Oh man, reading this is really going to fuck with Jon's already rampant paranoia.

Eye statements are always so interesting. Most of what we understand about the Eye is told through the framing narrative (Jon's experiences and the Institute as a whole) so it's unusual for us to encounter this Entity the way statement-givers encounter every other Entity.

Notable that our statement-giver today is someone distinctly not Eye-aligned, despite how their profession could easily have lead them to have a complicated relationship with the idea of being watched.
