anyway. last week my therapist told me i was grieving and it only just hit me how true that is.
#i have actually been grieving for the better part of my life.#i think maybe we are all always grieving.#but tonight i have discovered some thought patterns and ooouuhgghh boy!#the denial -> anger -> bargaining -> depression pipeline… it’s real…. and it’s so deep in my neurons….#but im like. v tentatively considering acceptance and gotta say. i sure do like the concept. would love to try some sometime!#izzy.txt
