I live in a place where August is a gentle leap from Monsoon to spring. All the way from rain tortured mornings to warm afternoons.Yet, I can smell the summer of a foreign land, across the ocean. That's what poetry does to mankind.
We travel across lands and seas.

Nostalgic Moments
-
Synopsis: 2010’s preteen Fall nostalgia
-
Imagine.
It’s October 1st.
You’ve just got off the school bus at the end of your street. And you take the short walk home slowly because the breeze feels nice and the leaves crunching under your feet make you happy.
You get home, finding your mom and grandma in the Kitchen. They’re making out patties for Hamburgers and cutting potatoes for fries.
There’s a fresh gallon of Sweet Tea in the fridge, and you take a glass to your room.
You sit at your desk and turn on the TV, surfing through your go-to channels.
Cartoon Network? There’s an episode of The Amazing World of Gumball on. You watch until it cuts to commercial for Count Chocula, Frankenberry and Booberry cereals. You make a mental note to ask your mom to get some Booberry before it’s gone for the year. It was your favorite.
You flip to Disney Channel. You grin, hearing the familiar announcer’s voice advertising that ‘Monstober’ was in full swing. An episode of Good Luck Charlie plays in the background as you scroll through Vine.
Everyone is posting their Fall photos on Twitter and Tumblr.
Your mom eventually tells you Dinner is Ready and you discuss Halloween preparations around the table. Maybe this weekend you can go to Party City and get your costume!
When you finish dinner, you take a shower and get into your Pajamas. The ones with the Bats on them.
You channel surf for another hour or so before returning to The Disney Channel to watch HalloweenTown before falling asleep with fantasies of Witches, Magic, and Pumpkins.

What Autumn is to me
Cool rainy days, leather jackets and ripped jeans, pumpkin scented candles, the changing leaves, days getting shorter, ghost stories, comfort metal playlists, spooky movies on tv, foggy mornings, cemeteries, ghost hunting, 3 am during October, the smell of old books, cozy fires, late night walks, watching Flatliners 1990, those pillsbury Halloween cookies, nostalgia for the Halloween’s you lived as a kid

I live in a land where there is no autumn, but the most romantic rains.Yet I wish for Autumn like a craving pregnant lady.I read autumn notes, scribbles about gloomy afternoons, change my wallpapers to crimson and yellow leaves.. It's raining here when the other part of the world is changing colours ..I read autumn poetry while its still pouring outside my window panes, I can hear the thundar gasping at my yearning dreams of an Autumn land ..
