Finally making a post about my Cats OC, Artemis.

(thank you @catboymccartney​ for the ref sheet <3)

Adult cat, in the same age range as Tugger, Bombalurina, Munkustrap, Demeter and Alonzo.

They are the tribe historian, a title given to them as a young adult after their father was picked as the Jellicle Choice. It’s their job to keep an archive of tribe life and their history, as well as documenting every Jellicle Ball and recording who was the Jellicle Choice and other important events that occur.

Artemis has a hard time socializing with others due to spending much of their young life studying and writing in their den.

Artemis is quiet and speaks with a soft, demure voice. This contrasts with their honesty and bluntness that can sometimes comes off as rude to those who are not familiar with them. Though they care deeply for the tribe and take their job as historian very seriously, there are only a few cats they are totally comfortable around.

They are mates with Tugger, and Artemis is one of two original “Tugger fangirls” along with Bombalurina when they were all kittens. Tugger is the only one who can get Artemis to drop their serious, scholarly persona and get them laughing and smiling without a care. 

Tugger often has to be there when Artemis is first introduced to new members of the tribe to assure them that Artemis is actually very kind and loving, they are just blunt and are not used to socializing. But Artemis has enough emotional maturity to provide a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on to anyone who needs it.

Artemis also has a crush on Bombalurina- a crush they assume is unrequited but Bombalurina definitely has the hots for them too.

Artemis is best friends with Alonzo, having helped him adjust to tribe life and teaching him the history of the Jellicle Ball shortly after he joined. He loves asking for stories about Demeter and Munkustrap from their kittenhood and Artemis happily indulges him.

They are also close and work together with Munk a lot. Munk admires Artemis’ work ethic and is impressed by their knowledge of the history of the tribe. Artemis often tells Munk stories of Old Deuteronomy's past lives, stories he is always fascinated by and loves hearing and learning more about his father.

I have been selected for jury duty by none other than a friend of a friend. Silly @catboymccartney so… here are my tasks(like among us!!)

1. The fandom that got me onto the hellsite was none other than the Dead by Daylight fandom and Overwatch fandom. One bad gloop(art piece) was all it took and I was a goner. Though, I’d been on tumblr before then(Creepypasta phase) but I didn’t stay as heavily as I did with the DBD and OW fandom.

2. I’m left handed and both of my thumbs are double jointed which allows me to have an advantage over others in thumb wars.

3. I’m decently versed in Mortal Kombat lore while only having played MK9 through 11. I’m an Erron Black apologist and Johnny Cage kinnie. Fight me. <3 /lh
