Your recent post with the doodles made me curious, how would the different sophonts represent themselves in art? Especially concerning non-artists; like how our human shorthand is a stick figure?

But this is also something I doodle a lot. Though they lean towards exaggerating some different traits than humans do, there is immense variety in the style of alien self-depictions.

I was in the depths of my Tumblr blog, which was physicalized as a graveyard. I found the tombstone for a nonexistent TV show that I’d kind of liked but had forgotten about, my favorite character of which was a were-ferret named Zanabia. I found a cool bug and named it after her.

here's a crudely textured model of Pinkie[1][2] the bug ferret[1][2] from Jay Eaton's Runaway To The Stars, that I made for funsies as I learn to use blockbench c:

I might make some adjustments, and then polish up the texture, after i learn how to animate blockbench models- and then how to set up custom player model packs. I'd love to make stuff like that for my own OCs, and perhaps for various other people's species should the owners allow it. I'm finding it's pretty fun to model things in blockbench already as is!

(Rnow this one is just a static model I made just for fun, and to practice more varied shapes. I would not release an actual player model pack using someone else's species or character without permission. That said Jay if you play minecraft and would like to have RttS species custom player models,,, I'd be up for that once I like. actually know how to do the animation and such!)

i cant make an actual human sona but heres a Mostly human one. outfit similar to my trainersona. the iridescent collar pendant is there to help it keep a solid form

This religious belief has lead to bug ferrets investing deeply in terraforming and interstellar wormhole technology. They have a much, much larger territory than other sophonts.
