Yesterday just us 😊. Siri was home with her brothers. They went to bed late after watching tv together. Now that her brothers know that she understands everything, they treat her more like their equal but not like someone with special needs who they cannot connect with. Siri looks forward to seeing them every other weekend. They write letters to her, they ask what she wants when they go out and they tell her before they leave as to when they will be back. Seeing all this as a mom of three my heart overflows with joy. We had an opportunity to make some important decisions yesterday.
