Follow up of this post

When it comes to the Blue Devils, aka Sonics, each one of them thinks that he himself is the one being addressed. That's why they got nicknames.

However, when it comes to Tails, each big brother knows if his own Tails is being mentioned. I mean, Sonic practically raised this kid in every universe except SCU but even Wachowski knows his little brother just as well. So each Sonic can tell whether the Tails in question is his little bro or not. But can't tell exactly which Tails if it isn't his Tails, especially since all of them have pretty much the same voice aside from the much younger ones.

One time where the Tails Squad and Blue Devils are in the same universe and everyone is hanging out, they hear one of the Tails call for Sonic.

Boom Sonic: "Dude, your Tails is calling."

Modern Sonic: "Not mine. BB?"

Classic shrugs before questioningly staring at the others

Prime: "Tails, Nine, Mangey and Sails have a different voice than this. It's none of them."

AoSTH Sonic: "It doesn't sound like the keed either."

X! Sonic: "It can't be any of the younger ones, they sound even baby-er I think."

Archie Sonic: "They do."

IDW Sonic: "So if he's not any of ours, whose Tails is it?"

They all stare at one another and realize that the only one absent is Wachowski, which means that must be...

"DIBS!" The blue hedgehogs all yell at once and try to race out to get to the fluffiest Tails first
