imagine you’re a teacher at jujutsu high and a special grade sorcerer (because i enjoy feeling strong and this is a little self indulgent) (yall can choose if you want to be gojo’s classmate or nanami’s it doesn’t really impact anything)

Sukuna gets reincarnated without a vessel (dont ask me how it just happens ok) and to everyone’s surprise, he volunteers to be an instructor at jujutsu high

he says its to “make these pathetic kids somewhat decent sorcerers so they dont ruin the name of jujutsu”

for whatever reason, the higher ups assign him a spot among the teachers at the school

imagine your shock when this 1000 year old 7 foot tall motherfucker shows in the middle of your class to introduce himself as the new teacher

you’d heard about his whole situation but you didn’t expect him to show up in the middle of a lesson

you attempt to shoo him away but he doesn’t even move (i mean what did you expect really?) and you’re forced to end class early

nat was one of the first people nina met from jeff, since she and jeff lived in the barn together.

nina thought nat was a lesbian when they first met . that is literally the only reason why she wasnt mad jeff was living with a woman.

although nina was like, one of the ONLY people to notice toby/nat tension and was sooo heartbroken when she realized they were never getting together..... but then was relieved they didnt get together when she got over jeff because 'well i can't be the only single one!'

again, natalie grew up with 0 girl friends, only hung out with her brother and boys. even after meeting the creeps, theyre still mostly guys. so she's just kinda really awkward and weird around girls. not in a like, 'oh girls r so annoying' way but like... she just doesnt know how to fit in. she just feels so different in the worst possible way and always has.

and nina is very girly, outgoing, touchy, friendly, cute, etc. so it was very like UMMM?!? idk. natalie kept snapping at her, assuming she was fake and weird and just trying to get something from nat, but nina was so persistent and just. friendly. it started making natalie feel warm.

nina's presence started to heal natalies inner little girl. she had it stolen from her time and time again, from her dad, her brother, her peers - the operator, too.

so the two are eventually actual friends. they'll text and play mobile phone games together. sometimes they'll just sit on call and nina will be talking her head off while nat does her own thing at home. one time nat was at tobys cabin and nina was talking about toby on speaker and toby walked in and was like 'hey nina' .... nina almost threw up she was so embarrassed.

nina loves visiting nats bar because everyone is always talking to nina and giving her attention and buying her drinks, and at first nat was irritated but it kinda got nat some better tips since the customers started realizing ninas her friend. so nat was pleased. LOL

nat was never the type to go shopping, but she'll follow nina around and sit while nina tries on clothes and carry around all her bags that she buys LOL... ninas made jokes about nat being boyfriend material and nat just flatout says smth about how nina should get over jeff cuz he would never.

Oh she does not like it one bit. It feels.. so so weird, even weirder if you guys are built different. Taller? She doesn't like the new perspective but it's not too terribly bad since she flies. Shorter? Now THAT'S going to cause issues for her.. you on the flip side.. oh you poor thing.. your girlfriend is always pushing herself and sometimes even neglects her physical health. You feel so sore and tired in her body. Probably prompts you to scold her and try to get her to take it easy when everything is back to normal. Oh my God you dont know how lute can stand being around adam all day everyday for her job. Even if you're friendly with adam on regular terms he can get to be a bit... much

SHARING CLOTHES

Lute isnt the one taking your clothes, she doesnt see much need to do so. Sometimes you steal her coats or if you fit in them you sometimes take her dresses... she looks like the type to wear compression socks.. doesnt fully understand why you steal her clothing and she kind of prefers you ask before just taking from her. Shes not mean or harsh about it, though, unless it's a constant violation of her voiced boundaries. If you tell her it's because you miss her she feels bad for being so busy all the time, especially since a lot of her time is consumed by her deciding to spend her free time trying to train and perfect her skills. She makes an attempt to spend more time with you

playing around with als demon form (and clothing). i rant a bit about character design under the cut

its a little difficult to land on a design i like for alastor in particular because its so difficult to make him look like "himself" if i dont include key elements like the very shape of his silhouette. characters like velvette or charlie can get by with hairstyle changes or clothing swaps but with alastor, i find that its nigh impossible to have him look like himself if i switch out any elements of his silhouette. that and his eyes, as theyre so expressive and basically show how he's feeling where his expression cant i feel like its impossible to change anything about his eyes and make him still feel like *alastor*, at least at my skill level (if i oneday manage to make a version of alastor with a mustache and not immediately after want to kill him and myself i will be able to die happy) also i could take out the monocle but tbh even though it doesnt fit his time period it honestly makes him look better so im making him keep that on.

when i go to redesign things and change them around to my liking theres only a few things i can do: ex, i have to focus more on adding details that should be there instead of trying to subtract ones that shouldn't be (and yeah that includes the wackass bob). i also kind of have my hands tied when it comes to like, trying to actually connect back to both his deer and radio motifs because i swear to god vivziepop was not fucking thinking when she decided to make him the radio demon. his base design has literally NOTHING to do with the radio so i have to be super careful with how i approach all of it when im trying to redesign and work details in otherwise i end up veering off course and creating a whole new guy.

so for this, theres a few things i tampered with. for one, the suit he's wearing is monochromatic and boring (and i wont take shit about it being animation because if lucifer can have 10000 tiny annoying details and his stupid fucking tophat then alastor should be able to wear more than one fucking colour with his clothes) so the first step is to get some more colour in there. red with gold trimmings fits well with the appearance of old cathedral radios, and as a plus, it makes him look like he has a more cohesive outfit (as well as one that fits for the job!) instead of a colour scheme and clothes combo nearly as horrific as denim on denim. and of course the radio in the chest can replace the atrocious attempt at complexity in his outfit (is that a harness or a shirt pattern? who knows, not me!) . pants are a lot simpler but i dont really want to tackle the lower body just yet because i dont really know how i want to approach the animalistic vs non animalistic features sort of thing for his design. oh and i put in a ribcage corset because its a banger idea and it makes him look better honestly

Heyo so u wanted to come if on anon for a while now but also wanted to have another headcanon or idea to share when I do, but I think I’m pretty taped out for new ideas.

Anyway here I am surprise 🎉

I still regularly check out your page and I always enjoy seeing the new posts and responses plus any updates to the chaos horde au.

Also I know I said I’m out of things to share at this moment but I did have one small thing for my new favourite of Tiktik;

I remember a post about goblins having very strong opinions on fashion and the idea that once they find a look they like they stick with it and go full force with it.

So Tiktik decides to stay in elmville for a while just to visit the gang, particular her pretty cleric and see how they just generally live their lives etc.

Part of this is going to a mall or clothing store to get her solace appropriate clothing. My initial thought was to Tiktik was going full goth mode since she’s used to wearing dark clothing anyway like most goblins do to blend in with shadows and night and I imagine her loving the intricate shiny jewellery, studs and spikes she can add.

But then I thought hang on, for the first time in her life she doesn’t have to worry about camouflage or standing out to much or she’ll possibly be eaten, and now has access unlimited to all these new and exciting clothes (Fabian offered to buy her anything she wanted and get it tailored to her size later, he claims it’s just a welcome gift but secretly it’s more of a thank you for helping get me and Riz together gift).

So she goes for the brightest most gaudy clothes she can find, I’m talking rainbow leggings, several different kinds of bright plastic bracelets on each arm and necklaces along with the loudest patterned shirts and skirt/shorts anyone’s ever seen.

She comes out of the dressing room and while everyone saw the clothes she picked out it’s still a shock to actually see it all together and before anyone can say anything to try and talk her out of her fashion choices, Kristen does her best impression of a suggestive/impressed goblin growl genuinely finding the outfit she’s wearing to be HOT (she wears tie dye and a yellow tracksuit, her fashion sense aren’t the best).

Also thing honestly was only meant to be a small thing but it kinda got away from me 😅

The goblins up in the mountains actually have fairly nice clothing. They might not have cotton, but they have a kind of silk harvested from creatures they farm in the darkness of their caves. Very strong and rip-proof so it can withstand their claws and it feels wonderful against your skin. Adventurers used to find bolts of the silk in goblin caves and attributed it to them stealing it from elven settlements.

The stereotype of a goblin wearing threadbare rags is only because adventurers were constantly encountering them after destroying their homes and trying to exterminate them. Textile arts take time and if you're constantly running for your life and moving you dont have time to make any new outfits. It gets put on the backburner even more so if your species doesnt have much of a taboo about nudity.

Its almost always dyed mostly greens and dark browns so their camoflage doesnt get disrupted too badly but it's all tailored to fit well, and tight, so it doesnt get snagged on anything.

Other than the silks they'll usually also have leather clothing. There's plenty of it to go around since they hunt for 99% of their food so its usually what smaller kits wear since they'll grow out of it fast.

Tiktik comes to Solace and there's just SO MANY different fabrics and colours, so she spends hours just wandering around a store running her hands over things to test how they feel (some of the textures are repulsive and Riz agrees). She finds some stuff she likes and goes a little wild on the colour choices ands up stepping out of the changing room and its just like

Riz is kindof glad he's wearing light-filtering glasses.

so as kind of a foundation i think nina and jack have a super opposites attract relationship and i kind of touched on that in my phys hc post (check that out if you enjoy this content bee tee dubs)

for example, nina is super duper messy while jack is obsessively organized and clean from being an ocd doctor man

they really level each other out in an almost healing way and that's part of why i love this ship sm lmao

nina keeps jack from trying to be painfully perfect and he keeps her from being dangerously reckless and laidback

they also fit under a princess and knight in shining armor type thing for me personally— and yes, i will explain LOL

nina, after being in a super neglectful and abusive relationship with jeff, gets to be with jack who's more attentive and caring towards nina, making her feel more like herself and leads her to being more in tune with princess treatment

jack also has relationship trauma, which i think anyone could guess if you've even just heard about the background story that the person who made sally's story made and not just seen the low quality mask photo story

(for those who DONT know that story and dont want spoilers for it i do suggest leaving the post now and reading it because it is a pretty common reference for the creepypasta fandom and i will be referencing big plot points)

so having the sacrificial college girlfriend (whos name i would look up but im currently on a roadtrip with shitty service) jack isn't used to getting anything back in return and/or being treated nicely without something sinister being behind it

but nina loves super unconditionally— which immediately contradicts that train of thought which would ultimately lead him to trusting her more and more over time til they're just at a point where they can both love each other without fear of the other person being similar to their past experiences and that's just so heartwarming urgrgrhh

the knight part really comes into play with nina being a bit clumsy and reckless because jack is constantly having to basically baby proof her experiences because she is so prone to creating problems

moving on— jack finds little acts of service that nina isnt really used to to show his love

like he'll make her a meal or get her jewelry or whatever just to make her day because its not something she got with jeff at all

which its more like it makes her month because she will not stop talking about it to anybody who will listen

that's just how she is— she loves very loudly

which is COMPLETELY NEW to jack considering that the sacrificial college girlfriend (i still havent googled her name my signal is somehow worse) was truly just there to lead a lamb to the slaughter

so when nina is actively seeking his affection and caring and loving for him it is such a new experience that i would think he wasn't quite sure what to do

guys hes a nerdy medical major white guy first and a demon second in my books he is an awkward man

but there's a want to be perfect for nina so he really fakes it til he makes it

but then nina is also a super-people-reader so when things dont line up she's immediately on his case

"hey man i thought you barely had any experience why are you good at kissing are you lying to me"

and then he gets a little embarrassed by it and hes like "i have no idea what you're talking about i'm just paying attention to your reactions"

she still doesnt believe him fully but she accepts it

they do cute shit together too

like they'll watch movies and tv and stuff together and cuddle

or nina will dress him up and buy him clothes (because like i said in the past post, jack is very copy and paste easy outfits and nina is obsessive with accessories and big outfits yada yada yada)

he'd probably let nina do just about anything tho as long as shes having fun and close to him hes pretty content

For how they met they never had any pre operation interaction like no working at the carnival but he was released post operation like hey go hunt people trying to fuck with us and given the carnivals whereabouts or something idk and when he gets to the inn and threatens them and powers up torbek fronts and just immediately starts crying and hides gricko is the first to reach out and realize hey this dude is pretty chill and then they take care of torbek until gorebek fronts again

Gorebek in this is probably like early ouaw torbek whos very new to things and the world torbek is that but way worse they both only know operations and experiments and whatever they were told without really experiencing the outside world while gorebek socialized torbek literally never has in his existence (himself, probably has cofronted and seen gorebek talk but its different)

idk how exactly this would go but i feel like he would follow them at first after the fight being like yess yes evil secret intel and slowly get accepted into the found family realizing they actually care for him and dont treat him like a creature to test on unlike insert evil people (release the duke backstory after hiatus so i can make this more accurate pls ouaw)

i think this process would be WAY way longer for gorebek then it is for torbek torbek probably fronts more often and connects with everyone while gorebek rarely lets himself get the chance to bond with anyone

in this i dont think gorbek is like explicitly evil i think he is acting on his beliefs and can be more connected to the carnival then canon gore

but i think that connection will be very co dependent after being held for so long and being told he was a tool he would probably crave that feeling of being needed again even if its warped and fucked up and probably act out but also crave love and the acceptance like torbek gets so gorebeks relationships would all be extremely hot and cold and constantly changing while torbek is just chilling (mostly)

Hi! One of my coworkers just came back from maternity leave, we havent seen her since 2019, and she looks so different now after having 4 kids in a row… the point is that it gave me a fic idea about jily/prongsfoot, I thought i’d share, I hope you dont mind! It’ll be long probably, so feel free to ignore this!

So considering Canon events, James and Lily were hiding for about a year, but it would make more sense if it was even longer due to Lily’s pregnancy… which can translate well into a modern AU with the loooong COVID quarantine periods… they cant go out, do sports, go to work, and Lily is heavily pregnant, has all the carvings and her increased appetite has an affect on James’ usual diet too, then having a newborn baby too has the toll on them and their weight… so long story short, they both gain weight, Lily is curvier than ever and James has a dad bod now!

He doesnt really notice it at first, they are at home wearing sweatpants 24/7, and James has always been athletic, in his head him getting fat is not really possible… But then reality slaps him on the face, when he can barely button up his nice clothes by the time they can leave quarantine for a few hours to have Harry christened. He goes into full panic mode, checks himself out in the mirror for hours and tries on all the clothes in his closet, but nothing really fits him well beside the sweatpants with elastic bands… he finds their old school uniforms, he cant remember why he has a pair for all of them, but he’s desperate… so he proceeds to try on Peter’s old uniform, because that for sure will be too big for him at the waist, there’s still hope!… but it fits him perfectly. He is shocked and even more embarassed, like how is this even possible?! So he asks Lily if she noticed anything, and gets even more devastated hearing her answer: of course she noticed! She assures him jokingly how much she likes his belly and tbh it makes her feel better about all the baby weight she just can’t seem to be able to loose… He’s almost crying at this point, and wants to ask Sirius, he’s his best friend, he should be able to end this nonsense… unless he can’t know about what a fatass he became! He’s spiraling cause he just realized that he can’t undo almost 1,5 years of quarantine weight gain in a few weeks until the christening ceremony, where he will definitely meet with Sirius as he’ll be Harry’s godfather! He reluctantly orders new clothes and downloads a dozen diet/workout apps… only to a new wave of COVID coming! And his parents unfortunately fell victim to it this time, so his determination of getting fit again disappears with his grief and yet another lockdown.

Fast forward to the end of COVID, no more quarantine, they are eating healthier, but neither of them manages to lose any weight, indeed, they might need to go one size up again! James is kinda still in denial about exactly how many sizes he went up in the last years, but he has to admit that he sort of prefers Lily’s curves, she is glowing almost the same way as when she was pregnant (maybe she’s with child again…?), she’s just beautiful! He is not as stressed about his own weight anymore as he realized that all his male relatives grew a belly when they had a child! So it’s technically honoring a tradition on his part only! (He’s halfway between the bargaining and acceptance phase…) He’s still anxious about meeting Sirius though, he doesnt really understand just WHY he cares so much about looking fit enough for him… But he can’t avoid meeting Sirius forever, so far he was “lucky” enough that Sirius had to spend a year abroad for his work, almost like he’s also trying to avoid the meeting… whatever the reason is, it gives James some time to start working out again, but he only gets stronger and not thinner…

They finally meet, James is extra self-conscious, and Sirius also acts weird, as if he’s trying not to look at him… He’s as fit as ever, because of course he is! The meeting is over quite quickly, Sirius excuses himself and leaves early… It happens a few more times, and James slowly cares less and less about sucking in his belly and wearing loose clothes… And Sirius acts even weirder upon seeing more of the true size of James’ body…

Because Sirius is extremely into James, especially now, he practically loses it when he sees James’ now bigger, rounder and juicier ass in one of his now quite tight pants… he blurts out how James is even hotter than how Lily described him in her letters…

Turns out that Sirius acted weird because he tried to contain his lust and love… and that the covid lockdown was hard on him too, but instead of weight he gained an alcohol problem… his year abroad was because he had to go to rehab, his wakeup call was also Harry’s christening. He was only allowed to write letters, that he sent to Lily because he was too embarassed to admit his condition to James… so Lily was the first to piece everything together, and the one who tried to encourage both boys to sort out their feelings towards each other! (Her blessing is granted to prongsfoot!)

So they make up and make out! Sirius is now an expert at being healthy, he learned that in rehab, which he can now put to good use! They work out together, and while James loses a little weight, his dad bod mostly remains… And he truly doesnt care about it anymore, because he is healthy and loved, Sirius can barely keep his hands to himself!

I like the idea that after gaining weight and dealing with the most immediate grief (RIP Euphemia and Fleamont 🙏), he finds working out something he wants to do again. Maybe he starts to lift weights and slowly builds muscle and only becomes thiccer... And Sirius just finds him hot both with the dad bod and the more muscular version because that means there's just more of James to hold onto. Sirius especially appreciates his big arms, thicc thighs and that plump arse. 🥵 And the dad belly is now just another part of James that Sirius loves.

I got the feeling that this is more of a polyamorous relationship with Lily being fine with sharing James with Sirius but not really interested in taking part with Prongsfoot alone time? Anyway, whatever they have going on, I support this. Maybe she locks them together in the guest bedroom so they will finally stop ogling each other and just kiss already. For some reason there are some snacks and water bottles conveniently left in the room as well so they can take their time sorting things out...

After Lily has arranged Prongsfoot to get together, Sirius moves in with the Potters. Harry has three loving parents and Lily has a happier husband. Sirius and James develop a workout routine that often ends with them making out and groping each other everywhere, sweaty and high on endorphins. Whenever Lily catches them in the act, she stops whatever she was doing and enjoys the view. She also looks amazing in her curvy mum bod and shamelessly flirts with Sirius who reciprocates it, whether it's romantic or not. And Sirius will get the emotional support he needs to continue to live a life without alcohol. It's the best case scenario for everyone.

hi so im normal abt shin tsukimi being nonbinary. most of this is just hcs but this is real to me. read it undercut :3 i also touched on my hispanic shin and him being gay aroacespec by accident. whoops

to me at least. shin hasn’t really ever cared abt his gender that much, it was never really a big part of his life growing up so he never put thought into it or really had a meaning for it in his mind.

so thats where the quoigender comes in. its also called WTFgender which i find amazing. quoigender pretty much means that you cant really put a definition on your gender. so i think over time shin starts like. feeling more connected to that term for himself..!!

1. What’s the maximum amount of time your character can sit still with nothing to do?

Gabe does modeling so she's on the move more often than she'd like to be so when she takes a lazy day she will do Absolutely Nothing. Judas (her youngest sibling) will come by on those days to hang out and also be her little helper for the day! Lazarus lives with Gabriel too but they're always out of the house do judas is the most reliable option. It's a coin toss on if she'll actually stay down for the full time she's off, and if she doesn't she'll take judas out somewhere for the rest of the day instead.

2. How easy is it for your character to laugh?

She's a very jovial person! I think she has one of those cutesy tinkly bell laughs. This is great for BD who would do anything to get a cute girl to laugh for him after may telling him to shut the fuck up every time he opens his mouth. even though BD probably deserves it.

3. How do they put themselves to bed at night (reading, singing, thinking?)

Like i said she's always in and out of shoots so she probably conks out easy but Gabe's a sleepy time tea person imo. (i say imo like i didnt make her). maybe adding in a blood capsule if she's a little hungry too.

4. How easy is it to earn their trust?

The city Gabe's in isn't the safest for humans or monster kin so she's open but not like. naive if that makes sense. She trusts you to act accordingly and in exchange she'll be on her best behavior! She is a nightmare (humanoid demon species thst feed on blood and "negative" feelings like fear or apprehension) however so meeting her is more likely to be your problem than hers.

5. How easy is it to earn their mistrust?

Refer to above idk why these r right next to each other. But to expand a little bit the only reason you would lose her trust is if you're a constsnt promise breaker. this is why she and may have been dating on/off because while gabe makes time in her schedule all the time for may, may often gets caught up with work often that she can't really leave which has led to many instances of gabe waiting up for her at meeting spots only to get a "im sorry" text 2 hours late.

if she and judas do something like clothes shopping i think that would bring back a lot of memories for her! gabe began socially transitioning in early highschool (around judas' current age) and her mother, ezekiel, was with her every step of the way from making sure she was in an as comfortable as possible school environment, giving her a lot of support at home and ofc making sure gabe could wear whatever made her comfortable. at first gabe was wearing more subdued simple dresses like ezekiel does because she thought they looked amazing on her mother, but ezekiel pushed her bit by bit to look more at what she would want not just what she thinks would make ezekiel happy.

8. What were they told to stop/start doing most often as a child.

terrorizing local kids is in the repertoire for nightmare children but it doesn't look good at PTA meetings if everyone knows you because your baby was putting frogs and worms and stuff in other kids' backpacks. you can bet gabe had nice naps from a full tummy after recess every day though

honestly i dont think she'd swear often? not from like thinking swearing is bad or w/e it just doesnt fit her.

first time she invited mayhem home for dinner and that girl ghosted her the day of and replied hours after ezekiel had A Fit and gabe and lazarus spent hours trying to do damage control to make sure their mom didnt go and rip may a new one. was an embarassing day for gabe for many reasons and may was not allowed to try again and make up for it for a year bc its likely that ezekiel might have hurt her bad. don't play games with her babies like that

what made your first year of college so much worse than the second?

godddd where do i even start. Complaining goes under the cut cuz it’s too damn long.

8 hour studios 3 times a week that start at 8 AM and only break for lunch. one of the professors expected us to stand the entire time we were drawing and only sit when we went on break. plus homework for those studios, because each studio was a different foundational class. and on the days when you dont have those studios you got other foundational classes like art history and literature or something. you've got homework for all of these classes too and tests and everything.

and each studio being a different class is a huge issue and really frustrating as well. the classes are drawing, design and, like, basically a 3D class, right? where you use power tools and carve stuff and all that. But imagine you go to this school for painting or to make clothes, then the three foundational classes might just really bore and frustrate you. because you don't really feel like they're helping you gain any skills in your preferred major.

so you have all these artistic kids who want to do their best, being forced to do things they hate and being told it's to make us "more well rounded." (which dont get me wrong i understand, but that doesnt make it suck any less)

so all the art you make is painful to create, and you don't even like the result. but we knew what we signed up for, and the point is to last past first year so you can get into your major. thats the point for me, at least. so you just get what you can done, but i cant imagine what I would've done if i'd fallen behind even once.

And then my own personal hell- being in a new place and not knowing what to do or who to talk to or how to communicate ! So i was constantly stressed out in like a social way. idk if i vented about this here but i fell over in a fit of anxiety and hyperventilation in class multiple times first year. I straight up fell over at least twice and i had crying fits multiple times (with varying degrees of how quiet I was being, sometimes they don't even notice :D)

I was incredibly emotionally isolated and cried myself to sleep like every night. my only social interactions were at work because I'm very bad at socializing properly and making friends in class, and i was always too tired to go to any events. LUCKY for me I met a really cool friend while doing some student work and it was really nice and chill.

ANYWAY BACK TO THE STRESS. to give an example of the situation: our first homework for drawing class was to make this big ink master copy of a van gogh sketch, and it didn't have to be perfect, or even GOOD tbh, but regardless it took forever. and i spilled my ink on it which nearly led to a breakdown but instead i just laughed cause otherwise I'd go insane. the amount of podcasts and audiobooks i burned through that year just to keep myself sane was mind-numbing. i listened to, no joke, ALL of Well There's Your Problem, and i went back and listened to a lot of them more than once.

i was really lucky though, cause some other students had first projects that were like "bring in 50 drawings by next class" or "make a chair out of only cardboard that you can sit on without it collapsing" or something. and i never had a teacher that bad.

actually, my second semester design professor was really REALLY chill. He let me sleep in class if i finished the work so I spent a few hours in his class just chilling and sleeping fitfully (as in I was so stressed i would gasp and mutter myself awake, which really alarmed my classmates but i never got close enough to them to explain myself soooo they prolly just think something is wrong with me. which it is! oh well)

i can only speak for myself but i was basically working any moment i wasn't sleeping, eating, shitting, or showering. somehow other people made time to befriend each other and hang out and like, go to parties??? i dont know how. Frankly I don't even remember how i did what i did either, specifically I reached out to my college's mental health services and got on some medication for anxiety. I also somehow managed to write an essay for our student published thingy about how I wanted to kms and felt unsupported by mental health professionals lmao.

I have NO IDEA how i did any of that because this year i kept falling asleep for five hours in the middle of the day. my theory is that I got more done because I physically HAD TO STAY AWAKE. I COULD NOT ALLOW MYSELF TO FAIL.

I was so stressed out the first year that I often couldn't sleep without hugging my giant elephant stuffed animal or using it as a comforting weight on top of me. one morning i woke up hyperventilating and went to go cut a huge role of paper at like 6 AM because i was so worried about forgetting to cut the paper before i left before class at 8 AM.

so yeah, my theory is that since second year wasn't that insanely stressful, all those hours i spent eking out any artistic joy possible (making owl house comics, writing that essay, and painting my clothing) just to make sure i didn't kms were replaced instead with me just falling asleep at inopportune times, because I wasn't as scared that I wouldn't have time for my work.

OH MY GOD AND FIRST YEAR I GOT PUT IN TWO CONSECUTIVE GROUP PROJECTS WITH THIS ABSOLUTE MONSTER- but that could be its entire own post. suffice it to say that he had been reported multiple times for various things and one of my classmates recognized who i was talking about just from me vaguely complaining about how much i hated him.

uhm, unsure. doyoung would fit anything, but maybe just a nice three piece suit because i really like a man in a suit. like maybe lose the jacket, roll up the sleves, wear a watch... yes please

there's one cm difference, but 5 apparently.

i think i have to say 9? i like baekhyuns solos, and i like a lot of exos music, and i was an avid astro listener when they debuted but i fell out of kpop and havent really listened to a lot of their new songs. and bc exo was my first group, i listen to a lot of their songs. i really like both music styles tho!

Sheesh imagine the turtles being little and not understanding who Tang Shen is yet and one day Splinter hears one of them call her their mom and freaks out on them, explicitly saying she is NOT their mother. She was his wife, was the mother of his daughter, but she is NOT their mother or ever would be.

I feel like it would be a possibility. Especially when he is still younger and learning how to be a father. I think in the show he keeps his human life separate from his current mutated life. Or at least he views them separately. Like a life he lost and mourns and a life he is currently living. So i could see him when he is raising the boys, making sure that they know the difference between the two.

But back to Tang Shen being alive! I dont know if youve read any of the IDW comics but the one where they are humans reincarnated, none of the turtles know until Splinter tells them and the only one who gets memories of their past life is Leo because the other three were very little and he remembers his mom(still Tang Shen in the comics) and grieves her on some level. Which is why I love the idea of him secretly being a mama's boy but refusing to admit it. Like Mikey being a mama's boy FITS so good(also someone who can teach him how to cook more than eggs or pizza?? The dream!). But i like the idea that while Leo looks up the Splinter and still strives to be a good son and more like his father. He secretly really loves Tang Shen because she doesnt expect him to carry so many burdens the way Splinter does with him being the oldest/leader. She wants him to have fun like his brothers and wants him to enjoy his youth. So yeah i think he'd secretly be a mama's boy but unwilling to say it.

Do you think they'd still live in the sewer? Would Tang Shen live with them or live on the surface since she is still human? Maybe her and Karai live in an apartment close to a manhole cover so they can go down and visit them often. Or the boys can come and visit them too.

Or maybe that's only a "in the beginning" situation when she is still getting used to Splinter's mutation and when their relationship is more stable she chooses to live in the sewer to be closer to him and the turtles?

I haven’t read the IDW comics (yet…) but I’ll keep that in mind for Leo! I just felt like it’d be nice for Raph to have a parent that he can turn to since Leo has always had Splinter, but I do love the idea that Leo is secretly a huge mama’s boy, like that’s adorable.

I think that for a short while, Tang Shen would live in an apartment close to the sewers when everything is new and her marriage is on pause. The conflict between Yoshi, Saki, and Shen put too much stress on her and at the moment, she’s focused on finding Miwa- who they know Saki/Shredder has, but don’t know how to rescue her yet. This would be before she cements herself as the turtles’ mother, but during this time she’d be willing to help them however she can and be their main resource for beds, clothes, food, etc.

A while later, maybe a year or just a few months, the turtles get really attached to her and start asking if they can call her mom. Tang Shen starts to realize that she’s fully committed to the boys like Splinter is, and moves into the sewers to be closer. She’s still on the hunt for Miwa and will stop at nothing, but much like her husband, she’s expanded her family in the meantime. Her and Splinter still won’t continue their relationship quite yet, but they’ll be very loving nonetheless. Things will stay this way as the story moves into canon :)
