sorry if some of the classic companions are a bit ooc, I only know them from their appearances in New Who but wanted to include them.

I would like to do a part 5 with the more obscure 1-2 episode companions like tree lady and Astrid and Lady Christina, or family members like the Temple-Nobles and Jackie Tyler, but most of the responses I have saved from the tags aren't very British. I had trouble as it is avoiding everyone using y'all, haha! so I'll leave it up to anyone else to try.

Whozzat Writer Game #1: Vampires With a TWIST

Vampires With a TWIST is the prompt to kick off the whozzat writer games.

I have zero idea how many of these I plan to do, but there will be many (I hope). Writers are of course welcome to play multiple games, but not in a row, so all writers who play this round will have to set out game #2 but can play the following game.

Rules

As with any game, there are just a few basic rules to keep in mind. The first one is to keep the writing on topic for the particular game's prompt. Some prompts may be a little more specific than others but I never want to be so specific as to choke off creativity.

For game 1, the prompt is Vampires With a TWIST so every entry must involve vampires that have an extra little sumthin sumthin to them. They don't have to be the main focus but they have to be in the story.

The second rule is that all entries must be between 2 paragraphs (about 4-6 sentences is an average paragraph length and is the measure of length I'm using for this rule) and about 1k words. It can be slightly above 1k words but please nothing above 1.3k. And please try your best to make it at least 8 sentences long.

Those are the only real rules. I will be reading all entries before posting them, so I'll try to remember to tag any possible triggers. Please, readers, let me know if you have a trigger that is not mentioned in tags but is in a piece of writing so I may change trigger warnings/tags and add them to future games.

The person with the highest percentage of CORRECT votes on their poll will get a prize. I haven't decided what yet though. It'll be a form of visual art or possibly a playlist for the story they send in, but I haven't decided quite yet.

Writers have a month from (yesterday, 7/25) to complete their entries, so they must be completed and sent in by 11:59pm (23:59) PST Friday, 8/25 to be counted.

I heard you were starting to stream today, when is it happening and where can I find it?

Great questions! I was actually going to postpone the start of the streams because of starting a new job and being mentally and physically exhausted but I think I still have enough energy to do it ^_^

I will start the stream at my twitch account at 14:30 (2:30pm for anyone that doesn't know 24 hour format) PST. It is now 11:20am PST, so a few hours. It'll give me long enough to make myself some coffee and wake up lol. :)

I'll be posting to the stream's designated YouTube and Tik Tok accounts as soon as I have the video viewed and edited how I want to edit it. I don't have an exact time for that, as this is the first time I've streamed like this before. Also, I imagine this stream won't be very long, as it's basically just introducing the concept and first prompt for the stream at the beginning of next month, giving you guys a month to write it. The stream in 2 weeks will also just be introducing a prompt for the 2nd stream in January. :)
