian writing used to promote a nationalist agenda? The hypocrisy is off the charts. Suellen Wrightson, another echo chamber of empty promises, blabbers on as if she’s going to deliver the moon, while sounding like the voiceover to a bad conspiracy video. Her recent statements have drawn criticism for being not only misleading but overtly xenophobic.
These parties, the Liberals, Palmer's circus, and the other "trumped-up patriots", are not fighting for Australians. They’re fighting for seats, power, and control. Just like that fish n’ chips shop racist from Queensland Pauline Hanson, and her One Nation rubbish of irony gaslighting xenophobic retoric, many of these reactionary voices are from up north, as if that corner of the map has become a breeding ground for backward politics.
Meanwhile, Albanese… yes, he’s not perfect. He sticks to the script too often and falls into the same old political routine. But at least he’s not pandering to white nationalism or Trump-style demagoguery. That alone is a relief in this climate of loud, divisive nonsense.
Australia must reject fascist-style politics. We are not a white supremacist state, we are a land that has been nurtured by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples for tens of thousands of years. This land was later colonised by the English, and then built by wave after wave of migrants from all over the world, Greek, Italian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Lebanese, Sudanese, Indian, and many more. Together, we shaped this country, not just a few rich men in suits claiming to speak for us.
If we allow these loud, power-hungry, manipulative forces to take over, they’ll strip away the very freedoms they pretend to defend. Bit by bit, freedom will become a distant memory, a faded dream. And what will rise in its place? A nightmare, silent, obedient, and locked down by fear.
We shouldn’t worship political parties or leaders. Choose what works for you and your loved ones, but never bow to these people like they’re monarchs. That era is dead. Hold them accountable. Scream their promises back at them. Make them work for the vote, not take it as entitlement.
Yours Truly

AUSSIES PLEASE LISTEN
The Australian government wants to ban social media for under 16s across the country. The way they plan on enforcing this is by having to submit your ID. I don't know about you, but I don't want even more of my personal info online. Plus, teens kind of need socials! Talking to friends and family, communication with potential employers, entertainment - social media isn't the best for you, but you can't really live with none of it. This ban would potentially include Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, Snapchat, Tiktok, and LinkedIn, plus most other socials. Fuck Albanese.

Australian PM referred to ICC for complicity in genocide
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been referred to the International Criminal Court as an accessory of genocide to Gaza, announced this morning.
Tumblr media
He's the first leader of a Western nation to be referred to the ICC over complicity in genocide. This could set a precedent for other leaders, such as Joe Biden and Rishi Sunak, to also be referred and potentially face trial.

Peter Dutton's Nuclear plan is a sham, it's just an excuse to keep coal and gas going longer.
The modelling says 2 billion extra tonnes of carbon dioxide will be released into the atmosphere if Peter Dutton's Nuclear plan goes ahead.
The power won't be ready until sometime in the 2040s,
600 billion dollars is what it'll cost,
and that'll provide provide 4 percent of Australia's energy needs.
It's just a joke.
VOTE LABOR 🗳 ☑ ✅
