İspanya’ya tekrar gitmeye bir hafta kalmışken, Ember Yard atmosferi ve tapasları ile bizi erkenden İspanyol moduna sokmayı başardı. Özellikle ahtapot ve chorizo’ları bir arada şişe takıp, kömür ateşinde ızgara sonrası aioli ile servis ediyorlar, çok yerde karşınıza çıkmayacak bir deneyim ve çok başarılı.   Herkese şahane bir perşembe akşamı dilerim. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🇬🇧 Tapas is a celebration of life at Ember Yard! The menu is corset-burstingly swoonworthy. It's not just the trademark Iberian tapas with a quick Italian fumble. The bar snacks are among one of the best in Soho. Every tapas flavour combination was a winner. The bean salad, Cavolo Nero, beetroot& Monte Enebro cheese was very delicious and very well balanced. Charred Chorizo and octopus skewer was perfect. Both chorizo and octopus accurately cooked and saffron aioli works well with them.  The staff is fantastic, always smiling and attentive, that goes to the manager as well, we were very impressed. Benim için tapas’sız hayat, aşksız kalp 💔 gibidir! Yenilenmiş görünümü ile karşımıza çıkan Opera Tavern sunduğu atmosfer ve yemeklerle bize keyifli bir İspanyol akşamı yaşattı. Burada rafine ve yüksek gastronomi değil, iştah açıcı lezzetler söz konusu. Masamıza önce klasik İspanyol başlangıç tapas’ları geldi. Eşlikçi olarak beyaz bir Rioja seçtim. Üzerine iyi marine edilmiş, lokum gibi bir julyen bonfile ve hafif bir tatlıyla yemeği bitirdik. Beyaz Rioja demişken tecrübelerime dayanarak rahatça söyleyebilirim ki; iyi bir Riesling, kaliteli bir Burgonya Chardonnay ve beyaz Rioja dışında çok az beyaz şarap iyi yıllanır. Çoğunu, özellikle asit miktarı düşük olanları en geç 1-2 sene içinde tüketmek gerekir. Herhangi bir mekanda bunların dışında yıllanmış bir beyaza yönlendirilirseniz sakın tercih etmeyiniz. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🇬🇧 Life without tapas, is like a heart 💔 without love! With a refreshed look and feel, Opera Tavern is a beautiful two-storey tapas bar and restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden's theatre land.

This small and friendly tapas restaurant offers beautifully presented and delicious dishes with a real Spanish feel. Especially, the porky things here are excellent, in particular the presa, a cut from between the shoulder and loin, served medium rare, with a jus spiked with shallots, and a dressing of capers and lemon. Beautifully presented tasty food and great service.
