I want to thank ur Donnie for giving me that push into babushkacore. His silly little shawl has helped me so much. He is an inspiration to me. All I wear now are skirts that go down to my ankles and I always have necklace chain on my glasses. An icon for transmascs everywhere (I’m joking but I also really am not)

Donnie has glasses chains because I do, and my older sister is the one who’s style is UNMATCHED- she’s got shawls for days and all kinds of headwraps/scarves, like grandmacore but sexy and cool. she makes her own clothing and it all looks so goddamn good !!!

I know that’s unrelated but I wanted to rant about it lol she’s fucking gorgeous

The saddest thing about drawing Donnie is that he looks adorable in his hood but he stopped wearing his mask like that at 13 😔 anyway congrats on the cool style :)

We've some success with the top! Not sewn down the front yet- but used Simplicity Pattern 8722's top and fussed with it until the Cotehardie parts worked with it.

No I don't understand why he stood like Elsa when I told him he looked like Wanda Maximoff, but here we are.

Of course we had to do it to em... I mean I wanted to see what the tree skirt we got for him would look like on and I can say I'm rather happy with it. I will be sewing on some bells (eventually) but one thing at a time.
