Wrong side of the road?

Here in villages and smaller cities where housing development happens organically the house numbers are issued according to the order of the final inspection by the building authority. The odd/even numbers sides are mostly in the cities with planned urban areas or larger housings where a whole street is build at the same time.

I checked and it can not be changed. Let this be know as the time where we were too fast to blink
