Rediscovering Hobbies
Or maybe reinventing is the better term here.
I've always loved art, I've been drawing ever since I can remember and recently, I picked up block printing again. I've tried it before but not in the capacity where I can really try everything I want to and I finally picked up all the supplies.
It has improved my mood so much and weirdly enough, my energy levels as well, working on the prints is very grounding.
Anyway, here's something I made :)

no one talks about how lonely is the middle stage of recovery after you've learnt how to sort of survive without dying but you're just there holding on, idk it's all too monotonous. you've no idea what's wrong bec everything seems calmer and finer. but you can't help but feel this undying sadness inside of you which just won't go away?

I think I'd like to start doing some "fibromyalgia recovery" content because that's currently my whole life and I'm good at finding answers about it. It could probably help a lot of people.
Fibromyalgia tip #1:
Drink plenty of water. I drink 3 or 4 liters a day. Water is a very basic way that you can help your body function. First, measure how much water you normally drink in a day. Then, gradually increase your water intake goal. Pay attention to your body's signals to help you know what is the right amount of water for you to drink. I bought a cute water bottle that I like drinking out of to encourage me.

Hi!
I decided to start this blog because I wanted somewhere to put my thoughts.
As of three days ago, I have officially been on sick leave from uni and my job because of (ADHD/Autistic) burnout. It feels weird and I feel incredibly guilty but I haven't felt awake in years. So now I'm in this weird state where I try to figure out what I'm capable of and what is actually taking up spoons. For now, my task is to figure out how I can minimize the amount of decision-making in my morning routine to make it less taxing and exhausting.
I'm curious to see how it goes.
Thank you for reading, you are doing great!

you know what, normalise having off days where you don’t feel like studying AT ALL, fuck with studies, you don’t wanna EXIST at all. it is fucking not normal to expect me to be a student when i am BARELY being a human. a day off isn’t gonna change the fucking world which is inherently unfair. stop selling this fucking sham to me.
