Of Skies & Stars
Tuller, a freedom fighter on a covert mission, finds themself in jeopardy when they crash land into the heart of the Cosmic Commonwealth’s territory in the city Kayeiwin. On the run from the authorities, Tuller descends into the underground mining colony of Stellwin.
Niis, like many citizens of Stellwin, has lost things to the mines they spend their life working in. Their favorite headphones, their parents, their left arm. When they lose their only sibling, Daia, Niis loses the hope Daia carried for a life above dark and dusty Stellwin. When they come home to find a rebel spy hiding in the closet, Niis figures turning Tuller in to the authorities might be just what they need to earn the promotion from a star stone miner to a respectable citizen of Kayeiwin, like they and Daia always dreamed of.
Tuller’s mission? To search for Storra, people in tune with the skies and stars of the cosmos and with training, the potential for special abilities. Some people call it magic, other call it tales of fiction, but regardless it is an illegal practice. As Storra have been labeled dangerous, their persecution by the Cosmic Commonwealth has caused their numbers to dwindle into near extinction and the rebellion’s hope fades with it. Upon meeting Niis, they suspect this stranger might be just what they’re looking for.
Enter Vahnn, a new recruit to the Commonwealth who is among the troops occupying the sibling cities. Vahnn hopes their enlistment will give them the benefits they need to open up opportunity for a better life, but seeing the truth of the Commonwealth’s violence and imperialism is beginning to make them consider otherwise. Unable to abandon this new position without being labeled an enemy of the government Vahnn figures that if there’s one way to become a rebel, assisting the escape of a high level rebel spy has to be a good way to do it. Slowly, Vahnn will prove to be a much bigger threat to the Cosmic Commonwealth than would ever be suspected of an inconsequential, inexperienced new recruit.

I need some happy, positive SW and Luke Skywalker related things, there’s been such a lack of them lately…😞 Do you have anything that might help me out?
Hi there! Sorry it took me like eight years to respond lol.
If I were you, I’d stay close to all the positive blogs and block all the SW negativity tags if you haven’t already. Whenever I find myself down with all the negativity in the fandom, I just remind myself that Star Wars is different for everyone and everybody watches it a little differently. What someone might love about the story more than anything might not be something someone else really prioritizes, and that’s the beauty of a fandom; everyone has some part of the story that really hits them because it corresponds with their values and their view of the world and it’s a little different for each person. The best thing about any story is the thousands of ways people can interpret it and how we can all celebrate them.
The sad part of this is that sometimes people don’t respect other’s points of view. The important thing to remember when you find yourself drowning in the toxicity is that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, including you. Find incredible Luke-focused fanfic and stay up all night reading it, change your lock screen to a stunning picture of our boy in action, and watch your favorite movies with him as many times as your heart desires: you deserve it! Do whatever makes you happy and just try to step away from all the fighting.
I know it can be really hard, and if you feel overwhelmed, a break from the internet might not be a bad idea. Even with the unfavorable views I agreed with after the release of The Last Jedi, I couldn’t let myself continue to get on my computer and read all the discourse because I’d just get myself riled up all over again. Even though I’m still angry about some things with the Sequel Trilogy, I’ve blocked all the negativity tags because I don’t want to be in this fandom to be angry; I want to be in this fandom to celebrate the aspects of the story I love. But again, that’s just my point of view, and I respect the opinions of others; no one’s Star Wars experience will be the same.
I hope this helps you, and I’m sorry it turned into a soapbox moment haha. If you ever need someone to yell about loving Luke Skywalker with, don’t ever hesitate to send me a message :D. I hope you find the positivity you’re looking for, and may the Force be with you!
