Passion Project Announcement!!!!
Tumblr media
I have exciting news! Something is coming— a project I’m super passionate about and am thrilled to finally announce! “Stick Together For Survival”, a multi novel series centered around a crossover of Bendy and the Ink Machine, Jurassic World, Five Nights at Freddy’s, and the Monsterverse. It’s taken lots of patience and work to construct; I’m not even done yet with all I have planned. But I knew it wasn’t a fic I wanted to ever give up on.
So, I’m happy to announce the series will kick off with its first novel: “Ink and Amber”, scheduled to release mid September in honor of my birth month!
It’s a very niche crossover, but it’s something I’ve been planning on for a while now as a love letter for four fandoms that mean the world to me! I hope you’ll grow to love it to! (Prior knowledge of each fandom isn’t exactly needed; I’ll try and explain each background to the best of my ability without it coming off as exposition dumping. The rating is T, as each fandom is. But I do recommend giving each a try ;) )
Synopsis:
Audrey Drew didn't know what to do after her life was upended in the tragedy with Godzilla in San Francisco. She sought out any form of solace to recover from the trauma with the help of her two brothers. Things might just take a turn for the better when she becomes the lucky winner of a no-expense trip to Jurassic World. Is it really all it's cracked up to be, or are familiar faces from her past lurking in the shadows? ~
Emma Russell is cooped up in the Jurassic World labs, adamant on trying to get her invention— the ORCA— to finally function. Without the aid of her ex-husband, she’s uncertain if she’ll ever get it to work… And it didn’t help that she had a young child getting under her feet every five minutes. ~
Owen Grady and Claire Dearing are trying their best to smooth things out between them after a rather sour breakup. However, Mr. Masrani requests they work together for the care of their newest asset. One with gnarled fangs, serrated claws, reptilian eyes, and a vendetta. There might be more secrets hidden in her DNA that even Dr. Wu didn’t quite yet understand. ~
Michael Afton? … He just wants a vacation.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Step into a world full of danger, mystery, companionship, and survival.
There’s always something new creeping around the corner… and they’ll need one another to stay alive.

you liked my mimicpost so im gonna bless/curse you with.
i think the mimic needs to be adopted into a cog family (Either adopted by atticus or by cosmo. both could be adorable)
with atticus, the mimic gets a brother, and two dads, and its family loves it with 100% of their might, and its good and its safe. and Redd lets the mimic sit in his lap while he reads to it.
with cosmo, maybe the mimic stays a bit quirky, but its cute! it has 5 whole siblings to play with, and all the satellites are genuinely invested (ha) in its wellbeing. even if they're all "too old" to play with dolls they do it anyways because it makes Mims happy.
the vision.... auh the vision
OH MY FUCKING GOD I ADORE THIS IDEA SOSOSOSOSOSOSOS MUCH WAAAAAAHHG........ also the idea of Redd being like NEW WING FAMILY MEMBER.DROPPED. LETS GO. Over like a tall skeleton thingy that's probs as tall as atticus. Wonderful. Inhaling this idea into my beliefs this is downright WONDERFUL I love it so much oml

I've got some fics in the works over on my main that will somewhat incorporate tales and explain how talesgames is NOT canon in the Reneagde AU and that talesVRworld (the theory that tales takes place inside a VR environment made by Faz Ent to test their projects and possible layouts of the megaplex) IS canon in this AU, so I figured that I'd make my stance on talesgames VERY clear.
I don't think that tales are canon to the games. At MOST, tales takes place in a VR testing environment.
The games are canon to tales, but tales is not canon to the games. Like how outside of crossovers that are not canon to either source game, Chelinka from Ring of Fates and Shirma from Chocobo Tales can never meet because they are not in the same world. Final Fantasy allegory because it's the other biggest game series that I can think of that has "the world of [series name]" mean a bunch of completely independent worlds that are not always the same world. Also if you want to go a different route,
spoilers for Bravely Default incoming.
There's hundreds of thousands of different Luxendarcs, each a bit different from one another. What happened in the first world you were in didn't happen in the other worlds you went to. Things were different. In one of the worlds, Til was the Norende survivor, not Tiz. If a side game that follows that world only were to be released, saying "the world of Bravely Default" and "the world of Luxendarc" would both be correct, but ultimately, NOTHING THAT HAPPENS THERE WOULD REALLY IMPACT THE WORLD BD1'S HEROS OF LIGHT ARE FROM (aside from one of the connected worlds you don't see during the Ouroboros fight probably having Til and Olivia cheering on Tiz, Agnès, Edea, and Ringabell BUT THAT'S CONNECTED WORLD TERITORY).
FNAF DOESN'T HAVE SOME FAIRY CONNECTING WORLDS.
Each world is separate from one another, but shares the basics (what the games generally lay out, but not always all of it)
That is why I think that Tales CAN take place in the world set out by the games, but the games themselves DON'T take what tales lays out as canon. Because tales is the world 3 to the games world 1.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I don't hate people who theorise that talesgames is canon, and I actually love a fair few AUs that use talesgames.
I am just sick of not being able to talk about theories without someone else coming along and derailing what was a pleasant conversation I was having with someone else.
Edit: sorry for the frequent post edits, I feel like I need to articulate this exactly right or else people will misinterpret what I say. Hence why I removed the meme (someone may just read the meme and get pissy without reading the rest of the text)and highlighted certain portions of the text with formatting.
Addendum: I think that the games are canon to tales, and that tales is its own branch of the tree of FNAF timelines, but I do not think that tales are canon to the games in all timelines. I think that in the main games timeline, tales are not canon to the games. I hope that clears up any remaining possible misunderstanding.

I don't like to be THAT guy but you are being given a lot of misinformation here, so I just want to clarify: most of Anon told you about the books just now is false.
The quote being referenced is not from the publishers, it's from the cover of the books. After it was removed from the covers, the publishers clarified in an email that they just changed it to try a different marketing strategy and that it still applies to the book series (with all of their marketing material being approved by the author, according to another email).
The Tales books do keep track of continuity, they aren't just random stuff with a couple relevant stories. There are a lot of stories surrounding one-off animatronics or attractions, but those are most often contextualized and referenced in other more relevant stories. For example, Under Construction's VR booth appears in Cleithrophobia, blocked off from the public due to the incident that happened there in the story. Even GGY can be linked to a story like HAPPS through the current appearance of the Pizzaplex.
And then on another hand, there's plenty of stories that connect with the games. The Mimic, The Storyteller, Nexie and Tiger Rock are all part of one big arc tying into the epilogues. GGY is obviously relevant to Security Breach. Help Wanted (the story) is very directly tied to Help Wanted (the game). And The Bobbiedots two-parter is basically a glorified tour of SB's Pizzaplex, identical to how it's seen in-game, with sequences like DJMM in the bathroom, Moon becoming aggressive, or the endoskeleton warehouse being directly referenced. In general, the books give a pretty good idea of how the Pizzaplex evolved from a nearly unrecognizable state to what we see in Security Breach.
You can make your own conclusions from all of that. I just wanted to keep the facts all straight here. Hope that clarification was helpful.
ooookay yeah it is important to see both sides… thanks for that lol. As for the book game connections I still haven’t read shit so I can’t say anything (and honestly i don’t really want to … that’s money i can spend on better things (vanny glitchtrap plushies LOL)) but umm. Mimic backstory still dumb as hell. Thumbs up.

COD Men as Dream Daddy DILFs
Tumblr media
Call of Duty single dads x gn!single parent reader
⤐Characters: 141 + König + Horangi + Keegan
⤐Premise: You just moved into a neighborhood with a high population of retired military personnel.
*glances at my 3-4 wips* let's talk about some dilfs, shall we? ...Don't look at me. I had a vision. (No relation to the actual characters from Dream Daddy, just a similar premise) Also a disclaimer: I'm writing these dads mostly in their late 30s to 40s, but don't think about their ages and the ages of their kids too much. This is all vibes. And sorry ahead of time if I gave one of the kids the same name as you 💀 Feel free to imagine the kid has a different name because the names really don't matter
p.s. I wanted to write more characters but I had to reel myself in. I could be persuaded to write a part 2 with Vaqueros, Nikolai, Valeria, Nikto, and other Ghosts tbh
Warning: this shit is LENGTHY. Strap yourself in.
Tumblr media
Price: A post about DILFs and you expect me not to start with Captain John Price? Price is the lynchpin of this cul de sac. He's the one inviting everyone over to the barbecue, tries to get the dads to get along, and gives everyone advice. He has the quintessential dad energy. He 100% slaps his knees and says "well!" when he gets up. Price also has major girl dad energy. He's got three adorable little ladies, aged 3 (Clara), 9 (Brianna), and 11 (Alice). Yes, he did name his daughters in ABC order, I can see him doing that. Oh, he dotes on his girls, and they love their dad endlessly. He's the model father: recitals, sports, parent teacher conferences, you name it, he's there.
That's how the two of you meet: he comes up to you at one of the aforementioned events and gives you a firm handshake and apologizes profusely for not coming around to introduce himself earlier. It's not like him not to at least swing by, and he hopes you can forgive him the discourtesy. He hands you his number and says anything you need, just give him a call, or maybe swing by for a beer sometime. He gives you a wink that makes your knees weak, a wink that says he definitely noticed you checking out his muscled arms and broad shoulders. Maybe you will swing by for that beer sometime—and maybe get a little more than just a drink.
Ghost: I could see Simon having a one night stand kid. He certainly never saw himself starting a family after he lost his last one, but he was stressed and probably piss drunk as well. Years and years later, he's back from deployment and finds a social worker with a boy on his doorstep, and the rest is history. I love the idea of Simon with a moody 16 year old, but I actually see Simon and his son having the same dynamic as Mike and Abby Schmidt from the FNAF movie. Since Simon wasn't around for Caden's early childhood, they have a relationship that's undeniably father and son, but leaning towards casual and sibling-like. Simon's figuring his shit out, dealing with his PTSD and the various lasting health issues his time in special forces has left him with, and Caden's a quiet, sensitive 10 year old boy who thinks the world of his dad.
You meet Simon at the local bar. His Ghost days are long behind him, but the balaclava's a hard habit to kick. Besides, he doesn't need people staring at his scars. He's usually there with the 141, but today he's alone, and looks like he could use some company. You sit up at the bar close to him and order a drink, but you don't disturb him, and he visibly relaxes when he realizes you're not going to try to make small talk. It becomes a routine, the two of you: always sharing a quiet drink together at the bar, and then both of you wordlessly go home to your kids. You have a sort of silent conversation every time: Good to see you again. Yeah, you too. Neither of you actually speak a word to the other until Price introduces you to him at a gathering, and you finally hear his voice. "We've met before," he says, with a glint in his eye that suggests perhaps he'd like to be more than just a silent drinking buddy. That's fine with you: you're dying to see what's under the mask and dark hoodie.
Soap: JOCK ALERT. Johnny's basically Craig from Dream Daddy: total dreamboat who goes on runs around the neighborhood and gets all the appreciative looks from the local moms. He thrives on the attention in a way that definitely makes the 141 roll their eyes. He's got an older little girl named Elodie, and a lil baby boy Thomas that he takes everywhere with him. Obviously he's just being a responsible parent taking care of an infant, but secretly, Thomas is a great conversation starter with aforementioned local moms.
Conversely however, it's Johnny who makes the move on you first. Maybe in the grocery store, maybe at one of Price's get-togethers. Sidles up to you and introduces himself with a look in his eye that means trouble. Only the good kind of trouble, of course. If you reciprocate and he finds out you're single, you're not getting rid of him. But why would you want to, anyway? He's endlessly charming, attentive, and good with his hands. When he's fixing a leaky tap for you, of course—what did you think I meant?
Gaz: Kyle "Gaz" Garrick is a fucking heartthrob. I'm saying it right here, right now. He's a walks in with flowers, makes you dinner kind of partner. Also househusband vibes, because, surprise: Kyle is still married. This isn't a Joseph (Dream Daddy) situation, though: he and his wife, Emily, have known each other for a long time, a very high school sweethearts situation. Over the years, though, they drifted apart with Kyle in the military, and Emily eventually realized she's not actually into men. They're still married for coparenting purposes: they've got an older teenage girl named Violet, and a younger boy named Elliott. (Yes, I'm naming him after Elliot Knight, sue me.)
Honestly, I think it would be HILARIOUS if you met Kyle on a dating app and realized he's your next-door neighbor. But however you guys meet, Kyle is an old-school courter kind of guy. He is taking you on dinner dates, listening to you rant about your day, and is on your doorstep in a heartbeat when you call him in a panic because your kid's running a 105 fever (41 in Celsius) and you need a ride to the emergency room. (Not that the other dads wouldn't do the same, but I'm trying to convey "most reliable man in the world" vibes here.)
König: Y'all...you don't know how much fucken time I've spent thinking about this man as a dad. He's in the same boat as Ghost where he never saw himself living long enough to start a family, but here he is with the most precious little girl you've ever laid eyes on. Ava's got her father's curly hair and big green eyes, and she has her dad wrapped around her pinky finger. For König, Ava is living proof that he's capable of being more than just a tool for violence.
You meet König through Ava, of course. Your kids are the closest of friends, and the two of them are constantly going over to each other's houses. You're obviously delighted that your kid is making new friends and fitting in so well, but you'd be lying if your heart didn't skip a beat whenever you open your door to see Ava's six foot ten dad standing there with soft eyes and a sheepish smile. I have to stop here, because I've already written an extra paragraph for this man that I've cut out and pasted for safekeeping in my notes app, and if encouraged I will write more. (Please encourage me.)
Horangi: I know we already had a sort of Robert (Dream Daddy) figure with Ghost, but I think Horangi is a dad whose kid is an adult, much like Robert and Val. I also think that out of all the dads, Horangi is likely the one who's still doing some level of military work. Either that, or he has a very demanding job that takes up a lot of his time. He's ashamed of the way he let his gambling affect his family in the past, and is making up for it by being responsible and keeping his finances in order.
You don't meet him until you've lived in the neighborhood for quite a while, but he pops up at a gathering, talking quietly with König in a corner. You'd thought you had met every neighbor in the cul de sac, so you're intrigued by the newcomer. Someone, probably Price, tells you what Hong-jin's deal is, and ever since that you just can't keep your eyes off of him. You can't quite work up the nerve to talk to him, so you occupy yourself talking with the other parents. Some time later, you're at the food table grazing on the snacks when you look up and make eye contact with him. There's something intense in his gaze that makes you freeze, like a deer in headlights. He's definitely checking you out, you think. Your chest erupts into nervous butterflies when he starts walking towards you.
Keegan: Keegan is an adoptive father! I love his dynamic with the Walker boys, so I can see him being the kind of guy who adopts an older teenager so they have a home and a family instead of aging out of the system. Jason and Cecelia are high school age siblings who would have been separated otherwise, and consider Keegan their dad in every way that's important.
I think you and Keegan are definitely rivals in some way. Maybe it's a PTO thing, maybe he gets a little too boisterous at your kids' sports game. Whatever it is, you can't stand the man, but your annoyance whenever he's around only seems to amuse him. You have no problem saying to his face exactly what you think about him, but unfortunately, Keegan can see right through you. And hey, Cecelia could use some experience as a babysitter, so you won't have to worry about spending the night over at his place, will you?
Tumblr media
As always, I wanna hear peoples' thoughts and feedback! If you want to hear more about these dads, drop me an ask <3

I passionately love how Mike Schmidt was characterized and written in this movie, you’re given the question from the beginning, “who in their right mind would work in a horrid, low paying job at some Chuck E. Cheese place?” And here he is, a hypersomiac with a ridiculed life of set-point trauma, who is fighting with the stakes of raising his sister and leaving his brother.
He lives day to day with a set night to night routine, the optimistic ‘Visit Nebraska’ poster changing throughout the movie into one of a infamous portal into the outer world. (A crossing of the threshold), in which Mike cannot go back from once he’s fully dedicated his nights too. The dream theory is an iconic twist, because it became an infamous theory amidst the FNAF community, but in the same manner—Mike wants this dream theory to become reality, to reach into the unknown warnings of a mind and making it known.
I love how the only time he engages in violence is too protect, whilst other enemies do so to prevent or to murder. (Even then, the first encounter of the fountain, his tunnel-vision of loss corrupts that pure notion, too.)
His motives are selfless, passionate, he wants to find his brother’s kidnapper, yet that turns into a malformed selfishness, a grief, (the fatal flaw); Mike wants his family back whole, but dangers his sister in return. (confirmation follows the physical touch of his brother’s cheek). Mike becomes a snake that eats his own tail, but not in a negative way, Normally, it comes to the forefront, and the protag’s friend/Allies helps the protagonist transform, but Mike doesn’t have that—he can’t have that. In a Shakespearean ordeal, His parents are gone and dead, and his sister is talking to nothing. It takes a visceral raking of his physical to transform his mental, yet, in the dream world alone.
Mike is a tragic character because he has all the notion to be dead or gone, but he isn’t, and he won’t. that effort of him trying, with his sister, with his work, with his aunt, stops the security guard from spiraling, no matter how thin the thread is.
