I wonder what it’s like to have a healthy relationship with food. Like, what do you mean you just eat and don’t obsessively look up the calories of each ingredient? What do you mean that you don’t memorize the calories in commonly eaten foods? You don’t plan your meals based on how much exercise you can do in a day?? Eating a meal doesn’t make you guilty??
sometimes its perfectly okay to eat that craving! if ur like me and you know if you avoid a craving youll binge even worse then just eat it! 400 cals is better than 1000 💕

Tips for the FtM and Male 3ds who still want to keep/gain muscle mass
-Protein you need it for wls anyways but if you consume enough you will keep/gain muscle. Eat things like; chicken, yogurt, anything that has protein infused with it, eggs, ect.
-Eating things that increase testosterone such as; kiwis, bananas, garlic, eggs, broccoli, ect.
-Working out there are a ton of workout tutorials online but here are a few I recommend: squats, mountain climbers, planks, push-ups/wall push-ups [and other variations], lunges, windmills, ect.
