No Room For Regrets

– A Chishiya x Reader Oneshot

The moonlight filtered through the cracked windows, casting silver streaks across the dust-covered floor. The world outside was quiet for once—no screams, no gunfire, just the faint hum of the wind rushing through the ruined buildings of the Borderlands.

Chishiya sat across from you, his back against the peeling wallpaper of the abandoned apartment you’d both claimed for the night. His legs were stretched out, one knee bent lazily, while his sharp eyes observed you from beneath strands of silver hair.

"You keep staring," you murmured, breaking the silence.

A slow smirk pulled at his lips. "Maybe I like what I see."

You rolled your eyes, but the warmth spreading through your chest betrayed you. "You’re full of shit."

"Mm," he hummed, pushing off the wall and crawling toward you with that infuriatingly slow, calculated movement. "Maybe."

Your breath hitched as he stopped just inches away. His fingers traced over your wrist first—light, barely there—before sliding up your arm. Goosebumps followed in his wake, a shiver traveling down your spine as he tilted his head, watching your reaction like you were just another puzzle to solve.

But you weren’t a puzzle.

And he wasn’t indifferent.

Not tonight.

Your fingers curled into the fabric of his hoodie, pulling him closer. His breath was warm against your lips, teasing, taunting.

"You're always thinking," he murmured. "Always hesitating."

"And you never hesitate," you whispered back.

"Not when I want something."

A beat of silence.

Then, his lips were on yours—soft at first, testing. But the moment you responded, it changed.

The kiss deepened, all the tension, all the unspoken words finally breaking between you. His hands slid up your sides, fingers pressing into your skin, drawing you into him. He was deliberate in the way he touched you—slow but firm, as if mapping you out, as if memorizing every reaction.

You exhaled against him, fingers threading through his hair, pulling him even closer. He let out a quiet hum of approval, his grip tightening as he shifted, guiding you back against the worn-out mattress on the floor.

Chishiya wasn’t reckless.

He was controlled, precise.

But tonight, there was something else—something deeper.

His lips moved from your mouth to your jaw, trailing down your neck, his breath hot against your skin. Every touch, every press of his body against yours was calculated, measured—yet filled with a quiet hunger that sent fire coursing through your veins.

"You’re sure?" he murmured against your collarbone, voice softer than you’d ever heard it.

You didn’t hesitate.

"Yes."

A rare smile flickered across his lips before he kissed you again—this time with no restraint.

And for the first time since you entered the Borderlands, the thought of tomorrow didn’t matter.

Because tonight, there was no room for regrets.
