I haven’t decided about Clara yet. Probably mages. She’ll be doing the cullen romance, but. She is a mage and is not comfortable with the templars as an organization. That’s how it is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know Vaeth’s decision for Divine is between Leli and Cass

But I have no idea who Belisarius Trevelyan would choose. Perhaps Cass, or Vivienne, since I think I intend to play him as a circle loyalist? But Leli’s reformist policies aren’t unlike him either; and she shares his blend sincere faith and deep pragmatism.

SO ANYWAY you know what’s probably fun. fanquisitors. I kno I mentioned an emilquisitor but that was before I’d PLAYED

now i know the power of a character in mind to make it possible, as a player, to pick decisions you don’t personally jive with.

Therefore. sword’n’board Belisarius Trevelyan.

OH speaking of possible origins of the nightmare as an alamarri spirit of courage or perseverance or valor or etc specifically in the face of the blight, which we know was unleashed on the world after the magisters sidereal breached the fade, which we kinda suspect happened in Kirkwall,,,

if you took that and ran with it, you could write a fic where hawke was dodging it, fighting it, running around its lair, discovering these pertinent details...

and then you could write that The Nightmare devours Hawke -- and does not, however, destroy Hawke -- 

and then you could write that Hawke becomes The Nightmare. Except it’s not The Nightmare anymore, is it. it’s an abomination of grief and loss and old forgotten fears -- and a promise of endurance, of protection, of bravery towards overwhelming odds, of harsh, irreverent laughter in the face of death

man. Vaeth Lavellan is a solasmance, like many lavellans before her. Because if I had to pick a ‘canon’ inquisitor, the narrative drama of solasmance is undeniable and irresistible. 

HOWEVER.

Vaeth/Josie is so perfect....... how are any subsequent quizzies to compete......

I’ve already determined any Lady Adaar playthrough has gotta be a seramance, and i can’t see any Cadash of mine going for Josie, and if I get around to a Trevelyan she’s gonna be a cullenmance mage b/c i know my weaknesses, alright, but what does that leave, i ask you. a male playthrough? I don’t want to do a male pla--
