It had been two months. The worst two months of their lives. The Marauders watched from afar as their now ex girlfriend killed herself, and said ex girlfriend had to watch as her lovers sat in each other's arms, basking in each other's presence. It was all too much. She couldn’t take it anymore. 

Today was a rare day where Y/n wasn’t on anything. Her system was clear and a bright smile was on her face. Almost everyone felt uncomfortable about the sudden change, wondering why she was suddenly… okay. Truth is she was the farthest from that that she’s ever been.

“Oh my gosh! Y/n, I love your necklace. Where did you get it?” Lily Evans, one of Y/n’s best friends, asked as Y/n sat down at the table. She sat as far away from the Marauders as she could, which proved difficult as Lily loved sitting next to them.

Y/n smiled and reached behind her head, swiftly unclasping the necklace and dangling it in front of Lily, “Here, have it.”

Lily shook her head, “Oh no, I couldn’t take it.”

“No, I swear it’s fine. It’s not really my style anyway. It’d look much better on you than me.” Y/n insisted and Lily hesitantly took the necklace. 

The thing is, that was Y/n’s favorite necklace. One her mom had given her when she was just a little girl, before she became a disappointment. The Marauders knew that. They shared uneasy looks, confused as to why she would so easily hand over her favorite possession, 

“Awh, that was sweet, Y/n.” Marlene said, admiring the golden necklace that now lay beautifully across Lily’s chest.

“Oh, here. You can have my bracelet. I always see you eyeing it.” She removed the bracelet and handed it to Marlene.

“Oh, thank you, Y/n. How kind.” She said with her brows furrowed.

“Of course.” Y/n responded with a smile.

It had been like that all day. She had given away everything that was complimented and constantly gave people hugs and told them she loved me. It was weird, for lack of a better term. It wasn’t only people close to her that noticed the unusualness either. It was classmates and teachers as well, even the paintings that lined the walls noticed a difference. It left an uneasy pit in everyone's stomach. 

That night, Remus sat at his desk with his hand holding up his head as he was deep in thought. 

James gently placed his hand on the boy's shoulder, “Moony? What’s going on in that head of yours?” James asked and Sirius perked up at the question, also wanting to know the answer.

Remus shook his head, “S’nothing.”

Sirius let out a short laugh, “You're full of shit. You’ve got that face. You only get that face when you’re thinking of something.”

“Oh, yeah. You’re right. He does have a thinking face.” James agreed and Sirius nodded.

“I know right, he goes like-” Sirius made an exaggerated facial expression.

“No, that looks nothing like him, dimwit. It’s like this-”  Remus tuned them out as they fought.

He went over every interaction Y/n had had that he witnessed throughout the day. She was acting so strange. Even before all the weed and drugs she never just gave away her possessions. She loved her things and held them close to her heart. So why was she giving it all away? And why was she suddenly showing so much affection? And why now? What changed? And why does Remus feel like he’s forgetting somethin-

Remus shot from his seat, “We need to find her. Now.” He said urgently before running out of the room, the boys paused before running after him, knowing exactly who “her” was. 

Remus hastily knocked on the door of Y/n’s dorm room, hoping she would open the door. Instead he was met with the sleepy face of Lily Evans and soft snores from Marlene who was cuddled up into Dorcas’ side. No Y/n.

“Remus?” She glanced behind him. “Sirius? James? What is it?”

“Is Y/n here?” He asked, dread filling his body.

Lily shook her head, “No, she said she was going up to the astronomy tower. Why?”

“I’ll tell you later, thank you.” He said before beginning to move again, but once they got down to the empty common room Sirius grabbed tightly onto his arm, stopping any movement. 

“Remus, what is going on? Why are you so worried?” Sirius asked.

“I think Y/n’s going to kill herself. The signs add up, giving away valuable possessions, being extra affectionate, and you know how her life is. We need to find her, now.” Sirius and James looked at each other before nodding. Sirius let go of Remus and all three sped to the astronomy tower, spending little to no time to think about not getting caught. Right now it was not a priority, their priority was Y/n.

They raced up the steps, not stopping as their lungs begged for air and legs ached for rest. Remus burst through the door and halted as his eyes lay on a silhouette standing at the edge of the tower, on the other side of the rails.

“Remus?” The figure asked, her voice hoarse and broken.

“Y/n, baby, please. Come here.” He begged as his boyfriends came in behind him.

“Y/n?” James asked tentatively. “Sweetheart, don’t do it.”

“Please, go away.” She asked, tears pouring from her eyes. They weren’t supposed to be here. “Please.” She whispered.

Sirius was the only one brave enough to step closer, “No. We let you leave once already, I won’t let you again.” He took another step.

“No, get away from me!” She cried, her sweaty hands slipping against the cool metal.

“Love.” Sirius said quietly, close enough to whisper to her. “It’s going to be okay, yeah?” She began to protest but he shook his head, shushing her while taking yet another step forward. “No, I know how hard that is to believe. But it will. And I- we- we will be there every step of the way. Come on, love, grab onto my hand.” He said quietly while stretching his hand out.

“I can’t do it anymore, Siri.” She whispered, her legs shaking.

“Yes you can.” He assured her immediately. “You can, I know of it. You are the strongest girl I’ve met. I know you can stay here. With me. And Remus. And James. I know you can.”

“But the weed and-and the alcohol, even if I don’t know, I’ll kill myself!” 

“Then we’ll work together to get sober. Y/n, my love, it’s not impossible for you to be happy. I need you to realize that. You can be happy, and you are worthy of being happy. Now hold my hand, please.” He asked again, tears stinging his eyes. She hesitantly grabbed his hand and let him help her over the rails.

The moment her feet touched the ground of the astronomy tower she collapsed in tears and the three immediately engulfed her in a warm hug. She sobbed in their arms for what felt like hours, but the boys didn’t care. She needed love, and they were going to give it to her. 

Once her cries quieted to small sniffles Remus pulled away and gently placed his hand on her tear stained cheek, wiping away the tears with the pad of his thumb.

“Oh, how rude of them.” Marlene said.

The doors to Great Hall opened and in walked Sirius Black. He walked to the Gryffindor table and stood behind his girlfriend, leaning down.

“We need you outside, please, Ms. L/n.” He said, sending shivers down the girl's spine.

“Oh, really?” She asked.

He kissed her cheek, “Yes, ma’am. Shall I escort you?” He asked, standing straight and holding out his hand.

She grabbed his hand, “You shall.” She stood up and let out a small yelp as Sirius quickly tugged her along. Y/n laughed as they sped down the hallway, making Sirius smile. Her laugh truly was music to his ears.

The left the castle and Sirius brought her to a little picnic blanket which her other two boyfriends were lounging on while conversating.

“Ah, look at our girl.” James said as he noticed them approaching.

“Guys, what is this?” Y/n asked with wide eyes as Sirius pushed her down gently, urging her to sit.

“Well, I do believe it’s a picnic.” Remus answered with a grin.

Y/n rolled her eyes, “No, I mean what’s it for?”

“Ah, great question. Today marks one year of you being sober, and we wanted to show you how proud of you we are.” Sirius explained and Y/n smiled.

“Guys, thank you. I love you all so much.”

“We love you too.” James responded.

“Oh! Hagrid made a cake. We didn’t ask him too, but he handed it to us and told us to make sure it got to you.” Remus said, handing Y/n a box.

Y/n smiled as she read what was on the cake.

“Awh, Hagrid is so sweet.” Y/n said with a large smile.

“We’re proud of you too, by the way.” James said, putting his head on her lap.

Sirius grabbed Y/n’s hand, “I told you you were the strongest girl I knew.”

Pride swelled in Y/n’s chest. She had come so far in just a year. She had walked through hell and came back alive, barely, but still alive. She had cut off contact from her parents, much to their dismay as now their scapegoat had left, however they didn’t put in the effort to keep her around. Now Epel in my mind is a sparrow. He seems to be very meek and shy but when he wants to he can be very flirtatious. He can and will take Yuu by the hand and dance with them. Oh you can't dance? Eyebrows scrunched as you concentrated, the knitting needles in your hands fell easily into a routine as the time went by. Nothing but comfortable silence enveloped the room as you concentrated on your task. But you weren’t alone, next to you was Makoto, who was currently leaning his head against your shoulder as you sat together on his bed, seeming to doze off with closed eyes.

It was almost evening, but fortunately S.E.E.S weren’t planning to head to the Dark Hour today, meaning you and your dear boyfriend could relax for the time being. You knew how busy Makoto can be, how it seemed he’d be pulled in every direction with the many things he had to do. Daily the quiet boy would leave the dorms and school to go somewhere or meet someone. It made you admire his commitment of responsibility and work ethic. He always tried his best and worked hard despite his behaviour that he didn’t care. But you always made sure to remind him to take breaks every once in a while. You didn’t want Makoto to burn himself out to satisfy his confidants’ needs. Including yourself.

Now he may not look it, he especially did his best to make time for you in his crowded schedule. To spend doing anything together, even if it was nothing extravagant or important, it still mattered all the same.

Like right now, where the two of you were snuggling up with his blanket over your laps, two almost empty cups of hot chocolate nearby, and some movie that was playing as background noise on your laptop. It filled you with peace despite the ever growing dangers presented by the Dark Hour.

“Are you sleeping, Mako..?” you whispered enough to reach his ears.

“.. Hmm.” your boyfriend responded.

“‘M almost done…” you say as your hands worked, wrapping up the finishing touches of your creation. “And there.”

You were pleased with how the sweater had turned out, spending the occasional time knitting a few things for Makoto to have. You’ve even stitched a shirt of his one time when there was a hole in it. Something that wasn’t common since your boyfriend took care of his things.

Makoto Yuki deserved nothing but good things in his life. That’s what you’ve always known and what you’ve wanted to do for him if you were able to. A great leader, a great friend, and an even wonderful boyfriend. Even if you’ve only known each other for almost a year, you didn’t think you could find anyone after Makoto.

Lifting his head from your shoulder, he turned his gaze to the clothing in your grasp. A single eye going over the details visible from his blue hair.

“It looks really nice.” Makoto complimented, hand touching the soft fabric.

“Can you try it on?” you asked eagerly.

“Okay.” he nods, shrugging his blazer off.

It fitted perfectly, purposefully a tad oversized to give cozy comfort. It was also the same colour as your eyes, which he personally requested.

Smiling proudly and fondly, you wrapping your arms his waist. Resting your ear against his heart, you heard it thrum.

Makoto returned your affection, softly yet firmly holding you close as he pressed his face against your hair, rubbing the back of your head. For someone who grew up away from physical touch since he was an orphan, it was foreign and unnatural. As much as he bonded with his confidants, he physically kept them at arms length. Even Aigis, who would follow him and guard his well-being, no one could turn Koromaru away, Junpei with his brazenness, and Elizabeth with all her eccentricity. But you changed that when he fell for you. Holding you felt natural and serene.

Just as you desired it, Makoto didn’t want to let go of you either.

“It fits well. I’ll keep it always.” he sincerely said.

A happy smile could not stop gracing your lips as a light blush spread your cheeks. Squeezing him a a little tighter, you hoped to have more of these moments come.

He tries his best. There are times where the lighthearted punches he throws while pretending to be a boxer accidentally leaves a bruise, and he'll feel terrible about it and apologize over and over again. He would even let you punch him back to make it equal. Emotionally, he'll always try his best to understand you and listen to your problems :(

He loves hugs! He prefers them over cuddles, because they're so much more convenient. He'll loves to hug you whenever he can - be it on the train ride home, or when you're cooking dinner, or when you're waiting in line at the grocery store.

He gets jealous so easily, it's kinda cute. He'll be very petty about it too, so when you talk to him after complimenting Eunseok's cooking a bit too much for his liking, he'll be really sarcastic. Definitely says things like "Oh, why don't you go talk about it with your other boyfriend?" and "Oh, you remembered I exist? I thought you only cared about Eunseok." But once you smother him in kisses, he'll be a happy boy again <3

He's so clingy in the morning. The warmth of the bed and your arms around him feels too comfortable to get out of, and all he wants to do is stay in your embrace. Even when you get out of bed to get ready for the day, he'll be tailing after you to hug you.

Sohee remembers everything about you. Even if it was something you randomly mumbled to him about, he'll always remember about it. Sometimes he remembers things about you that you've forgotten yourself, and it's always a surprise for you <3

During your first date! You've went out together as friends before, but this one felt much different because it was romantic. He was so nervous, but all worry faded away the moment he saw your smile as you walked into the coffee shop.

Sohee's protective in a healthy amount. Wants to make sure you're safe and happy no matter where you are and what time it is, especially when he isn't with you. He'll get up and drive you home from a girls' night out, even if it's 3am. He lives by the motto "Better safe than sorry" >:)

He puts so much efforts into these things, it's insane. I'm talking about Sohee quietly waking up an hour before you to do the laundry and make you a cup of coffee, driving for two-hours so you could visit the beach you really wanted to go to, going for pottery classes so he could make a flower vase just for you.

He doesn't really think before he does things, and there are times that results in him getting himself hurt. You need to be there to remind him that doing tricks on a skateboard is more dangerous and difficult than it looks from YouTube videos.

Authors note: I miss my favorite boys and got motivation to write for some reason so lets gooo. I just wrote the core four so if you want Remus and Janus feel free to leave a comment.

👑Roman👑

-Roman would be his dramatic self (bc of course he would be) but at the same time would think up of ideas on the fly on how to help as you have your panic attack

-Would probably BOMBARED you with questions as he tries to figure out his best on how to help until he figures out that you wont be able to answer all too well in your panicked state

-If you indicate that you want to be held, he will hold you against his chest firmly so you can hear the comforting sound of his heart beating

-If not, he will simply sit and/or lay next to you until your panic attack is over, affirming you that he’s there for you

-Afterward, he will shower you with all sorts of comforting words -in both english and spanish- and shower you with acts of service (Bringing you some comfort items, making sure you’re comfortable, ect.)

-Being that he is the most logical side and doesn’t do well with emotions, he will obviously try to go about it the logical way

-Will most likely know what to do already since he has helped many of Thomas’ friends from panic attacks and has helped Virgil before in the past

-Logans definitely the kind of person to just sit close to you while trying to give you space at the same time, not wanting to overwhelm you even more

-If you ask to be held, know its gonna be kind of a stiff hug at first since Logan isn’t used to physical affection (Patton tries to surprise hug him from time to time due to that reason)

-After a while though, seeing that it’s helping you calm down from the panic attack, he definitely melts into the hug. Even after you’ve calmed down he still won’t let go (someone give him a hug please he needs it)

-If you don’t like physical affection or just don’t like hugs, he’ll probably hold your hand through your panic attack as he guides you through breathing excersises 

-You’ll both just sit or lay in silence, enjoying each others presence for a while before one of you breaks the silence and you both just talk about random things

-Omg Patton goes into full on DAD MODE the minute he knows your having a panic attack. He might be able to see if before it even happens bc he just has that kind of, caring-for-others-more-than-himself-mode built in him. 

-Kind of like Roman and Logan put into one because he will ask if theres anything he can do to help and sort of knows how to deal with a panic attack but isn’t too sure

-Sooo, he just looks it up on his phone real quick. Once he understands what to do, he will help you through it with a kind and comforting voice

-I feel like his voice will definitely help ground you more than anything because its just so cute the way that he says “everythings ok” and “I’m here for you, kiddo” and just things like that

-If you want to be held, BOY YOU BETTER BE READY FOR SOME REAL GOOD HUGS/CUDDLES

-Patton literally gives the best cuddles I dunno what to tell you other than you will most likely fall asleep if you cuddle each other

-My poor emo boy definitely knows how to handle a panic attack but has only ever dealt with panic attacks by himself so when he sees you having one

-He kind of freezes. 

-Once he snaps out of it though, he’s definitely panicking a little bit too with you as he attempts to think of everything he can to help you

-He’s kind of a guy who hesitates before doing anything because he just really isn’t sure but starts to calm down after seeing you calm down too

-If you indicate that you want to be held through your panic attack, he will be a little stiff at first but not in the way Logan is stiff

-Stiff as in he’s not sure if he’s doing this right and hopes that this actually comforts you

-Dont wanna be held? He’ll just offer you some comforting items kind of like a crow and its so cute that it really helps you calm down

-Once you calm down, he will constantly be checking up on you to make sure you’re ok 

-”You comfortabe?”  “ Need anything else?”   “I can get something for you if you want.”

"woah, hey, is everything alright?" you question, stumbling a bit in your attempt to keep up with his pace. his grip on your hand is tight, possessive, but there's a pout on his lips. beomgyu's the type to pout cutely, trying to appeal to you or get on your nerves, but this time he seems genuinely upset.

he doesn't answer your question, and you fall into a heavy silence as you walk down the darkening street, the warm rays of sunset making beomgyu look pretty even when he's upset. you don't say anything until you're passing by your apartment (you really didn't live far from them).

tugging on the hand the still hasn't let go, you force him to look at you, irritated and not bothering to hide the glare in your eyes as you look at him for the first time in 7 minutes.

"what the hell is up with you?" you hiss, your aggravated tone visibly making beomgyu flinch as bothered look only worsens. he looks away from you, opting to stay silent as he stares at the brick walls of your apartment complex. your patience only thins, and beomgyu yelps as you harshly shake your hand out of grip.

"look, if you're upset then we don't have to go on this date, because i have no clue why you're even mad at me for-"

"i'm not mad at you," beomgyu grumbles, holding his discarded hand close to him as he still stubbornly refuses to make eye contact with you.

"then what is it," you sigh out, exasperated.

a few more beats of silence pass by before beomgyu lets out a noise of discomfort- embarrassment. he groans and brings up a hand to mess with his mullet, "it's just...i don't like how you keep spending so much time with hueningkai" he admits, ears burning red as he stares at the floor.

you stare at him, shock and just a bit of relief flooding through you. you finally let a long, tired sigh escape you. your boyfriend wasn't mad, he was just fucking stupid.

"come on," you command, turning around and starting to walk up the stairs to your apartment. you make it up a few steps before turning around, beomgyu watching you with wide and confused eyes. your own eyes narrow at the sight.

"now."

the tone of your voice makes beomgyu startle and hastily walk up the stairs behind you. he didn't mean to get you mad, he thinks sulkily. maybe you were mad at the fact that he was jealous, mad over the fact that he had the audacity to get possessive when he obviously didn't own you.

you feel his gloom behind you as you walk up to your apartment door, but don't say anything, opting for silence. it's only when your keys jangle to open the white door that there's finally any noise, and you motion beomgyu to go inside first once it swings open. he hesitates before stepping in, hearing the door eventually close behind him as you walk in as well.

he only has a few moments to acknowledge your presence before suddenly he's gasping as the wind gets partially knocked out of him, pinned against the door.

he wants to wince at the feeling of his back crashing against the wood, but he doesn't get much time to think as your lips crash onto his. he whimpers into your mouth, lips parting open to let you have your way with him as his arms drape over your shoulders and claw at your back. one of your hands grips at his waist, the other gripping his chin in order to lead the kiss where you want.

his lips are soft and you can faintly taste the honey from his lip balm, but it's not nearly as sweet as the feeling of beomgyu melting into your body. he manages to groan out your name as you pull back, tugging at his bottom lip with your teeth in a way that has him staring back at you with a pathetic expression.

you let go and his lip falls back into place with a wet 'pop' and you take this time to properly glare down (metaphorically, the bitch is 5'11 </3) at the man.

"jealous, huh?" you scoff, making beomgyu wince as he whines at your mean tone.

"you were just being really touchy with him! always giggling and shit during our gaming fridays," he huffed, his worries finally revealed. the mention of the gaming days makes your eye physically twitch. no wonder he's been scheduling friday dates all of a sudden, this brat.

"touchy? touchy how?" you press on, voice cold as you focus on making the man squirm under you. you roughly shove your leg in between his thighs, ripping a mix between a gasp and a moan from his throat as it presses against the half-hardness of his dick. "m' sorry," he mumbles, head drooping in shame. you almost laugh at the sight, sighing affectionately before pressing a sweet kiss to his lips. beomgyu stills against your lips before crumbling at the affection, body melting against yours before he's gasping into your mouth. you can feel the way his back arches and his body presses into you, your knee pressing harshly against his clothed dick.

but he realises that none of that matters so long as you knew. so even in a mundane, everyday moment, the same amount of love he has for you will be conveyed in the same way. and he is perfectly content with that
