Whatever he can think of to show his adoration. Gifts, physical affection, poems or songs of love, acts of service. Literally anything you want or could want.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

He meets you in his travel and at once likes you. He's a good friend when you have needs or want to do something daring with. He does have some problems when it comes to jokes or small talk though.

When night falls, Edgin limps toward the only other person still awake. His legs give out, but he is caught and his fall gently accompanied.

Xenk sighs. "I am sorry I have no more energy for-"

"Shush." Edgin snuggles into Xenk's side, letting out little pained whimpers that tomorrow he’ll regret. Right now, however, Xenk is stroking his hair, and everything is somehow more bearable.

Somehow Edgin gets turned into his younger self. Modify Memory, perhaps? How ever it happens, Edgin gets rolled back, mentally, to shortly after Zia’s death and is a) deeply, wildly depressed, b) filled with self-loathing, and c) only reachable by Holga. I don’t like to imagine Edgin during that time because it’s too sad, but I do like to think about how intertwined he and Holga are, platonically, and nothing gets at that deeper than how ruthlessly she had to have crashed into their lives.

Bonus points if Edgin and Xenk are together in the modern time, and Edgin has a full meltdown because of it (how dare he have moved on, etc etc).
