お魚の骨を克服できるようになったので、今回は

お魚料理として骨ありで作りました。

ヴィネガーを効かせつつ、レモンの風味を強く仕上げました。

酸味の調和には自家製タルタルを添えて。

𝐆𝐞𝐟ü𝐥𝐥𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐢𝐞𝐫 Diese Eier eignen sich sehr gut zu kaltem und warmen Buffet, auch zu Grillgerichten als Schmankerl nebenbei. Eier hart kochen, abschrecken und erkaltet schälen. Nun werden die Eier halbiert. In eine Rührschüssel geben wir die Eigelbe. Die Eiweiße drapieren wir auf einer Platte oder einem Teller. In die Rührschüssel geben wir 1/2 Stück Butter oder gute vegane Pflanzenmargarine. Nun wird die Masse cremig verrührt und hinzu kommt Ketchup, etwas Mayonnaise, Salz, frisch gemahlener Pfeffer, etwas Olivenöl. Wer mag kann auch einen Teelöffel Senf hinzugeben. Das habe ich in diesem Falle nicht getan, da die Masse bereits so gut geschmeckt hat. Wichtig ist, dass die Eimasse gut gewürzt wird, da ja die Eiweiße ungewürzt sind. Je länger die Eier dann stehen, desto mehr verlieren sie an Geschmack. Sollte die Masse noch Klümpchen aufweisen, dann, dann einfach durch ein Sieb streichen, bevor man die Masse in den Bäckerspritzbeutel füllt. Nun wird alles in einen großen Bäckerspritzbeutel gefüllt, der mit einer großen Spritztülle versehen ist. Garniert wird je nach Geschmack. Ich nehme meist Petersilie, etwas Ketchup auf die Spitze. Die Sternfrucht, auch Karambole, Karambola oder Carambola genannt, eignet sich ebenfalls sehr gut. Meist stecke ich einen Zahnstocher hinein. Es hat zwei Vorteile. Die Eier lassen sich gut herausnehmen und man muss den Gästen nicht extra Zahnstocher hinstellen. Es wäre einigen Gästen sehr unangenehm einen Zahnstocher beim Essen zu entnehmen. こども誕生日。

今年で終えても良いかなと夫婦で話しておりましたが

本人の希望で、日が随分とズレたものの

私のお料理でのお誕生日ディナーもすることとなりました。

周りのお友達に聞いてみたらと

お誕生日はいつまで？

と早いご家庭は2年生、4年までで誕生日はしないとか。

もともとお誕生日はしないやケーキだけなど。

い様々な形があると思います。

私自身も私のようなお料理は私の母はできませんので

美味しい食事に連れていってもらうか、美味しい食事を揃えてお祝いしてくれました。

大きくなるたびに、お誕生会やお誕生日の会食などもなくなりましたが（笑）

無事に終わりよかった。

多過ぎる料理をどうしても作って喜ばせたいとなるので

どうしようかなと思っておりましたが、

子供は食べ盛り、主人もよく食べれるので

あとはお任せ。

大きくなってさらに優しい男の子に育ってくれたことに感謝です。

我が家の強みは、世界の食文化を料理で教えてあげられますし、食から紐解く政治経済、そして山ほどある引き出しで多くの知識と教養を子供に学べるチャンスをあげられる。

私自身、自分の親とはまったく異なる個性と強みは、

なかなか面白い家庭だと思いますよ（笑）

主人も個性が強く面白いので。

生まれてきてくれてありがとう。

私を柔軟性のある親に育ててくれたのも我が子のおかげです。そして私自身の実力をさらに高めてくれているのも我が子と主人のおかげでしょうか。

#Throwback - Bits & Pieces on my day. After checking out of D'Hotel, decided to take a walk around the area as I know there are many gems in Tiong Bahru area. And.. I chanced upon Privé, one of my favourite F&B place. Decided to treat myself to a Birthday Lunch here - Ordered Minute Steak + Fries and Iced Long Black. Some ME time for myself, enjoyed my 'no rush' meal before heading back home. 😍 Brought my baby girl out to Swensen's at Seletar Mall for dinner. Because she said she wants to eat that and because there is FREE Ice-cream since it's my special day. As usual, I can never get a nice proper photo with this little monster baby. 😂 Spend the late night with the Kacau Family. Thankful to Abang Ritz for the Birthday gift and 4Fingers treat. Also thankful for the mini birthday celebration with the yummy cake before the day comes to an end.
