I remembered I said this a couple of days after With You was released:

"I still think it’s weird Hoseok didn’t say anything about with you but I’ll let it pass for now. Honestly, it got me thinking that if any or all of them ever turn to do solo stuff, I would want them to post something supporting each other at least for the debut single."

And I still feel that exact same way. I still think it's strange that Hoseok didn't post, it was kind of sad and I think he should have posted. But I also still wish they'd be openly supportive of each other's projects, so I'm glad Jimin posted.. that's the Jimin I always knew. I wonder too if he will make it into some sort of birthdaytweets-like tradition, and he will post a selfie everytime the members "debut".

I also saw a lot of people talking about how that type of post should be an instagram story and how Jimin "should learn" how to make a story but let's be real... He's absolutely not interested in posting IG stories. Even if he actually doesn't know how to, there are at least six other people he could ask for help.

This is just me ranting but it's absurd for the fandom to make the rules about what these posts mean, like "Hobi is so supportive" because he posted for everyone, but then get angry when somebody says "well he didn't post for Jimin so he's not supportive of Jimin". Wasn't the thing that a post = support?

So, yeah. Just like birthday tweets, the existence or lack of posts about other member's song/s doesn't mean that they love or hate each other, they're close or distant, etc, it's just nice to see.

Jimin saying that reminded me of this post where I said Jimin would put his life in Hoseok's hands😂 Maybe I wasn't so far off.
