It feels so good to finally post artwork of Takeshi again! I think the last time was March, oof. I promise I didn’t give up on drawing him, life’s just been a bit hectic and my art was fighting me 😅 But I feel like I’ve really improved on my skills with this piece! And I’m glad I get to return with a drawing of Takeshi and my cats! I have fallen down the self indulgent art hole lol. BUT I do headcanon that Takeshi is a cat lover!

This was originally supposed to be just him holding my cat Neptune that we adopted in March. But then we got two kittens in mid June while I was still working on this piece so I wanted to incorporate them as well. And they do like to climb onto my shoulders so it’s very fitting lol.
